The suites are very spacious with a desk, sofa, and mini kitchen area. The bed was very comfortable.

The breakfast was above average. I was glad the same hours were kept for the weekend. Front end staff were very nice and accommodating. This is the hotel to stay in if you are coming to Marana/north Tucson. It is a few extra dollars but worth it.

Great stop traveling between Texas and California. Quiet area but still right off the highway. Very clean and staff was very friendly.

My wife works remotely from home and the room we had was set up.lik an office so it worked out really well for her to hook up her computer and do her work.

Loud buzzing and vibrating noise all night. Woke us up every 5 mins. Toilet handle broken and we couldn’t use the use bathroom for our brief stay.

Great stay. Close to great stores, freeway and quality of the hotel was great to where you did not hear the train completely. Would stay again and recommend it to others.

The only issue was the AC which blew hard and cold evey time it cycled on, making it difficult to have a consistently comfortable temperature.

Location is on point - it’s close to all the places one would want to visit / sight-see north of Tucson. The room was clean, staff were pleasant, the amenities were great, and complimentary breakfast! You can’t ask for more. I recommend Hampton Inn- Marana.

The breakfast selection is not extensive, but it is sufficient, and the taste is unbelievable good. It is very likely from the hotel kitchen instead of commercial purchase since everything is fresh and tasty.

The property was a perfect location for the excursions we had planned.

The hotel was generally very average. The biggest issue was their shower. It was extremely slippery—like it had not been rinsed well or it was coated with something. Got in the shower/tub and immediately felt like it was a balancing act. Wasn’t washing my hair. Finished up very carefully and then went to get out—very carefully—and darn near fell flat. I have very good balance, so this was not normal. When I left, I went and told the guy at the front desk—same one that checked me in. I said I thought you should know that the shower must have something very slippery on it because it was a balancing act and very slick. I proceeded to tell him I darn near fell on my head. His words—and nothing else—“well, we have bath mattes available on request.” I let him know this room was also an ADA, as there were grab bars everywhere. I thought I would ask here—how would I know that the shower was slick, until I got in it? And how on earth would I know you had bath mattes? He was not concerned in the slightest. I wouldn’t stay at this hotel if it was free. Make sure to tell the next guest that falls you have bath mattes—after they fall and sue. Worst hotel ever.

Check in was fine and I did get what I needed, but she seemed like she really didn’t want to go to extra effort. 24 hour coffee, tea, hot chocolate was a nice touch. I liked that is was clean, close to the medical center I had to go to for surgery, close to restaurants and gas stations. Even tho it was very close to the interstate and the train tracks it was very quiet and the views do the mountains from our room wa sbeautiful. Nothing. Loved it all.

I loved the location right off of I-10. I was visiting family in the area so the location worked well for that, too. I liked the room design very much—so modern. The staff was friendly, too. N/A

Good breakfast, good location No clock or microwave in the room, also, no cabinet with privacy drawers, only a door with racks like the kind to wash dishes. Need cabinets with separate drawers for his and hers items. A safe would be nice too.

Always a wonderful time staying here, especially overnight after a long day on the road. This hotel never disappoints with easy check in and out, cleanliness, quietness, safety, and modern decor. Thankful for the air conditioning in the desert heat and lots of space for our family of four in our room. Overall a 5 out of 5 for us!

Upon check-in, I was told that I must pay at the property. I instructed the front desk personnel that I had already paid through Expedia, which I was made to feel like I was lying in front of customers. I showed my receipt through Expedia and was told that if I didn’t pay in person, I would not be granted my room after finally contacting Expedia customer service they contacted the hotel property And informed the hotel property that I had indeed paid online. After checking in, I was given keys to go up to my room to only not have them activated very disappointed in this property, which makes me sad because I’ve been here multiple times before.

I went for a meeting at the Marana community center, which is a couple of off ramps west on I-10. Other attendees also stayed there, and we were able share rides in our car. The hotel was just right and met our needs perfectly.

We only stayed for one night for the kids football tournament 15min away. Place was clean. Staff very nice and my kids loved the free breakfast! Didn’t get a chance to check out the mall across the way but maybe next time!

Staff was nice and incredibly helpful no matter what time of day or how busy they were. Hotel was very clean and updated. Pool outside was clean, nice and easy to access. Super close to the outlet shopping. Easy access to the highway to get you anywhere in the Tucson area. I will definitely stay again.

Our toilet was not flushing the night we checked in. There were no other double queen rooms. So the front desk guy just brought me a plunger lol and told me maintenance could look at it in the am. We were only there overnight for a tournament the next am, ain't nobody got time for that. So we made due and checked out first thing in the am. Would have thought they would have had a better solution besides a guest plunging at toilet at 10 pm but such is life.

I forgot to pack a toothbrush and went to the front desk to buy one. They advised they had none. I was surprised after spending good money on a Room that the hotel did not have a toothbrush on the whole property and the front desk told me to go to the gas station instead.

Pet friendly. Able to get a suite on one end where we never had to yake pur dogs through the main lobby. It was nice. Rooms very nice. Clean and comfortable bed.

This hotel is across the street from the Shopping Outlets! I walked over on two occasions. It's easy to navigate to here and close to restaurants.

The hotel was nice, clean and comfortable. The staff was polite and helpful. The water pressure in the shower was VERY poor. The TV remove was very difficult to use. To change channels, increase/decrease volume, and to turn it off and on I had tp push the applicable button VERY hard. And even then sometimes it wouldn't work.

We stayed at Hampton Inn, Marina on our way home to Austin, Texas from Los Angeles. The hotel is very beautiful and the staff are friendly and helpful. Our room is very comfortable and nicely designed. There are a lot of choices for the breakfast buffet. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling alone Interstate 10.

The property is 5 years old but it is so well maintained that we thought it was brand new. The staff is super friendly and caring. The rate was very reasonable.
