We were unable to stay because we were allergic to something in the hotel. We have mold and fragrance allergies.

Location great, facilty great, breakfast super. Workout room not open in middle of day.
- 2/5
Pros: a/c worked, fitness center was fairly comprehensive—full dumbbell set, cable system, benches. Cons: hard bed that was difficult to sleep on, generally dingy appearance, view of a dumpster.

Disappointed when there was no food available on a Friday night at 8 PM after a long day at the hospital with my seriously ill husband!

the Marriot side of the property was in nedof repair. Furniture shoddy in the rooms, microwave missing, coffee machiine and hair dryer old, out of date. Washcloths ragged. I stayed there because the Tucson medical Center said it was closeby.

Housekeeping left at 5:00 pm sharp despite not getting to clean our room. I had to complain to get someone to come take care of the room after 6:00 pm. Which they did. Probably would not stay here again. For a Sheraton? Poor.

The staff was excellent and responded quickly to our needs including extra blankets, etc. The room rate was also acceptable given it's closeness to TMC and other medical surgical centers as well as UA. The only chair in the room was uncomfortable. It was like sitting on a padded bench. OK for short periods, but not easy on the back for longer than 15 minutes. The shower had pleasantly hot water, but was extremely slick when soapy. The bathroom floor was also very slick. I would recommend using non-skid shower shoes.

I have stayed here twice this month, because I've been having some medical procedures at the hospital next door (Tucson Medical Center). The location is excellent, the staff friendly, the room pretty and comfortable and the price very reasonable. I also love the restaurant in the hotel, which is open for breakfast early in the morning (they also serve lunch and dinner). The breakfast is great and the staff is just wonderful - very friendly and great coffee! I will come back again, hopefully with no surgeries included in the package. Many restaurants within an easy drive and a few within walking distance.

The toilet paper was the worst I've ever seen, though. My biggest complaint? The DirecTV was unwatchable. Every channel glitched every 20 seconds, I think from a signal dropout or something. Every10 minutes or so of this, the TV screen went to a screen that said something about loss of signal due to inclement weather or whatever, call the front desk. A power reset of the DirecTV box was needed, and after several minutes of rebooting, the glitchy service proceeded for 10-15 minutes until the loss-of-signal screen reappeared. My partner called the front desk, they sent up a guy who SPOKE NO ENGLISH! Is this customer service? It sucks. My bi-lingual partner tried to explain, he reset the box (AGAIN!) and said to call if it repeats. Surprise, IT REPEATED! He returned and replaced the cable box, and we continued to watch unwatchable cable TV, glitching every 20 seconds, for the rest of the night. I was VERY unsatisfied with this aspect of the stay. Obviously, most folks don't check into a hotel to watch TV, but if this is an amenity, it ought to work. All else was fine, but this aspect was ridiculously disappointing.
- 4/5
Didn't dine there. Parking seems safe, yet the place fills up inexplicably later in the evening, although the place is still relatively quiet. Location is fantastic, with several newer non-franchise restaurants with 1 mile or less, and a Trader Joes nearby. Rooms have Starbucks coffee and a fridge which is a big plus. The ACAI food truck that sets up near by is pretty cool as well.

Restaurant staff took too much time getting us menus, we watched several staff standing around talking while we sat and waited for menus. A staff member walking by happened to see us w nothing and asked if we needed menus. This was about 10 mins after we were told to “sit anywhere.” Room (ground floor/king bed) was a decent size

More importantly, we were not provided with a receipt. We stayed at the hotel and checked out, yet were refused a receipt afterward. We were under the assumption—based on every other hotel we’ve stayed at—that a receipt would be emailed automatically after checkout. This has always been the standard for travelers. If we had been informed that a physical, in-person checkout was required in order to receive a receipt, we would have done so. Unfortunately, this was not communicated to us at any point. The difficulty in obtaining a simple receipt that confirms we stayed and paid for the room is unacceptable. Because of this experience, we will not stay at this hotel again.

