Everything was above our expectations. It was great state

It was a decent hotel, however one of the TVs didn’t work and some of the lights did work in the main sleep area. Spoke to staff and they didn’t have a resolution.

Clean and big room. The only thing I wish is that instead of two full beds they can have two queen beds because two persons sleep tight in a full bed, unless you are in your honeymoon ; ) wich I wasn't : / The staff really make you feel great. Parking is easy and convenient if you need to use the airport. Breakfast and happy hour was great but in the morning they need more staff in the kitchen because we had to wait for some dishes.

In both our cases, we were unable to move as the hotel had been sold out.

Front desk was very nice at check in, once we got to the room we couldn't find an ice machine so he personally brought ice delivered to the room.

Upon check in, I realized that the hotel did not give me the 1 bedroom suite I booked like I’ve done before. I was given a studio suite and told by the front desk that Expedia lists things incorrectly after failing to acknowledge that my room was not the one that I initially book. Normally, I wouldn’t make a huge deal about it but as someone who needs to separate my work on my computer from my bedroom, the 1 bedroom suite is my choice (because of the separate living room space). It was eventually problem solved by the attendant by her finding a room that was somewhat similar to the 1 I had booked. I honestly was too tired to reiterate the issue and in the end, just accepted the nice gesture despite zero accountability taken. Aside from all that jazz, my stay was decent. I think in the future, I may just call ahead to confirm the room type to prevent disappointment.

The pool is beautiful

Absolutely wonderful experience!! Loved the breakfast served by the hotel. The rooms were cozy. Felt like home!! Would absolutely stay here again.

The only issue I had was during breakfast. They ran out of food early. The staff member was working alone & didn't have time to restock the food.

The gentlemen who worked the desk in the afternoon was awesome and helpful. The other person worth a shout out was the young man who was in charge of breakfast, The place was sold out and he worked hard. He deserves help, a raise, and recognition!

Great amenities in the room. Spacious room with fridge, microwave, and couch. No house keeping on weekends. Morning breakfast was good, when there was food. Long wait for food to be replenished. Will say waffles were hot and fresh. Hot tub was relaxing.

We had a very nice room for 2 nights. The buffet breakfast was really good. They even have a social get-together Monday - Wednesday where they offer hors d'oeuvres and complimentary wine or beer. If we return to Tucson, we would definitely stay here again

Very nice staff. Upgraded room was awesome! Love the happy hour and unbelievable breakfasts, as close to European breakfasts as I’ve seen!

I had two rooms amd I was in room 313 and Saturday night I called the front desk and requested for a blanket and I they never brought it.very poor service.

We were placed in a handicap room as they were the only ones available. The room had many issues and the staff were reluctant to change our room and stated there was nothing they could do. Great way to treat military on assignment! Do not recommend staying here unless it is updated and the staff do a way better job!

Our room was nice, a lot of room and felt like a little apartment with a kitchen and supplies for the kitchen which was nice and staff was great. Breakfast options were great the only thing was breakfast started at 730 and there wasn’t enough plates or food , now I can expect food to be replenished like a little bit into breakfast but out of food right when it was supposed to open and had to wait for more to be made was upsetting.

I wish I would have caught his name but the guy at the front desk was awesome! We checked in about 8pm. He was helpful and overall a great guy to start our stay. My kids thought he was great as well. Everything was very clean! The suite had plenty of room for my family of 8! Can’t forget the kids loved the pool!

The breakfast was good, but they were out of a lot of items so we had to wait for a bit. The hot tub was closed. We didn't have any ice trays in our freezer, which I did let them know about but we never got any. On property laundry was great for a long stay, everything was clean and the bed was comfortable.

After leaving the Studio 6 motel because of bed bugs and cockroaches this was a last minute stay. I wish I had booked this hotel to begin with!!! Everything from the staff, the cleanliness of the room, the full kitchen amenities, and the great breakfast that was included... all was perfect!!

