It was clean and spacious.

The staff was another reason this stay stood out. From check-in to the end of my visit, everyone I met was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They answered my questions quickly, offered great local tips, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my stay. That kind of service really makes a difference and gives the hotel a welcoming, neighborhood feel. The location is perfect if you want to be in the heart of downtown Tucson while still having a peaceful, comfortable room. I felt safe, relaxed, and well taken care of the entire time. Overall, this was one of the better hotel experiences I've had in Tucson. Clean room, quiet environment, and friendly staff all combined to make a great visit. I'd definitely stay here again and will recommend it to friends and family. Worth every penny.

The room was super clean and well-insulated from the outside noise. Comfy bed and great water pressure in the shower! The only thing I would suggest is perhaps having someone serving drinks at that lonely, empty bar that sits by the pool outside. Like the bar is sitting there. Ready for business. But no pool-side service. It’s ok. I still enjoyed my stay. Maybe next time?

Really just spent the night there, but it was clean, and the bed was comfy!

Honestly the bed was maybe worst since I began Traveling in 1967. Very low and Not a normal hotel Heavenly bed. mattress was a match for the poor comfort. Had drinksin lounge and then a late dinner. Servers Christina and the Bree were outstanding....My cheese burger was fantastic.Lovely hotel and Great employees from check in till check out.

The property was centrally located and just off the freeway. The hotel was very clean and the employees were very friendly and helpful. The parking was a little tight for a large truck but we manage to fit in a parking spot without too much trouble.

Great hotel location with safe, daily fee parking that was charged to the room. The room was perhaps Too spacious (I could do gymnastics in there) with a very low bed that felt weird getting in and out of. Otherwise great location to downtown and had a great bar and restaurant atmosphere if you wanted something convenient.

The facilities was great for the location. Walking distance to Cathedral, convention center and restaurants. I requested and kept rooms for my daughter and I as we have issues with walking into bathrooms. Bathrooms for fantastic account. However, my daughter is 6 foot and I am 5 foot four. The bed was wheelchair accessible but it was difficult for us to get down into bed and to get up. What’s the address? They have two kinds of handicap accessible.

Room was nice, clean and smelled good, Crabtree & Evelyn products were fully stocked. The restaurant was convenient, food quality was OK and expensive. Lot parking was nice. Biggest issue - blaring fire alarm prior to 8am that stayed on for 2.5 hours in the morning.... after fire department all-clear, the hotel was unable to turn it off for another hour or more... not a great experience and awful way to start our day.

The swimming pool was definitely not kid friendly. We took our 10 year old daughter around 5:30pm and not one seat available. The pool was full of college students partying and drinking inside the pool and outside the pool while playing offensive music loudly on their Bluetooth speakers. We decided to go back to our room and enjoy our balcony but we couldn’t do that either because the balcony’s below us was smoking cigarettes and other stuff.

Pay for parking. Had a faulty fire alarm that went off at 8 am in the morning that I had to check out early because when they said we could go back inside, the fire alarm still had not been turned off.

We plan to stay here on our next trip to Tucson.

Bit by bed bugs. I couldn't find any bed bugs but I have the typical bite patterns of them on 3 areas of my body. They basically didn't believe me, and wouldn't offer a full refund.

Housekeeping tried to clean the room at 8am prior to check out time.

The room was a disaster. Every night at 4:30 am there was noise above us like someone was dropping something heavy on the floor. We called the front desk, they checked and couldn’t figure out what the noise was or where it was coming from. But the crème de le crème was the a/c unit. It would turn on sporadically and every time it did it sounded like an airplane taking off. So loud!!! Worst room ever!

The only thing I have to say is fantastic the food was at the restaurant!!! I would go there to eat even if I was not staying at the hotel. Love how convenient the location was though and I would pick this hotel over any other downtown (and I have stayed at nicer hotels). Will be back.

This is a great property. New and very clean. The breakfast and food at the bar were great as well. I recommend getting the pancakes. Parking is an extra fee, but was super easy to utilize. No complaints I will definitely be back.

Location , it was clean and bed was comfortable. Really liked the pillows. I got the king deluxe and it definitely was not as nice as it showed in the pictures. If it was a deluxe it wasn’t worth the extra money. Also, for whatever reason they only have bathtubs in the double queen rooms and I wanted a king and a bathtub.

I didn’t ask for a handicap room, but I was given one. The bed was so low to the floor was like one mattress on a low box that we couldn’t even get out of the bed. It was ridiculous. If you were handicap there was no way you could get out of that bed. The guy at the desk was less than helpful.

