The staff was amazing from the front desk to housekeeping, always friendly and professional. I have to single out Meeka at the lobby bar. She was exceptional. She even remembered me from my previous trip and she was so lovely to our family. I highly recommend staying here.

The room was clean and the staff was nice however slighting inconvenienced by giving a handicapped accessible room bc they were “sold out”. One attendant offered to upgrade me to a room with a balcony however another attendant said it wasn’t possible bc I booked on a site outside of Marriott. (I’m a Marriott member, oh well)

Location was convenient. The toilet was leaking and there was no available room to switch to. The construction taking place eliminated parking. The exit door next to my room only worked from one side so it wasn’t helpful.

First, a shout out for Porta at the front desk, who was very helpful and remembered my name as I came and went. The mattress was comfortable, but the room had seen better days in terms of furniture and the bathroom. I was there for two days, but my room was not serviced. Moreover, the bistro which was advertised as being open until 10 pm had closed by 9:30 PM on Friday night when I was hoping to get something there.

This property was clean and comfortable. The pool was a godsend with the kids. Breakfast was included and was better than the continental you get most places - although you had to get a coupon for it from the desk as it isn't included in all reservations (so be sure to look/ask).

We went for our anniversary it was peaceful The food at the bar was too expensive for what they was offering, and on a Friday and Saturday night the bar closed too early

Location Property (room) needs interior cleaned. Door hardware was missing a screw. bathroom could be freshened up.

My room door had to be pulled close. The carpet in the hall needed to be replaced.

Upon check in kids were running aroind the lobby and down the halls on the floor I was staying on. What made things worse someone was playing loud music the night. My stay at this hotel was terrible and my next stay in Valdosta, I definitely will not be making any type of reservation at this property

The team was amazing!!! Lisa, Poltra and Sally went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. They were so nice and welcoming! I also loved the café and the bartenders I interacted with. The room was comfortable and clean. I slept great! I will keep them in mind for my next visit.

When we first arrived, the hotel was under obvious construction. I did not see any info about this when I booked. That would have been useful as we would have looked elsewhere. When checking in, our original two rooms were not available. They said that they overbooked. Not sure why this is a thing. Only sell rooms you have. Our room was clean. The bed and the pillows were very nice & comfortable. It was nice and quiet even though there was a county fair going on across the street. Our bathroom was very clean except for the globs of caulk around the shower/tub and looked icky. There was shampoo, conditioner & body wash. But no lotion. They are remodeling the front entrance, so you had to go around to a side entrance. It was not a problem, the front desk was right around corner. Front desk gal was very helpful & pleasant!

Nothing really it was decent stay. The hotel was still being constructed, which affected the parking situation, the overall appearance of the building, and the pricing, leaving me disappointed.

The rooms were clean and comfortable and they have large balcony's. The beds were very firm but that is my preference. Going through renovations and there was not enough parking (we had to part in a Federal building parking lot next door), the common area carpets were disgusting, and their breakfast option was a cup of coffee, a banana and a muffin that was divvied out by staff if you asked for it. Way too expensive for what the property has available even after renovations.

It’s peaceful, everyone is friendly, and very helpful. The bed is amazing, it’s very clean and comfortable. You have everything that you need here to make you feel like you’re at home.

That property was dirty and not worth the price. People were hanging out in the parking lot which made it look unsafe. We didnt stay. We ended up driving all the way back to Atlanta. Then they said i would still be charged. Not fair at all.

The room that we stayed in did not have a working air conditioner. When we complained, we were told there was nothing they could do until morning, and they were booked so we couldn't get a new room. They also refused to give us a refund. I would not recommend this hotel.

Our room had a conjoined door with a lock that didn’t function properly. Since it was late and we were on the road all day, we just moved the dresser to block the door and called it a night. Definitely not ideal.