I stayed here one night for Dads weekend at U of A. Price was great, room was clean. Didn’t get to experience the breakfast cuz my daughter and I went out. We had dinner at a little dive burger/beer place nearby that was pretty darn good. The wings restaurant nearby is a great experience. Ride to campus was about 15-20 minutes.

I had a wonderful 5 night stay! The weather was beautiful as I take advantage of the pool and hot tub for most of my time there! The bath fixtures didnt quite fit and had gaps in the walls behind them. One cord on the phone was missing the plug on the end so it didn’t work. One window latch didn’t lock.

The room was superb. It had a full kitchen with larger refrigerator than normal, microwave, stove top and dishwasher. Included Essential utensils, pots, cups, dishes, and coffee pot with coffee and your first microwave popcorn. Breakfast was awesome too. Amenities were great too with a laundromat and gym. You won’t regret selecting this hotel!

I had a ton of things I had traveled with for work so decided to go and buy cleaning supplies to make it more comfortable until checkout. Bath tub was completely chipped and rusted in the bottom and had a running faucet that ran non stop along with holes in the wall where towel hooks once where. This is hands down the dirtiest and must disgusting room I stayed at throughout all of my travels. Never will I stay here again.

One of the staff members was nice and courteous and the other was rude. We were having issues with a TV when we got there that was resolved later in the evening the AC was not working well at all and the lady that was rude was rude about it trying to say that it was our fault when we didn't do anything to it no unacceptable

The hotel and rooms were very nice and everything was neat and clean. We particularly loved the large couch and sitting area for the one room suite. The outdoor patio sitting area and pool were fantastic and well maintained. Staff was friendly, breakfast was on par or better than most. No complaints!

I moved to a Spark Hotel right up the road. I'm paying $30 less per night & this hotel is spotless. Very modern, bright & welcoming. Beware of the Staybridge near Tucson International Airport.

I was supposed to have a 1 bedroom suite. What I got was a studio suite. The staff at the front desk didn't care about my concern. They let kids run around, play, and scream inside the breakfast area. The fridge leaked and made a pond inside the room.

I appreciate that the property is pet friendly, however the pet owners and property management have some issues. Pet owners do not necessarily clean up after their pets both inside and outside the building and it was up to me to clean up the messes. That was disappointing. Yes, I did report it to the front desk before I did it.

Front desk staff were soooo nice!!! Food was great. Room was very clean. We rented the 2 bedroom suite and one of the toilet won’t flush but other than that was great! All I can say is that it’s way better than Marriott!! We were more comfortable in Staybridge and it didnt cost us almost $2,000 for just 2 nights!! From now on, will be staying at Staybridge more often. This hotel is highly recommended!

This hotel is clean and welcoming. They have lighted Christmas trees and Christmas decor, a lounge with sofas and televisions, a fireplace, and large windows. The guest rooms are large and the kitchens feel just like home. The breakfast is also very good. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.

I traveled with son and three grandchildren to a soccer tournament. The fitness center and pool were welcome and fun ways to use up rambunctious kid energy. The breakfast exceeded expectations (including eggs, waffles, biscuits, sausage, sausage gravy, yogurt, fresh fruits, granola) and saved us a ton of cash. Staff were genuinely nice and the room (with kitchen) was spacious, clean and in excellent repair

Enjoyed my stay here. Room was spacious and loved having a small kitchen and office area to work from in the evenings. I can’t speak for the breakfast as I didn’t partake in it while I was there. Smelled good though!

We were in town for a soccer tournament. We had trouble checking in, although our stay was from 10/31-11/2 our room was ready at 3:30. There was some discrepancy about the arriva date. Thankfully person running the front desk set us up in another room while our room was being prepaired. Once we finally got into our room, i was pretty satisfied. Both rooms were large and the kitchen equipt enough to make a good meal. One major complaint was, the showere didn't drain well and toilets didn't flush well. We had to flush a few times to get everything down...gross. The breakfast was great and the property offered free washer and dryer. I would book this property again.

