The front desk and whole staff are amazing caring people made a unexpected ugly stay the absolute best.!! Only reason I gave not 100 across the board is the hot tub handrail needs serious attention as a handicap person it's important but not enough to diminish the greatness of this place

Breakfast was wonderful! After I had my coffee fix, I was more receptive to all! Our coffee maker didn't work in the morning, but was useful for tea at night. Front desk responded to request for help with figuring out TV and air conditioning unit very quickly, kudos for that!

The room itself was excellent. The service at the front the next morning and transportation to the airport was exceptional! The only thing would have been to know ahead of time that they were working on an upgrade. It was a little off-putting to walk in a see inside of some ceiling tiles.

The only thing that was a problem...the elevator was out of order so getting luggage up stairs was inconvenient.

When we arrived yo the hotel we were sent to a room that was not ready and they quickly gave us a clean room. The hotel was great the only thing I noticed was it needed a little vacuuming in the hallways. Other than that we were satisfied with our room.

I stayed 4 nights 5 days only asked for my room to be vacuum, trash and fresh towels once while I was out for the day. It didn’t get done. When I returned I did get fresh towels and the night guy did come up for my trash

Mandy was great during our check in. Very helpful with all our requests and delivered customer service with a smile. I know she was stressed because there were a lot of people but that didn’t affect her ability to provide excellent service. Property was clean. Beds were comfortable. We got some good sleep before our next stop.

The breakfast needs a lot of work though. We also had a homeless man who was asked to leave one night come back during breakfast and was cursing at guests. Also the juice machine was not right and put out too much water.

A few issues with the hotel: 1. The hotel is small. 2. The hotel needs a renovation...3. We didnt appreciate turning on the water in our room and seeing gray water coming out of the faucet. Spent the rest of our stay using bottled water to brush our teeth. At $500 for a 3 night stay we deserved better!

There was plenty of food choices for the included breakfast. Complimentary shuttle to the airport. For some reason, I was unable to get the room I had reserved. I had paid for a suite but was told it was not available. Still trying to chase down a refund for the difference.

They were incredibly rude to an older gentleman standing in front of me at check in who was voicing concerns about the tap water being milky white. They checked me in without issue then called me an hour later to rudely inform me very loudly that my card was declined. I showed them proof on my bank account that it was not declined and the charge did go through. They demanded that I give them another card to charge. Nope! I cancelled my room and took my business to the Hilton down the road. One smelled so strongly of cigarettes it made this location feel like a gross motel. Another one wouldn't stop chewing a gross amount of gum and smacking on it loudly with every guest she checked in. All front desk staff were unhygienic, rude, loud, and have no understanding of professionalism or hospitality. I took my concerns to corporate as well.

We reserved 3 rooms (2 under Medina and 1 under Davis). My in laws room (Davis) dod not have working AC. My father in law is in poor healrh. Also, the water in the sinks and showers is absolutely disgusting. It smells & it is a milky white color. My in laws should get a refund.

Y lo peor es que el agua del lavabo sale completamente agua. El personal dice que es por lo minerales y que es muy segura. Fuera de eso muy recomendable. El hotel muy bonito bien cuidado

I liked how accessible the property is. I loved the service, and the staff were amazing. However, had I known that the renovations were in work during my stay, I would have booked somewhere else. That information should have been available on Expedia so customers can make informed choices. Also, the renovation is more of a remodel. Mostly cosmetic upgrades and updates. The bathroom light and fan are still on the same switch instead of separate switches, and the fan is like having a little jet engine whining above your head while sitting on the toilet. It's 2025, and still no smart tv or shower wand. If those doesn't bother you, then you'll probably be alright.

The only complaint I have is the grounds were extremely dirty and the halls smelled very bad. The free breakfast was phenomenal and the buffet lady was terrific. When we arrived the front desk lady was very polite and even took a moment to play with my dog, he loved her. And the bed was very comfortable, we were disappointed with the TV, it seemed very low quality. We always had stayed in Holiday Inns for over 40 years and will continue. I was very disappointed with Tucson as a whole, the city seems dirty with a lot of debris everywhere. We will never be back to Tucson. Clean the hallway and carpet, make sure the side doors are locked and clean the property, especially in the back of the building it’s disgusting.

Got extremely hot. Wires were hanging out from baseboard and not secured. Fans didn’t work. Light switches didn’t work on the walls. Carpet is old and not very clean. Pool not well taken care of. Worst Holiday Inn I have ever stayed at.

Someone attempted to open a rack that was fixed on out truck and we found they cut the straps and tried to pry into the rack. We approached the staff who did not attempt to either find video of the event as well as did not call us when the manager returned to the desk. There are alot of vaxant lots nearby where homeless live. Would reccommend staying somewhere else if you are travelling with valuables until the hotel can get their security issue figured out.