First day I called Housekeeping around 3-3:30 inquiring why no one had cleaned my room. Was told everyone was gone. No apology. I called guest services & restaurant on more than one occasion & rang 14 times & no one answered. When I complained I was told trouble with phones. Wanted to order food from restaurant (which hotel’s paperwork stated was open between 6 AM to 9:30. No one ever answered phone. Inquired about a copy machine & was told hotel didn’t have one. It does. Visited its business center which consists of computer, HP combination copy/fax/scan. Told front desk printer didn’t work. They said they would send engineer up to fix. Eventually man shows up who doesn’t even speak English. Finally got woman admin & I keyboarded my airplane ticket & boarding pass. I don’t believe she knew how. Two maids I encountered spoke no English. There is more but I don’t have time. I have never stayed in such a horrible hotel with so many incompetent people who I don’t believe were even vetted. If I hadn’t been so busy I would have changed hotels. Will never stay at a Sheraton & all related hotels owned by one company (I think) . SHAME on Expedia for even dealing with these people. BTW it is the Tucson Sheraton on East Grant Road.

The hotel looks fine from the outside, but is worn out from the inside and desperately needing reinvestment. I booked a suite… But after considering effort was never able to find a way to turn on the lights in the sitting portion of the suite. The worst injustice, however, was that every single electrical outlet in the bed room was worn out… No electricity was coming out of them. Likely the result of thousands of times that sockets have been placed inside them until they no longer make electrical contact. Because I need my phone at arms reach overnight… I ended up sleeping on the couch in the sitting area where I eventually found one working outlet behind the couch. One might understand how a single outlet would be bad… But not every outlet in the entire bedroom. Management needs to pay attention and reinvest in this hotel before it goes down the tubes.

If you’re just staying here while passing through town, it will work. Rooms are clean and staff is friendly. I’d recommend planning your dining experiences, near by options are very limited. The hotel’s restaurant food is mediocre at best. Pool amenities close at 9pm which is a bit early, but since the hot tub had a shocking amount of body hair floating around I didn’t feel the need to go in before or after 9pm..

The construction was a negative. The front desk was marred by computer screens as though they were hiding behind them. In that the facility as a whole had NO CASH may I suggest am ATM.? The breakfast was very good and the servers were delightful. You can only tip them I using an app. My time didn't allow for messing with that and I wasn't allowed to leave a top at the front front desk. That penalized the people who appear to be working the hardest. Na

The pool area was spacious and great for the kids. The room was very clean. Nice to have a restaurant and bar on site. The platform beds and the pillows were super uncomfortable. The half door on the walk-in shower was poorly designed allow allowing water to spray all over the bathroom when you take a shower. My kids slipped on the wet tile several times. Not having a microwave in the room was also frustrating. There was a staff member that kept coming up to us while we were having drink drinks at the fire pit and lecturing us about people having outside alcohol. I understand that’s the rule and there might have been some that we’re not following it in a group adjacent to us. However, it got a bit tiresome after the fourth or fifth time the same guy came over to us considering we spent almost $150 at the restaurant.

Shower has on top of the ceiling so you could not take a shower w/o washing your hair. Not practical. No smart TV or movies for rent - for long evenings not practical and stuck in 20th century.

Pierre checked me in room 220 finally found my room walk in and the bed looks like it was being slept in the bathroom room door is closed I don't even know if there is someone in the room I start to panic and call out is anyone here no answer so I go to the phone and call the desk he says oh sorry I'll send someone up? I wait about 20 minutes finally I leave go back down to the lobby and theres a at the desk I let her know who I am and she says oh yeah he just got there and said you weren't there? I ask her I'm not getting that same room right? She says No what happened was the guest didn't like the room so they asked to be moved and housekeeping was asked if the room was good and whoever housekeeping is? Said the room was clean. My question is why did the first guest ask to be moved from that room in the first place ? So she finally gives me another room 2 more levels up poor management poor housekeeping and the lady at the desk needs to get her hospitality in check.

It was wonderful they came to clean the room. Spacious and we had enough towels for four. There was an issue though when we arrived the front desk they did not find our reservation. It took the manager and 20 mins later to find our reservation. With current technology I don’t know how this happened or who is at fault for not updating guest reservation. We had been on a long drive and it was worrisome to think we might have to double pay. Now I’m weary to make reservations through hotel.com

The staff was Great!! Very helpful. Should have security walking around parking lot at night. We had at least 3-5 laughing and screaming in the parking lot from 1AM-3:30. Should may have been asked do you want a room on first level because you have to walk to elevator since other is shut down. Did not live up the the Sheraton name. Even around the pool and dim lighting inside the rooms. Not a go back for me.

