Nothing at all. The front desk is the rudest, and seemed to stereotype me. I booked online and paid for 1 night & said I didn't have to pay anything at the property. So I get there and he tried to charge me 200 for incidental, and when I told him that was ridiculous. He denied me entry, and called the cops on me. Not to mention in a bad part of the city. Said I would get a refund and nvr did.

This is a great place for the area everything is close by,they only thing this place needs to work on is turning away the drug addicted drug dealers and all these poor drug addicts they allow to Rome around and hang out by stairs and sidewalks because the fentanyl smell was very strong,Maybe hire some security just remember not all money is good money

First of all, I just wanted to mention that the place was very unclean. There was bugs on the bed next to me and stains on the sheets. We were so tired because we drove up there to pick up our daughter from college and didn’t have the energy to complain. I would love to have my money back if possible since we were only there for a few hours.

There was some homeless people staying by the gate at at one point they were inside sitting on the stairs.

The bathroom was usable but clearly in need of renovation, with visible wear. The exterior of the property could use some attention as well. It felt a bit barren and would benefit from landscaping or general upkeep. Some areas around the rooms appeared cluttered, which took away from the overall impression. Overall, it’s a decent budget option, but there’s room for improvement in cleanliness, maintenance, and exterior presentation.

Good value and location, very friendly and responsive staff! Property and rooms don’t quite resemble the photos. I had two different rooms, and one of the beds (downstairs) felt older and less firm. The bathrooms could also use touching up.

They sold my prepaid room out from under me and now booking.com is being really weird and acting like they’re not going to refund my money even tho I was told on the spot I would get a full refund. Nothing. It’s a shithole. I have actually stayed there previously.

The beds were stained, the bathroom faucet was broken; the safety lock from the door was ripped off, completely insecure place, location is awful, a lot of sketchy people around the premises.

Fair price and good staff
- 2/5
There were young men hanging around everywhere. Loud music pulsating through the parking lot from open car doors. Scantily dressed women in the parking lot. Definitely not a place to take your family/children. Even though the parking lot was well lit up, there was no security or control of the situation whatsoever. I did not feel safe. I will not stayu at this franchise anywhere again.
- 1/5
The hotel itself was fine. Room was clean but we did not feel safe staying. There were homeless people wandering the parking lot and a crazy woman driving erratically in the parking lot honking her horn, parking her car poorly for a second and then continued to drive around. It also seemed like drug deals were going on there. We didn't end up staying. Very unsafe location.

Pésimo hotel, había garrapatas en el cuarto. Camas llenas de cabello y muy sucio. Huele mal. La zona muy peligrosa

I loved that our room was right by the pool and office where the coffee was and we were able to park right outside our door in a handicapped parking spot it was super helpful for my dad with stage 4 cancer that can’t walk very far. The room was clean comfortable and quiet with a ton of good places really close by. All the rooms were non smoking and I don’t smoke but all of the bedding had burn holes in it. It didn’t affect my stay in anyway but just kinda bothered me.
- 3/5
We had no WiFi connection in our room so our TV did mot work and our phone was also broken so we stayed 5 nights with no phone and no TV. I informed the front desk on day 2 and day 3 but no oneever came to fix either. I have a bad back and did not want to walk to the office again, since the phone doesnt work I remaimed in the room with no phone or TV. Ther oom is mice, clean and comfortable however its very frustrating to have no access to the phone or TV and pay full price. I hope something will bedone to compensate us for the inconvience.

At check in, the front desk clerk asked for a card for a deposit, I handed it to him even though there was a card reader. He took my card information and gave me a key, I was not charged anything for a deposit nor was I refunded. One week later I get a fraud alert from my bank. I have not used this credit in months, because I wasn’t charged anything, I have to believe he stole my credit number. How ever the room was clean but the shower drain was clogged

Great team if ppl that work great together. You can tell the team that cleans the rooms really take pride in their job. The rooms are freshly remodeled and even have a clean smell to them. The beds are so comfortable, almost to the point of being dangerous because you dont want to get up and get ready for the day.

Cockroaches in the room the size of half dollars including smaller ones. I contacted the front desk. She refused to switch my room and said there’s more cockroaches in another room so I switch my room but she would get a dustpan come up to my room and get them out for me. I couldn’t believe this. It was late and I had to work early in the morning, so I proceeded to shake down the bed to make sure there’s nothing in it to find dirty, crusty blankets. I made sure they weren’t just stains. They were crusty and then proceeded to look even deeper into the room, the drawers had marijuana paraphernalia, as well as trash in them. The floors had the past guests, hair, ties, and garbage, which means they weren’t vacuumed I contacted the manager the next day who is even more rude than the receptionist the night before she would not give me her name and became very argumentative and aggressive towards me before she hung up never ever again. Super disgusted and disappointed.

