Staff were helpful and pleasant, overall a good experience. It's stated that it's walkable from the terminal, which it is, but as we found out, there are limited sidewalks, and you have to walk on the road to make it there. It's better to take the hotel shuttle, and safer!

The property is gorgeous. It's literally next to the airport. Rooms are large, and they have patios to enjoy the weather. The breakfast was delicious, with made to order eggs and fresh fruit/coffee. I left medicine in my fridge, checked out, remembered 3 hrs later, and they had it refrigerated and waiting for me. <3 They go the extra mile. N/a

The staff was kind and accommodated an early check in since our flight was early. The room was super clean and very nice. The restaurant was also nice. Their free shuttle to the airport was convenient, the host even called them for us to come sooner than the 10-20 min cycle

Loved being close to the airport, as we had an early flight the next day. Checkin was smooth, and they run an airport shuttle every 10 mins starting at 4 am. The lobby and restaurant are beautiful, and the grounds are nice. The pool could have been cleaner, but was fun and had floaties available. The hallway leading to our room smelled bad -- like toilet water. But our room was very clean and nice. Beds were a little hard. No room service, but you can order food and drinks to take back to your room. They needed a second server at the restaurant, as the one they had was overloaded on a Sunday night.

Upon check-in we were treated very badly by the night clerk. This is the 3rd time I had called to validate that the room we were needing was on the 1st floor. And it was the 3rd time I'm told it's on the 2nd floor with no elevator. My partner is a disabled Vet. The clerk continue to tell me that, that's what I get for using a "3rd Party" vendor and I should have used Bonvoy. We have stayed at this location for 6 times and always purchase the same type of room and always request the 1st floor. I was so upset after a very long day of travel. That clerk needs to be removed from the job...she has no CSR skills and didn't care. If Bonvoy charged the same fees for rooms...I would go there...and one other thing....it's the 3rd party vendors that fill the rooms. Such a rude human being.

Three night stay and was a great option for an affordable place close to the airport. We walked from the airport to the hotel in 5 minutes. The stay overall was great, I was worried about some noise from the airport but there were no issues with this at all. The pool and hot tub were a nice touch, as was the onsite bar/restaurant. Would reccomend!

The staff is wonderful! The restaurant is very nice and the food was great! Yes it’s noisy at times because of the planes but the hotel is convenient for travelers and Flight Attendants. We stayed at that hotel because we met our friend there. She is a Flight Attendant for South West. If you want the convenience of being close to the airport we recommend staying at Four Points Tucson. Be sure to reserve your room in the main hotel. It may be more quiet compared to our building.

Simple setup, nothing fancy, but it gets the job done. If you’re looking for something affordable and decent, this is a good option. Good value for the money. Would stay again. 😎

Is a result it took her quite a while to get around to taking orders and then orders coming from the kitchen were quite slow.

Happy hour menu was good, best mozzarella sticks I've ever had and enjoyed the hummus platter. Pool nice temperature and not overly crowded. Negatives were few, ran out of towels at the pool often and breakfast buffet wasn't worth the price.

A bit pricey for a room that had a bathroom that smelled like urine. That kind of urine smell is from not cleaning properly and not just from the night before, it’s urine smell from months. Something stronger needs to be used (like bleach) to remove that odor. Not just cleaning the toilet but making sure the floor and walls are cleaned properly also. Definitely won’t be staying there again, just because of that.

Room was clean but it was obviously an old room with some new paint, carpet, and decorations. We arrived late at night so minimal staff would be expected but I had to walk around looking for someone and they were all outside on a cigarette break. We could hear everything in the hall and other occupants were loud, everything was a bit sketchy, won’t be staying there again.

We enjoyed the pool area, restaurant and free pool table. The food was good.

I wasn't comfortable having to walk around outside in the dark early morning trying to locate the front door of the lobby to check out and get the shuttle. Booking.com showed the $4 service charge was included in the total, but I was charged for it.

Everyday trash on my patio. Bathroom is extremely small and difficult to even close the door. No me of my electronics worked in the room even though they worked in the lobby, hall and even out in my car.

Rooms are very small and bathroom crammed. Bathroom had broken hooks and room had fused lights. Also the property is quite spread out (multiple building) so requires a lot of walk depending on your room location. It was manageable so nothing too bad but it's a 3-star hotel at best.

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel property is located adjacent to the airport and you can easily walk to and from if needed.

Rooms are very noisy especially the ones by the door where people come in and out of

The hotel was much nicer than I expected and the staff was incredibly nice. The price was worth it to be so close to the airport and car return lot. Bed was very comfortable and everything was clean. If there are loud people in the hallway you will hear them but luckily it was pretty quiet. -I think this is more about the loudness of the drunk people I experienced than it is about the soundproofing of the room.

