Jess at the pool bar was awesome.

The room was basically comfortable but a bit over priced. Hand and bath soap dispensers were totally empty but a call to the front desk remedied that. I’d prepaid for my stay along with resort fees, but an additional fee was added at the desk that hadn’t been mentioned previously.

Convenient location for beach goers but very expensive compared to the quality of the rooms. Interior does not meet expectations compared to exterior. The allure of the exterior is the huge window for the grand view, but access is limited. Out-dated and in need of some restoration and modernizing. I would stay again because of the conveniency but only if the price was less or options were minimal.

We had two gigantic cockroaches in our room. We packed up and immediately left. The front desk offered an “engineer” to take a look at the room or change rooms. We left immediately. The building and rooms were very run down, and way overpriced for what the building was.

The staff was very friendly. Room wasn’t the cleanest but wasn’t horrible. The view was nice but the foliage needs trimmed back. Our room was never cleaned even though we had the do not disturb sign off the door. Asked for extra bath towels, never came. Went back to registration building, was given washcloths but never did get more towels. Bed was very comfortable.

Arrived early and was given a pool pass and allowed to park in the lot. Staff was super helpful. I choose the first-floor obstructed view but the beach was only a few hundred feet from the room.

The room was very clean and well stocked with beach towels to be used and plenty of toilet paper.Which is always a concern.The balcony was clean.The chairs were clean, only one slot issued.There was some grid on the floor when we took our shoes off, we could feel it, and we had not been out of the room.But no biggie, this is a great motel friendly staff and they even let us check in early.I would recommend it highly and we will stay there again.Thank you .. Room was clean and comfortable. Close by to restaurants, bars, and other activities. We really enjoyed our stay.

Over priced for the property

Overall the room and property was pleasant. Close proximity to the beach was big plus. Just a few minor maintenance issues (room coffee maker not working, room safe not working, and very loud squeaking bathroom door). Otherwise, I would return for another stay.

The resort fee is $18 per person but with two pools it is not much of a resort. I think it is a hidden additional room fee. I would not recommend anyone stay at this hotel.

The rooms could have been cleaned better. The bathroom smelled like urine, and when I pulled the chair away from the lamp that was against the wall, it was trash & dusty in all the corners & along the baseboards. The rooms were really in need of deep cleaning. Look like housekeeping only perform surface cleaning. A real good cleaning needs to happen at least weekly. This would make the property better. While we were waiting, a couple came in and said the room they were given was so dirty they couldn’t stay and said they were leaving. That scared me for sure. Especially with the items they said was left in the room. I was just praying that we didn’t have the same experience.

Have you ever seen the room given to you being flooded with dirt water? Well, have you been given a different room only to be flooded the same way when you’ll wake up next morning. Also broken toilet at night when you need to bathe your kids and you have to wait till 10pm for parts. Honestly, this place has seen no maintenance for over a decade and belongs on Hotel Impossible.

Unfortunately, we only stayed one night as the cleanliness and staff made it a very comfortable one. I will definitely stay here in the future (for more than one night😉).

Wonderful! And when it says “partial view” it means you see the ocean, just no beach (it’s covered by trees/bushes). Haha. Will come again!!

So close to everything! The beach, the shops, restaurants! The beds and pillows were so soft and thankful for the beach chairs provided! Loved that they had 2 pools and the Tiki Hut! Always nice to get a beverage and Jess was so quick to serve us and make suggestions on drink options. Not one thing.

The Tiki bartender was the highlight of our trip We really had a good time with Jess even though we had problems with the room . The filthy room we had .. No shower curtain to start off. A stack of dirty cleaning rags was left on the floor of the bath tub There was sand all over the floor . We called several times to the front desk to take care of it , but no one ever came to clean. This was when we first checked in

The location was on the beach and the staff were very courteous. The condition of the building was so old and run down. There was a large brown stain running down the exterior wall of the entrance doors. Our room overlooked a row of portable toilets and there was tall dune grass growing up against the sliding glass door. There was no hot water in the bathroom sink. We then found out there was a three day heavy metal concert planned on the beach during our stay. We couldn’t wait to leave.

The stay was good, the only thing I that bothered me and my wife was the late check in time. We ended up having to wait for a few hours before we could check in with minimal places to change into beach attire.

They charged me 154.00 for parking and destination fees! Not to happy about that!