I like the room. I didn’t like fake balconies. I if you can’t stand on it then it’s fake. Literally there way too many rules. Jacuzzi and pool area close at 9 that’s absurd! Just close it at 7 lol . You can’t bring your own food and use oilutside tables that’s absurd as well. Can’t smoke..can stand there…etc. you go try enjoy your stay but too many rules ruin it. Area is clean. Staff seems nice but when I left my 200 dollars hair straightener tool there of course housekeeping pretend not to find it. How convenient! Right! Don’t leave anything there you will never get it back. I don’t think I’m gonna stay there again

Holes in the carpet. Dead cockroaches in the bathroom. Broken shower head. Uncomfortable bed.
- 4/5
Rooms were clean. Dining room was nice. First, in the rooms, there were reading lights by the bed; but, they can’t be turned on without the bright room light. All the lights were either off or on. The carpets in the halls were very dirty. No extra tv channels on Directv and no way to mirror my phone to tv.

Just average. Nothing really outstanding except the rate.

The management
- 5/5
Hotel entrance difficult to locate as original lobby under construction. Never did find the ice machine even though I followed markings on map. Both my husband and I spent time waling both directions from our room around the hotel and could not find an ice machine. When I attempted to the call the desk the line was always busy. The complimentary breakfast was very good and the server graciously got me ice for my sipper.

Hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly. Lots of convenient parking and right next to a 24 hour IHOP and directly across from a CVS. The location was really convenient overall.

Just a little lack of communication, I do my reservation VIÄ Expedia, and the front desk didt help me to connect to the internet, the person who spokes to me, told me that I need to talk to Expedia, instead of giving me a solution.

Pool closed at 9:00 where every other pools are open till 10:00
- 3/5
The staff were very nice and helpful. The included breakfast was surprisingly good. The pool was nice. The hotel was under construction and it was difficult to reach the lobby directly from your room - you would have to go through the restaurant when it was open to reach the front lobby. If the restaurant was closed, you would have to go outside then reenter to the front to the lobby. The hotel security was completely lacking and the entrances seemed unsafe - I also did not see security cameras anywhere from our north entrance from the parking lot. The hallways were very dimly lit and the carpet in the hallways look old and dirty. None of the metal doors leading to hallways where the rooms were closed properly, so another reason to question the security of the hotel. The furnishing in our room were nice and modern but the room carpet was old, stained and dingy - I was afraid to walk barefoot on it.
- 4/5
It was ok. It’s a little dated, but it was clean and in a decent area.
- 5/5
Bar and Pool closes to early
- 5/5
Clean room and bathroom. Excellent staff.
- 2/5
The photos on the page are not the same place. They also list amentities that are not real, such as they say have a spa. The pool towels are disgusting and the hot tub doesn't even bubble, its like sitting in a hot bath with sitll water. There is a very gross odor in the hallways. The room was decent and appears recently remodeled but it wasn't super clean. The only upside was really the staff at the free breakfast were very kind, but it did not negate the terrible buffet. The scrambled eggs tasted like hard boiled eggs. I am kind of in shock this is a Sheraton property.

Location and value Good breakfast. Pool. Tired. Needs updating
- 4/5
The staff was very helpful and friendly, our breakfast was ok. Checking in and out was easy.
- 3/5
The photos I will say are deceiving. Hopefully the construction means they are updating the property. The halls to the elevators and the elevators were dark, dingy, dirty, dented, stained, peeling paint. Made me wonder if it was really a Marriott. It was kind of gross and I’m not a picky hotel snob. Room was big and nice. Some furniture was looking a bit abused, but overall nice. Pool was nice but no lifeguard and mids running amok jumping into the shallow end (former lifeguard here, I was stressing out that they would get hurt) , running around screaming. Not relaxing at all. Pool much smaller than it looks in photo. Pool was so so but again not like the photos. One reason picked this place was early breakfast as we had to leave early, card in the room said 6:30 but the flyer in the elevator and restaurant door said 7. Not that big of a deal for most but if you have an early flight…. Overall the room and bed great! Property was not great but ok. Staff were friendly. Parking easy. No resort fee.

