Great location, clean rooms, friendly staff. Would have given it a 5 star but parking was horrible. The spots are to close together. To the point my husband had to get in the passenger seat and crawl over to the driver seat because you could not even walk between our car and the one next to us. The spaces have little to no room to get in and out of the car.

Good Location stayed here once before Small non smart tv which was old and the cable didn’t work the whole first day. Water in the shower was cold the first day and then was able to use hot the second day. Floor has had sand on it that u brought into bed with u.

Check in staff very friendly. Nice to have a parking spot but very difficult to find one available and enough room to park. Pool looked nice. Grounds and building need a lot of work. Very run down. Room seemed clean. Hair dry was not mounted on the wall and difficult to use it with box hanging off cord. Nice location to shops and restaurants. Need higher quality towels. Way too thin. Could be a nice place but elevators, hallways were very dirty

It was located close enough to walk to the beach and the restaurants and shops. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything was very easily accessible. The rooms were smaller than advertised. Especially, the “King Suite”. It was pictured to have a bedroom with a separate kitchen area, which it did not. It was all one room beside the bathroom.

Staying here is mainly for the location. It needs a huge makeover as far as how old it is with the rusted beams holding up the second and third floors. The dresser and nightstand drawers smell like mildew. The plunger and toilet cleaning brush looked dirty sitting in the bathroom. Staff was helpful, easy check in and parking, not their fault the hotel is old and needs a major facelift. The location is great though and walking distance to the beach and restaurants.

Don’t stay here if it’s more than one night. Beds are extremely uncomfortable and the hotel room floors feel so dirty. Otherwise it is fine for a quick one night trip

excellent location near beach and main street (numerous bars and cafes). Parking underneath hotel (free for guests) Comfortable, large bed Fairly run down feel of whole place. Our room was shabby, dirty cupboards, broken fridge. Even lacked a basin in the bathroom. You had to shave, clean your teeth etc in the kitchen sink! (perhaps we were given an old room as understand many have been refurbished).

The pool and pool area were clean.

It was a little loud outside at 2 am. on Saturday, but it was the location.

Unique property SO close to the beach! The pool was great....nice alternative to the beach. The room was very clean and basic.

Location, location, location I knew the property was older, but the photos made it seem updated. The room we stayed in had a smell to it that seemed like the air filters hadn’t been cleaned out. The beds were moderately comfortable, but definitely not as good as I had hoped or expected. The overall appearance seemed like a fresh coat of paint could have been used and upgraded the impression. The flooring in our room was uneven at the door entry to the rest of the room. We had mediocre water pressure and barely enough hot water for 2 to shower. The staff was friendly and the location was 5 stars!

By far the worst hotel we have stayed at. The room was dirty, found clothes from previous guests behind tv stand. Bathroom was gross and hair all over from other guests. Wires sticking out from where the smoke detector was supposed to be. The condition of the rest of the hotel was overall scary. We left as soon as we could the next day.

The location Parking, location of my room(behind the elevator vie), black looking mold on the floor behind the toilet, dirt ring on the floor of the shower, and marijuana smell woke me up throughout the night so I checked out the next day and went to another hotel

Location No room service. Had to get towels and toiletries from office. when I requested the room to be cleaned on the second day the housekeeper never came. The place is outdated. The ceiling has held in place by wooden beams.

Good location! No one came and took trash and gave new towels. We had to ask for new towels. I assume that if you don’t have your do not disturb sign out they would service your room.

This motel is in desperate need of repairs and upkeep. The flooring was coming up, the shower and counter had hair all over it. We booked for two nights and left after the first night.

Location was GREAT walking distance to restaurants shops the beach pier pool area was nice staff was very friendly parking would be extremely tight with a full size truck but I was on a motorcycle so the covered parking was GREAT to see for me You can tell it is a older hotel showing its age in places but over all well worth the money

How small the rooms were and the fact that there’s no balcony.

It was close to the beach and had parking onsite. Beds were not the most comfortable and had the bathroom light go out on us, but the front desk was super nice anytime we had to go to them.

It’s a very nice place to stay. The staff is wonderful and very friendly. Extremely close to the beach and plenty of places to eat and not have to drive anywhere. We will definitely have another vacation here. No shower pressure in the shower.

Parking is extremely tight. The beds are rough to sleep on. The shower curtain didn’t go all the way down so the floor got soaked. The towel rack was broken. The sheets had a stain The only positive is there is night life and souvenir stuff very close and the beach is only a short walk away.

