Old and squeaky And having to pay for a water bottle in the room was in poor taste Thankfully we brought our own

The staff was very friendly, the food was very good from the bar. It was not clean. The floors were dirty, elevator floor was dirty, carpet was absolutely filthy on the second floor. Our room smelled pretty bad, I lit a candle and we sprayed Lysol in the bathroom. The hotel definitely needs renovation.

We made a reservation through hotels. Com. Since it was a reputable business I did not buy travel insurance. When we arrived at the hotel, the desk clerk could not find a reservation. I showed her the hotels.com confirmation on my phone and the payment already made. She refused to give us a room. She offered a room if we paid for it in addition to the payment I had made online. After some tense challenges concerning the room we found a hotel elsewhere for the night. Because of the Baymont fiasco, this hotel’s fiasco, and the cost of the third hotel, the night was very costly. I recommend Hilton Garden Inn in general but I advise anyone to avoid the property in Valdosta, Georgia

Hotel not updated, had moldy smell throughout hotel. Had to wait quite awhile to check in. When I called I was told it was not check in yet. I didn’t need a room yet I just wanted to check I .

Beds were not good, toilet rocked worse than a rocking chair, and a/c was very noisy! Don’t Recommend.

The breakfast was cooked to order and was not only well prepared and done but the lady wanted to be sure everything was to my liking (she was very hospitable and nice). The carpets in the room (and hallways) just did not have a clean look or feeling. The air had a problem but was fixed. Everything else was good or fine.

Wasn't as familiar with celiac gluten-free needs as the internet led us to believe. And being celiac-friendly is what caused us to book. Statesville NC Garden Inn was much more attuned.

The hotel served its purpose which was a late night stay between travels. It could use some updating. The blanket had a stain on it that resembled blood but I was too tired to ask for a new one. Just slept without it. Breakfast didn’t have any allergy friendly options for a celiac. Wasn’t a bad stay- just not the best.

The lobby was amazing. Once we got to the room we found literally trash visibly seen in the air vent of the ac. The air vent in the bathroom was disgustingly with mold and built up dust. The water pressure in the shower is by far the worst Iv ever experienced in any shower and the 2nd night we found roaches crawling around the bathroom counter. For the cost the room was not worth the price!

There was no sheets for the pull out couch, the air thermostat could not be adjusted, and the desk attendant did not communicate that the breakfast was not complementary. This was not communicated to us until my children already started putting things on their plate. The breakfast lady was super pushy and extremely rude to all the customers.

Staff were wonderful; kind and helpful. The whole hotel is in desperate need of maintenance, if not a full renovation. Peeling wallpaper, loose door handles, questionable stains on the wall, chipped and broken furniture and tiles, disgusting carpets, etc. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The carpeting in our room was stained and the bathroom toilet was nasty looking. There was a brown looking stain around the toilet tank. It was in room number 409. My husband just told me that there were also staining on the bed cover, I would have walked out if I saw that stained.

At the last minute, our son decided to stay at the hotel with us. Front desk was able to switch us from a king room to a two queens room right away, without question or added charge. The on-site restaurant was very good - we had a light dinner with drinks after checking in, and the breakfast was also good. Everything was comfortable and clean.

Very friendly and helpful staff, clean and good sized suite. Excellent breakfast (much of it cooked to order!) as well as late-night dinner. Excellent value for the price. Replace stained couch cushions! Bar/grill area a bit noisy and no low seating for disabled, but did serve us sitting outside in the main atrium.

Wife and I came to area attraction and did not want to travel back home after the all day event. Area is very easy to get in and out. Plenty of parking on site. A multitude of restaurants within walking distance if you wanted to walk. Staff very friendly.

Even if it just for the night, skip the hotel. Phone and tv not working. The complementary water was $2. Only had 2 almost empty to rolls. Furniture was beat up. Hallway carpet worn and dirty.

No one notified the hotel that I was coming even though I made a reservation. I booked a King Suite. The hotel said they don’t even have a King suite. I feel like they treated me like a bad smell. They had to call and verify that I made the reservation.

We checked in very late as we were passing through during spring break. The check-in process was quick and easy. The hotel was clean and conveniently located off the freeway.

We were in an accident and the police officer recommended this location. Checking in was a breeze and the front desk staff was incredibly sweet. The hotel staff and cleaners were so nice and friendly, everyone said hello and good morning, etc. I wish Florida had this kind of hospitality! The breakfast was probably my only complaint. It took forever to get the food we ordered, there was not enough drinks or water. They were very nice though.

What a beautiful hotel! We stayed here to rest on our adventure to Key West! And it was perfect! We were greeted by a friendly staff member who also reminded us that the bar was open until 10pm! The room was clean, comfortable and we enjoyed being able to sleep in without any hallway noise!

. The room was shabby. Had to fix grill on The front of heating unit. Beds were very worn out and uncomfortable. The only good thing was the breakfast was fresh andvery good. Will not stay at a Hilton again.

What we didn’t like? Don't know that this fits, but, we feel rooms need to be painted (update colors), outlets are loose and perhaps updated, furniture, especially the desks, are scuffed up and where the refrigerator sits. Just some TLC. We always enjoy staying at HILTON! Thank you so much!

Hair on bed sheets, bathroom floor had hair on it and was sticky, the bathroom door itself needs repair, and the sitting chair had stains all over it; all and all very disappointed and we truly would have left if we hadn’t gotten in so late.

The deal night manager was awesome and friendly. The room was below average, the top sheets and covers smelt like the body odor of previous patrons, not pleasant. The bathroom while as clean as possible had rust staining from the toilet bowl, was deeply stained from age and not what I would expect from Hilton.

Computers were down. Check in was delayed a couple of hours, then done manually. Was never able to use WI-FI. The room was old and dated. Furniture and carpet are in desperate need of a deep cleaning. There are no words to describe how bad the pull out couch was!

When I arrived at the hotel, there was a mistake. I had a king bed instead of 2 queens, The mistake was mine.I was sure I checked on 2 queen, but did not read my confirmation or else I would have seen the mistake before traveling. The staff was very prompt and changed the room as sooon as I made the request. The room was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the breakfast. The chef made a delicious omelette.

Our room was clean, the staff that we encountered were amiable and attentive to our needs. Our check in and check out was hassle free. Overall our experience here was above average and honestly quite pleasant. We would have no qualms about staying here again.

The towel rack in the bathroom was hung directly in the shower, which makes 0 sense. Door peep hole in our room was broken. Comfortable enough for one night, but wouldn't stay longer than that.

Didn't clean my room

Dogs are allowed in the rooms, there is not any tracking of what rooms they are allowed in. The room that I was in smell like a dog was in it, and it triggered my allergies.