We had a very good experience at this hotel, we were there to see the Saguaro National Park and friends in Sierra Vista before we drove to Grand Canyon so this was perfectly positioned for us to get to all of these places without having to drive through town traffic. Service was excellent at the hotel. It was quiet, it was comfortable, it was clean, I felt safe and breakfast was good. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a very good experience at this hotel, we were there to see the Saguaro National Park and friends in Sierra Vista before we drove to Grand Canyon so this was perfectly positioned for us to get to all of these places without having to drive through town traffic. Once she opened the door she immediately attended to the airline employees and not me who had been waiting. I recieved no apology, no explanation and was told she would help me at the other end of the counter while she attended to the airline staff. It was very off-putting not to have been greeted or given an explanation. It was also dangerous for me to stand outside trying to reach a hotel employee that late at night. There was no note, no automatic telephone response and no one answering the phone. Once I was checked in, she didn't even offer me water as a way of acknowledging the oversight. Complete fail. The main line phone should have routed to an automated message, to an answering service, or a live person should have picked up. Or, if someone had to do a pick up, other staff should have been at the front desk. Completely irresponsible to leave the front desk unattended or unavailable for travelers arriving after a late evening flight.

Such a lovely room, the whitest duvet covers and towels all making the room so bright and clean. Not a single bit of dust anywhere. Breakfast was my favorite with the cheese omelets, turkey and pork sausages along with all the other usual choices. Everyone working there smiled and some engaged us in conversation, making our stay feel as if we're with family. I know you had little if anything to do with it, but out in back of the hotel we spotted a male and female Great Horned Owl couple sitting together in a tree. Score!

I liked that it was very clean and in great condition. Also, check-out was awesome. King size bed was comfortable. The handle was very hard to pull for shower. Breakfast was not ready. It said at 6:30 on weekends. No hot breakfast, only coffee, bread & fruit…very disappointing. Staff were not around. Lights were off in the dining area. In addition, restaurants were very far away.

I liked that it was very clean and in great condition. Also, check-out was awesome. King size bed was comfortable. The handle was very hard to pull for shower. Breakfast was not ready. It said at 6:30 on weekends. No hot breakfast, only coffee, bread & fruit…very disappointing. Staff were not around. Lights were off in the dining area. In addition, restaurants were very far away.

The bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast was good. They do need to update their pet fee on Expedia, which was $20 more than expected. Still cheaper than many other options, but it did catch me off guard. Location was good, and despite being close to the airport, the room did not let in a lot of sound or light.

This property is well worn. It is run down conpared to other properties adjusted to it. It was clean and the staff was friendly and professional but for a few extra dollars you can get a much better deal at a better property near by that isn't as beat up. The lower price isn't enough to justfy a stay here. Spend the extra $20 and pick another property. Would not stay here again.

Room was subpar, seems fancy with the touch less keypad, but that's the only thing impressive. One working outlet by the bed, hole in the wall by the bed, scuff marks on the walls, fan and a/c barely functional. Breakfast was as expected. Eggs and sausage and let down of highly watered down juice and broken down waffle machines. Overall, the hotel looks good at first glance, disappointment to follow.

Very accommodating! I had called earlier in the day to see if we can have a rollout bed. She told me to call back at 6:00pm. So I did and put us in an executive suit which had a pullout bed. Thank you

I loved the breakfast buffet. The room was so bad it smelled so awful. My children could barely stay in the room.other than the smelly room the staff are great and great breakfast.

Hotel seemed a little old, breakfast was same as any other free breakfast place. Staff was very friendly, gym was small and missing a few sets of dumbbells but it was ok. Pool was also small but the 5 kids that went in had a great time

It was a comfortable stay . We had to unplug the AC coz it was cold , we tried to change the setting but couldn’t. Continental breakfast was great , the room had everything that we needed.

Breakfast was soggy bacon and totally bland scrambled eggs. Coffee was good. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We don't like dogs, so in the future we will choose a hotel that doesn't permit them (except for legit service dogs, who never, ever bark).

Parking lot under the lights was full. Felt dangerous. Bathroom vent was disgusting. As was the air/heat unit. Maybe NEVER cleaned. Very old. Breakfast hot items were cold. Hot water for tea hard to find. Not with the coffee. I could go on and on.

Room was great they got me one close to my parents too. Service was super friendly I would highly recommend staying here. Just wish their pool would of been open. next time we’re in the mood to get a room I’ll be going here instead of 3 palms as that hotel is disgusting and the staff are rude as hell.

Somebody entered the room when the do not disturb sign was on and exchanged my power cord for a dirty almost severed one. I won't return.
