Friendly staff, clean spacious room with awesome mountain view. Room didn’t have microwave but staff happily brought one for us to use. Plenty of parking and close to the way to mount lemmon.

We always stay here each time we're in Tucson. It's not a noisey place, there is a restaurant/ bar on the second level, and a coffee shop. The pool is always a favorite. We never have had any complaints when staying here.

Room was clean but tub/shower are old and look a bit unclean. Pool was clean but jacuzzi was tiny & dirty; cool-deck is cracking. Only two umbrellas around the pool.

Our room was very roomy and clean. We spent allot of time at the pool which was very nice. The one evening we went to the bar to order a drink to take to the room, the bartender ignored us completely while visiting with other patrons. Other than that, the staff was very friendly and helpful. That was the only issue our entire stay. Check in & check out was easy with no wait time. I would definitely stay there again.

Breakfast is okay but could use more of a variety besides scrambled eggs. The refrigerators in the rooms were frosted up and did not keep food/ drink cold. Rooms were very comfortable & definitely enjoyed my stay & will stay here again in the future.

Had a wonderful visit. All family and friends was there for a celebration of life and we had a great family and friend visit. All employees was wonderful. Rooms was clean and great.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We had a bathroom issue in our original assigned room. We were quickly moved to another room and were given breakfast vouchers for our inconvenience.

Reserved a king bed they gave me two queens said the reservation is more of a request so I get whatever’s available if I knew that I would have never went there and I will never go back ,terrible experience

The location was very good for my needs. The hotel was clean. It is slightly older and could use remodeling but still very functional. The room Furniture wear was most noticeable as the drawers /doors were miss aligned and didn’t close completely. The rugs looked to me as they could use cleaning. Showers worked very nicely but the wear of the tub was a little off putting. The lobby, bar and restaurant were good. Food service was good and tasty. Staff was efficient and polite.

I found the hotel to be lovely and the staff very friendly. However, my room, though I am only speaking about my room and make no judgement on other rooms, was sub-standard. The cold and hot water taps leaked when you turned them on soaking the counter. There was a smell of sewage coming from the sink drain when the water was running. I have no idea what would cause that. The bathroom fan did not work, so the mirror steamed when we showered. The bathroom door lock would stick locked in a locked position. On our first night, we had to call the front desk to send up maintenance to unlock our bathroom door. The worker said the lock was not working properly and that we shouldn't lock it again. That was fine, for the night, but there was no follow up the next day. There was no attempt to fix the lock, during our stay. There was no offer to move us to another room. Luckily, we didn't want to bother with moving to another room, but the offer should have been made. When you pay top dollar to stay in a hotel it is fair to expect better care. However, the lobby is beautiful, the pool area well kept and the staff was friendly and polite.

First time there, it was a very beautiful and clean hotel.

The hotel is big, spacious and bright inside. Easy parking and close by the Saguaro Nat’l Park and hiking. It has an elegant restaurant with wonderful views of the surrounding mountains. We couldn’t use the pool or hot tub because there we so many kids using them. I can’t blame them because it was hot weather.

Breakfast bar was a good selection; however, the hot food was cold. Maid service was non-existent. We had to scrounge for fresh towels on Days 2,3, & 4. We had to empty our own waste baskets on Day 4 since they were full (no maid service). Charging for parking was "low brow".

I left the privacy tag hanging on the outside of the door while i was away, the cleaning staff still entered the room. As far as condition, there was heavy miniral scale deposits all in the shower on head and handle and walls. The original glass shoqet doors have been replaced with budget shower curtains that let water all over the floor and make a slip hazard getting out. The door fame in the bathroom is heavily rusted and neglected. The overall facility feels neglected, and due to the nearby homeless they now charge an extra fee for overnight parking to help cover security.

The hotel and surrounding area is lovely. Modernized inside without becoming too flashy. Beautiful art, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, and more. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I will suggest to our group that everyone stay there the next time we come to Tucson. Thank you.

The only thing off wS that the rooms featured a wine tempered refrigerator, which is not suitable as a standard refrigerator. They were helpful in bringing a small refrigeration unit to the room. A regular refrigerator would suit both wine and food.

The room was ok just out dated definitely didn’t look like the photos, not enough towels, lighting in the room was terrible especially in the bathroom. Where our room was super noisy all night we heard slamming doors and people up and down the stairs! Parking was a pain when the parking was full! The bed was ok could have been more comfortable

Room was ok. Bathroom trash had not been taken out from prior guest and had to asked front desk multiple times for towels for the pool area. We were told we could not have outside food or alcoholic beverages, however several other guest did and nothing was said to them at the pool. If this is policy, it would be nice to have it enforced accordingly and not to just a few guest.

