Very nice stay. Having a washer and dryer on site was very convenient. The breakfast was excellent! I think this place is a hidden gem.

It’s a newer hotel, so the entire facility is fantastic! From check-in to the room, to the bedding and bed, to the breakfast in the morning. Highly recommended!

I am a pet lover I just don’t want someone else’s dog hair in my room. I were lucky enough to have time to use the pool and it was also very nice and we did take advantage of the breakfast which also suited our needs. Thank you Valerie for helping us with directions. I definitely recommend this hotel.

The location is ideal for anyone staying in Glendale or Phoenix as it’s close to the highway but far enough where you don’t hear it or are disturbed by it. Pricing is great and the staff are amazing! Nothing I didn’t necessarily dislike about the property but I did wish that the breakfast had more meat options instead of just ham

The room was really great and I liked the breakfast

We stayed from Monday through Friday. No one ever cleaned our room the entire week. We had to go to the front desk every day to get clean towels and wash clothes. We complained to the desk clerk several times and she always assured us our room would be cleaned the next day. Terrible service

I have stayed here a few times now and it has been good every time. Clean, spacious rooms. The breakfast is good, and it’s very convenient from the I-10. Would recommend.

The elevator was constantly dirty, our room was not up to par (specifically the bathroom, the shower looked like it hadn’t been cleaned fully, there was hair in the sink before we ever used it, and it looked like something was spilt on the wall previously that was missed when cleaning), on our last day check out is 11 and there was a constant vacuuming outside of our door starting at 8:30 AM.

Breakfast was removed before time. When I asked the lady removing the food about the time. She got upset and said it was over and kept removing items as fast as she could. She was extremely rude. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was because of the breakfast being included since at the time money was tight because my job was affected due to the government shutdown. Very disappointing.

I went and told front desk where she was so rude and said this is a new hotel we don’t have bed bugs I requested a refund and she said she couldn’t do that. We ended up leaving and they refused to refund me. She offered to put me in a different room but I couldn’t do that after seeing the bed bugs on the wall and crevices of the bed.

The staff was great but the room was terrible. There were roaches in the bathroom. We stayed multiple nights but there was no maid service (and no one mention that there wouldn’t be) and we had to go down to the front desk to get clean towels, more tissues, etc.

This was the most amazing stay I’ve ever had in the state of Arizona. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was fresh and the rooms were clean. I highly recommend this to anybody traveling. I stayed mostly solo and felt safe the entire time. What an amazing crew and location.

The staff was very friendly at this location, the rooms were set up nicely, parking lot was secure feeling for the area of town. Overall a nice stay. One thing that seemed an area for improvement would be the shower door design did allow for water to collect and flow out on to the floor if someone wasn't cognizant of the door gap.

The property was very nice and clean and easily accessible from the freeway. The breakfast was very good and had great options. One side of the elevator wasn’t working but stairs were easy to get too. Will be staying again.

I am a little biased as I was a Meeting Coordinator for Marriott many years ago. I am also very critical of everything about a Marriott that I stay at, and this property was excellent!

Location Charged me even after I showed then I already paid with with Bookings. Wasn’t willing to find out why it was showing it wasn’t paid for just said contact bookings and charged me again. Third floor smells. We can’t figure out if it’s a sewer smell or the nasty dirty stack of towels laying on a cart by the ice machine. I’m going with sewer cuz it’s the whole third flood. But the towels do smell as well. Staff is not friendly.

This would have gotten a much better rating if the bed was even a lil bit comfortable. The fit of the bed was higher than the head, it felt like my wife and I were sleeping in a bowl, and then way too soft or just worn out. The staff were great and for the amount of people at the breakfast bar, the food and coffee was always plentiful.

Breakfast had great rotating hot options: egg patties, cheesy omelettes, hash browns, cubed breakfast potatoes, sliced ham, sausage links, bacon. Daily offerings: hard boiled eggs, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal w/toppings, packaged waffles, bagels, toast, packaged muffins, juices, milk, coffee. Beds were comfortably firm, with good pillows.

The check in process was quick and easy. The receptionist tried to get me into a 1st floor room with a king bed or one close to the elevator with a king bed, but they only have 2. The others are handicapped accessible which we didn't want. The nice, 2 queen bed room was at the end of a long hall, but it worked out because it was next to the guest laundry, which we had to use.

Everything was great except the noise from the freeway. Comfortable clean room. Lots of space. Microwave and coffee maker in room. Good breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, cereal, bagels, juice, coffee, etc. Bring earplugs and you'll be fine.

This motel has outsourced their television programming to Guest-Tek in Canada. There are no sports channels: no ESPN, no ESPN 2, no ESPN News, no ESPN U, no NFL Network, and no TNT. I missed game 3 of the NBA Conference Finals because of this. You only get about 32 (out of 40) working channels. This is not worth the $150/night room rate. Go somewhere that has COX or Dish Network.

The television seemed inconvenient for accessing local stations for just news, weather, etc.