The staff was really good no problems there. The problem we had was the people above us banging, jumping off the bed, making loud noise all threw the night even after the desk lady called them 3 times to stop. She was lovely and moved our room for the issue. So only problem was the other guest other then that we like the place

Room 325 smelled bad- very musty. The kind of musty that makes you think it’s wet and there’s mold somewhere. Was otherwise fairly clean. We paid $20 extra for full breakfast and were told it was not available. Checked out at 9am.

The bathroom looked clean until you really looked around. Ceiling vent was super dusty, some mold on the wall and the shower head had lots of mold growth. The beds were comfortable and the room was an ok size.

Bill (front desk) was awesome. Very friendly! The hotel/ room appeared clean. Our only real complaint was the AC in our room. Every time the AC came on, there was a loud startling noise. We ended up turning it off during the night b/c it was keeping us awake. The coffee machine in the downstairs lobby was also out of order. We could have made ourselves a cup in the room but thought we would grab a latte on our way out of the hotel.

Conveniently located. Well insulated from the noise. At the time of my stay there is a carnival across the street and it can't be heard inside. Staff is friendly and prompt. Room and lobby are nicely appointed at this price point.

There was some "purple liquid" on the bathroom sink, along with hair in the sink. Also, there was trash on the floor. We arrived at 11 p.m. and we were checking out at 9 a.m. so it was sufficient for the night, After driving 4 hours we were tired and ready to rest so we didnt bother to complain, but if we ever come back, we'll definitely stay somewhere else.

When we woke the next morning and went to start packing our stuff apparently there was a thunderstorm during the night and the windows leaked and a large portion of the carpet was wet (which a bag of books and some clothes) were all wet. I had booked this hotel for our return trip from Florida which I canceled. They had also charged my credit card for the return trip which was a week away. I am now waiting to see if they are issuing me a credit. We ended up staying at Drury which was amazing and less expensive. Won't be staying at a Marriott again.

The beds were absolutely too soft and they force my husband and I to sink to the middle of a queen size bed. We tried sleeping in both beds, the same problem. I watched tv until 4:00am. The remainder of the night was napping on the sofa. Not a good way to spend our fifty first wedding anniversary. We are here for four days 😢

overall property was nice, however, i filled out a survey and gave a 8 out of 10 because there was no remote for the tv. They fixed the problem. The general manager then sent me a condescending email about a 8 out of 10 equals a 1 out of 10.

The shower did not drain. The ac was super loud everytime it came on. Made it very hard to get some rest

The girl who checked us in was hilarious. We loved her energy. The room was clean and quite large enough, with high ceilings. Free parking, but no continental breakfast, which wasn't the worst thing as there are plenty of breakfast options elsewhere.

Avoid this hotel. Their staff lied to both myself and my husband multiple times. Please know they allow city trucks to take up 2/3 of their parking lot. While they ensure free parking. The hotel suggests parking across a 4 lane highway in an empty mall parking lot. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

It was a nice room. Ok on cleaning. The shampoo\soap dispensor was not attached to the shower wall, and fell off the tub and cut me foot.

We were greeted and served quickly as we had a late night arrival. Room was freezing and I could not get the unit off without unplugging it. All else was good.

Stayed at this hotel many times and have to say that it’s showing it’s age. Bed was uncomfortable and overall facility just felt tired.

Horrible! Soap dispenser broken, 1 towel for a family of 4! Very small room for the price. And the area was dirty!

Clean, everything worked, Air condition was pretty noisy, waking us up every time it came on all night, but, at least it worked. Night staff girl was very nice, pleasant personality.

Property was run down. Room was damp and towels felt wet from the dampness. Staff were great and helpful

The room was comfortable. We did experience a lot of noise from the upper floor. Bathtub did not drain properly to hours to drain after shower. shower curtain was ripped. The hotel staff was good.

In and out sleepover. Expected no frills and was not disappointed. Everything just ok.

The staff was outstanding. The property is in need of some upgrading and the price was crazy high for what you received.

I really enjoyed my stay. I will be reserving again.

Amazing service. Both check in and check out were beyond pleasant. The room itself smelled damp and almost moldy. The air conditioning unit in our room didn't really cool our room down.
