Rooms was clean, and staff was AMAZING very helpful.

It’s just a a place to lay down. The bed rolled when wet sat down it. Several repairs were needed in our room. The manager left the premises right before checkout time which caused us to have to wait on him in order for us to check out. Never coming back

From broken fixtures to just nasty. The whole place smells like pot and cigarettes. Our nonsmoking room smelt like a hookah bar. The 1st room the towels were just tossed on the beds and trash laying on the bathroom counter. They moved us 2 rooms down and half the lights didn’t work and floors were dirty a trash bag from previous people hanging from the towel rack. We were so tired we did ask for another room. We checked the beds pillows and sheets all was clean (only things that was clean) the pictures online looked nothing like the rooms. Exposed electrical and smoke detector electrical was hanging with no detector in the room. I’ve got pictures of it all. Not to mention the cigarette butts on the floor in the elevator. We checked out Saturday morning.

The outside was very pretty but OMG the inside was terrible. It seemed more like a hourly use hotel. We had booked a king room but when we arrived we were given a queen bed. Floor was sticky, bed was very uncomfortable and very squeaky. The cabinets in the room were very old and scratched up. There was a huge heart shaped tub in the bedroom, not clean looking. It was unreal how bad it was but we were so tired and had to get up very early for a flight and decided to suck it up. We left to go eat and when we came back we decided to ask for a double bed room just to be able to sleep. I DO NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. I have pictures but I don’t see where I can add them.

The only good thing was the air conditioner worked. Two thin sheets well used pillows, terrible matris..bed skirt was randomly shoved under mattress. Sticky floors, every thing in the room dinged, scuffed, or broken

This hotel was TERRIBLE. Looks like it was built in the 80s and it was built in 2001. Water does NOT get hot. You may get almost lukewarm but that it. Beds sit on rail thats about to fall apart and the rooms don't even come with blankets. You have to ask for one. There was a roach in my room as well. The walls are thin as paper. People above me were loud as a daycare as early as 5am then around 7am the next door neighbors were having a domestic dispute arguing and making all kinds of noises throwing things and whatnot. The mattress was hard a BRICK!!!! They had walmart rags and towels, terrible quality!!!! No kind of thought goes into this place. Please do not spend your money here. It was not worth it. Terrible experience for a hotel.

The staff was great Everything else. I booked a king bedroom. When I got in bed the rods holding the bed fell on the floor one by one until the entire center of the bed caved in. Was able to switch rooms. But got a queen bedroom due to there being no mor kings left. Slept for a few hours to wake up to roaches in the bathroom. I packed up and left at 2am. I just needed a place to lay my head during my travels and made a bad decision

If you enjoy finding massive cockroaches and people moving furniture at all hours of the night then this is the place for you. The room was disgusting, stains on the couch, the dresser was broken, I was afraid to open the fridge but it looked like it had been through hell. There was an infestation of roaches behind it. Not to mention no soaps to speak off. If I wasn’t staying here for the convenience of location to the airport I would not of stayed. Highly recommend paying a little more for a nicer hotel. This one was trash!

I tried three rooms. The window locks were broke on the first floor that opened to a tree area and the theirs one had a broken door lock. I left. Felt unsafe.

I usually don’t write reviews, but I feel compelled to do so for this hotel. Let’s start with the receptionist. He was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself is old, which is understandable given the low price I paid (less than $100). Overall, it wasn’t the best hotel, but it wasn’t the worst either. It was worth the money I spent, and I would definitely return.

Everything about that place is a lie. There’s people smoking in the hallways, the whole building smells like weed. My room had no light. There was roaches all over the room. The bathroom is moldy and dirty. I didn’t felt safe staying there I literally checked out like 2 hours after checking in.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. And the room was really clean and smelled nice even when I re-entered the room it stayed fresh and clean. The lower toilet and a couple of roaches

Terrible roaches, doors don’t have locks, my baby went all weekend without access to a television due to the WiFi not connecting, my elderly mother had to climb 4 flights of stairs because the elevator was out. Worse motel EVER and I travel a lot!

It was 5 minutes from my family’s home. It was nasty in the room. The ceiling was chipping. The furniture was broken in places. The outlet covers were missing on some outlets. There were stains on the sofa. Elevator was broken. Smoke detector was broken/missing. Staff was dismissive.

This was a terrible place to stay. There were things left in our room from a previous occupant. The bath tub was dirty. The towels had spots on them. To top it all off, there were roaches!

The room was extremely dirty, not well kept at all. I killed 5 cockroaches!!!! Yes, cockroaches. I was not expecting 5-star facilities, but something can be simple yet clean. This place was not. It was truly awful. The only reason I stayed was because I was just going to spend the night and go catch a flight in the early morning. I could not have stayed more than one night there. At least the sheets and towels were clean... but overall, I was very surprised and disappointed at how filthy the room was.