Worst hotel stay! The comforters, sheets, pillows, and towels were dingy and dirty! The bathroom floor was filthy as well as the shower and tub. Even after requesting a room change, the alternative was no better. We had to drive down to the local Walmart to buy Clorox wipes. Lysol, bed sheets, blankets, pillow cases and shower slippers. This hotel has a lot of homeless traffic, and what seemed like illegal activity.

The parking lot was full of people who were not staying at hotel. The area felt unsafe. People were playing loud music from their cars all night in the parking lot.

The other guests were loud and swimming at 3 am. Hard to fall asleep bed was uncomfortable. The hotel room smells like smoke when we got there. The staff were not friendly and the surrounding areA was taken over by people on drugs.i will never go on that side of town

Filthy hotel, only suitable for college frat parties. Unsafe unsavoury characters around the hotel hotel staff argumentative and unwilling to listen to any feedback. They are fine with loud partying at the motel and seem to like that better than making sure their guests are comfortable. Giant party right above our heads all three nights we stayed there. We were told that was our fault for picking a motel or that this was OK because it was the weekend. it appears the hotel rents out perhaps for this purpose to these individuals. This is not a motel for families to stay at period.

Lots of vagrants there. Poorly marked staircases to find how to get to the 2nd floor. Not as good as the Red Roof in near Mariana.
- 5/5
Estacionamiento un poco descuidado
- 5/5
The lady when i checked out was really rude to me & unprofessional
- 5/5
Good location and staff was very helpful
- 5/5
good reputable hotel, some weird people staying but what can you accept.
- 1/5
They didn't allow me to stay at the hotel
- 1/5
The room was dirty the blankets had cigarette holes and the shower was very dirty and the floor to it looked like someone had thrown up in the shower and I asked to have it cleaned and front desk told me they could bring me cleaning supplies and I could clean it on my own I needed up cleaning the shower
- 1/5
The room was dirty. The comforter looked like someone jumped on the bed black shoe prints as well as rips. Sink was filthy. Toilet had been pooped in and had skid marks all over it. Property is 1 star and that’s being nice. We didn’t stay, because of how gross it was!
- 4/5
Comfortable and clean. Large, updated room with the exception of the bathtub/shower. Water was warm not hot, shower was barely comfortable. Shower water pressure was low. All else was fine; would stay again if traveling to that area.
- 1/5
Had the rudest and coldest person check me in. No conversation or talk about the property or my room. The place was dirty. My room smells like smoking and cigarettes! I had homeless pounding on my bathroom window at 3am. Paper thin walls and can hear everything! Holes in my towels
- 3/5
Didn’t like? Floor was dirty when my husband was barefooted, towels are olds , stated free breakfast and there was no breakfast ..

I enjoyed it i loved it

I booked for three days, but on the evening of the second day the Internet went out. I was absolutely counting on that to coordinate a series of medical procedures and they said it would be fixed by morning. It was not fixed. I got back to my room in late morning after a med visit, still no Internet and so I checked out to look for another hotel. It was after the 1100 checkout time (about 1200) and they wouldn't refund my money. They claimed the Internet was up and running, but it was not. The rooms were clean, but the property (stairwells, parking lot, sidewalks, etc) were filthy with trash, discarded food items and so on. Also, irritating as hell, they have a little coffee bar in the lobby but the lobby is locked up until 0800 or so. If you have business in town, you'd better scout for a Starbucks because the hotel coffee isn't available early enough.
- 3/5
It wasn’t a bad stay or anything but the pictures just made it look nicer than it was in person. Stains on the bedcover and towels. Lots of homeless hanging around so probably wouldn’t book here again. Staff was nice though.
- 4/5
Laid out nicely so we could park in front of our rooms and not have to carry our pets far. Had a very nice looking little pool area but it wasn’t swimming weather. No cream for the coffee.

I have never had a problem with the condition of the rooms before, but my boyfriend cut his arm on broken shards of glass in the bed. There was dried blood on the floor and curtains. And there was busted glass outside the door. I told the manager and he blew it off
- 1/5
Booked with Expedia which was simple and affordable I get to the red roof inn and was told they didn’t have my room that I had booked 7 days prior and he said he couldn’t help me at all and he couldn’t have cared less. It’s a sketchy area with homeless camps
- 2/5
The lack of employees may explain the desk clerks poor disposition
- 5/5
Place was awesome I’d recommend it
- 5/5
Everything was great except when we went for dinner, 3 of the entrees we ordered were not available. We wanted steak, prime rib & filets and appetizers were not available. Your menu should be revised.
- 5/5
The hotel is old and very run down.
- 5/5
Nice, hospitable accommodations
- 3/5
The Hot tub was barely Luke warm and no water jets
- 4/5
Was a great trip had absolutely fun. The TV didn’t have Wi-Fi though only cable.
- 2/5
Two towels per room since it was a room with two beds. When asked for two additional towels, the girl in the front said “no.” My daughter called and threatened to leave a bad review, then the girl said we could pick only one towel.
- 3/5
Seemed like weirdos around the property
- 4/5
Clean room, clean sheets, professional staff, close to U of A, walk to 4th St, easy access to I10
- 5/5
This was one of a number of multiple day business trips where I have chosen to stay here. The bed is very comfortable. On this stay the property had many empty rooms so it was nice and quiet. The surrounding area is a bit seedy, and food options within walking distance are quite limited. My only criticism of the room is that the bathtub/shower was a bit funky.
- 3/5
There was no coffee due to the coffee pot was broken, not sure if we had hot water as i took a shower and it was cold, told the front desk and they said boiler was out, there was a lot of homeless sleeping around the rooms that were empty, didnt feel all that safe, tv would shut off every couple hours would have to turn it back on.
- 4/5
The staff was most helpful and then room clean and nice. Excellent experience
- 5/5
The gentleman that attended me was nice and accommodating I had an accident and was unable to go up stairs and he was able to get me a downstairs unit very pleasant