Clean room but hallway carpets not so clean. They absolutely need more staff in front counter and specially in the bar/restaurant. One person is bartending, waitressing and clearing tables so service is slow as molasses but the food was good

We went to a Roadrunners game and the location was amazing, the room was very nice and accommodating. It was clean and loved the air purifier kept the room smelling fresh. Highly recommend it.

Rooms were nice, updated and clean. Staff was friendly. Staff was helpful The parking is terrible. There were not enough parking spots available. The parking spaces do not accommodate trucks. You have trees and vegetation planted so as not to allow trucks to back all the way up leaving barely enough room for vehicles to pass between both side of parking. More parking accommodations need to be allocated. The parking is so bad it might cause us to not stay there again.

Location, staff, size of room, great view Mattresses need an upgrade, lots of hidden fees, charged for parking even though I only parked in the street.

I ate a couple of dinners and one breakfast at the hotel. They were all quite fine. The breakfast was the best and the breakfast dining room was bright and enjoyable. All of the staff were very polite, professional and helpful. It was all good and a good value for the cost.

I have, in all my trips, sought out to stay at doubletrees only when possible. Probably over 20 years. I was supposed to check out December 14th but we struggled so badly to get in and out of bed. The bed surprisingly was not comfortable. We decided to get up Saturday morning enjoy the street fair have lunch and check out a day early to not endure pain & hassle. I let them know why we were checking out up front and i felt he couldnt have cared less. He also got on the radio to ask if they could clean it so they could rent the room that day then he said "oh you prepaid." I asked what we can do in the future, he said dont rent an accessible room. WELL I DID NOT!! I feel this is the end of my loyalty to the Doubletree Brand. Noone cares. What a waste of money and time. It's too bad. Downtown Tucson is so much fun and the location is perfect. Never again.

This is our hotel of choice when visiting Tucson. The rooms are clean. The staff is friendly. The restaurant offers a nice variety of options and it’s walkable to the Linda Ronstadt theater and downtown.

Zero free amenities. They charge you for parking. The staff at the front hates their job. An entire hockey youth team was on our floor and were so loud and obnoxious. Still haven’t sent my bill after they put a a charge on my card. Not a great experience for how expensive they are. .

Parking is tough on a busy weekend like family weekend at University of Arizona. I had to park on an end-cap one night. Wake up early the next morning to move into a parking stall. The parking was unavailable this particular weekend.

The location is easy to drive in and out off. The front desk staff in the evening especially are disrespectful, cold and rude. I have stayed there 4xs- and have never gotten a smile out of any of them. Especially, Lucas Tucker in the night shift - who I will be calling corporate to place a formal complaint against his comments. They are definitely not mid-west nice.

I’ve been staying here for the past few years and it’s always been a solid experience. The staff is consistently friendly and welcoming, and the location is super convenient for everything I need. It’s become my go-to spot whenever I’m in town. Reliable, comfortable, and hassle-free.

It was an overall wonderful hotel to book. Rooms, food, bar, staff were all amazing for our event being held a few blocks away. We didn’t have to stress on finding place to eat etc. everything was right at at our fingertips right there.

The stay was fine. Two days after checking out I was charged $75 for one night of parking. We did not use valet. Was not told there was a charge for parking. Called hotel. They said $25 per car. Told them we were never told and that we only had 2 cars. Manager was supposed to call me. Never heard from anyone

The room had a very noisy air conditioner and the did not do anything aboit it after we complained, other than that the room was ok.

The property while older has been updated. Very clean and staff were exceptionally friendly. We used the restaurant and food was good. Enjoyed the starbucks coffee in the morning. There was a charge for parking which I thought was unnecessary.

Convenient location. Only one night traveling thru Arizona. Beds are comfortable, nice dinner choices and great breakfast buffet.

I stayed here for two nights and it was fantastic. Very clean, very comfortable, and the restaurant and bar there were so good! The staff was all very friendly. I definitely recommend this stop if you’re staying in the Tucson area.

An excellent place to hang out in downtown Tucson

A few blocks away from their down town. A ton of delicious restaurants near by. You can literally walk there. The entire team was cool. Definitely staying there again next time I go to Tucson.

The hotel was very clean and inviting. The entire staff were very friendly, and the stay was awesome. If you are in Tucson, Arizona, I would highly recommend this hotel. Great Job!

Great place to stay. Connected to the convention center for convenience.

Parking was nice, but spaces were small. My car is smaller but other large suvs and trucks should be allowed to park in the spots or there needs to be a section for the larger cars.

Second time we have stayed here. Its a nice quiet hotel

The restaurant was not up to par for a Hilton property. Staff scruffily dressed, food and service poor. Was not recognized as a Hilton honors member and where were cookies 😞
