Room was updated almost new and staff was very friendly and helpful will definitely go back.

I had a dirty room and I did not realize because I was so tired and I told front desk and they said I need to talk to the gm well?;I was pretty upset I was not given a refund since the room was filthy and I brought it up with hotel.com which I only received rewards. I will never stay here again

Overall it was a good stay, however the blankets on the bed had a few stains which didn’t make me feel super comfortable on laying down, there was a strong smell in the room when I arrived and when I asked for a hairdryer there weren’t any available. Despite all of that, like I mentioned the stay was good, it is a quiet place which is basically what I was looking for

The property was clean, well lit (for security purposes), and was close to restaurants and shopping as well as easy on/off access to I-10. My room was updated and well maintained! The room was spacious and well lit; however, the 32” LCD TV was too small for such a spacious room. The bathroom only had 1 face towel instead of the standard two.

Staff was friendly. Room was ok on cleanliness. A/C worked well. Hot water was difficult to get to work because the nozzle wasn’t attached correctly. Biggest issue was the constant cigarette and weed smell throughout the halls and at the entryway because everyone stands at the door smoking and in the rooms. Smokers have no respect for other patrons or the facilities.

Just an old Motel 6 with new paint. Old mattresses sitting outside on the side of the building. The new mattresses are hard as stone. Walls are paper thin, not updated just and old motel and it shows.

Our room was very clean. I liked the little kitchen but we weren’t there long enough to use it. Desk staff was very helpful and friendly. Good location for what we wanted to do.

I really appreciated the friendly staff. It made the check in process seamless. The bed was really comfortable. Usually I have trouble sleeping in a bed that isn't my own. But the comfort here exceeded expectations. I didn't care for the parking pass. Not that this is a deal breaker for future stays. I just worried something would happen like the tape wouldn't hold and my car would end up being towed. I think it would be better to have something more sturdy than a taped slip of paper and something that has to be returned on check out.

We were well taken care of.

It had a coffee maker that didn’t work it had a kitchenette up with absolutely nothing in it. It only had a microwave. And a refrigerator and sink. It also had a drain board for dishes that didn’t have.

Pet friendly and no fee for them. Property was neat and tidy. Felt very safe.

Closer freeway easy on easy off. There is a separate building for some rooms that you have to have a key to get into for security reasons. Rooms could be a little cleaner the floors need more attention in my opinion. Okay for a quick stay nothing more nothing less

It has fridge, microwave, sink, a small table, and good space, near the outlets. The place smells, from the reception to the bedroom, cigar, humidity, you cant open Windows, the room in front of ours had many pets, with lots of noise, people were drinking, smoking, fighting, insulting at 2am out of the room, you can hear it all. The bed cover had LOTS of stains, I can tell they were clean, but stained. I didnt feel safe. The person in the reception said the rooms were no smoking, and when I asked if the rooms could smell like cigar he said "well they shouldnt but people do smoke sometimes". Terrible experience the information is not accurate it is a motel.

I did not like my driver's license was scanned at the reception. Apparently, it was a State law. Am I supposed to sue the State of Arizona if I get a Breach Notification from the Studio 6?

Clean and inexpensive, staff was very friendly and courteous.

It was a wonderful stay, the room is great, the staff is excellent, my only criticism is the room is very dark and on the 1st floor you really can't leave the drape open, and they have the most uncomfortable plastic chairs to sit in. If you are working on your computer or trying to watch TV, they are very hard to sit in for long periods of time. They provide a coffee pot but no coffee or cream or sugar and there are no utensils if you are planning on using the microwave or even cups to drink coffee out of. Still the value is great, the location is great, and the staff is excellent.

I felt very safe here. It was quiet but very close to the main street.

There is a sink, refrigerator and microwave. There are no dinnerware or utensils, or drinking cups provided. The refrigerator is full size with a large freezer. The only downside I see is the room is very dark and the wall lamps do not brighten it much. Also there is no lighting near the sink/microwave area. Since I am on the fist floor opening the curtain does not work for privacy. The staff is excellent and go out of their way to be helpful. The property inside and out is extremely clean.

Kitchen was not equipped with any utensils or towels, nor was the bathroom.

There wasn't a breakfast option. I was in a suite which had a kitchenette. It had a small but full fridge and freezer, perfect for me as I bought fresh and frozen foods to take home. Maybe a floor lamp, or just more light options.

The shower had no water pressure and the knob worked horrible.

Front desk was polite and friendly would def stay again in a bind , beds were decent and area was close to food and fuel .

However the room was extremely clean, bed was comfortable, staff was very friendly and nice. Location while not awesome in terms of walking to restaurants or shops, it was very convenient to I10.

This hotel was extremely clean and the rooms were very nice for the price. I would recommend staying here.

The location was good and right off the highway, easy to find. The staff was friendly and greeted us when we came in to register and get our key to our room. The room was clean, loved the kitchenette. They could have put a light above the kitchen sink for more light there. The bed was ok, a little too hard for me. On site free parking.

