This is our 3rd stay at this property and the experience is consistently fantastic!! The staff is always friendly and helpful. The rooms are spotless. The breakfast has always been fresh and the choices are great!! Two of our visits were holiday weekends and even though it appeared the place was full I didn’t hear anyone above us or in the rooms next door. The location says at the Tucson Mall it’s actually a few blocks away so not all the crazy Mall traffic but the convenience of shopping and all the restaurants and coffee shops are less than 5 minutes. Highly recommend!!

Not sure why people complain about breakfast, its not a dennys. The breakfast variety was good. The place was quiet. Zero complaints.

Nice room, we had a three night stay, in a two room suite, quite. Be aware in this suite bedroom, AC is literally inches from right had side of bed so if on, it blows right on bed. Breakfast included with stay, just wish these people would cook eggs instead of serving egg mush.

Everything was great, except that there wasn't enough lighting in the entryway and over the suitcase area.

The property was very pretty We didn't have a working TV, the mini fridge made a high pitched noise and the a/c unit kept coming on every few minutes most likely because it was dirty. The air was coming out of each end only and the center had a bunch of dirt on the vents. They served Dark Roast Coffee. I would think Medium roast would be better in that situation since it covers everyone from light to Dark. They only had milk or Hazelnut creamer. The ceiling fans were all on high speed so by the time we sat down to eat our food got cold almost before we had a chance to eat it.

I enjoyed my brief stay here. The suite was a nice size and plenty of towls. Everything was clean and in good shape. All the staff were excellent and very helpful.

Breakfast was ok. I felt the same breakfast was served everyday. Not sure if it’s something new, but when it was housekeeping day, I left my bed undone in hopes the sheets were changed. I came back to an undone bed and floor wasn’t cleaned. I felt they only came in to take out the trash and replace our towels.

The noise came from the hallways and the traffic outside, I thought I must’ve been right next to the road but was back from it about a quarter of the way. Room is refreshed only every other day. Breakfast was also poor quality.

I booked a suite, and it was very big. Lots of room for us to not feel on top of each other during a three-night stay. The room was clean and the beds were super comfy. Breakfast was good, and my kids loved the pool. Nothing

Older looking hotel, but very clean and friendly staff

The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are quiet and clean. The only downsides were our toilet flushed all night long,any movement in the bed sounded like wood creaking and the a/c unit sounded like a space ship taking off when it came on.

The room was clean and check in & out was easy. Free breakfast was great w/ cereal, oatmeal, apples, yogurt & waffles.

This property is a good stay, the housekeeping & kitchen staff are always so friendly, kind and helpful. The front desk staff can be stand offish but helpful as I needed assistance when my digital key stopped working after only my 1st night's stay (out of 3 nights reserved). They saw I was in a hurry & instead very quickly provided a card key, which worked great for my remaining stay. Also 1 of the side doors got stuck 1 morning which made it a hassle having to walk all the way to the front entrance (my room was at the very end of the binding).

I liked the extra bed & spaciousness of the room. The breakfast was good & the pool area was nice The layout of the hotel is a little strange with the 2 separate wings. My family accidentally took the wrong elevator & could not get to the other side of the hotel without going back to the 1st floor & up the other elevator

Too many dogs,they always put the people with dogs next to me,barking all night next time motel with no dogs allowed Never saw housekeeping, on the mirror in bathroom it says every other day been three days,dont matter niw checking out,oh well left 20.00 bill on table for tip yesterday, their loss

Liked the room, majority staff and nice cleaners all them Sunday slept well, Monday horrible folks making noises staff called them over and over, got so that staff told me they wouldn't pick up phone anymore ..its 1:19a.m. noises outside my window, tv was still loud upstairs Midnight till ..I just moved from bedroom to couch , very un-nerving night i didn't bother staff anymore..Just needed to survive night morning light can't come fast enough-- hardly no sleep gonna try its 1:23am

The downside to this stay was the huge lack of lighting. The little halfway from the door to the main area was dark and we had just two lamps that weren't that bright. Its hard to get dressed or iron in bad lighting

There was a local board game competition thtat I attended which was fun. I couldn't help but notice there were no glasses or cups in my room to take a drink of water.

My room was very large. I liked that it had a refrigerator and microwave with the coffee maker. Good breakfast options. I am on a high protein diet, and there were enough options, which isn't always the case.

Everything was good except for the smell in our room. You would think with the pet fee that they charge that the rooms and carpets would be cleaned a little bit better from the last pet. It wasn’t so bad that we would have to change rooms though.Other than that, the stay was just fine.

So many dirty loud unregestered guests in pool and spa. Children were urinating in bushes at mothers demand. I could not and will not use pool facilities.

I liked that it had easy access to a lot of places. However, i asked them to give me a mountain view and be in a non-street facing room. Though it didnt exactly face the street ... it was pretty close to it and i was there with my small children.

Jolie at the front desks was so kind and professional. Housekeeping was fantastic and mindful of our stay. Great stay and safe area.

This is a nice-looking facility; almost resort quality inside the lobby and around the pool.

The lobby area was beautiful and clean. The breakfast buffet was awful, we ended up walking in; and walking right out. The bed, oh my gosh, the floor would’ve been more comfortable! The smells in our suite were quite odd… and the stains on the sofa and chairs, gross! Front esp staff was polite, but never looked up when we said hello, or goodbye when we walked by… definitely not the best place to stay.

Next to our room were noisy people, the roma ir is not sound proof.