The place needs a major upgrade of the structure!! Stairs and beams have rust holes as big as 6 inches ! Plus no proper working toilet!! Told night person, they looked at it and said ( can't do anything until the morning! But for me to tell day crew! I did they came looked at it and never saw them again !!!!) So wasn't to pleasant without a Toilet!!

The room itself was cute and clean, but the walls were so thin we could literally hear EVERYTHING in the rooms next door like they were in the room with us. Location was convenient and a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and bars. But, it was hard to sleep when it seemed like your neighbors were in the room with you.

Great location. Though we didn't have a view of the beach it was so close. Also near bars and restaurants. Very nice and helpful staff. Didn't feel super clean and stains on the chairs. Walls were very thin. Nice pool. The town started power washing at 6 AM across the street. We stayed 1 night and I'd probably do that again but if i was staying longer, id probably stay somewhere different.

Beach you had to walk there not far at all. You can see a little bit of the Beach from hotel outside. Ac was working and good!

You can tell that this place was probably recently renovated it's almost like putting lipstick on a pig. My room was right across from the elevator and constant noise at 1:30 2:30 and 4:00 in the morning. The refrigerator was buzzing all night long almost like a hum which made it hard to sleep. The only good thing about this place is if you want to be close to all of the stuff going on on that strip. If you like that. Id imagine in season it would be noisey. Ohvand the tables were wabley. I would'nt go back.

The Sea and Breeze hotel is a great place to stay on Tybee Island. Yes, it is very old, but it is clean and safe. If you are looking for fancy, this is not your hotel. But if you are looking for a cheap, clean and convenient place to stay then look no further!

The second room had issues with the key card entry system that eventually got resolved. I didn’t want to move to a third room. The rooms had here and there issues which could use updating. The staff on check in were very nice. The room was very clean and the mattress was encased against bed bugs (you always have to check these days-no matter the hotel brand). I was there to fish with my son and the hotel was less than a 1/4 mile walk from the back river, Tybee Creek. It also sits on the Atlantic. This was a good value and I recommend this hotel.

Front desk representative was very kind and helpful! Made check in easy and quick. The property has a charm to it and the rooms were very nice. Parking is kinda tight. I drive a larger SUV bit it's east if you take your time. Pool was closed due to being off season but the area looked cool. Would stay again!

This is what we found when we stayed at this hotel. Bed spreads were stained on two queen beds , toilet did not flush properly, mold in shower , room needing repair. We stayed two nights and beds were not made but towels were replaced so housekeeping was in the room . Door to access hotel room was not working properly and we would have to slam the door to get it to close and push it hard to open. Chain for security on the door was missing. Mini refrigerator was in ill repair , door would not shut properly and would have to be lifted upward to close. The small freezer was frosted over and broken . Ice only available on third level. No working elevator to third level so you must take the stairs . Plus there was unexpected property fees , taxes that pushed up nightly stay to nearly 200 dollars a night which was an unexpected expense. For nearly 200 dollars nightly , I believe there must be much better hotel options. Tybee island is special and the beach is very nice but this hotel is old and needs renovations. Don’t stay here.

It was the perfect stay! I only live about 2 hours away. My daughter and her family were in town and staying. We decided to stay for the night and glad we did. The area was the best and a very nice place to stay!

Love this place. The location is excellent, right in the middle of everything. The front desk is awesome, was able to check in early. The cleaning service was excellent, friendly. Only wish the water pressure in the shower was a little stronger but an awesome place.

I enjoyed my stay. It is old but they kept it up parking is the only thing that is very tight and not a lot of parking. I enjoyed the area is next to everything. I enjoyed check in as well as check out. Could use more carts to help with luggage but other than that it was nice.

The handles on our drawers were string and the mini fridge was rusted at the bottom, floor was nasty (we kept shoes on except in the bed), showers aren't angled so they don't drain well. There were also holes that needed to be patched and painted. The outside had some iffy places that didn't look safe. The elevator was out and I have had knees. If these were fixed, it would be awesome! Great location and staff!

Aged but cozy. It is not as “remodeled” as they claim. Location is amazing and the cleanliness of the hotel was good. Downfall is the water was backwards, including the toilet so we got a nice butt steam everytime we used the restroom 😂. They also did not clean the rooms.

Parking isnt meant for anything non compact. House Keeper she was wonderful and delightful as well. Rooms are what you get to be by the beach. This is by far a 5 star resort hotel but if your on vacation in dont tend to be in hotel that long this is your spot. Thw pool is wonderful for quick dips and just lounging. I enjoyed it will continue to stay here. I have stayed here everytime I come to Tybee Beach. Now for the police they are hot in the area highly recommend do not drink in drive.I dont but seen the take down more then once this week.