I realize this is an older hotel. The maintence on the building has not been kept up and it shows. When we arrived to register for our stay. I went to open the lobby door, the glass was filthy and I used a napkin on the handle to open the door. I accidently through the drapes back from the sliding glass door in our room and in the corner was a nasty mess of dirt, trash and cobwebs. I threw the drapes back in place. We left the next day.

Location is perfect. We had a very positive stay. This hotel is supposed to be only for the stay that offers immediate beach access, so it doesn't have any restaurants or food service on property. Our only complaint was that the body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom had all finished and we found out about it too late to inform the staff. They should check on such things before new guests check-in. Otherwise it's a good option to stay in Tybee.

Room was close to elevator, as requested. Bed was super comfortable and the room stayed nice and cool. Ocean view was great. We used the pool every day.

The location is great, with direct access to the beach and some great restaurants within walking distance. The hotel itself was clearly once very nice, but it needs some TLC and deep cleaning. The main room was fine, except the floor needed a good mopping. The bathroom though needed some things replaced and a deep cleaning. The soap/shampoo dispensers on the walls were rusty and the ones in the shower had rust runs leaking from them daily, the vents had visible crud in them, and floors/baseboards needed scrubbed. Overall, it’s what you’d see in a Motel 6, which I personally won’t stay at, not a $300/night hotel. Aged is fine - just clean it and replace things if they are rusty, etc.

We got no sleep. They had some kind of machine rugged to the air conditioner which made loud horrible noises throughout the night.

I find this situation unacceptable, especially as it concerns the safety of hotel guests. I would therefore expect an explanation as well as appropriate compensation for the incident and the way the matter was handled. Location

The place needs a good cleaning and update. Within 15 minutes of being there everyones feet were black from the dirty sticky floor. I went and got cleaning supplies and cleaned myself. The towel I used to clean was black when I was done. The neighbors down the hall from us had the same experience. The place is just dusty and dirty. We had the ocean view. The beds and towels appeared clean. The pee smell went away after I cleaned. I will not go back.

There is a public parking lot between the hotel and the beach. Depending on what floor you’re on, your view may not be great.

Location and the view The hotel was outdated. It was not clean in our room. We had a dirty towel. There was rust on the stainless fixtures.. the bed headboards have not been cleaned. The nightstands have not been cleaned. It’s just very dirty and outdated. We had somebody beating on our door at 11:30 at night playing very loud music after that.

I was surprised by the state of our room considering we have stayed here before and it was great last time. This time however, there were strands of hair EVERYWHERE. On the floor, in the shower, on some of the towels. Considering we both have extremely low cut hair (buzzed), we knew it wasn’t from us. Other than that, it was okay. The view of the ocean was nice.

The general cleanliness, maintenance, and upkeep are way below expectations for a $220+ per night room. I’ve stayed in hotels charging far less that were miles better than the Hotel Tybee.

Bring pillows because theirs are cheap. Rooms are overpriced for a one night stay. 400.00 for a beach view and you have to look over the public parking lot. The view is nice but way overpriced considering.

The location was great! Our room was very dirty. The floor was really gross with sand and dirt. Our feet were dirty everytime we walked on it, the tv stand had a layer of dust on it, The bathroom had hair in the shower. The pool area was so outdated and the tiki bar wasn’t open. The pictures online made the place look a lot better than it really was, Very disappointed

The room view would have been nice but there was lots of construction that went on till almost 1am and a festival that was starting the next day so they were setting up a a stage and tons of barricades. It definitely wasn’t ideal. I feel like we got scammed for the price we paid ($370)

we had an ocean view, the entire place smelt like weed and booze. there were parties all around the hotel both inside and outside as its also a party beach with public access. there was vomit in the elevator, outside on the balcony(s), vomit on the outside walkways from people vomiting off of the balconies, and vomit in the hotel hallways. i really wish i was joking, i brought my family with 4 kids here and it was a wreck. worst experience ever.

Great location. Room and bed were clean. Bar at pool was convenient and nice. View from room 224 partial view was good with a cool little balcony. Can't see the beach but ocean and pier is nice. Bad timing on our part, party weekend for seniors so drunk teens slamming doors and talking excessively loud intermittently in the hallway directly in front of our door until 3am was a little frustrating but I was young once, didn't try to spoil it for them. Will check events in the area before going back. Would stay again.