I did not make it to the hotel I had it with insurance and still got charged.. I text the hotel and told them I wasnt making it I had an accident. Still got charged... oh well will just do my own bookings
- 5/5
Overall a quick stay and a well kept place for what this place is. The property is well lit and I felt safe at night. It’s close to campus and restaurants.
- 5/5
The only issue was that the pool was very cloudy and that discouraged us from using it because we were unsure how often it was cleaned and maintained. It Would have been nice to use the pool the weather was 98 degrees. Other than that it was a nice stay. Convenient for us.
- 3/5
Good price for what you get. Hard beds
- 3/5
There are a lot of homeless in the immediate area.
- 2/5
Upon trying to check into Red Roof Inn we were told they would not be able to accommodate us and a room would be saved for us at a Motel 6 near the airport. Arriving at the Motel 6, the front desk staff was very kind, but the room was very unkept, the sheets and towels were dirty with stains, and some of the furniture was missing pieces. It’s clear there was a renovation underway, and the 2 star rating was evident.
- 3/5
the place is surface nice, but cracks in walls shower head falling off, refrigerator seal broken etc. The smell of 'cleaner' was nauseating and overpowering.
- 3/5
Seedy neighborhood and other patrons seemed to be homeless. Room was renovated and ok. Bathtub needs to be changed out.
- 5/5
Nice stay thank you!

Enjoyable stay….once check in was over!
- 1/5
It just was not at all what we expected or what we signed up for
- 4/5
It could have been better if we'd stay here before and our concerns with the bathrooms and since we got no room there were 13 flies in our bathroom and we told him about it it made seen it went and got the maintenance guy anytime I go up front to tell him I went a different room and they told me to go back to my room there's no flies there but you wouldn't tell me how they got rid of them they said that spray well you know what they did they open up the bathroom door and let him into the bedroom and therefore there is no more flies, therefore we had no more floods in the bathroom for sure but they were in the bedroom and we had to kill them all ourself and pick them up with their fingers because we hadnoo broom available in the bathroom
- 2/5
The rooms aren't bad but the sewer roaches are i killed at least 12 of them they come.in thru the bathroom deains and?
- 2/5

Was an quiet stay for us. We enjoyed the comfortness.

This is one of the best bang for your bucks in Tucson. Great location near downtown and the UofA and pet friendly is a bonus. The rooms are very clean with big, newer TV’s. The people who work at the front reception in the lobby aare always very friendly as well. Coffee is always free and fresh. Highly recommended.
- 4/5
Slept fine in my room, will stay again.Had no issues.
- 1/5
After arriving to my room and opening the door, I was hit by a very foul smell. I assumed it was because pets are welcome. Then, I noticed a random pair of gloves on the desk nobody cared to pick up. The bathroom door was opened and I walked into the bathroom to realize there was urine in the toilet sitting there for who knows for how long since the smell in the room was so strong. I went back to the front desk to explain the situation and request a change of room. The man who assisted me only worded an annoyed yes but never apologized or offer any further assistance. The new room seem “cleaner” but there was not hand soap in the bathroom, the TV could never connect to the Wi-Fi and the hand towels where nicely folded but never washed (there were dirty hand prints on them). By this point it was too late to find another place so I just stayed and “slept” intermittently due to the uncleanness of the place and the guests on both rooms next to mine yelling during the night and their children running around on the corridor outside my room. I would never stay in this place again. I understand this is a budget hotel but it’s insulting they treat their guests this way.

Close to University.
- 4/5
The room was clean and big. Parking was easy and the staff were friendly.
- 1/5
The surrounding area was filled with homeless and people doing drugs. The drain in tub did not drain. Wouldn't give more than 2 towels without returning two towels. In general a very old property in not a great location. I've stayed at Red Roof before but none that made me feel this unsafe.
