Good solid hotel for travelers. Good breakfast and actually enjoyed the re-fried beans as a twist in addition to the regular hot breakfast items.

Disappointing

After a long drive back from Texas to California, we stayed at Comfort Inn for some rest. The staff was friendly, plenty of parking, the room was clean and the beds were comfortable and the price was very reasonable! There is not a lot around this property so it was a little difficult to find something to eat. Just come prepared and you’ll be fine!

We stopped overnight on a long drive. The hotel was adequate, but I am not sure it was a very nice neighborhood. We ordered food via door dash because I wasn't comfortable going out. They had a good breakfast.

The rooms were old. We requested a king size bed and paid extra but were given 2 queen beds. When I inquired I was told that a king bed was not guaranteed even though I paid more. I’ve never had a problem until this hotel.

My check inn day waa April 5th, it was a man working at the front desk that I'm not happy with. Despite the hotel policy check in at 3 p.m. in many places hotels reps give an exception to check in earlier if rooms are available, but that guy didn't help, so I had to walk outside for 2,5 hours. I don't think it's fare!!

Bed was comfortable. Breakfast ok. Mant TV channels to choose from. Relatively quiet. Glad we had a fridge & microwave. There is only one elevator, kept very busy. Need more luggage carts, more ice machines. Shower curtain did not close all the way therefore it was a cold shower. Carpets could have been cleaner.

Upon check in room appeared neat and clean. Upon using the shower there was a dirty bar of soap in the shower. No body wash, no tissues. At 3am used the toilet would not flush and no water to wash your hands. Called down to desk they said it would be on 5am. No water to wash up or brush teeth at 7.30. At breakfast no water for tea or coffee. At checkout I asked for some compensation for our trouble. I was told it was the city that shut off the water. I was told by the front desk the hotel agreed to shut water off at 11.30-3am. We were never told this at check-in or we would have chosen to stay elsewhere. We have non refundable rooms for Thursday and Friday and I am sure the water situation will be the same. We have no recourse to get reimbursed partially for the room and cancel Thursday and Friday. Upon booking we were not given the chance to talk to the hotel directly.

This hotel was horrible! We booked several rooms for a bridal dress shopping weekend for my daughter. One room needed to be handicapped for my mom. When we checked into her room the bathroom door was broken and would not close. They switched us to a non handicapped room which we made work. My daughters bed linens were dirty like they had not been washed. We got clean linens and made the bed ourselves. However when we checked out Sunday morning. Wanting to relax a bit from a long weekend. We were ready to take showers and get ready and leave there was zero water in the whole hotel ??‍♀️ after doing our best to make the hotel work and have a great weekend the staff at the front desk was extremely rude and obviously did not care of the conditions of the hotel

Cons: breakfast poor. Tasteless eggs with velveeta inside folds. Unseasoned potato chunks, However there were oatmeal packets. Very nice bananas, diet yogurt. Avoid nearby Waffle House

Convenient location. Decent room. Miserable check in. Booked room online with a confirmation number, front desk clerk could not find my reservation and let me stand there for 20 minutes and offered me no alternatives, then I start getting an attitude and right then she finds my reservation.

Perfect location for us and close to Kino Sports Complex. The whole place, including our room, was very clean. The staff were nice, friendly and helpful. I would certainly recommend this place without hesitation and will stay here when in Tucson.

Cost Waited over 30 minutes from 11:30pm to midnight with no one at the front desk to check us in. We drove over 10 hours and this was very frustrating that we could not get into our room and no one was there to help.

The staff was incredibly nice. From check-in to check-out. We stayed during a medical stay for my husband. They were very accommodating with our needs of extra wash cloths and other supplies we needed. Thank you!

Show curtain rod was droopy & would not allow for closure of the curtain. Floor got wet no matter how hard you tried to avoid it.

Breakfast was average and could be improved by changing it some each day - such as link sausages one day rather than patties every day and eggs prepared differently rather than a omelet with stickie American cheese every day. Good location but the road construction created navigation problems which is not controllable by the hotel. We had 2 problems with our room which I reported and they were repaired.

The location was ideal for the business. We had to take care of while in Tucson. Also, it was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The staff also went above and beyond for us. There is nothing to dislike about this place.

The room smelled of cigarettes even though they claim to be smoke free. The automatic front door was so loud opening and closing we could hear it in our room. Breakfast was supposed to start at 6:30, but there was nothing out when we left at 6:40.