Upon arrival and recpt of keycard, discovered we were placed in a terrible room on the 3rd floor with half the window view blocked out due to the ugly rooftop view. Went back to the desk and advised this was NOT the room I reserved and paid for. They kindly assigned us aKS courtyard view room, which was a handicap designated room. I was okay with the room but would have felt terrible if someone with a disability needed it. They also charged my credit card with a hold of over $150. There was not even a comforter there was a quilt in a sheet. My window was overlooking the restaurants exhaust pipes with dirt and grime everywhere in the window seal. It was disgusting not to mention a horrible smell through the entire room

The staff were rude, they don’t accept cash at all, and getting ahold of room service was impossible. Didn’t even have a shower curtain in our bathroom and we couldn’t drink the water from the faucet. They charged me twice for the same room and then told me it’s because the room smelled like smoke. Came all the way from Seattle for some desert views. I’m so sad.

Had to wait an hour for the airport shuttle and call a second time. It was very cold out and the chill remained with me for many hours after. The coffee maker in the room was a fail. No instructions. Flimsy pod holder fell out, spilling hot coffee all over.

Everyone was polite and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast that came with the room was abundant with options. I was happy to have stayed there at the end of my stay in Tucson and only wish the Govt shut down hadn’t kept me from staying on the 9th as planned!

Overpriced motel-style lodgings with paper thin walls. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean but dark and the outside patio light doesn’t turn off, forcing you to close the black out curtains. The shuttle was very convenient and it’s literally two blocks from the airport.

Really shocked me one morning when I walked outside and the F-16s were screeching by on their takeoffs, couldn't hear them in the room at all. The bathroom has a few spots that aren't getting cleaned though, rust on the handle in the shower, some brown stuff on the hinges of the toilet.

They communicated with me very quickly and responded very positively and met with me personally to apologize for the things that had not been satisfactory. This time, the staff was very good, the room was what I had requested. It was quieter and everybody was very helpful. A good experience overall!

Four Points by Sheraton at the Tucson Airport is an older property that has since been renovated, is well maintained and quite comfortable. The room was quiet and dark - important if you're resting before or after catching a flight. The breakfast selection was quite good and reasonably priced. I'd stay here again.

Quiet even though close to airport. Southwest of property opens up to woods. Could be cleaned up and fenced at property boundary.

All good, place was very clean.

Got to our room at 4 AM and it was still dirty from the last guest bed wasn’t made towels all over the floor trash everywhere.

The only thing I did not like was that when we came in a couple of nights ago, the room smelled damp, the door was not opening properly, and the deadbolt was not working. We went to the reception desk and presented this situation. The person at the reception desk then provided us with another room. We were very pleased with the room we were staying in. Despite the small issue, it was quickly resolved.

Requested early shuttle. They said yes via email. Front desk agent said no. Almost missed my flight while waiting for shuttle driver to arrive. Driver was 10 minutes late coming to work and took another 20 to board all guests heading to airport. If you’re in a hurry to go to the airport I would suggest an uber or taxi. I know it’s next door to the airport but who wants to walk the entire parking lot and ramp to get to tsa.

You would not know that this is bordering an airport. Never once got bothered by the noise. Parking wasn’t the greatest, but wasn’t a far walk. Great room for a few nights and staff was great for helping with my bags when the airline lost and shipped them to the front desk. Great stay.

Initially we were given an accessible king room. Not sure how this room was accessible. As you entered the room there was a large empty space with hard floors. The king bed was in a very small space. Small to the point my walker could not be turned around without folding it. A wheelchair would not have fit next to either side of the bed! The bathroom was very large. The toilet had no grab bars to help with mobility issues. I required assistance from my husband to get off the toilet. The shower was a tub and surround with one grab bar. My husband said it was the size of a utility closet. We requested a different room that was much more accommodating. Grab bars around the toilet and a roll in shower. There was no closet in either room. A few hangers hung from the towel rack in the bathroom. The SOL bar and grill had excellent food and a very attentive staff! It was a one night flop before our morning flight so we made do.Very strange for a newly remodeled property.

Immediately as I walked in I could see that the hotel needed some TLC. I was given a room on the 3rd floor. Elevator was not functioning after being told multiple times they “fixed it”. I had large luggage, I spent the day traveling and I was exhausted only to be told that the stairs were only option to get to the room. I asked for a different room on a lower floor. The room I was given was unacceptable and dirty. I immediately went back to the desk and cancelled my reservations. I rebooked at the AC hotel in downtown Tucson.

Shuttle service from and to the airport worked very well.

Stay was excellent. Bar and restaurant are highly recommended! Only one problem. I stayed there over 20 days ago and they still have a hold on my card for the $150 incidentals. I’ve called them and they said it was taken care of the day I checked out. I’ve called my bank and they say the hold is still active by the hotel. It’s annoying, but hopefully someday the hold will fall off. Because of this I won’t be staying at this hotel again.

Close to the airport the staff however bit great. The young man at the front didn’t seem to thrilled with his job. We asked for extra towels but never received them. The restaurant was fair and the room was clean.

Not a bad place for a cheap stay. Is Literally in front of the airport entrance. Has a pool and its own restaurant.There’s a restaurant directly across the street in another hotel as well. This is not a fancy place by any means but it was cheap, clean, fine and I felt safe.