It was loud. Anytime any hotel door closed near our room, it sounded like it was being slammed shut. Room definitely could've been cleaner, and the refrigerator could've been turned on. And Hilton charges for parking.

The hotel was okay. Furniture in our room had stains and the toilet was barely working properly. Has to hold the handle down during the entire flush cycle for it to actually flush. We didn't use any of the amenities or eat in the restaurant. We did have drinks in the lounge.

Our room did NOT have a Television set. I told the front desk about this 3 times and the last time the front desk person wrote it in a logbook. We were offered another room on the second day. I think that the room should not have been available to paying guests.

For the price of the room and for being a Hilton I was expecting better. Staff is great. The room wasn’t too good.

There was nothing I liked. Even though they did not have my reserved room available, we choose to utilize the restaurant for dinner. The food was alright, but the service was terrible. I did not stay at the hotel - because my reservation was not honored. I requested a change to the initial reservation through Booking.com and messaged the property about changing the date. I received a confirmation that the booking was changed - but when I showed up to check in - there was no room reserved for me. The hotel was full. Then, I found out that I was charged a no-show fee for the original booking date that was confirmed as changed. I believe a refund is due to me.

The curtains didn’t close all the way, the box spring was visible and not aligned (much further out on one side), the sink had very low flow and there was only hot water in the mornings. The carpet was stained in some areas and the bedside tables had crumbs. I would not stay here again.

The hotel had several things that were broken. The bathroom fan didn’t work, the safe did not work, the water pressure was very weak. The letters on the outside of the Hilton hotel sign(half of them didn’t light up), the lobby water fountain was out of commission and the pool area was not that clean looking. On top of all that when we first arrived there was a dirty plate in the hallway in th way to our room that we had to look at for a day and a half. Overall it was not that pleasant.

The lobby area was very nice. Our room had several moths in it so we were able to get a new room. The room was fine but the bathroom wasn't the cleanest. There was a red smudge on the wall that was either blood or makeup, and just could have been a lot cleaner overall. It looked like the details were ignored. Staff were great and breakfast was good, but expensive. If we didn't have vouchers from the moth issues we wouldn't have paid that price for breakfast

I requested an early check in 1 month in advance of my stay. They never got back to me after requesting multiple times. On the day of check in, they said they couldn’t accommodate the request because they were busy. That was frustrating but understandable. But when I arrived at 4pm at check in time, they said they wouldn’t have a king bed room (which I reserved and paid for) available for 2 hours. I had to be somewhere and couldn’t wait 2 hours to get into my room so we took a queen bed room. I booked this room 2 months in advance. Poor management and planning to not have a guest room available at check in time. Additionally, I should have been refunded the difference of a king vs queen room but they didn’t provide that as an option or even apologize for the inconvenience.

I was there 4 days and never saw the cleaning staff. The coffee pot in the room had mold in it,I reported it said they would replace it never did. Had to ask for towels , toilet paper, tissue, soap. I thought the Hilton was better than this

Some rooms are better than others. We have stay a this property a couple of times now and the last room we stayed in poor condition. I don't think the room had been cleaned well, The door didn't lock. The adjoining room door didn't close properly neither did the bathroom door. There were stains on the ceiling, bed, and sheets. The really shouldn't open this room up for anyone. The other room we stayed in on a previous trip a few months ago was was better. Room 313 is a no go. Other than that, the staff is really nice and the lobby smells great.

It is a lovely hotel with large rooms and nice pool. However, you need to watch out for the additional charges. The breakfast buffet is fairly basic but costs $30. Also, there is a daily charge for parking that we were not told about at check in or when booking. It simply gets added to your bill at checkout.

What I didn’t like is upon checkout, I was informed I had to pay a parking charge and front shop charge. First off, I travelled there for less than 48hrs and didn’t have a car so I never asked for parking. That ended up being removed from the bill but then according to the desk person I had a 22$ charge to the room from the front snack store. I never even stepped inside the store. Let alone purchased something to the room. I told the front desk that charge is incorrect and he told me the manager will have to investigate this but they are not currently here and the charge will have to go through in the meantime. I asked about the process when someone bills something to the room, and he assured me the person has to state their room number and last name. Well I travelled by myself so there wasn’t anyone else that could have done this and I’d personally love to see who charged it on the camera. This isn’t the first “unjustified charge” for this hotel on the internet , so there’s also that. I will be disputing this charge with both the manager and my credit card. It’s the principle. lol I didn’t even drink the water bottles in the room, let alone go eat the random process snacks.