The hotel overal smelled very weird. The shower surround was seperating from the wall. The wallpaper was peeling from the walls. The bedding was dirty. The AC didnt work well at all. The only positive was the bed was comfortable. The pictures posted does not represent what you actually see in person. In person is worse.

There were sticky rings on the nightstand from prior guests’ cups, someone else’s toothpaste still in the sink and on the bathroom counter, food and milk left in the fridge, and we didn’t have a shower curtain. I knew I wasn’t getting a Ritz Carlton experience when I booked this but it was just lazily unclean and gross.

The property is still not ready for customers. No pool, jacuzzi works only. I wish it would’ve listed that on Expedia. There were employees working on the structure and the roof of the building. It was OK. It wasn’t noisy, but it was difficult maneuvering around extension cords, etc..

We were not the only ones, the electronic key cards would only work 1 time, then had to go back to front desk to get new keys. We requested 2 queen beds but got a room with 2 double beds, the beds were smaller than we wanted but were comfortable.

But then woke up to the trains passing by from earliest morning on. There was no winning. The bathroom was okay. The king matress had a queen fitted sheet on it, so during our stay I was wrestling with it several times to get the corners back over the edges of the matress. Breakfast was fine.

we found hard gum in the sheets where our heads were laying. the shower we had flooded the bathroom every time. our room cards took about 10-15 tries before they actually opened the room door and the side doors to the hotel. the AC unit was enough to keep the room decent but not cool. TV worked. Overall would not stay again.

Hotel is very worn. Tons of peeling partsof ceiling and walls in my room, furniture scuffed up, and the A/C is super old there is no temperature just hot and cold. The breakfast is the same everyday and not as good as other Comfort Inns.The staff is amazing though and extremely helpful.

Check in was great, but things went downhill from there. Toilet didn't work properly, room was dark even with all the lights on, elevator was small making it hard to maneuver the one luggage cart the hotel seemed to own. Will look somewhere else when next in Tucson.

The staff, for the most part, were attentive and courteous. Rooms were clean, though could use more "suite" options. The area was isolated, nothing to really walk to nearby, except the Waffle House (Looked run-downed). Breakfast was good except for the eggs, didn't sit well with me. Ran out of Pancake Syrup the day we left.

Had a great stay at the Comfort Inn & Suites by Kino Complex & Marco at the front desk was very helpful & polite.Rooms were clean & breakfast was great & the hotel is also next to a Waffle House Restaurant which is always a plus in my opinion!would definitely recommend this Hotel to anyone staying in the Tucson area.

Not real bad and not that good. The room was clean but a bit tired, air conditioner worked but would come on every few minutes sounding like jet engine warming up. The rear hotel parking lot was unlit and the rear entrance door was unlocked all night. Will not return.

Booking was for two beds. At check 8n given a kings bed. At night after arrival we asked for cot. 11 pm, no arrival of cot. Then we had to ask for another room in order to sleep. Entering the room we were greeted with a syrong oder of stinky feet and we sprayed with deodorizer and smell lasted the whole noght. Breakfast bar was extremely lacking, especially for the over priced rooms. The beds are worn out and uncomfortable. Overall a horrible experience

OK one night stay. Good breakfast including protein items.

Very short stay. We are there for one night. We sleep well and got hot coffee in the morning. Staff is very friendly and courteous.

Doors were locked.No one was at front desk when I arrived to check in. Kept knocking on door but no one answered.

Its has an easy on off location on I=-10. Room was excellent and clerk was friendly and helpful. Only negative was the breaklfast. There was no one monitoring the food. They had not filled the the potatoes, beans, bagels etc.

The Hotel is quite old-fashioned, and I would rate the rooms as average in terms of cleanliness. The surrounding area seems pretty unsafe, but considering the price, it worked for us as we were only staying for two nights. The best part of the hotel was the breakfast, which was probably one of the best complimentary buffets I've seen since the pandemic. That alone made the room rate worth it.

I liked that it was close to Kino Sports complex and that they served breakfast.

OK! Clean property

My family, including too young teenagers, were driving through, and this hotel was perfect for us. The one thing is the hot tub was not hot, just warm, but we were fine.

Staff was very pleasant, nice clean room, easy parking, currently doing some upgrades as well.

This experience was not so good. The staff at check in was rude. When my husband, whom the staff hadn’t met, went to the desk to ask for an extra key to our daughter’s room, they just gave it to him. No questions, no identifying if this man should have a key to that room, nothing! That is a huge safety concern. I guarantee, we will not stay here again.

Room clean. Bathroom has just been freshened up and painted.