Then we discovered our room wasn’t what we reserved; we were given one king bed instead of the family room we booked. When we went to the front desk for help, the staff walked outside, and returned without addressing the situation. He later told us they were overbooked because the construction workers had extended their stay. We canceled immediately. It was frustrating to find ourselves and our kids in such an unsafe and poorly managed environment. The only positive was that the cancellation was processed quickly. Definitely not family-friendly and nowhere near an 8.8 experience.

He later told us they were overbooked because the construction workers had extended their stay. We canceled immediately. It was frustrating to find ourselves and our kids in such an unsafe and poorly managed environment. The only positive was that the cancellation was processed quickly. Definitely not family-friendly and nowhere near an 8.8 experience.

Very friendly staff

The kitchenette. The diahrrea on the inside of the toilet lid. They don't clean well. I felt very ick the rest of my stay. They gave me another room but I was done after that. Then the remote in my other room didn't work so I could only watch one channel lol the tub had brown stains and no mat or stickers so I almost broke my neck taking a shower. Not worth the $600 + I paid but I've been to worse.

Barking dog in the room next to us. Reported three times. Very disruptive for my afternoon nap on my vacation.

Poor management

Drove in from California late New Years Eve. The room had no heater, TV's not working, Linen for pull out bed were grossly dirty. Front desk Informed us there were no available rooms to be moved. In the morning front desk moved us rooms only to find out the new room was worse! Manager was super upset with us and very rude. He then moved us back to our old room. ( this stay was horrible) We always stay at this Staybridge and our very satisfied. This time was awful, Not sure whats going on with this hotel

Great suite, very comfortable, clean, great breakfast choices.

The hotel was poorly stocked (no coffee, ran out of breakfast, ran out of plates, no drinks at breakfast or cups, no hand soap or basic necessities that are generally stocked). Our toilet was broken too. The manager was less than generous for discounts after receiving such poor accommodations.

Very clean property with a beautiful pool and patio area. The breakfast had a good variety of foods to choose from. The room was a good size and had a nice kitchenette. We stayed an extra night.

It was a really nice place. Pool area was great. Had outside BBQ if you wanted to grill. Please very friendly. Rooms had nice kitchens in it. Had a microwave that they even gave to microwave popcorn to make.

We loved it me and my family stay there often many times throughout the summer this has always been our get away from home but at the same time our staycation we go there to relax and enjoy ourselves staff is amazing pool area is amazing we love it there

at the beginning we were a bit upset that the pool was closed when we arrived and we had not received any notice about being closed. But 2 days later it was fixed and my kids were able to use it and made us all happy, I mean who doesn’t want to go for a swim in 100 degree weather. The guy that works in the kitchen was very nice and amicable to us!

Our stay was a ment to be a mini staycation. This place was way better than I expected. It has a kitchen with most thing you may need. Everything down to the pool was nice. Lobby, and check in was easy. The guy at the front desk was very nice as well. It was a little hot throughout the hall way. But room was cozy. We ended up not staying the night. Just because it was Sunday and easier to go home. The only weird thing is when we checked out he mentioned it looked like we had already checked out. Which we didn’t but good thing we were leaving already.

Room was good for my family . We did not get to enjoy the pool when we went only stayed for 20min water was so dirty and not clear so we stayed in room most of the time. Trash was piled up outside and around facility. No a/c in hallways and no ice machines had to go to the front. Just little inconveniences but room was comfy enough for my family n pet.

Stayed here before and it was great this time horrible. They were doing construction in the dinning room the pool was green , the lobby,hallways and elevators had no Ac and it’s 109 today in Tucson Az , Next I ask for more coffee for the room and nope the delivery truck had not showed up yet . Bad timing I guess

This was a family get together. The room was spacious and newly renovated. Bathroom was very clean with nice hygiene products. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and nicely landscaped. Very comfortable feeling for families. Renovation is ongoing but did not disturb our stay. We will be back!

We stayed in a suite for 8 people. The room was spacious and was decently clean. Fully stocked kitchen and a full size refrigerator. They are remodeling at the time of our stay, but it didn’t interfere with our plans.The front desk lady that checked us in was very friendly and friendly. Breakfast was good as well. The gentleman that was serving did his best, but looked so overwhelmed with the long line of people waiting. It’s weird they only had 1 person for breakfast task. We will definitely stay here again.

