Love these hotel suites. It's secluded with a balcony and a great pool. Very seldom you even pass another guess its so quiet. It's like your the only one there , but your not!

The parking lot was well lit. I felt safe coining and going from the hotel. Omar, who worked at the front desk, was extremely helpful and very kind. I had a problem with the tv in my room and he immediately resolved the issue. I would definitely stay here again.

For starters the staff is not very inviting. The deadbolt on my door didn't work, light switches don't work, the AC unit in my living room area wouldn't go below 78 degrees, and the thermostat read Error, then to top it all off I had a 2" cockroach crawl across my floor in the bathroom. Marriott staff, you'll see it trapped under a paper cup. The coffee K-cups were only decaf and the room was a 6/10 for cleanliness. I can't believe Marriott lets them use the Marriott name.

The King Suite was poorly named. The bathroom was the size of a dorm room. I wish I was being facetious but sadly that isn't the case. And inside the shower were dark marks ( towels were used to step on). The sink drain often left residue that had to be ran over. The bedroom was really just a bed and a TV with poorly made IKEA side tables. Basic complimentary items were missing. That extra blanket in the closet with the pillow and sheet in the event that you use the sofa bed. No phone in the room. And it was after I inquired from the front desk that I was told that due to renovations to the phone lines that some room were without phones. If you've read this far your probably wondering why we stayed. I can honeslty say I don't know. Honeslty we had a wedding to attend and we were exhausted from flight delays and some accident on the way to the hotel. Honeslty the whole experience was a disaster. Staff was very nice though. A staff member went above and beyond in making sure some leftovers I had were adequately warm when I checked out the morning.

I had to use an elevator due to disability in mobility. I was told to park by the second door. When I entered the building there was NO sign to tell you which way to go for elevator. And then at the 2 nd floor there was NO direction to which way my room was located. There were 3 corridors but no room numbers on the wall to know which way to go. Very bad in my opinion. It was a long walk inside the corridor to my room. I never found the ice machine due to no signage. I had to drive to the front desk to get ice. I was there 5 nights and left more tired than I was arriving. There was no microwave in the room either. I’m probably won’t stay here again.

Booked room for wrong date. Hotel staff wasn't pleasant when I was attempting to get a credit and or refund. Was told by someone from corporate I would receive a refund. Have yet to, theirs a nice holiday inn down the road.

My linen was dirty! Pillowcases had some type of brown stains all through. Shower pressure was low and knob was broke. Door lock wouldn’t engage and got a call from front desk after midnight saying guest said we was loud. I was in a corner room and the nearest room was a ways down the hall. Besides no noise was being made. I literally had just made it in the room as the phone was ringing

I have stayed at this hotel several times over the last 10 months, and it has started declining the last few visits or so.. the last few times, the beds have been horrible, and the smell of weed is so bad, like they are smoking it in the hallways.. it comes through your air vent, and smells up the whole room.. it’s awful.. before, you would just smell it while outside, but this last time, was the draw for me.. I swear I got a contact high just walking in the hallways.. I never complained, because honestly they couldn’t have did anything with the smell, and I just toughed out the 2 days with the horrible bed, because I knew I wouldn’t be coming back.. we stayed in the one in conyer, a few months back, and it was nice, clean, bed was great and the staff was excellent.. that’s where we will be staying from here on out.. I hate that I had to write this review, because I love this location, but it’s just not worth the money any longer.. it seems to be going down hill, since that manager Sean,( Shawn) left! or whichever way you spell it..

Quiet and accessible to eating, gas, groceries, hwy and other amenities. Everything was good but the TV volume was very low. Maintenance came to help but the volume even being turned up alll the way to 92db

Bedding was so soft and comfortable. They had Netflix which was great we enjoyed that. The balcony was a nice touch even though it didn't show much ?. No problems with the room I had to pay upon arrival despite already paying when I booked online. Had to go to the front desk 3 times to figure it out and get a refund for it. The lady was patient with me but it definitely could've been avoided. Also said breakfast was included but it wasn't. Only the Starbucks nook they had.

We called 3 times stating we would arrive late. This included less than 30 minutes before we arrived at 12:15 am. They cancelled your reservation and forced a new full cost reservation. They cancelled reservation in spite of 3 calls letting them know of our late arrival. Also the carpet in the room was wet.