Yes it was visible, but i was unaware that i would have to walk through a parking lot to get to the beach.

Hotel doesn’t appear to have been updated or cleaned since the 1980’s. A pop up carnival was in the front and attracted the stereotypical crowd.

The hotel needs a makeover. For $250+ a night it should’ve been better. The cleaning staff need to step up their game. I pored water in the coffee pot n ran it thru and the water came out nasty. There was even a hair in it. The floors need mopping. The bathroom needs lighting and an overhaul. The mini fridge leaks inside. Water all inside. The bathroom door would not shut. The bed slept great and the TV was nice. The location is great. Right on the beach. Near the pier and stores. I would return simply bc of the location.

Room was very clean and I felt at home. We had everything needed and for it to be hotel coffee it was really good. Staff was at registration/check-in were ok they didn’t have the happiest or most friendliest demeanor but they were still very helpful. The walk to the beach wasn’t far at all, literally right at the beach of course so it takes no time to get there. Overall a great stay.

The room was well maintained. We always love having a microwave in the room (dining leftovers). Many of the hotels we've stayed in as of late have no microwave. There was an issue with one of the elevators not working. However, when we mentioned it to the front desk staff they were very attentive and the maintenance technician took care of it. We definitely plan on returning to this hotel. We love the location, plus ... BEACH!!

The room weren’t as clean. Their was handprints of prior guest on pictures hanging on the room dust on the bathroom vanity and things where not wipe down. The staff was amazing very friendly and help when needed.

The "beach view" rooms are attached to a public parking lot that the hotel has no control over. We had to call the cops 4 times to resolve issues going in in that parking lot. Not worth paying for a room to deal with all of that.

We came to Hotel Tybee because it offered what we sought, a direct path to the beach on a romantic getaway for two. Reading about its history prior to booking told us this was a luxurious destination for the elite, since become an affordable family destination. To this end we booked the Ocean View King room, their most romantic offering, but when we entered the room we saw: sand all over the floor; leftover food from the previous guest in the mini fridge; the fitted sheet turned inside out instead of being replaced; various strands of hair on the bathroom towels. In short, proper turndown and cleaning was not performed. When presented with this, staff offered to put us in another room but it would be a lesser room, as an equivalent exchange was not possible. We asked for a full refund, which was given and we found other accomodations elsewhere. The long history of luxury has long since passed, and unless you are comfortable with a certain lax in cleanliness and dereliction of duty, I would say, do not stay at the Hotel Tybee.

We felt uncomfortable with the smells and lack of cleanliness of the hotel. This is more of a motel. The pictures look decent, but in reality, this hotel was not up to any standard.

We had a 4th floor room and had a complete ocean view. Everything was very nice. My only complaint was the shower water pressure was pretty low. Check in was great the manager gave us an upgrade and a lot of info for the area.Check out was easy, just a call and leave your keys in the room and you're on your way.

View was decent. The back parking lot between the hotel and the dunes, takes away from the view and can be noisy at night, but that's ok.... it's Tybee. Room was clean, the staff was great. It's taken me 17 years to acquire a room due to lack of availability at my time of travel, but it will always be my first inquiry.

If I had to pick something, I woulsd ask to sweep floors better, lots of hair but nothing I couldnt get taken care of.

We enjoyed our stay except we got no room service. We saw the lady one day in the hall & she asked if we needed anything. We got one towel & wash cloth. The next day we needed clean towels and everything. No one came period. My husband had to go to the check in desk for towels so we could shower.

We enjoyed our stay except we got no room service. We saw the lady one day in the hall & she asked if we needed anything. We got one towel & wash cloth. The next day we needed clean towels and everything. No one came period. My husband had to go to the check in desk for towels so we could shower.

Room facing the ocean with balcony was nice, room was clean. The problem was that the rear middle entrance adjacent to public parking area had a door that anyone could enter into the hotel. When reported to front desk, I was told that the engineer would check it out. It was not fixed. I have a feeling that it has been like that for some time.

It's good for an older hotel. Bathrooms could be updated, caulking around tubs, etc. Great views if you have a Oceanview/oceanfront room.

The sliding door to the balcony had no screen , body wash in the shower was empty on day one, hand soap dispenser ran out on day two.when we checked in my husband lifted the toilet seat and the toilet bowl was covered in urine! The view of the beach was phenomenal as we were on the 4th floor. Lots to walk to.

