My son got a spider bite and we had to take them to the ER. It was so dirty there were bugs, there was dirt, the sheets were stained.

Everything was great for the most part. Staff was very friendly. The pool was clean. The only thing was the toilet clogged the morning we were leaving, but the toilet downstairs was very well kept.

Plenty of parking. It could use some renovations but it’s clean and safe.

The hotel was newly renovated. All the rooms were clean and comfortable. Well-equipped with microwave, Frig and internet! I wish they would have offered a breakfast. A breakfast would have been great!

The staff here is always friendly and helpful in sorting out small problems.

I and my partner greatly enjoyed our stay and very much appreciated the service.

There were some little cockroaches in the bathroom of the room

On the outside of the property all of the electric car cords were everywhere, my partner picked them up and put them back on the charging port. They leave trash by the back door, in these big bins and just leave it there for day a couple days at a time. They have rocks all over the parking lot and don't pick them up making for a dangerous parking lot and potential damage to your vehicle. And there's a lot of police activity around the property. The one good thing is it's very pet friendly. And staff is very friendly.

The kids were able to book us another room a day before our original visit date, so it was a great 3days through hotel.com with Redroof Inn. It was like a home away from home.

I had a family event and secured three hotel rooms all of the rooms were very clean. The staff was friendly and plenty of parking. Liked the convenience of nearby QT easy walk for snacks. I would stay again, great price as well.

The room and property were clean and it was quiet. The location also felt safe and had quite a bit around it like gas and restaurants. We stayed for a night to sleep since we had a long ways home. I don’t know if we got the last room but the bed was broken and it was extremely uncomfortable. We also saw a cockroach when we opened the mini fridge.

Not a bad hotel for $80 on a Friday night. Stayed in a room with 2 "queen beds". Beds seemed like full size to me, definitely didn't look like queen. They are not that comfortable due to having springs and the thinnest pillows ever. So bring your own pillow if you are worried about having a sore neck when you wake up.

Staff member(front desk night guy who checked us in) was having a party with friends in the Lobby until at least 2:00 a.m. very loud, talking and music was difficult to sleep!!!! Would appreciate a refund!!!

I was definitely catfished. These pictures look nothing like the room. The chair was ripped, pretty sure the wall had bird poop on it, the room smelt like fried fish and it was seriously nothing like I was expecting. Don’t be fooled by the photos.. pay a little more and stay somewhere else.

TV did not work called two times to the front office, no one ever checked on the TV. To many excuses why no one checked.

The pillows are too low and too soft.

Some of the outside there was garbage, not picked up and a bunch of pebbles and a broken curb, parking was difficult.

I paid for a superior room with a king and it couldn’t even make a cup of coffee because the slide in to hold the filters didn’t fit, but there was no iron in my room when it says for superior there is an iron. Also, I asked for extra towels for my kids and was told they would not give us the towels. The bed was comfortable.

I stay here pretty often and I have never had any issues. I booked very late at night which isn't common for me. As I got to my room, I noticed the toilet had uncleaned urine on it and the shower had, what looked like hair all over it. I never had issues but it seems the cleaners just went through quickly to 'clean' it. Very disappointed as I stay here quite often.

I appreciate the luggage carts since I travel alone and in not very good health. I was given a quiet room as requested.

They told me to book the larger room to make sure it was accurate but when I got here, I had to pay an extra 15 bucks for superior which was supposed to include an iron and a coffee maker. When we checked in we had to move to a doiuble room as the TV in the room we reserved was not working. 2 days later were were told it was fixed. It was not and we had 3 of NO TV. They staff appologized but we were stuck in a room with no TV for those 3 days. When I finally had enough, the Manager couldn't be bothered to speak with me and left it up to the desk clerk. That really left a bad taste in my mouth that I wasn't even worth his time. No discount was offered at any point.

The overall stay was just fine. Pretty straight forward, expected from what you pay in price. Only slight complaint I would have was that I booked and payed for an upgraded king room with a king size bed, and we got a room with 2 double beds which wasn't . But they happened to be completely booked that night so I was at least understanding about it and never complained.

Alarm clock went off unexpectedly at midnight waking us up. Then a couple hours later, the fire alarm started chirping repeatedly keeping us awake. Besides that, the room was nice. Terrible sleep for the night which was what we were looking for.

When I checked in the Tucson Medical Examiner's office was removing a body from the hotel via the elevator. The person had been dead so long the smell lingered in the elevator for about 30 minutes. The lingering problem was worse near the room the person died in. Avoid at all costs, several people at the hotel looked like homeless people who had come into just enough money to get a room.

Had conversations where he can find out what we were interested in and made recommendations to us for places to go. Gave us great food spots to visit and attractions around the area. Amazing service and just an amazing person! He was the best part of the stay but of course the clean room, fridge, microwave and hot shower was a key part to a perfect stay!

The TV didn't work, maintenance had to come fix it. The room had a bad smell we couldn't identify, and it permeated our clothes. The only good thing we could say was that pets stay free, and it was noisy all night because of it. My wife and i feel we got a combined 2 hours of sleep.

