I was assigned a handicap room when I did not ask for it and the desk clerk told me Expedia sold me the room based on availability. I did not request nor need a handicap room. The night drunks were loud and noisy for a couple of hours.

I wanted to use the pool however there was a rag in the water and it looked like it hadn’t been serviced while I was there.

Everything was wonderful, some of the towels were dirty in our room which staff fixed quickly. Read carefully, breakfast is not complementary, it’s a small Starbucks bistro and is expensive. There is a first watch right across the parking lot. We had a porch that went out to the inclosed courtyard by the pool. Note that some of the first floor rooms have sliding doors that go to the parking lot.

There definitely was a stale smell in my room, but I always come prepared. My room was not turned over/ cleaned. I very much enjoyed the hot tub. Very peaceful courtyard.

We thought there would be a breakfast buffet. We were surprised to get vouchers to the cafe with limited numbers of items for each person. Would have preferred a breakfast buffet.

Also some modernisation needed including e plugs fitting. The corridor smelt like a restroom. We had intended to eat dinner in the bistro one night but there were no comfortable chairs,it was cold and depressing in there so we went out.Also the menu was on the wall behind the bar and difficult to read.

The check-in was easy and I was given a choice of the room’s floor. The room was big and had a roll around table under the desk, a couch chair and end table. The king size bed was comfortable. There was a small fridge in the room, a tv with HBO, a vanity with sink, and a separate bathroom with a shower tub w/ shower curtain. I didn’t try the breakfast because it was not free. The area is great as it’s close to several restaurants, the mall, and a nearby Starbucks. The first floor room had a patio which made unloading our bags easy. We parked right outside the patio and carried our bags right into the room. This is a nice hotel I recommend it.

There were several issues. Elevator was not working. Atmosphere just felt drab and food service that was part of our plan was not offered until after we checked out. It was not good. We had just stayed in the excellent Buckeye property so that’s why we rebooked Marriott on our way home. Property quite far from freeway. Decor was tired and door locks hard to open. Not sure carpet was dirty or just not great design. My husband said he saw several spots. Bed was fine so we were able to sleep.

When opening the door to the room for the first time time, there was the distinct smell of cigarette smoke. The staff on duty was quick to come in with a disinfectant but housekeeping should have reported the smell then not rented the room until totally cleaned.

The chair in the room was stained. When I advised the front desk, they said they had a cleaner coming in to clean them. I was wondering why they didn’t change out the chair and received no answer.

The check-in staff member was friendly and professional...very welcoming so the experience was stellar. I believe she said she was from Montana....she is a "keeper" because she made this experience great due to her friendliness!

Nothing really. Beds are very uncomfortable, they cleaning ladies knock waaaaaaaaay before checkout time which to me is very rude .

Hotel was fine for stopping in for one night. Old and noisy AC unit but clean and comfy bed.

The mattress was absolutely the worst. I reported it to the front desk. They were nice. Gave us some points and assured us they would report the mattress to higher up.

Everything about our stay was awesome. Every staff member was friendly and helpful, the lobby is super cute, the Starbucks drinks and cafe food are delicious, the courtyard was beautiful, the pool was the perfect temperature, and the room was everything we’d hoped and then some. Our room had a balcony and the pull-out bed was adorable and perfect for our toddler. Already looking for reasons to book another stay!

They should tell you they turn the TV on before you scan your room key b/c it was a surprise to me. My first thoughts was somebody in the room the TV was on loud and trash and pile of sheets outside door on floor. The really nice lady gave me another room.

Hotel and rooms were excellent. Staff at front desk was not super helpful. We asked if rhey had a room avail and she said yes but.they dont take walk ins and them just stared at me. I went on phone and made reservation and rhen she was able to check us in

Parking lot was dirty. Paper thin walls, you could hear neighbouring rooms. Our bathroom was a little dirty. Footprints on the floor and the air vent was dirty with fuzz buildup. Otherwise, all was good.

Areas outside of the room needed attention. Hallways and elevator had an oily mechanical smell. Exteriors other than main entrance were dirty and needed attention.

Clean, good area, lots to do nearby. Beds were very springy (in a bad way) and very firm - could be better. Needed more or bigger pillows. Walls were too thin. Could hear people in the room next to us talking.

The front desk lady went out of her way just to get us paper plates and towels which was very appreciative given she had an injured leg. She went above and beyond. Great place. I would stay again. Elevator was out of order but that's beyond their control, so great place.

We did like the area where the hotel was at but very disappointed in the service that was not received being that we have stayed at Marriott properties and have been very pleased. When I went to ask about getting my room cleaned and clean towels at 830am, was told that we were not scheduled for the day to clean. I requested clean towels once again and didn't get a very good response. We had put our dirty towels in the bathtub so they could get them out if they brought clean ones. We arrived back at hotel at 6pm and found clean towels on the sink but the dirty ones were never taken out. The reason we also say that it was dirty because the couch in the room has not been cleaned since there are many dirty spots on both the couch and the ottoman. My review is long because we wanted to get all the info in so maybe some changes could be done. Its a Marriott not some motel.

Staff were great and very accommodating, but the room was not good. It wasn’t bad enough for us to leave, because I didn’t want to purchase a whole new room somewhere else. There were stains everywhere and the bed was not comfortable at all. We will never stay here again.

Every time I stay here, the host(ess) is always friendly, accommodating and efficient. That's always a good start to a pleasant stay.

Staff were nice! Room was dark and hard to see/put on makeup…. Need better lighting in the bathroom area. Curtains and chair had multiple stains. Was not overly excited about having to go outside to get to the gym.

Great comfort at the hotel. The carpet made me feel eww bit overall outstanding.

Bathroom tub did not drain and bathroom door kept getting caught on uneven floor. Otherwise, good stay with no further issues.

Standards felt a bit low for a Marriot Hotel Brand. But my stay was good for the price. Sofa in hotel room appeared nice but way over used. Service was good, area to park felt safe. For the price I would stay there again if I ever return to the area.

I will never stay at a Mariott again after the horrible service I received with respect to adjusting the time of my stay.