The hotel is old & needs remodeling. The AC unit was not cooling well & they don't have great access to the beach bc its to far to walk. There's not much to do on Tybee unless you wanna walk for everything. The TV has no instructions so you just flip channels until you find something, need a guide for channels. Room wss very small for 2 queens and definitely over priced.

The room have bed bugs and the mattress was dirty and I had to ask the manager to look at the mattress because I had so many bites and also my husband had bites in his body and hands, I was told that we will be reimburse for the two days. we can't sleep the first night because the bites and also the noise was so bad the people next to our room was smoking marijuana outside our room with other 10 people making a lot noise until 3:00 am. We left the next day. I am still trying to get my money back. I was refunded by the hotel only 85.00 dollars. I am hoping we get back my money back for the two days. we onl6y stay one day. Please check your mattress before you stay in this hotel. There was blood and mold in the mattress.

This was our 5th year in a row staying at Hotel Tybee. The service was excellent...we had a wonderful view .. beds were comfortable and all the staff were professional and very helpful

The staff was decent but had a reluctant attitude as if they didnt want to be there. The room was okay for what it was but the refrigerator leaked and the engineer said was normal and the room looked like it was set up in the 1960s with items bought on discount from the 1950s. Its biggest appeal was the view we had of the ocean from the balcony and being able to access to the beach.

An amazing hotel.very short walk to the beach. The customer service was excellent. Lots of places to eat and shop.The tiki bar was cool.

Hotel was definitely older and not maintained as well as it could have been. We took our pet and found out the hotel was not really pet friendly at all. Views were great.

Basic beige but clean room. Could use a little updating but who stays in the room much anyway. Could use an exit to the back of the building. Walking all the way around the building to get the the beach access was a little annoying but still no biggie.

Everything was amazing, only thing I wish they would have is night security patrolling as we had two cars during the night doing donuts and revving their engines in the parking lot between the hotel and the beach waking my kids and self up.

The view from our room is fantastic and we love the high top chairs and table.

Wonderful and friendly staff. Hotel could use some update but everything was in useable and good condition. Clean for the most part just starting to show its age. Very close to the pier, shopping shops, food and the beach. Didn’t book a room with a view but to ocean is a park lot away. Hotel had beach chairs and towels for use. It was a wonderful stay. Will stay again next time we are the area again in a month.

Love this hotel .Always a great stay.. One of the closest hotels on the beach. The proximity to the Main Street with the little shops,bars,restaurants is so close walking distance. But far enough away, so it's quiet.

The property was in a great location and the staff was great but the room was not as clean as you would expect. It's a beach property so things like rust and moisture are understandable but every surface had layers of collected dust and there was something running down one of the walls.

Got locked out of our room for almost 3 hours

The staff was warm and welcoming they did a good job. Was a little annoyed that they charged us to check in 2 hours early but it was my choice Location was fantastic try to get on the 3rd or 4th floor for the best view

For the only hotel here on the island this place needs a makeover and renovation. Their cleaners should also probably actually do their job. The toilet had stains and stool still, sand everywhere, dusty, and felt like this place was lazily cleaned. Should have considered the air BNB and condos. There was also a huge Public parking lot behind us kind of ruining the view of the ocean.

Everything was in walking distance from the hotel and we were right on the beach.

The only drawback was that the first-floor room did not have ocean views, which should be made clearer in the description. Despite that, we would recommend this place.

The incompetent of the check in staffs is astonishing. It was already paid for except the resort fees which they said is to pay when you get there… but the staff said the room wasn’t paid yet. Anyway, for the outrageous charge for a motel room is mind blowing. Location is all it got. Wish some high end hotel brands come in and remodel the whole place.

The place isn’t maintained well for guests. There was hair on the hair dryer, sand in the bathtub, and floors of the room were wet, sticky, and sandy. The hotel guests were noisy and the rooms near the elevator could hear everything going on outside including the elevator noise everytime someone got off or on it.

The destination fee were they charged for beach (Thin) towels, beach chairs and parking and bikes (very poor condition). If you bought your own beach accessories you didnt need theirs and was required to pay not per item. $40 plus for each day should have allowed them also to purchase some decent bikes or some oil for goodness sake. if you ride bikes many dont. Beach chairs were moldy. The pool areavwas nice. The hotel entrance was dirty.