Paint seem fresh and place was clean(ish). Was like a boardwalk style room that a high schooler would use. Parking was the worst. Could not unload car in parking and only enough room for one person to get out.

The staff was very nice and the room wasn’t bad but the shower water had a sewage smell.

While checking out we were covered in bites. Went straight to the doctor after leaving and ended up with scabies! I wouldn’t ever stay here again or recommend it to anyone!

Our exhaust fan was pouring water at certain times. They just checked it and said it would stop in a minute. I just layed towels in the floor to catch the water. Overall though the location cant be beat.

Wonderful check in person, so clear concise and helpful. The room is ok. Not dirty, but older fixtures that are corroded and not so “clean” looking.. didn’t get an icky vibe, but it is in need of updating, especially faucets and fixtures that don’t look like they can be properly “cleaned”.

Nothing fancy but it was clean and close to everything the beach very close the beds not that comfortable but for the price it was good enough the staff was friendly and helpful

Everything is okay, definitely expected more out of the room for the price ! But worth it

The staff was so so friendly and made our stay much more pleasurable. The room was decorated nicely with a comfortable bed, but the room was disgusting. The floor wasn’t sweeper or mopped, the toilet was gross, and there was hair in the shower when we got there. Housekeeping doesn’t bother with you besides give out clean towels every day, but you won’t see them besides that. The pool isn’t temperature controlled and was way too cold to swim in. The hot water in our room didn’t work but the sweet lady at the front moved us into a different room.

Parking is a little tight but manageable, area is great everything is within walking distance lots of places to eat and shop over all great locations. The rooms are nice and clean the beds are OK definitely have seen better days, they make some noise and are a bit hard. Bathroom is clean and big. Now the area is definitely I a spot where a lot of people gather so it definitely gets loud outside so if you like going to bed at a good time definitely keep it in mind you will hear people outside. But over all great place to stay will definitely come back.

The rooms are not very clean. The towels are old worn out. The shower curtain had mildew on it the floors in the room or filthy dirty overall, the place needs to be cleaned up and painted terrible conditions.

To set your soup shampoo or conditioner in a shower. But my number one problem was our air. Quit working the first night. We call all about and their sister hotel. Is the one that answers the phone and said due to the time of evening? There was nobody to come fix it. So we had to sleep all night with no type of air flow with the exception of the fan that we happened to carry with us.. I called downstairs the following morning. They did send somebody to us and the control panel went on our AC unit so they did get it fixed. However, I gave a 3 out of 5. Because I feel not having somebody to come out that night. Nor discount our room for that. Taking place the first night, the only reason I gave them 3 out of 5 stars. This is our second time staying. Then on top of no type of racks in the shower for your soap and everything you saw the hole where the exhaust fan is in the ceiling. Not covered. 2 different wall sockets hanging lother than that, our room was very clean. They are very nice there and I would probaplay. Stay again but not a 100%. Sure did not take pictures of the inside the room. Cause I did not think of it.This is a older hotel with with.Of course , needs lots of upgrades , but I would not spend more than $95.00 a night for the room.

Fun space to stay in as it is right in the midst of everything.

The location is great for a visit to Tybee Island. Lots of shopping & dining right out the front door! And the beautiful beach is just an easy walk right down the block. The room was spacious and clean, but the walls must be very thin as we could hear conversations from those around us.

Great location and great staff but lots of loud drunk people til early morning hours. If you want to sleep, don't stay here. If you are looking for a party weekend, the location is phenomenal

Location was great - comfy bed - condition of room poor. Dirty - they could’ve fit by having a service come in and clean from ceiling to floors including cabinets, under sinks, and dishes.

The room however was very dirty and I'm not really a picky person. The floors and the shower looked they hadn't been touched prior to our arrival except to put new shampoo and soap packs...which made us really hesitant about the beds being cleaned. I get that it was off season so there probably isn’t a huge deal to be made about making everything top notch. If the room had been mopped and wiped down a little better I would have given this five stars. Great location, good prices, staff was friendly and check in and out was easy. Just would have liked to see more attention to the room being cleaned.

It was close to beach, ample parking, room was ok. Lamp was rusty and needed replacing. Hotel was a lower budget type.

Front desk was awesome. Very helpful. Place looked good. Bed was comfortable. AC/heater was pretty noisy. Our feet were dirty after walking barefoot in the room. Water smelled of sewage. Couldn’t shower it was so bad. Had to use bottled water to wash up and leave. Sorry, I wouldn’t go back.