Clean, comfortable, good location I SPECIFICALLY rented that motel because it was SUPPOSED to have a FULL kitchenette…dishes, hot plate, eating and cooking utensils…I had NONE of those things in my room, went down to front desk and guy there said they only have them WHEN AVAILABLE. So had to go out and buy food that required no cooking. Two days later, told a different front desk person, he went into a supply room and brought out a tub filled with all things missing from my room, so I stayed an additional day. Branch manager was at front desk upon check out, told him what happened. He didn’t seem the least bit interested…..NOT ACCEPTABLE! Next time, I will stay at Red Roof Inn

Check in/out went well. The TV did not work. The GM came & fixed but had to leave tv unmounted (on wall) & placed on desk since it was in the evening. It would be fixed in the am. The closet pole mounted on wall was about 18 inches wide w/no hangers but it did have a ironing board w/iron also mounted on wall. Room well worn, like paint chips off bathroom wall, cheap mattresses, air conditioner worked good but looked dirty & original cover was replaced with a poorly finished metal screen. Didn't notice any bugs or spiders, a plus. However, the fridge w/freezer was spotless clean & kitchenette seemed newer. It was nice not having to pay for our 2 dogs stay. The area was very sketchy & didn't feel real safe. There was an old beat up truck hooked to an open hauling trailer with different size tires, truck had a flat, bed & trailer full of junk and partially covered the whole mess with tarps but still some junk exposed. Stayed one night & will not stay again. I thought the Studio 6 would be nicer than Motel 6, however if it is, I would hate to stay in Motel 6.

We did not stay. Had to find another hotel. We got into our room and it smelled horrible. After looking around there was a SIGNIFICANT amount of black mold on two walls and the ceiling - specifically behind the curtains around the window.

Roaches Bed and dirty no supplies in the room

Staff was wonderful when checking in and room was spacious but when getting ready in the morning and walking through making sure I packed everything found a couple of roaches. That was the only complaint is the pest issue hopefully they resolve it quickly.

The staff here is great, friendly and casual. From management to housekeeping and maintenance. Michael was very helpful in getting the room I wanted sorted out. I should also mention Eddie is also very helpful with the reservations.thank u all!

The overnight front desk lady called my room at 1020pm on Saturday night stating that she gad noise complaints. I was next to a type of porter closet which means i had one direct neighboring room beside and below me. I told her that i would turn down the radio and sh continued with " the next time ill call the police" She never even left the front desk to verify any such accusations. I was standing in the hallway and could hear a female laughing. I went to the front desk to ask her about said complaint and she replied im not goung to argue with you,. I stated im not arguing with you. She then informed me if she was gonna call the police and have me vacated. I should fine, go ahead, call the police. I wasn't on any drugs. Nothing going on like that, but she never even verified any of the thing about noise level. She just took third hand info as gospel truth. I started moving back out because I pretty much knew the outcome. Marana P.D. arrived as i was moving out from the second floor. No citations no trip to jail but i was 86ed from the property. I left a message when attempting to contact the management and of course they never returned my call. I may have been there for at rhe most 1hour entirely. If course no refund for the roim either. So me being about the principal cost me money, and they need to maybe have their staff.Members follow up with said complaints before, just so quick to jump to I'll just call the cops.

The Motel was nice but the other renters were very loud into the early morning hours. There seem to be homeless individuals that hung around. It was a little scary to leave the room when it gets dark so I took care of what I needed before it got dark so I would not have to be in and out of the room when the sun sets.

This was not a planned stay and was based on emergency needs and I’m a single mom with my 15 year old and two puppies. We just needed To feel safe and taken care of in that week we stayed here. And we did. We felt so comfortable that when our new house was ready for us just down the road we were sad leaving. Thank you guys!

My stay, with my boyfriend and my dog, was great. I had a small incident with another guest while going to the pool but a staff member was present and was very nice about comforting me in the situation. I’m very appreciative of him (didn’t get his name unfortunately). Checking in and out was easy and i would definitely stay again if im ever in Tucson.

The room was clean and comfortable. Management and staff are friendly, efficient and ready to help. Staff can often be seen in common areas keeping the property clean and maintained. The pet friendly property is very quiet and well maintained. We enjoy staying here.

My husband and i ended up staying for 6 days. The room was very clean and tidy. We saved a lot of $$ on food by having a refrigerator and microwave and sink. We both were very disappointed with how cold and unusable the pool was. We stayed at the end of april. Everything else was great..

It was quite noisy with the thin walls, and there were others guests bustling along the hallway all throughout the night. Then, waking up, I saw cockroach and a few other bugs on the counter of the small kitchen counter top. I will note that the fridge provided was nice and spacious, but everything else was poor quality. The TV did not work, the bath towels were very small (and I’m not a big person; 118 lbs), and the bathroom space itself was also quite small and lacked storage space to store bathroom essentials. I would never stay here again. In the end, I should have done more research instead of trusting a “good-priced” deal for a one night stay in a “studio”. My biggest compliment does go out to the employees whom quickly checked us in and out and were very friendly.

