Safe and clean with friendly staff. Bed was comfortable and a/c worked great. Would stay again!

Room was clean and staff was nice. We were hoping to use the spa, but the water wasn't warm.

I just needed someplace inexpensive and pretty basic to spend the night after attending a concert, rather than driving 90 miles home late at night. To my surprise, this hotel was absolutely delightful! Neat, immaculately clean, quiet, very helpful staff, convenient and plentiful parking, and located in an area with plenty of great restaurants and other amenities. It's so well-kept that it looks newly refurbished. Will definitely stay there again.

Managers Cybil and Aileen were very friendly and helpful. They took care of our requests quickly.

The hotel appears to be older because there was a wall phone in the bathroom! Haven’t seen that in years. The pillows were rather hard and the shower water was lukewarm. Room was clean. The woman at the desk during check in seemed somewhat indifferent. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Very clean hotel. Staff was constantly moping floors in lobby and breakfast area. Our room was large: 2 queen beds and a king size hide a bed, plus another comfy chair and desk with chair. Beds were super comfortable.

Staff working the front desk, was rude and made racist comments which weren’t appreciated. We were there as group of about 7 families, our kids are part of travel baseball team. We were in Marana for a tournament, and the front desk attendant working Saturday afternoons was unprofessional. She gave our head coach a hard time and scolded him on an issue that was not a big deal. One of our other parents was asked his last name, his last name is of Hispanic origin, so he said in a way she would understand. He thought he was making it easy for her, she came back with pronouncing it with a Hispanic accent and told him he had a “Big Cactus” on his forehead therefore she preferred saying it her way. He initially thought she was joking but she didn’t not smile or saying anything which would make him thinking she was being funny. Later that evening we requested to watch a football game on the TV in the lobby. We wanted to do team bonding with the kids and families. But I was told it was against policy and the anger strictly forbid it. We have been to many hotels from 3 stars to 5 stars and have never had these issues. On the contrary they have been very welcoming to us and facilitated the team hanging out. I’m very disappointed in how our team parents were treated and will never stay at this hotel again. What’s even more disappointing is we read the reviews people to booking, and they stated how welcoming the staff was. The staff we dealt with was as NOT!

We went down to the front desk to ask about water. Most hotels have ice machines with water or a pitcher of water in the lobby. The front desk worker told us they have a pitcher for guests but only on the weekdays.

This was such a great stay. The lobby was decorated beautifully with all kinds of Christmas decorations. Hotel staff was friendly and everything was neat and clean. Definitely recommend!

When staying in a budget quality hotel, all I really care about is location, a comfortable bed and cleanliness. This Comfort Inn was right by where our family lived, so that was a given, and the place was clean too with the room cleaned up all three of the days that we stayed there. Let me start by saying I had an option for a less expensive room with the same quality and I still chose to stay here! Cybil, Aileen, and the manager there were so kind to me. I was starting a new job and had just moved while my family was still in Las Vegas! Struggling w/ finances and missing my children cybil made check in so smooth and easy. And when I had trouble arranging another night because of my own personal reasons, Cybil went above and beyond with so much patience! Aileen I’m not sure if I spelled it right but she was awesome as well. Since I started a new job I wanted to make a good impression at work so it was hard for me to leave work and remove my items exactly at 11. She was understanding and patient while I made it back there to retrieve my items and return the key ! Let’s not forget the manager who just had knee surgery but had the most bubbly, beautiful personality. She was very striking for her age (72) with gorgeous red lip stick. She handed me a coconut water since I’m new to the AZ heat and little did she know that particular brand was my favorite. This review is long. But I wanted to be as honest as possible and share real scenarios as to why I had such a great experience The pool and jacuzzi needed to be cleaned

Hotel was clean. Breakfast was ok. Bed was super comfortable. The AC in the room was impossible to change. When I reported this, the desk clerk was very condescending and used a tone that was very unprofessional. I am quite tech savvy, and I think I can select a temperature on 99.9% of hotel units. If this one is so complicated that “this man” (which is what I was called) can’t operate it, then it should be changed…or better yet, provide directions. So our AC cooled to 66-degrees for 24/7.

my stay was three days, frist day internet was ok, day two breakfast eggs were chalky sausage was a little slimy on one side ,coffee and I like coffee was bad. later that night, internet spotty. day three breakfast the same, internet not working ,told front desk , they refereed me to supplier, one hour on the phone with them , back to spotty

Some minor things that kept me from giving it 5 stars: chipped paint on the bathroom door and tub, hole in the washcloth, breakfast was okay, but the eggs were empty and did not get refilled while we were there (1 hour before breakfast ended).

My issue is that the hotel charges an additional "environmental fee" that is not reported or accounted for in 3rd party reservation sites like Hotels.com. I inquired why there was an environmental fee or what it was actually for. I was told the fee is charged because they have solar panel covered parking structures. They decided to invest in a solar power system and are now charging an extra non-optional fee to guests. Fee is minimal, but it is just annoying that there is a fee for this rather than just increasing the advertised room rates.

The location is excellent with a lot of food choices. It is an easy entrance and exit off the main freeway and you can even pick up snack items from the grocery store which is right across the street. The area is quiet and it was easy to go to sleep early without any distractions. It was a pleasure stay with a kind staff. Check in was quick and efficient.

The hotel was good but I had to wait 10 minutes to have someone come to front desk then he keep telling me he did not have my reservation then another 10 minutes he found it. Then tells me I had to pay 5.00 for environmental fee. There was nothing in the charge when I booked it.

Our stay at Comfort Inn and Suites was very nice. The room was more than ample, and the beds were quite comfortable. We had a great stay while at Comfort Inn and Suites!

There was nothing not to like including the location, room and staff. Best of all-the wi-fi was super strong. The best that I have ever experienced over the 10 years.

Very clean and pleasant. Breakfast only so so!

Overall the property was in a convenient location and had good parking. However my room was dirty and the toilet connection to the wall leaked

Comfort Inn breakfast was good. Staff were pleasant and outgoing, and very helpful.

Our air did not work very good. When we got to the room, there was no air in and it was warm and stuffy. Elevator was broken and front desk response was “it’s not MY fault” rude front desk.

We asked for extra blanket they said they didn’t have any . Breakfast was ok some of the stuff like the bread was old and potatoes were reheated .

The manager and staff were very friendly and worked hard to accommodate changes in my reservation. Facility was nice with a good variety for breakfast.

Dislikes: phone in room was sticky with what looked like old coffee drippings, certain areas of hotel looked a little old and run down

Front desk person was nice and accommodating with our challenges.

Near the national park and the front desk staff were friendly and nice.

Hotel is run down and in need of repairs. Arrived at night so it was dark. The grounds around look like there is no maintenance. Trash all over the parking lot. Entrance to check in dusty and welcome carpet needs a clean. Cut short my stay and looked for another place to stay.

General manager was extremely friendly and was able to accommodate our needs. Rooms were nice and clean. Property was in good condition and it well maintained.

This was a great place to stay. We had not stayed here in years due to the price but this particular weekend it was the same price as the days inn. Super clean and comfortable rooms, and the staff was great.

The evening staff was very friendly and the Christmas decorations were outstanding!