Our problem was primarily with a large group of youths who were left unattended every evening. Talking loudly down the halls, slamming doors and screaming in the pool area which was under our room. Other than that, it was alright.

The hotel is beautiful with great balcony and doning views. The bathroom sink plug and handels could use some attention. The staff we all very helpful and gracious.

The windows are not sound proof, we could hear cars and motorcycles racing on Broadway Blvd. Breakfast was good, $20 per person for the buffet, everything tasted good, the lady at the restaurant was super nice and friendly. I would give this hotel a higher rating but it's hard when we had a restless night due to noise and an awful mattress. The hotel needs a remodel and new beds.

We requested no housekeeping, but I guess we should have used the in unit safe. First day, one pair of earrings in a small jewelry bag disappeared. We figured we might of misplaced it, and searched the room diligently. Next day when we got back, another small jewelry bag with earrings went missing. Now we knew this was not a coincidence nor our losing them, as they never left the room. So, somebody with a key helped themselves to these items while we were gone for the day. Even though we have stayed at this hotel in the past, we will not use it again. I would just warn other travelers to use the safe in the room, and don’t leave any jewelry in the room at all.

While this hotel is OK, over the holiday some things were lacking. A light in the hall was flickering a lot. There was a wet washcloth left in my room before check-in and the waitress I had at dinner was not very attentive. In contrast, the breakfast was good and the hot tub worked fine. You might have a different experience in another season.

Room was clean and staff was courtesse. The Old Lady is showing her age. Mattress was hard and flat. Soap pumps in shower didnt all work. Toilet flushed slow. Debris on flat roofs. Had dinner on Friday and Saturday at Allero was excellent. Wapleasant stay.

the hotel experienced a plumbing issue on the the 4th floor which kept us up 1 of the nights making us feel sick. the property addressed the issue and it took the full next day to be resolved. we spoke with the hotel and they asked us to reach out to Expedia to get compensation for that night. Hilton says they have it documented and will approve the compensation.

I have a mixed review about this hotel. The front desk employees were very friendly. The room was so-so, it can definitely use a make over. The one thing that was disappointing is they have a breakfest buffet that they charge $20.99 for, which was horrible. The food is not hot at all. To be charging guests $20.99 a person, they should have a better selection and it definitely should be be HOT.

Have stayed in many Hilton properties. Never had to ask 3 times to make the room, and still no one came. We had to call the main Hilton complaint line before they sent someone to clean our room. Towels had stains. Bedcovers had stains. The hotel only filled up the day after we arrived, yet the day we checked in, we were given the lowest level room facing a roof. Everything from bed, to bathroom, to toilet needs serious upgrading. Very disappointing for Hilton brand.

I called my stay " unwanted room tour" Not enough employee to handle guests.

Friendly staff, clean and excellent room, comfy bed, gorgeous view of the mountain! We appreciated the Christmas photo backdrop in the lobby and the glass elevator… also the blackout curtains that allowed us to sleep in!

There was an odd smell when walking into the lobby, the elevators seemed like they werent working well especially the one on the left. The door repeatedly tried closing and wouldnt close unless you held the button. The door to the room took forever to close and then would slam. The toilet was not straight, it turned towards the shower. The bathroom needed to be updated or a very deep clean because it was hard to tell if the bathroom had been cleaned at all or if it was just from years of use. The bed was extremely firm and not in a comfortable way. The pillows were flat as paper once you laid your head on them. The minature fridge wouldnt cool because it had a sheet of ice on the backside. There were stains on the ceiling. There was small pieces of trash on the floor when we first walked in. And the water coming out of the shower was worse than using the sink. The sink didnt want to drain well and the toilet had brown stains. If we werent as tired as we were when we checked in we would have asked for our money back and found somewhere else.

Difficulty getting into room, key did not work. I had to find a maintenance person to help. Internet did not work, I had to call front desk for help, front desk said I was not listed as having arrived, I had checked in 8 hours earlier. Otherwise, the personnel were pleasant, room was clean and comfortable.

We were disappointed that we woke up early for golf and when we returned by 4:00 pm our room was not made. We had an event we had to attend by 6:00 pm and we had to take showers and get ready. Maid service came at almost 5:00 pm…really? They had all day and we were getting ready so of course it couldn’t be done at that time. Needless to say, our room never got cleaned up. The reception girls were excellent, friendly and professional but disliked not having maid service.

The second room - The shower floor was very slippery, and I had to use a towel to clean and remove the slippey substance. - The body wash gel holder was empty, so I used the small bar of hand soap in it's place. - The shower door was very difficult to slide. An elderly person would have a tough time. - Such a beautiful building architedture but the Person in charge of maintenance staff is not doing their job and that makes it all a bad stay. THIS IS NOT THE HILTON I AM USED TO.