The whole outside smelled like weed. It was very unbecoming. The room was mostly clean however, the shower had dirty spots on the floors and walls and unfinished construction and paint peeling from the ceiling. The floor in the bathroom seemed to be un mopped and there was dirt and grime on the floors.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Atlanta. The hotel was excellent — clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. The location was perfect, with shopping centers and great restaurants just steps away. It was truly a delightful experience, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Atlanta. I did not request a Handicap room and they would not move me. Front desk lady was not friendly at all. Weird that there wasn't a microwave in the room and no shower curtain of any kind, which pretty much flooded the entire bathroom.

From the moment I stepped in and spoke to the receptionist I questioned my hotel choice. The woman was unpleasant and was not helpful. After our interaction I was stunned that this was at a Marriot property since all of my stays I would consider top shelf. I figured she wasn’t a great rep of the company and know it happens to the best of companies. Then I got to my room and realized it wasn’t just her that was the problem. It’s apparent it is the entire staff at that location. The room was disgusting. From the second I walked in I could smell the overwhelming aroma of cigarette smoke mixed with air freshener. I went back to the lobby and told her I requested a non smoking room and she was adamant it was and couldn’t move me as they were booked. I went back and even found cigarette burn marks on the furniture and Ashes on the nightstand. The AC didn’t help as the room wouldn’t cool below 75 degrees. And I wish I could have hoped In the shower but the tub didn’t have a shower curtain, just the curtain rod. There is so many more issues I can talk about but at this point I’m going to just post the photos in a google review. I brought all this up at check out the next day and was told “oh sorry about that”. That was after I heard the person checking out in front of me laying into the rep for mostly all the same reasons.

I informed the front desk that I didn’t mind waiting for that particular type of room she informed me that she couldn’t switch me but from my understanding I PAID FOR A ROOM WITH A BALCONY and did not receive it……

The elevator doesn’t work. When I checked in they told me the power would be out between 2am and 5am. I felt like they should have posted on the website that they're elevator was broken because I'm handicapped. I had to walk upstairs with my luggage and then they put me in a room not close to the stairs. I'll never stay at this location again.

My sister and I checked in with a 5-month-old baby with several bags. At check in, I was informed that the elevator was not in service and we would have to use the stair ( this initially was ok as the rep and another staff member assisted us in carrying our items to our room). I asked the staff where the ice machine was located and their limited knowledge of where the machines were on the property prevented them from informing me of the nearest one to my room. I asked about the ice machine without having a bucket with me. The staff said that if I had my bucket they would take me to one on the first floor ( sooooooo, why couldn't they give me a bucket to use). I let that go. I went out the next morning and returned later that evening (about 8:30 pm). I noticed trash still in my room,bed unmade, and dirty linen (towels and washcloths). I called to inquire of housekeeping and how to get towels. The agent that answered the line was VERY rude and short with me. They responded that housekeeping is every other day, and if I want towels, I would have to come and get them. I then asked.. what should I do with the trash (previous day food containers, dirt diapers, and other general trash). The agent responded, "you can walk it outside if you want"..SMH SMH. I am easy-going and not difficult so a little more understanding would have done it.

This property should be closed down until construction/renovations are complete. The Elevator was not working and they put my family and I on the 2nd floor so we had to carry luggage upstairs. We than requested to be changed to first floor. We went to first floor and when we went to shower they only had 2 towels and 1 face cloth. When I went to front desk because we couldn’t call no phone in the room, I was informed they didn’t have any towels and we would have to wait to see if housekeeping has any in the morning. I Love Marriott hotels but I feel like all my money should be refunded as we had to go out and buy towels to shower and it entire stay was an inconvenience. I’m sure the corporate office isn’t aware that this is happening at this facility.

I stayed one night this past Wednesday as i was in town for a graduation and Memorial Weekend. The pool was closed for renovations (worst timing possible) and they did not post this information on their website. The room stunk like mildew and there was one ice machine for the entire building. No washcloths provided and the patio doors were bolted shut. Dont waste your money!!!

There was no complimentary breakfast. The TV sound never worked. No engineer was sent to my room to repair the TV after I reported it. Not enough towels for tve stay.