Beautiful location. Easy walk to beach and restaurants. Dated room. Scuffed floors. Toilet kept running and rocked. Worn sheets. The staff were friendly. Parking spaces were super tight, but felt safe.

Thought I ask for some view. Got a view of an elevator. Heard morning noise like laundry carts. It’s was Dec how busy can beach be. Room wasn’t that duty just lots of wood rot. Didn’t want to walk in bathroom without shoes! Bed was comfy!!!

The location of the property was great. Very convenient to shops and restaurants. The room looked like it was painted recently. The room itself was old. The water smelled terrible. There were bugs in the bathroom. Overall it was fine for one night if your expectations are low. It was certainly affordable. I probably would not stay there again.

Sea & Breeze is always a great place to stay. The staff are always nice and polite and very helpful. You can't beat how close you are to EVERYTHING!!!! Shopping, Restaurants, Bars, the Pier and the Beach.

The elevators were out several times during our stay and since i have difficulty climbing stairs there were times when i couldn't access my room. This was very disappointing since i booked 3 rooms specifically to be near my daughter and grandchildren. I expected it to be a bit noisy since we were there during PirateFest but i had to rearrange my plans to enjoy time with my family because of the elevator and stairs. . The parking there is also difficult!

This property was HORRIBLE. The bedding was dirty and there were crumbs all over the sink area. There was "bugs" all over the counter, tv, and table. The fridge was unclean and it would fall forward when you open it. There were people in the stairway smoking weed as well as a man who looked homeless, asleep in the stairway. The parking spaces were so close, I couldn't park my Infinite Q50 without going over the line, yet you are not allowed to park outside the parking space lines. The area around the hotel was old and dingy. I felt unsafe. I booked for 2 nights but didn't stay a single night. I was told the rooms were non-refundable and STILL left. Expedia should be ashamed of promoting this place. DON'T STAY HERE!! I see why they are non-refundable because you pay before you see the rooms and surrounding area. The ladies at the front desk were very nice, that was the only good part about this place.

My husband and I stayed here after going on a Celebrity cruise. We wanted our vacation to last a little longer before having to return home and go back to normal life. The room was cute, had a very comfortable bed, but could use a little TLC especially in the bathroom. It was handicap accessible, but there were no safety bars in the shower or anywhere to hang towels, washcloths, or wet bathing suits. It could use another shelf in the shower to hold shampoo, conditioner and what not. The screen size on the TV 📺 was weird. We tried to put it on a normal screen size using the remote, but it stayed small no matter which option we picked. The hotel location was great! We were within a few steps of the pool, beach, pier, tourst shops, and local eateries. If we're ever at Tybee Island, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Always go here when we go to tybee. Close to everything. Bars shops restaurants. Only a block from the beach Wet Willie's downstairs and awesome pizza across the street. Also every time i go there i meet awesome people on the terrace where u can watch people walking down below. Love it.

The staff was friendly at check-in/out. Room was fairly clean, but few amenities. Minimal drawer space, no closet, no towel racks. 6 out of 10. The price was good for mid-week, post Labor Day.

I have a f150 so it’s big so the lady at the front desk had us park in a no parking zone which I guess they use for big vehicles it was below the second floor well people were smoking and throwing there cigarettes in the back of my truck and burned a hole in my beach chairs and the morning we were to check out by 11 well it was 10am and house keeping just walked in our room didn’t even knock and we had the do not disturb card on the door my granddaughter was in the bed and I was fixing to get into the shower so other then that it was a pretty good stay

Sea Breeze was perfectly located in the middle of South Tybee. My car didn’t move during our entire stay. Close to the beach and all dining and bars.

Nice pool. Convient to beach, shops, cafes, ice cream parlors, large pier. No staff on site at night to tame the all night party people. Can hear the conversations going on in the next room. Very outdated rooms with unstable wobbly room entrance door. AC unit worked well. Towels were clean. Lumpy bed. Toilet did not flush properly. Parking on ground level. Pool and rooms on level 2 and more rooms on level 3. Every side on level 2 and 3 had nice adorondac furniture to enjoy shade or sun to watch below all the comings and goings. Too expensive. Will not be back there again.

We liked that there was a roof pool, that was pretty cool. The room that we had was awesome, the bed was so comfortable my husband wanted one like it at home. The hotel was so close to the beach, it was a 5 minute walk. We will book again.

I loved the location of the property. It definitely felt like a "party" property and people were loud and drinking heavily. I was there with my kids so it was just weird. It was fairly old and my kids found a dead bug.