Booked a room with a kitchenette, all it was was a midsize fridge, microwave, toaster and coffeepot, with a VERY small sink. The bathroom sink was bigger than the kitchenette sink. Check in was very hospitable and they worked with us for an early arrival which was very nice. Understood if not possible since arrived earlier than expected. Rooms were pretty clean except a kinda big spider web in the corner and there was no hair dryer in room. Other than that room was sufficient.

For the price this was a very good option. It was better than some $250 rooms I have stayed in. That said, it is showing wear and tear, and some things could be fixed.

I was nervous about staying here alone as a female. The front desk staff was very kind and the room was spotless, but it is in a noisy area and a lot of the other guests made me feel unsafe. I had a rental car and was unsure about leaving it in the lot overnight because there was someone parked to me who was not staying at the hotel. He seemed to be sleeping in his car.

Our stay was fine. The room was comfortable and they accepted cats. The one downer is we found two hatchling roaches near our door the first day of our stay. After that we didn't have a problem.

Overall, the property is in good shape for a Motel 6. Until they get rid of the ceiling popcorn and re-paint, it will smell like perfume over the smoke. But things were clean and it was a good stay.

The staff, including housekeeping, and maintenance was professional, kind, accommodating, and gracious. A special shout out to Hannah at the front desk, who checked me in and promptly helped with any issues. And another shout out to property manager John Bush, again for his professionalism. Thank you ALL! I'll be back

AC didnt work properly and no extra blankets to make up for the heater not working at night. No complementary shampoo/conditioner.( Definitely won't be checking in again.)

The last few years We have stayed in Airbnb instead of hotels because we found it more convenient for our medical trips to Tucson from Mexico four times a year. We are generally here about a week to 10 days. This trip we stayed with you for the last few days of our trip. We found it more convenient than the Airbnb we stayed in with only one exception. We have always loved this motel 6 for its quality friendliness and no pet fee but there is one problem. There is no off-leash dog area like you'd find in a fenced backyard. It doesn't matter how small, an off leash area would be a game changer. I've seen this in other motels. A bench for people and a small place for dogs to do their business and walk around. We would choose you instead of an Airbnb.

I would highly recommend the Studio 6 Extended Stay in NW Tucson. Nicer then many of the 3 Star hotels/Motels.

Smelly and rude staff. Terrible smell and musty. Yelled at me for having dog off leash at 7 am with non one outside but me. Knocked on my door at 9 am and woke me up. Place sucks

Checked me into a room that had not been cleaned and bed not made. Take me down a hall to new room and hall carpet couple not have been vacuumed in days plus the place stank!!

Air conditioner was not working. Maintenance gave me a fan. T.V. was difficult to work. Their wasn't much as far as t.v. stations, only movies

Inexpensive. Close to restaurants and grocery. One knock: microwave not cleaned. The tray had dried cheese all over it. Gross. Also, has stuff to do dishes but no dishes. Weird. That being said, I'd stay again mainly cause it's cheap and has a kitchenette.

We travel with two large dogs so it was nice that they don’t charge a pet fee. The rooms were clean and had all the necessities for our visit.

Everything was great.

I was a late check in after 1am. The front desk person was very kind and professional. The room was immaculate and refurbished with all tile. Circle-k right around the corner plus close to the interstate, dining, shopping.

The only glitch was having a barking dog next door, who was left alone several times. And having that extra door in between our rooms made it extra loud. But that's life, eh? Can't be spoiled and have every little thing under my control! I'd seen other reviewers complain about the train noise, but really?? It was not bad at all! No horn, and was not more disturbing that the typical sounds of people coming and going. That whiner must have never stayed at a motel in Flagstaff! Most all of them are even closer to tracks, and would vibrate windows & all when passing! Other than the barking dog, no complaints. I loved all the staff I interacted with, from the front desk, to maintenance, to housekeeping. Everyone was awesome!

For the price I paid, the fixtures could be updated, water pressure needs attention bad. Taking a shower under a trickle of water is not acceptable. Clean the bathroom vent please and find out and eliminate the dead smell outside. Other than that, it was a good stay.

Friday night when we came in as I was going to sleep I noticed that there was blood on the wall next morning seen that the blanket had blood on it not if I attend it Merrilee was her name that the wall needed to be wiped off and the blanket needed to be changed never got them

The only reason i didn't give 5 stars is the Roaches. They weren't everywhere but a few is way too much

Very nice and accessible.

Would stay again though as interior was a clean room and was comfortable. If I was with my family as a vacation though, I may go a little more upscale.

What is there to say that explains the staff especially John ~ excellent staff and customer service beyond expectations

the room was clean but there were some things that should have been cleaned up a long time ago: IE a spider that was squished a long time ago on the wall is not rock hard. and some mud(?) on the floor. Overall was Fine. Our room was very close to train tracks so got to hear that all night. did not know there wouldn't be any shampoo or conditioner and I didn't pack any(that's on me)

We enjoyed our time at Studio 6 as long as we were in the room. Entryway door to the building slammed with a loud noise every time someone came in or out. Environs felt unsafe. Staff and room were excellent. It would be nice to be able to hang a "do not disturb" sign - if there were one. I would try Studio 6 again, just not that location.