The pool was dirty, like foggy water with twigs and dirt at the bottom. Around the pool was dusty.
- 4/5
Good stay for the price
- 2/5
Nice staff but run down older property. Limited dining options.
- 5/5
Room convenient to Tucson Medical Center, with shuttle available. Helpful staff. Only complaint was the room location, right next to elevator which was quite noisy.
- 5/5
There is a nice large pool, resturaunt and bar, plus exercise room.
- 1/5
The sofa in one of the rooms was urine soaked and the staff offered no accommodation because we booked with Expedia.
- 3/5
Property seemed to be run down in areas. There was some construction going on but, I was a little disappointed that this was a Sheraton.
- 5/5
very clean and quite
- 3/5
Earlier visits and different roomocation did not have these issues
- 5/5
Prices and location
- 2/5
The room was cleam but the common area (carpet) needed work
- 3/5
The hallway carpets were dirty and stained and we walked down several hallways and they were all equally as stained and dirty. The paint on building is worn, roof tiles, cracked and missing, common area around the pool was dirty. Breakfast was OK, but certainly not good, including the coffee. Pool was OK and clean, fitness room was OK, but towel rack had water damage. The entire property is just worn and dated, but for the price it was just OK, but certainly not good!

Great

I liked it was walking distance to IHop .than that I don't have anything to talk about bad about the property , everything was great especially the pool and the hot tub.

We called the front desk multiple times with no answer. So I went down to the lobby and the hotel lobby was being raided by about 10 police officers. She made me wait about 10 minutes and then offered me a fourth floor room… which she told us upon check-in was not available…. We accepted, even though it was a downgrade with 2 “Queen size” Beds. We went to the room and you could smell the smell from the hallway as you open the door. Upon walking into the room, there were 2 full-size beds, not even queens. The smell permeated the room and was completely unbearable. We contacted the hotel front desk again, but no answer. Showed up at the front desk. I put my room keys and phone on the counter as I was speaking to her and she confiscated my room keys and refused to give them back saying we could sleep in the lobby if we wanted to talk to a manager in the morning, so we left. No refund issued. Had to pay for 2 hotels for 1 stay. NIGHTMARE
- 4/5
The staff is always friendly and the rooms are clean. The hotel is older and they're doing some renovations/modernization here and there. The Glowbal restaurant staff is very nice and the service is great, but the food is nothing special. It's a great place to stay if you have family at TMC as it's within walking distance. It's not perfect, but I'll definitely stay there again.
- 2/5
We changed rooms 3 times. First room had bugs in sofa bed. 2nd room toilet handle was broken and room was hot. 3rd room sofa had stains on cushions but we stayed in room because it was late and we were tired of changing rooms.
- 5/5
Very nice! The staff in the globall were exceptional!
- 5/5
Would come here again in the future!
- 5/5
Very classy hotel great pricing
- 5/5
The parking was wonderful and being on the first floor, a room key opened a secure gate to access the floor. The room key easily opened the room door with a one gentle tap. The large floor tile of the room entrance and the vanity area and the private bathroom was modern and well done. The rug of the bedroom area was tasteful and clean. Beds comfortable . Night stand, desk, television stand were modern yet in keeping with the Southwest. The recessed light and chair was perfect for reading. Room service was quick and food well presented and delicious. Check out online was a breeze.
- 4/5
The property is nice. Some areas are a little dated. Our room was nice, clean and quiet. Its proximity to Tucson Medical Center is why we chose this hotel.
- 5/5
Beautiful property and kind, courteous employees. Throughly enjoyed our time and will definitely stay again.
- 5/5
The area was completely convenient for our purposes. The rooms were clean and well organized and the HVAC was really great. The breakfast is a nice spread of hot food and cereals, and Continental Breakfast items. Staff are right there to assist in any way needed. The added convenience of a 24/7 mini-convenience store made the stay even easier.
- 4/5
Close proximity to hospital. Property is older and showing many signs of wear. Needs updated and a coat of paint would be nice. AC was very loud. Staff were great though.
- 3/5
Bugs in the bathroom. Outdated common areas.
- 5/5
Great place
- 4/5
I got plenty of exercise walking the long hallways. I really liked that. I never had my room made up while there. The chamber maids were busy and always courteous and asked it I needed anything. So, I took what I needed like more coffee packets and wash rags. Therefore, I didn't tip them. What for? I made the bed, resupplied and wiped down my room each night. Complimentary breakfast was excellent.
- 2/5
A/C won’t work properly so I had many issues with the A/C
- 2/5
the room we got was really close to the kitchen and we could hear every time the staff would go in and out and would wake our baby. The rooms also have zero noise cancellations and i could hear everyone talking from inside their room so i could have a private conversation.