Location was why we booked, did not know it was a public public beach paid parking is inbetween you and the beach. Its dirty, ya cant see the ocean from the 2nd floor balcony. The room wasnt clean, they gave us 1 set of towels for 4 ppl. The bikes you can rent are never avaliable really.

Air conditioner never cooled the room much. When asked for an extra blanket we were given a mattress cover. There was a dehumidifier in the room that every 45 minutes made a horrible noise. Bed was comfortable

Older resort but well kept. Great location on the beach. They had beach chairs and beach towels in the room for your use which was great!! A lot of places within walking to shop and eat. We didn’t have enough towels in the room and called to ask for them and they never brought them, we had to go to the office and ask again, not a major issue.

The room and bathroom could use some upkeep. Paint was cracking and caulking in the floor settings the toilet looked really bad. There was a terrible smell coming from the bathroom, not sure if it was the water itself or a toilet problem. The bed was great and comfortable. However, there was an in room humidifier that was so loud you had to turn it off at night. The airconditioner unit hasn't been dusted in a long time and just looked gross. There was also a water leak... either rain coming in or the a/c into itself. And lastly, we were right across from a supply closet and either heard the staff continously going in and out of it was then going into rooms down our hallway before 9 in the morning... so sleeping in was out of the question. But the good part about it is the location and the staff was excellent. Maybe we just needed a different room and it would have been a great visit.

It's a great location...Close to beach and the downtown shopping and entertainment. The exterior needs appropriate maintenance/housekeeping. There was a lot of trash on the ground and trash cans went days without disposal.

We arrived early, the check in receptionist was nice and pleasant but made sure we knew there was no way to check in early, even if our room was available unless we had paid the early check in fee. We were allowed to use the pool but could. It get pool towels until after check in. When we got to our “ocean view” room we realized that was not the case, our balcony view was a parking lot. I choice to upgrade to “ocean front” which truly means, 4th floor, ocean VIEW. There is no such thing as an ocean front room. So for almost $300 more we overlooked a public parking lot, over a sand dune and the could see the ocean. The room was fine, felt clean, beds comfortable and ac worked great. Our room did have a dehumidifier in it that was very loud and could not be turned off. They offered beach chairs and pool towels. The did come and take our trash and replenish towels on day 2 of our stay. Even though the stay was not a complete bust, my family will not be staying at hotel tybee again.

My family and I booked our vacation in advance. When we arrived, we had to wait for over an hour to before getting checked in. I was informed that 6 of the 8 housekeepers had left for lunch and never returned. We finally got to our rooms and it was nothing like the pictures. I was expecting a lot more due to the price, but we were only there for a short period of time. We ran out of towels and it was a long wait just to get more. On Sunday we finally had housekeepers. We asked them for extra supplies and they assisted. My family and I went to to do some shopping and later went for dinner. I realized the next morning that my bottle of perfume was missing. I went to the front desk and no one was available to assist me. I ended up calling the number because we had to leave by a certain time and I was able to get someone on the phone. She sent me a link to my phone. I entered all of the necessary information and no one has still contracted me. I did this on July 21st. When I called her I explained that it was on the bathroom counter. All of my other items were still there, but this one particular item. I told her I knew one of the housekeeper had taken it because they were the only ones up near our room before we had left. So if you have items in your room that you don’t want to go missing, please stay away from this place. They are unorganized, the wait time to check in takes way too long, the hotel is very outdated. The elevators are way too slow.

I’m an HVAC guy and I completely understand the need for humidity control. The air conditioner in the room is loud enough as it is and that’s not such a bid deal, it actually help me sleep. The dehumidifier and condensate pump in the room though, that’s a little much. I know there isn’t much that can be done with that setup but maybe the property needs to look at some other way to condition the rooms.

Lady at the front desk was very helpful. Walked to shops and restaurants.

The hotel has not been updated in years. There were stains and marks on bedroom, hallways, elevators outside building. Pool area was old and needed new life floats, chairs were in need of replacing as the weaving was broken and uncomfortable. Lobby needed an uplift and perhaps a place to sit as we waited to be served. Bella was the best staff at the hotel. She was knowledgeable about places around Tybee, Will not stay again unless upgraded.