Someone kept the luggage cart all night literally waited for over an hour an nothing.

Room’s outdated, with door blocking toilet or shower. Gym didn’t have water cooler filled, and was missing dumbbells. Had to pay to park in a parking lot. Stayed at a try, home2 also. They were fresh, updated, and still trying to figure out the need for a bench and a chaise lounge in a room that adorned TucsonEast. Will book at other hotel next time I travel thru for business.

This reservation was supposed to be…no hidden charges. Everything was paid for upfront. However, overnight I noticed a charge on my card. When I asked about it when checking out I was told it was an overnight parking charge. No one advised me that there would be a parking charge when I checked in. They handed me a small blue paper to put on my dash as most hotels do. The desk man told me the charge was listed on that paper. When I examined it there was indeed a charge listed but it was at the bottom of a few lines of text printed in a very tiny, thin type. This was intentionally, very deceptive. In addition, this hotel is nowhere near the downtown and there was nothing around this hotel to indicate that neighbors were encroaching on this massive lot. There was absolutely no justification in this hotel for charging for parking. The hotel could easily have put the charge more prominently on their dash card. It was deliberate deception. And Expedia deceived me by selling me a fully paid for reservation that was NOT fully paid for. When I mentioned to the desk man that no one told me there was a charge he said, “that was too bad, they should have.’ When I said this was really unfair, he just shrugged his shoulders. So although the hotel was nice, their practices are corrupt.

Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. Housekeeping attention to detail could be improved. Forgot to put new ice bucket liner in. I do not know why they do not put the waste basket liner in; they just leave it lying on the edge of the waste basket in the bathroom. Hair conditioner was out and had to ask for more. Had to request housekeeping, since they skipped my room after two days. Front staff was very friendly and responsive though.

People were friendly, but the hotel was not clean enough furniture in the bedroom was dirty . The bathroom tub was worn out. We had to call for toilet paper call for a bathmat. My cousin‘s toilet was not working. She called for help. They did send someone up, but it was not fixed correctly, so I had to go up and fix the chain inside the toilet so that it would work for her We tried to get coffee twice at the Starbucks. They were out of milk or there was nobody there to help us . We will definitely look at staying somewhere else next time.

The staff are always friendly and so accommodating. The rooms are starting to look aged. The fridge was warm and there wasn't any hot water for a shower. One of the elevators is always broken. We frequently stay because they have phenomenal staff.

Staff was awesome, everything was great with the exception of the bathtub in our bathroom. Bathtub definitely needs some TLC to get rid of the soap scum on the shower head and corrosion on the drain.

Was only there for a quick over night stay. My only complaint would be the shower didn't drain properly. Within a few minutes, the basin was full.

Last minute when I booked on this hotel, everything is ok, staff are friendly and nice. For a night stay is good and affordable.

Room was clean and comfortable. This was our first time staying at a Hilton and we were truly satisfied. We will surely stay here again when we visit Tucson.

The view of the mountain was incredible to wake up to in the morning. I didn't notice when I drove up at night so when I came down the glass elevator with the perfect view in the morning it stopped me and I took time to appreciate it.

Great place to stay when in Tucson.

The hotel is run down everything looks old and dirty. Bathroom has stains all over the tub and it was rusty and moldy. Time for a renovation.

To their credit, the staff were incredibly kind and understanding. They offered to change my room, but the only option was on the same floor with two queen beds instead of the king we had booked. I can’t say if this was just a one-off situation, but as most people know, where there’s one roach, there’s usually more. That’s ultimately why I decided to leave and why I’m leaving this review.

This was a great place to stay! The staff were very professional, polite, and helped each other and all visitors in a timely manner. I did not go to the gym so dont know how that was. The breakfasts were amazing and so was the dinner I had, cooked to perfection!

My main complaints are that the bathroom sink drained very slowly, too slowly and the AC unit was too loud, keeping me from getting much sleep. Otherwise, the room was clean, the staff was courteous and helpful and the WiFi was satisfactory. I didn't use the gym.

Water was running in bathroom sink when we entered our room, unsightly construction on our floor, landscaping noise early in the morning, forgot to pick up our breakfast order but ended up comping, beds and pillows were not comfortable and pillows didn’t have cases on them.

Was great except for not taking cash. Hilton is a major corporation. US currency is legal tender for all debts public and private. Cashless usually means tip less and score/rating less for me but the staff were great.