They told me I shouldn’t book through a third-party. I asked to speak to a manager. He failed to call me back stay away from Vilko at the front desk, horrible hospitality skills. This place is a joke!
- 5/5
Friendly service and hotel is clean. Window in room could be cleaner and area around hotel is just ok
- 4/5
The room is excellent and well-maintained, which is a plus. The location is excellent and has excellent accessibility. However, the facility is a bit dated and needs some updates in some of the common pathways. Overall, it’s a very reasonable-priced option.
- 3/5
This hotel worked well for our visit to Tucson. Good for one night. Dogs allowed and woke up to barking.
- 5/5
We stayed here for 2 nights and had a great stay. The breakfast was great and had many options. The complex was quiet and clean. There is plenty of food and grocery store option within walking distance. I will definitely stay here again.
- 3/5
The area is full of homeless. Such a shame Tucson has been overwhelmed by homeless. The exterior of the property is shapely but the lobby is fresh, the hallway carpets are filthy and the courtyard is seen better days. The room while dated is very much up to Marriott standards. My feelings upon driving into the property was I’ll take the loss and go somewhere else but the reviews raved about the rooms. I see large dumpster about telling me a renovation is in progress so looking forward to staying there in the future.
- 2/5
Wasn’t too happy with our room. Our room wasn’t very nice. We had stains on our bed. The room its self seemed pretty banged up.outside of our room as well wasn’t very nice either. The elevator smelled bad and had spills all over the floor, the spills looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in awhile. Me and my husband did bring our infant along and I hate having a baby around places that don’t look very clean.
- 2/5
The AC didn’t work hardly at all. Shower was dirty. We had to ask for blankets there were only sheets.
- 5/5
This is a property that is maintained with friendly staff who are happy to help individuals staying here.
- 4/5
Bezutiful hotel and grounds! Super friendly staff! Loved the hrab n go coffee area. Haf a Sysrbucks pistachio iced lat
- 5/5
Amazing
- 4/5
The carpets seemed to need cleaning and the windows have no sheers…
- 4/5
The main avenue is under construction, so it was a lot of traffic on our way there.
- 5/5
Spent three nights here and it was a perfect stay! Property was clean and quiet. Every staff member from checkin/checkout, housekeeping, and dining were most professional. I’d recommend this property to anyone in a heartbeat.
- 5/5
Everything was great! Great hotel!
- 3/5
Nice staff but rooms very dirty old stained and not well maintained pool nice and breakfast was good and good service there
- 5/5
Great stay
- 5/5
Room was excellent. Staff ensured we had an ADA room though none was previously requested.
- 3/5
Nothing terrible, but it was pretty dirty. Hair and bandaids in the bathroom. Dirty marks on the couch. Not enough blankets. Pool towels were out of stock. Pool itself was also dirty. We had a good time but I don’t think we’ll be back.
- 4/5
Nice bedding.
- 4/5
We stayed there for five nights. First four days, the servicing of the rooms was superb but the last two days were not so good. Toilet not cleaned, dirty glasses not replaced and room not vacuumed. Free breakfast was good as well.
- 5/5
Great stay
- 4/5
It was very clean. The people were very nice. I would highly recommend this to my families and friends
- 3/5
Overpriced for how old the interior design is. We would stay again at a lower price. Walls are paper thin so beware and hope your neighbors are polite and quiet.
- 5/5
One of the best stays in a long time. Good bed, convienences like the “ Glowabar” and breakfast were awesome. Definitely stay here again.
- 1/5
I never checked in due to the horrible environment and I tried to reason with the staff to see a room. They refused stating they can’t walk away and I had to check in to see it. The front area was dirty with construction and the people going in any out were undesirable. There was no way to cancel the reservation on their website.
- 4/5
Only downside was the sheets being stained and looking dirty
- 5/5
very clean and quiet
