Enjoyed my stay!

TV didn’t work in room, when contacting staff was told no signal for most of the TVs and had multiple complaints but no solution. Housekeeping knocked on my door 3 hours and 2 hours before my checkout time even for no reason.

It was very clean and the staff so nice. I cant get over the Dove products for the customers. I loved that they had that. I felt very safe there with my daughter and granddaughter. There wasn't nothing that I didn't like, the whole stay was awesome

Very nice hotel. Have stayed here several times. The only drawbacks to me are the water pressure from the shower head and the height of the commode. This visit, the water drained extremely slow from the sink, an easy fix I’d think. Will I still continue to stay here? Probably so. It’s great in every other way: location, cleanliness, comfort, safety.

Have stayed here several times. No major disappointments. The low water pressure of the shower could definitely be increased, and a higher toilet is needed…a recommendation for most hotel chains. Great location for access to I-75.

This was our second stay at this property and it was great again! Great staff, super clean property, rooms were very spacious and clean! Perfect for a family of 4!

Excellent attention and service

Andrell was friendly and personable and stayed and chatted with us a while. We shared a burger and a salad. One of the best burgers I’ve had too (and I’m a bit of a burger snob). The carpets in the room was clean, the room was very spacious and the location was easy to access from the interstate and there were several options for restaurants practically in the parking lot. Great value for the price of the room. We don’t travel to Valdosta often but I would absolutely stay here again!

I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel and the rooms are very clean and well maintained. It was quiet even though it was a full house. I would recommend updating the television to smart tvs just so there are more option on movies.

Staff courteous and professional, clean, great location close to restaurants, Sam’s and location also resulted in a good night of sleep.

The olny reason i chose this hotel was because it was listed as having a hot tub. It does not! When i asked the hotel about this they said they have this problem alot with booking.com. They said they also have them listed as being a pet friendly hotel when they are not. They stated they have asked them to correct the listing but they haven't. I would highly suggest calling the hotel to ask about amenities before booking.

Everyone was woulderful. Our waiter in the hotel restaurant, Cameron was a joy,he has a great personality and made our meal so enjoyable. He's definitely a keeper.

Although breakfast was available, it was a separate charge. Would've been nice to be included considering the price of the room being $150/night. Out of the hotels control, traffic in the morning was terrible. It was difficult getting to the interstate due to construction and morning rush hour.

Friendly, efficient check in, restaurant and bar on site, very nice rooms with microwave and larger size refrigerator. Super location. Easy on and off 75. Very helpful staff. I needed help with internet and they walked me thru it. Friendly vibe. I highly recommend.

Great location, ample parking, large room, bed was fairly comfortable Thermostat issue- hard to set to a comfortable temperature, either too cold or room was stuffy. The floor of the shower could have been cleaner., was dirty/stained

I was out on hold again for about 19 minutes. The clerk started our telephone conversation assuring me my needs weren’t important, but that taking more money from another person was. Terrible customer service.

The room was clean. The only problem was is that the carpet in the room had something all over it or it is coming apart. Really should replace the carpets in the room to vinyl flooring.

My 2nd time staying here and it was good. The staff is very friendly and kind. The room is large and bed is very comfy. Also I appreciated the black out blinds as I like my room dark and cool for sleeping. I had wings from the restaurant and they were delicious.

I did like comfortability of bed, pillows, room was clean. What I didn’t like was that there wasn’t a full mattress cover to cover entire mattress and not just the top part. Also I noticed that the cabinet/wood part under fridge is starting to rot. So that should be changed or replaced

Azalea's Restaurant has a Waitress that made our entire trip! She is the friendliest person I have ever met! Never have we experienced a more enjoyable time. We will definitely be back.

I had a very long week testifying as a witness in a very important case. Having stayed longer than expected I was spent. The manager was incredible. Leaving a bowl and water for my service pup, allowing me to check out late for a later flight. It was a pleasure and I was so relieved to be treated so kindly. The hotel is clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable, the only downfall was the train coming though in the middle of the night blowing the whistle a number of times. Other than that it was just fine.