Our visit happened to coincide with a weekend when another major company had booked our suites. Fortunately, Hilton handled the situation with professionalism and fairness—we were well compensated. Special thanks to Bridget Cunningham, the Catering Manager, whose exceptional service truly stood out and made all the difference. We had to deal with a conference room that was over 90 degrees with no A/C in the AZ summer.

Weekend girls trip to celebrate a birthday. We were given the requested joined rooms which made it even better. Pool, bar and snacks made it even better for having a relaxing and fun time.

Came in a bit early and was graciously given a bit of an early check in. Even though there was an event there, I was given undivided attention when checking in. The hotel itself is located in a good part of town and the scenery it great. Depending on what room you get you’ll get a great view out of your room.

The rooms were nice, the door was very loud when it shut. Also Ice Machines weren't working on either flors.

I didn't like that the bathroom sink faucet leaked all over the counter when I used it, automatically was down a hard towel right off the bat because of that. There was an old blood stain on the comforter that I only noticed because I untuck the foot of the bed in order to sleep more comfortably. That was really gross and I felt like I was in a cheap motel when I saw that. No judgement, I've stayed in cheap motels before, but I was paying for the Hilton experience and didn't feel like it was that great for those two reasons. But the staff was absolutely wonderful, kind and helpful!

This was one of the worst hotel I have stayed at. It was extremely dirty, the halls were filthy with trash. The corners of the bathroom were black with dirt, there was someone’s hair all over the bathroom, there was an earwig on the bathroom floor. Will never stay there again.

The beds themselves were comfortable, but the duvet we had was super thin and flat. We informed the front desk, but housekeeping never got to our room. The carpet and walls were stained and we had no less than half a dozen moths in our room. There was hair that was not ours in the bathroom. The pool was also super dirty and cloudy, with lots of hairballs floating around as well as hundreds of ants on the pool deck. The concrete also looked to be decaying. The sign out front said the entire property was newly renovated, but the pool was forgotten or it has already been several years since then. There was a refrigerator in our room, but only one microwave in the lobby, I was told I could use by the front desk, but another employee stood and watched me like I was a criminal instead of a middle aged Mom who was reheating food for her child's dinner. The breakfast and dinner options were very expensive, so we ate elsewhere.

The property has been renovated. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. The price was also good. I love their new phone texting to guests, which makes it feel very personal.

Sink would not drain and crap would cover sink from drain. Reported but nothing done. Seemed like they knew already . Queen mattresses were pathetic.

Hotel was clean, comfortable beds with friendly staff. However really needs updating urgently and there aren’t microwaves in the rooms. I came in late and had to use a microwave on a different floor in a closed, isolated and less than clean room. I did not feel safe. Perhaps it can be relocated to a central area or better yet put microwaves in the rooms for customer convenience.

It is obvious that there is a lot of deferred maintenance going on in this hotel. I’ve stayed in this hotel once or twice a year for years and it is showing its age. The roof was not being maintained. You can see there’s mold. The plaster in the hallway is not being repaired. The carpets are not being vacuumed. There was mold in the shower and the light switches And faucets were loose and jiggly.

Stayed for only one day but it was enjoyable. Centrally located, however, farther from the airport than l liked. Overall it is a great place to stay when visiting Tucson.

It was average, nothing special

I have stayed here everytime I am in Tucson but this time the age and lack of up keep is showing. Mold in showers, halls not vacuumed, light switches that turn themselves off and back on just by touching near the wall. No wifi, cracks in walls and roof damage. Will not stay again.

The staff is friendly and helpful the maintenance was not great they are having some leaks and the AC didn’t cool for hours. The room was 80 when I arrived and didn’t cool down for a long time.

Stay was good. Only downside was the cleaning. Before we arrival at our room we noticed dirty dishes in the hallway outside someone’s else’s room. They stayed there for our 2 nights stay. We got to check out and the dirty dishes was still there when we left.

Checked in 1st room smelled so I upgraded. The upgraded room AC didn’t work properly next day they gave me another room a lot of inconvenience specially after upgrading.

Purchased a room with 2 queens, they gave us a room with one bed and told us there’s no others available. Then the AC was out and they brought us a box fan, room was extremely hot.

Cons: We could hear our neighbors all night long through the wall and in the hallway. Doors slam very loudly automatically and are not sealed well. We could see the hallway lights through the door crack which I'm sure contributed to hearing anyone in the hallway. Our bathroom door would not stay closed. I don't understand why they are charging for parking.

The hotel was quite night and a bargain in the off season but the bathtub was a little rickety and the drain was slow but that was tended to by hotel staff. Also, the air conditioner was subpar and extremely loud on our first night. They did fix it the next night and it was slightly quieter and more efficient. The bed was comfortable and otherwise the hotel was quiet.