Staff needs to be more friendly and hospitable. Room had dirty floor and needed dusting. TV did not work most of the time. Keys did not work most of the time; had to get them reprogrammed almost every day. No coffee maker or microwave unless you pay an extra $40.

I am disabled due to a fire and I could not carry my suitcase and my groceries at the same time so I got a buggy and put it all in there and pushed it down the parking lot as I was walking some car came behind me and my friend and a girl jumped out of her car and started yelling at us to leave I asked why and she pointed at the buggy she called the cops it was a girl and her boyfriend and they seemed to be on drugs I didn't know this girl from Adam I have it all on video when the cops got there they left but who do you think the cops harresed us and the guy in the front of the hotel said if they are causing problems they need to leave we did nothing but use a buggy because of my disability these people are despicable of course the cops let me go because they knew we didn't do anything wrong but if it's a homeless person with a buggy they wouldn't bother them. Whoever this girl is she shouldn't have a job. I'm posting the video everywhere btw it was a white girl with long blondish brown hair and her boyfriend was Hispanic with tattoos all over him but calling the cops . It's okay I hope it blows up everywhere and she loses her job the cops took.

Great parking, freindly staff at check-in and check-out. Easy access off the freeway and to Q-T. The only thing I would change is to upgrade the towels to something bigger. Minor but, as a bigger guy, almsot felt like drying off with a hand towel. However, that's it!

The lobby had a smell to it. We could hear the neighbor’s conversation and tv. The springs from the mattress keept making a sound when we sat or stand up from there. The window was not clean, it even had a “wash me” sign written. Overall the beds and bathroom looked clean. But the room and the bathroom was clean.

Feeling like you were catfished when you walk into a room out of a horror movie that smelt like mildew. To being propositioned by a prostitute in the hallway trying to get to your room. I do not recommend stopping there unless your car is broken down and you’re traveling across the desert with no shoes.

However: I had the "world's worst cup of coffee" at the front lobby. What was the CR*P? The room's little coffee bags and primitive maker was way better. But, the disposable coffee bag inserts wouldn't fit the maker until I used scissors to cut and make fit. Replace those inserts with the right size, pl.

Very clean, close to the highway

AC worked. We were on the first floor and either had to use the blackout curtain or have our room window wide open to the dog area, no shears. Could use a refresh.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and accommodating, which made us feel very welcome. The room and amenities met our needs, and everything was well-kept and comfortable. Best of all, the stay was affordable, which made the experience even better. We were very pleased overall and would be happy to stay here again in the future.

Good place to rest from a road trip

Definitely need new pillows, I I was charged for two queen beds but they were two double beds. The Place overall needs to be cleaned and upgraded you know like Three Palms At Oracle and Ina Tucson Arizona.....

Front desk personal was amazing. Very friendly and helpful especially the overnight staff.

Unfortunately, seconds after making a reservation I was unable to switch the dates. I reached out and they had me wait 48 hours to tell me now they could not do anything about it. So i didn't get to stay in the room, change the dates or get a refund. Initally i wasn't looking for a refund just to change the dates.its very disdapointing as i was in a very difficult situation at the moment that couldve had a better outcome.

The coffee was barely favored water. Extremely weak. I wasn't given or offered fresh towels during my entire stay. I had two towels for five day stay. I had to remove my own trash and ask for a fresh can liner. I was told I would receive a receipt via email. I haven't yet received it. Other than that the property was clean and conveniently located.It was quiet. I was glad to have a refrigerator in the room.

They put me on in a room where they have pets and those dog feces outside my room had to move like three times through different rooms

This place is awesome! The staff is wonderful and very friendly! The rooms are clean and have everything but a microwave. The neighborhood is very safe and close to everything. Highly recommend

The price was good, over all everything was good for the price i paid. The only thing that I complain about is the neighbor taken showers after 2 am. I thought is was the toilet water running.

The property was fine. The only problem was the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. It was a false alarm. We had to hike down 3 flights of stairs and stand out in the cold. After getting back to the room, the alarm continued to go off several more times. Not much sleep that night.

Close to town without being by the airport and much nicer and safer environment. I love this hotel always stay at it when in town.

No desk in the room and the AC only allowed to the lowest temperature of 66F. We felt too warm in the room.

Beds are small and not comfortable. They only provided 2 bath towel for 4 of us. Holes on the blanket. And no additional blanket. facility is old and dirty.

I had a severe allergic reaction to whatever scent stuff in the room

Hotel is very pet friendly and if you have allergies to dogs not for you because every room is used for pets. They don't have pet designated rooms.

One of the nicer RRI’s, however noise transfer from others slamming doors at 5:00am was annoying. Rooms aren’t the Hilton but much better than most RRI’s that I have stayed at! And way better than motel 6 and Travelodge

Quiet, clean and comfortable. In other words, exactly what I needed.

Keycard for my room wasn’t working so I had to get a front desk person every single time to open my door. Didn’t offer me a new room or anything for the inconvenience.
