Very decent property for what you pay for only issue I had was thought that there would be continental breakfast but there was only coffee don't know if that was my mistake or I just was misled by pictures

The room was a good size and we were in the last room so it was fairly quiet. The fact that they didn't accept my ESA cats and charged me $100 deposit after the fact. They went into the room when we were gone then called me saying I needed to pay the daily rate, $15 per pet and a $100 deposit. We didn't have that much so they made us pay the $100 deposit so I could access my cats( that didn't have any food from 10am until 8pm when we got into another hotel). They watched us pack up leaving the door open . They also said the room reeked which was a total lie. I've stayed with friends in a studio, I've had people at my home and no one has ever said it smelled. I'm a fanatic about keeping the litter box clean. So it cost us $30 to transport our stuff. 03 tenths of a mile to another hotel. I will never stay at that Days Inn again. ESA cats are not pets. They are as necessary to my health as a wheelchair, oxygen tank or any other medical device.

The cleanliness of the hotel was not up to standard. The filters were filthy and bedding had large stains. The air flow was so thick I felt like I couldn’t breathe. The staff when available were friendly but I won’t be back

Im still waiting for my refund because there was not hot water and I was never told about since check in.. disappointed.

Both rooms on each side of me and above were up all night smoking drugs screaming and yelling running back and forth creating chaos until 0400 am which is when i go to work. While these crimes are being committed i sent messages to the front desk asking for help and to booking.com to move to a different property. Now i packed up and got gas evidently the door doesnt close and i have glaucoma and couldnt see it didnt shut. So the same criminal unserious people stole my bags leaving me without my clothes phone and personal meds i need twice a day for glaucoma. Then the front desk said they have footage of it but wont help me. So to say the least being at that facility cost me a couple thousand in jewelry and electronics i use for work. It is without a doubt the worst experience at any property ive ever been involved. How can responsible property owners allow crooks druggies and thieves ruin it for everyone else. I am 70 years old still working to be fleeced by crackheads pimps and thieves. How do you allow crimes all over your property obvious on camera running all over on camera. How do you do that ive contacted the police to investigate that very question next will be my attorney.

Room was very clean, staff was exceptionally friendly. Allowed me to check in a few hours early. The hotel was in good shape for the price, and being a budget hotel, it would be hard to say anything negative.

Parking was easy and secure. Room was clean and seemed newly updated. Smelled wonderful like a spa, too. Air conditioning was great. Noise was minimal despite busy intersection nearby. Easy to find and close to airport. All in all, excellent value for the money.

Later that night, we were struggling to get into the pool area, & the associate at the front desk was very friendly & helpful also. But what ANNOYED me the most, is that check out time was 11 am, at 9:30 am a housekeeper knocked & immediately opened the door, during a very intimate moment with me & my spouse, very disrespectful. Bad enough the door wasn't sealed correctly so it made it easy for her to open it. I have never encountered that with any other hotel.......as a previous employee of a hotel, housekeeping would receive a list of who checked out, I suggest your location does that to keep from walking in on someone else. I WILL NOT BE STAYING AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN BECAUSE OF THIS REASON! PRIVACY IS A MUST ESPECIALLY WHEN THE DO NO DISTURB SIGN WAS ON THE DOOR.

It was okay for the night. No kettle/coffee maker in the room but there was a fridge/microwave. Could have been cleaner as there were stains on the sheets/towels and there was hair in the shower/on the floor.

There were 'guests' - perhaps long-term guests - hanging out on lawn chairs in the parking lot next to their van, or blasting bad rap music from their car. Very suspicious woman kept peeking out her door the two times we passed her door (once going to our room with our luggage - with all the riff-raff watching us - then back again to immediately check out). I forfeited my money just to get out of there!

Very loud garbage truck pick up at 5 AM. Adding motel should be able to sleep in would be nice if they had arranged for a later pick up. Also, tiny garbage in the bathroom only would be nice to have a second garbage in the motel room also no water or juice availablein the continental breakfast area would be nice to have something to drink other than hot coffee.

Good location and easy to access to freeway. Freeway is little noisy and busy junction.

In spite of my worries after reading reviews the room was very new and very clean. The bed was great. Pool was open but did not swim. Hot tub was closed. Breakfast just cereal etc but pleased with my stay.

Room was ok , there was a large gap on the door that let a draft in so it made the room pretty chilly at night. That particular Days inn does not offer breakfast which was misleading because in the website and on hotels.com it said breakfast included . That was a deciding factor to choose that hotel but it was too late to cancel when I found out as I had already checked in . I was very disappointed.

We were there two night, One morning we had no breakfast and second morning it was the most minimal breakfast. There were muffins, fruit loops, toast, and coffee. I expected much better. I went to a close Wendys to get a breakfast muffin.

The receptionist was very helpful. The room was clean besides a very old cup of Ramen noodles left in the microwave. Had to have been left the for a long time due to the smell. Thankfully it didn't saturate the room. Overall though it wasn't horrible. My overall rating would be 4 stars.

Great location in regards to the purpose for my trip. There was a gas station, Waffle House, and a Wendy’s in the same parking lot so super convenient. Bed spread was a little dirty but they corrected it right away.

There are closer hotels to the airport. Save you money and sleep in a more enjoyable stay. This place is far from great. And location is in a rough area right next to the interstate.

The first four hours the room was unbearably hot, and I checked in at 9 pm! I called front desk and she said it was full and was unable to move me to a cooler room. The parking lot however was pretty empty

The AC system is turned off completely between guests so that the temperature in the rooms is more than 100 degrees when you enter. AC looked to be decades old and after running all night only cooled the room down to about 80 degrees making it impossible to sleep. Complete waste of money avoid this property like the plague. You will thank me.

Typical Patel motel. I didn't see any signs of bed bugs after stripping the mattress down. Don't get a room by the pool because kids often make a lot of noise.

Bed sheets were dirty, with whole, bed sheets were not changed. Pillows were uncomfortable. Breakfast was not good, no microwaveable cups to warm milk or make oat meal, coffee was like water, no fruits at all.

Their “continental” breakfast was very disappointing. Choices for breakfast were oatmeal, oatmeal oh and yeah, more oatmeal. With one little tiny muffin. Apple juice was watery. That’s kind of a sad breakfast.

Very nice hotel! It looks fairly new and in good condition. The room very clean and new carpet. The only comment I have is that the shower light was not working properly, sort of flickering, but it was something minor and did not report it.