I was supposed to have a room with a indoor yard view and they give me a wall view (horrible) Shuttle was not assigned at the time I requested. I almost lost my fight.

Iffered a breakfast upgrade for 3.00 which included a full breakfast buffet and order chef making fresh egg omelets. Very delicious.staff very friendly.

This was our second time staying at this hotel. It's very clean and comfortable. We added the breakfast to our reservation, and it was a very good breakfast buffet. We will definitely return.

We really did overall enjoy our stay here. The restaurant is good, rooms spacious, pool and hot tub clean and well kept. My only two complaints were that our room smelled like cigarettes upon arrival and that nobody to clean our room/ give new towels. I had to call down the third day. Other than that it’s a great place with great staff. Love the workout room!

This was the perfect hotel due to proximity to the airport and amenities! It will be our”go to” for future trips to Tucson.

The property has a beautiful courtyard and well maintained. The bathrooms are small but overall, the rooms are what you expect from Marriott. This is the best property near the airport and within walking distance if you have small luggage.

The individual at the desk did a fair job, I had to ask a lot of questions, instead of receiving basic information.

It’s a quiet and clean place

Room was clean and neat. The shower head was a bit clogged up but worked. Pillows were very comfy.

Our stay was great except for the fire alarm that went off around 11pm and woke us all up. Had a hard time going back to sleep. But I will still stay here again.

We stayed for 2 nights. They gave us the room next to exit. The door to room have a big gap on bottom allowed extra slamming noises when people goes in and out. We like Bar and restaurant in house, but no house keeping to clean our room, no water bottles, coffee refills.

Staff was great. Room could use a good deep cleaning. Paid for a king room, was given a double room. At 11:30pm I didn’t have enough energy to force the issue.

Great hotel n staff to great you at your check it nice hotel turn in room key and needed recipe for stay and was told I could not get a print out receipt due to me booking third party stay there a week before and was given a receipt after check out booking third party not sure why this go around was different but other then that it was a good stay.

Every time I visit Tucson for my son’s football games, I stay at Four Points Airport. I love how clean the rooms are and how consistent the property is. I will continue to stay there when I’m in Tucson.

Pretty basic. We booked a deluxe double with courtyard view but they didn’t have any. Tv didn’t work, then wouldnt turn off. aC so loud you couldn’t hear the tv. Bathroom so small you can’t turn around. But the beds were comfy and the food in the attached restaurant was just fine. Works for a short one night stay for an early morning flight.

The room was left on clean when we moved in. Found a dead bee on the table when we get there and Cheetos on the floor. we request cleaning the second day, however, they did not even came to clean the whole entire stay. The cleaning crew is is lacking efficient and profession

Was great

There is no contiguous sidewalk to the hotel from the airport. I had to walk on a highway with a suitcase to get to the hotel. You should really get a sidewalk installed with lights. Also, there was no elevator in the building that I got put in. I had to cross over from another building. I have a bad back. This was not good. I would have preferred a 1st floor room since most of the hotel was unoccupied.

No soap in shower & coffee maker without a tray for the pod. Other than that, the property is great.

It is a perfect hotel for catching an extra-early flight at Tucson International Airport. Their first terminal shuttle starts at 4 am.

My check in was a little less than pleasant. The lady at the counter had two international checking before checking me in. She was getting frustrated while helping them and I feel she moved that frustration to me when it was my turn to check in. I watched her ask them what floor they wanted to be on and let them have a choice, gave them a map of the property and showed them how to navigate to their rooms. When I got my key I was told “last building” no map, no verbal directions. I get it’s not that complicated but still I could feel it was her frustration. She was very short with everything she said to me, didn’t offer a choice in floors (which isn’t a big deal, but she gave the other the choice). I was told she only had 1st floor rooms left. The room I was gave was very noisy, my view is a bunch of ladders laying on the ground. Now I stayed here the night before and was going to go home last nice but my family had a medical emergency and I had to stay another which is why I checked in and out 2 days in a row. The day prior I had a very nice young man help me check in, he did everything right and was very pleasant. Maybe this lady needs some more training by that young man.

The hotel itself is very nice. Paid for a courtyard view didnt get it. Was ask did i want 1st or 2nd floor expressed 1st didnt get it. my family and I had a 215 am wake up for a 5 am flight. We found out the head boards of the bed swing on the bottom so when the couple next door is having relations its keeps the room up due to the constant loud knocking.

The front desk person was so nice and helpful. Good long-term parking rate. Small growth points: The room was fine for the night, the bed was a little soft for our liking (sagged in the middle actually) and the very noisy fan in the bathroom came on when the very bright bathroom was switched on. Middle of the night awakener. A soft night light in the bathroom would be great.

Yeah, the area was nice. The rooms were decent. I wish there had been more plug-ins and USB ports and a nightlight in the bathroom.

Everything was great except for the uncomfortable bed.