Yes I went completely off because there's people selling drugs and prostitution on the property and they're still here. I have been nothing but respectful to everyone that's here. I'm just a woman that's trying to get ahead and get up outta here. I go to work, mind my business, and I don't have company at all. All other staff was nice, except the bald light skin one that doesn't care at all. I hope corporate sees this

To make matters worse there were only two bedsheets with no comforter or duvet of any kind. The TV was the size of a desktop computer screen and the walls and built in furniture was cracked and peeling. There were vagrants and prostitutes out side and when I returned from work the door was locked, my key didn't work anymore, and there was no attendant at the desk to let me in. I was outside for 30 minutes while the only attendant working was in some other part of the building. Not for the faint of heart. Very shady place inside and out.

In the room the fire alarm was hanging with no battery on it and making the beeping sound, I end up disconnecting it. The tv didn’t work. One of the lights didn’t work properly and the “cleanliness” was not what it should be expected. I wouldn’t reccomend this hotel to nobody. Thanks for your concern.

I wouldn’t recommend. There was dust and cobwebs in the corners of the room meaning that it wasn’t clean. I walked around on the floor in my white socks, and they were immediately gray and black within 1 minute.

There were many bugs and roaches within the hotel room and in the bathroom. The sheets had brown stains on them, and when I went to the lobby to request another bed sheet, they gave me a comforter insert that had brown stains as well. The smell of the room smelled like pee and smoke. The sink was clogged for my entire stay.

Eight minutes from work that’s about all I would say was good about this motel

Not to mention the roaches in the room that she would find every now and then or the ones that ran across the hallway was unbelievable. If you’re in a pinch and can deal with the roaches by all means, stay there, we couldn’t find any anywhere else at the time or for the price. Lots of cameras, but you still have to worry about the car getting broken into. Best thing about The whole place is the older gentleman at the front desk. He has nothing short of amazing.

The outside looked really nice, lots of fast food, and other places that was convenient. Checking in was quick and staff was nice, but the room was not great at all. The bed squeaked, the tv was very small and had spots on it, the floors were dirty, the bathroom shower curtain was dirty at the bottom, the tub was peeling, this place is in need of some serious renovations and it is most definitely not worth the money they charge for hotel fees. I guess the extra fees they charge is going to pay for the renovations it desperately need.

The electrical outlets were loose so you couldn’t plug things into them I was able to locate one tight one. The lights went out and there is no generator. It is close to everything which was a plus.

My room had to be changed first one wasn’t clean smelled like pee the covers were dirty I reserved smoking rooms and was told they didn’t offer smoking rooms I had to pay a extra 75 dollars when I arrived for a deposit the area was nice

I changed my first room because the light didn’t work. Whole building smelled weed. My new room smelled weed too. I killed two big cockroaches in the bathroom. Although the room was smoke free, there was some ashes on the table. The sheets were sticky. There was burnt whole on one of the sheets. The neighborhood seemed not much safe. The front desk staff was very polite.

Never cleaned my room, never changed any sheets or replaced any bathroom supplies. Only stayed for 4 nights instead of 5 because of this. The bed is also very uncomfortable it’s ridiculous.

The tv did not work properly (only one channel would pick up on the tv), tv remote did not work, roaches in the room, and the lights in the room did not work. The lights although we turned them on when we arrived at about 7pm, the lights didn’t come on until around midnight. Then the lights went off without us turning the switch off.

The bed looked like a roll away bed, creaked horribly every time you moved and didn't even have a coverlet. We asked for some extra pillows and a blanket and were handed a bare pillow, a pillowcase and a knitted style blanket.

I didn’t like the roaches in my room

My flight was delayed and came to this hotel to rest late at night

& The bathroom light switch wasn't working well . Also the walls are very thin so I had the terrible experience of waking to the couple in the next room making love loudly at 3am and 7am . Things could have been better but we'll see

Had to check out immediately due to roaches. Waiting on the manager to approve a refund.

My husband and I booked this hotel to get away for the weekend and for the most part everything was okay. The amount of homeless people loitering around the hotel and across the street in the trees was baffling. These people need some help. We also learned that this hotel is an extended stay hotel which we were fine with but their is no phone in the rooms, many of the lights have shortages, no hair dryer, and we waited almost 6 hours for towels to shower. My husband had to go downstairs and ask for towels after the cleaning service took our dirty ones and never returned with more. The lady went home smh.

The front desk staff was great. Very nice & helpful. However the elevator was broken & there was a terrible smell on the first floor going towards the stairs. Being a cleaning business owner & paying attention to details. I saw a couple roaches & had to do a thorough cleaning before I could attempt get comfortable. I’d recommend them doing room inspections because the cleaners are NOT doing a good job.

Very wonderful stay every time

Arrived at the hotel at 2am after traveling for 8 hours. Hotel staff was very rude, elevator was broken, had to use the stairs. Rooms were absolutely disgusting. There were wires hanging from the ceiling, I would assume where the smoke detectors would go. Bed sheets had stains, bathroom had mold and water stains on ceiling, tub was dirty, tv didn’t work and to top it off it looks like there was semen stains on the wall next to the bed. Pictures shown online completely different than what we were given. Will never choose this place again.

The room was bad the cabinets were broken the refrigerator was leaking and had someones food in it no toilet paper roll no pictures or anything on the walls I think the cabinet was taken apart and they have roaches.

It was quiet but it would be even nice to get the rooms updated!

This place was trash. Management is the worst.