Bed extremely comfortable. Restaurant on property would be a convenient addition in the future! After requesting a few times, we finally got our room serviced (cleaned.) The wooden floors were lovely!!

There was blood on the wall in the bathroom. Floors were nasty balls of hair next to bed. Hair on walls in bathroom.

The sink had black mold under the rim. Overall, it was a nice stay.

I'm typically not one to complain... But our room was not cleaned very well, the smoke detector had been intentionally disconnected and was left hanging, and the shower had black mold. Also, despite observing cleaning staff tending to other rooms on our floor, our room was not cleaned once. And we spent three nights. I will not be back and will not recommend this hotel.

The hotel was nice, but we paid almost 300$$ a night--during the week!! It was July & peak season, so the rooms are going to be expensive. The hotel is right on the beach, so you pay for that. However, it is also a massive hotel w/ lots of rooms, and usually 2 people working the desk!! It took over an hr for us to check in, our room wasnt ready (but it was after 4pm). I loved Tybee Island, but would stay elsewhere next time. Its a tiny island, all the hotels are on the beach & you can walk or ride a bike anywhere in 10 to 15 minutes.

Hotel was convenient to beach, walk out took a couple minutes. Clean sand, umbrellas and chairs available for a fee. Daily cleaning and fresh linens each day. Local restaurants were good and easy to access with a short walk for a 5 minute drive. Drive to Savannah for a day of shopping and had a great dinner of shrimp n grits. Would visit here again!

It was a shame to see trash roll/fly around the parking lot. I know it’s a shame people are so self absorbed they litter, but someone needs to clean the lot each evening. It could easily be done from a golf cart with an extended grabber.

The room barely cooled down. The evenings were too hot to sleep. The fridge did not cool properly. The microwave did not work. The beach chairs and towels were a nice perk.

When we went to go to bed the first night of our stay, we noticed there was sand in the sheets. When we turned the lights out it was obvious the sheets had not been changed since the last guests. The sheets were dirty and full of sand. It was too late to do anything about it at that point so we slept on top of the top bed sheet to avoid sleeping on the dirty bottom sheet. The next morning I let a staff member at the front desk know that the sheets had not been changed from the previous guest and asked her if they could swap the sheets. She wrote down our room number but it did not seem like she really even cared that our sheets were still dirty from previous guests. The room was cleaned while we were out but when we came back to the room that night and got ready for bed, we pulled back the covers and the sheets were still dirty. They had just remade the bed with the same dirty sheets, so we had to sleep on top of the top sheet again. I have never written a bad review for any hotel I've stayed at, but reusing dirty sheets is gross, and not fixing it or caring about it is disappointing to say the least.

We have always loved Hotel Tybee but paying $340 a night it would be nice to not have your bathroom paint peeling off , ceiling paint peeled all over . Other wise the rooms are always clean and so nice Nd the staff very kind

This was a very nice place. I feel it was overpriced though. With all fees for a two queen room with ocean vie 3rd floor for two nights, I pad over $700. I expected a nice breakfast for that, but only received coffee available in room to make myself and 2 drink tokens for the full stay. This little town is very quiet with some good restaurants, shops, etc all walking distance. There were public restrooms available near the beach and the beach had so many access points. Pier is great for photos, food, drinks, finishing. The sand and water were amazing. It was worth the expense.

House keeping only came once during our stay. I had to go and get any supplies we needed (towels, tp, etc). The hardware in the bathroom was rusted, sink did not drain. They charged us for beach chairs we didn’t need or use and would not remove the charge. Location, access to beach and view if you have ocean front on 4th floor were great.

Even though I had closed the balcony before I went out, after the rain, water leaked into the room so badly that it became completely unusable. However, they only cleaned the room and refused to move me to a room of the same level as the ocean view I had originally booked

The hotel itself is good. Our door was a little hard to open and close. We paid nearly $300 for one night. Asked for a cot because there were no rooms with 2 beds available and they wanted to charge for the cot. Even paying $300 for a room I still had to pay $48 for parking in the hotel parking lot!!!! That's insane in my opinion.

Very disappointing! It would have been ok at about half the price ot less. Way overpriced for what it is. We stayed at a 2 bdr condo in Orlando for about half the price. Only real issue was the soap/shampoo dispenser's did not work. We had or on, so... Once again, VERY DISAPPOINTING!! We will NOT be back!