If you’re planning a track day at Jennings GP, this is a great place to stay with a comfortable stay and breakfast option. The facility is exceptionally clean and feels brand new. It’s only a 20-minute drive to Jennings GP, and the receptionist was kind enough to keep an eye on my bike, which was on an open hitch carrier behind my car, making me feel secure. Breakfast was tasty, and the staff in the dining area were friendly and eager to help. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel, whether you’re traveling alone or with family—it’s well-maintained and a great choice.

Amazing hotel. The hotel was very clean. The young lady at the front desk was really nice and professional. The only negative is having to pay extra for breakfast for the price of the room it should be included.

Could not stand in front of bathroom sink because stool was in front of it. Train whistle off and on during night kept us awake.

Nice place. The room I stayed in had a king size bed and the mattress needed to be replaced. I had to sleep in the middle of the bed because there was deep pockets on each side.

overall a good experience, until the TV servicer provider went out, and was told TV was unavailable until, who knows. they don't work weekends, which I feel with a customer as Holiday Inn, should have someone on standby, just in case a situation to make customer satisfied.

layout of the small bathroom was horrible, The commode seat was positioned immediately in front of the sink, meaning that one had to lean over the commode from a side angle to use it. Very inconvenient

The room was definitely large enough. Was surprised it did not have a safe. Had everything else I needed/wanted. Air conditioner was a little noisy and when it was on, I could feel a draft on my neck. The only problem with the room is that the walls were very thin and inconsiderate guests woke me up twice with their loud talking as they passed by my door after 10 and 11 p.m.

The lobby and restaurant are nive but our room was very very dated. The location is great!

We were there when the weather was chilly, heater in room wasn't working good enough to heat the room without running all night.

Nice clean facility with ample parking, well it, and easy to find. Rooms actually match the pictures from their advertisement. An in-house restaurant is available for all meals, which is also convenient.

Great hotel - One suggestion, hotels need to find a way to check in within 2 mins of arrival. I had prepaid and still it takes 5 to 10 mins to check in. Really need to have items ready to hand to the guest upon ID and CC verification. Breakfast - why do hotels refuse to scramble fake eggs?

Bathtub in Room 610 did not drain. I find that to be a little unsanitary while I was taking a shower. But overall, everything else was very clean

Stay was fine, room is dated not worth the $175 a night. Would expect more at that price.

The stay was fine for its purpose. I was a little irritated because 10 minutes after we got to the room someone from the front desk came to the room and said the next door neighbor had been calling non stop and complaining about noise…. It wasn’t even 9 pm. There were plenty of drunk rowdy people throughout the hotel (even vomit in the elevator) and the staff went out of their way to come tell me to tell my kids to be quiet. We hadn’t even been in the room 10 minutes, they werent yelling or screaming or anything. I dont think they needed to come up knowing we had literally just checked in and were unpacking and getting settled. Made me feel very unwelcome and I travel all the time.

Place smells like a sewer is nearby. It is obvious your front desk is irritated when people show up late. Carpet dirty.

The staff was awesome and that’s a big deal for me. Very nice, not robots and were nice to converse with. Oh yeah, the rooms were great too. Very nice pool. Big roomy parking lot. I frequently travel to north Georgia from central Florida ( home) and I have made this my half way overnight stop. Their breakfast is great or there are several restaurants within eyeshot of the front door. See y’all in a few weeks!

Room was infested with bed bugs. Called to tell the general manager 5 times and was hung up on every time. Stay away. I was bit over 25 times and my son was bit up over 10 times as well. STAY AWAY!!!!! I wish I could post pics

The room was very nice and clean. It was bad enough that there were kids banging on the door all night. My issue with my stay is the housekeepers. I don't understand housekeeping coming in the room every 30 minutes without our permission. I called the front desk and the woman who answered was very rude and told me that she didnt know why housekeeping continued to enter the room while we were still sleeping. If checkout is at 11, why was housekeeping entering the room at 8,9, & 10 am? Also, if your going to charge $200(after taxes) a night for a room, the least they could do is include breakfast. I was very unsatisfied with my stay here.