This property is under construction which is fine but they at least need to put construction screen around the site but they did not do it , so dust is everywhere and my husband tired to get some coffee , got scratched from one of the tiles sticking out , of course no block , no warning sign . Breakfast is a joke , only one staff doing everything while help himself eating the same time , only wear one glove handling raw baked and hot food . Spa at the pool area is not warm and dirty . No extra blanket can be offered when I asked the FD , they said they don’t have any . Cannot find in the room either . No complimentary toothbrushes no master you are IHG platinum member or not All the other guests I have been talk to all really disappointed at this property . So I am not sure where is the high review coming from ? This is definitely the worst IHG property I stayed . Shame on them , not sure how they pass IHG inspection

It was really nice! There was a couple of small issues. There were several outlets that didn’t have covers on them. Other than there were gets going over that were noisy, it was a wonderful stay.

I was charged full rate for a hotel that is under going through a major renovation.expedia did not advise this on their website. The hotel said they list on their website to be aware they are under going construction/ renovation.

Property was under construction so it was a bit unappealing and noisy. The hot tub jets were not working. Other than that. My stay was great.

Even though it doesn’t look great on the first floor with all the construction, I didn’t hear any of it and I know it will look great once it’s complete. I would definitely stay here again.

The property is under renovation with construction work happing _in_ the hotel. Laundry was no unavailable during most of my staying. On the other hand the staff is doing an excellent working keeping the rooms clean and tidy.

The room was wonderful and the breakfast the next day was terrific. The young man who checked us in was very respectful and attend to every question we had.

In the middle of a remodel so you had to deal with construction issues.

I wished we would have been advised that the hotel was going under major renovations. we found equipment in the halls, loud banging from the workers. Our room itself was pretty nice and ample space.

Front desk very friendly. Room run down with chipped paint, leather peeling off chair. No daily cleaning unless you ask, which I did and they did bare minimum (no vacuum for example, just hung up towels and changed trash). For $150 a night I expected more

The hallways were in dire need of work. They also had some construction going on. The breakfast on saturday was ok. However sunday morning it was not good at all. Very disappointing

There’s on going construction so it was difficult to truly appreciate the appeal of the place other than it’s secluded location making it a quiet spot to stay .

The lady at check is was rude, and not just with me. They didn’t give me the room I paid for, gave me a much smaller one and still charged me the same price, then had the nerve to come to my room talking about there is no way this many people are staying here very rude until I told her I paid for a bigger room and didn’t get it, then she changed it up saying well there is a pull out bed etc.. there air conditioning was horrible and when she came to my room to fix my tv she knocked the ac on its unit and left it like that. The pool area however was very nice..

The property is like in renewal process! The suite needs some improvements, overall is Ok, but there’s a lot areas to improve.

The property was good. When you arrive it looks amazing. The staff was nice and love the room layout. There was construction going on, wasn't crazy about that because you had to walk through it to get to one room and it was behind a plastic bag curtain which seemed unsafe for the young lady I had staying there. But they graciously moved her room with just one friendly call. The other room was updated and beautiful which made me compare it to the room i was in that was very outdated, couch was old and gross. Stains were in the carpet and barstools and dog food was left on the kitchen floor. Other than that everything was really good. Pool area was amazing, just needed to be better monitored at night because people were openly doing inappropriate things out there where people could see from their room windows and the lobby area. My small children went to look at the wonderful fire effects and i had to immediately turn them away. It was horrifying as a parent.. Breakfast was always great and yummy. The woman there making it every morning was sweet, kind, and a joy. She had no problem getting people what they needed without hesitation. The stay was bitter sweet. Would I come back and stay again? Possibly Yes, after upgrades are complete and there is a more secure way to ensure my family can stay there all together without the possibility of being exposed to something they shouldn't.

This is an excellent hotel. I had an issue with the hot water, or lack thereof, but the manager quickly rectified the situation. Also, I found the breakfast a cut-above most hotels.
