If you value your vehicle then don’t stay here, I spent the night here on May 3rd and some tried to break into my truck, they tried to break my driver side window but only cracked it? No security and no cameras on site, rooms were clean but not safe to leave your vehicle in parking lot overnight.

The staff was friendly and helpful however I would suggest more attention to the cleanliness of the room. I’ve stayed here before and looked over it in the past, but it was more noticeable this time. There was a hairball on the counter next to the microwave and in the tub.

It was a good stay, but my daughter stated that the water had turned off when she was taking a shower and had to wait for sometime for it to work again, but other then that happening, it was a good stay.

It was just okay. It’s not too far from the freeway. The room was comfortable and clean. There’s only 1 elevator at the far end of the hall which makes it a long trip with your belongings if you’re on the second floor at the other end. The blow dryer was having problems. The breakfast was just satisfactory. The gym was average; no free weights and no bench.

Representative at check-in was very helpful and knowledgeable about the surrounding area and activities. Our room was clean and recently renovated. The breakfast was very good with a variety of options and was kept well stocked and clean.

It was a nice stay but the room wasn't clean I think they need to train housekeeping to properly clean the room, at least wipe down the counter take out the trash, and make the bed daily because i had to ask the front desk to have housekeeping properly do the basic cleaning and they still didn't take out the trash when i asked for them to do that the front lady was really nice about it and said OK. They barely made our bed and give us new towels and take out the old towels. I paid a lot of money to stay in the room not to do the basic cleaning daily I know that I'm staying for multiple days but just making sure I have a clean room would be nice coming back to like a maid bed fresh towel and the trash token it out because sometimes i have food in the trash and expected it get taken out daily so the room doesn't smell like old food especially how hot it's been.

No complains! Chose this location for its closeness to the talking stick amphitheater but the hotel itself passed expectations. Shower got very warm, good pressure. Relatively comfortable mattress.

Stay here if you are attending a concert at the Talking Stick Resort Amphitheatre. They offer a free shuttle to the venue. You will enjoy a nice, safe, walk back. The rooms are perfect, staff are very friendly and kind. The hotel is close to the bus stop also. One bus takes you back to central Phoenix. I wish I could have stayed for breakfast. It looked great. Thank you everyone for a most enjoyable stay. Short, but very sweet!

The room and breakfast was all fine. The only thing I disliked was the area - not the best part of town. Weird folks at all hours in the parking lot. Wouldn’t stay here again.

I was actually surprisingly pleased. That area of town is known to be a little rough around the edges. I only paid $95 for a king size room and it included a little couch area . It was clean and I never heard any noise. I would stay there again.

We stayed here for the Charlie Kirk Memorial. The room was very clean, bathroom vanity was big which was great. Large refrigerator and microwave was convenient. Breakfast was good. The only complaint is that when taking a shower the tub did not drain well so it held water until the water was turned off. Otherwise we will stay again and WE ARE ALL CHARLIE KIRK!!

The room smelled stale, and it was very dark. The bathroom lighting was OK, but the rest of the room was dark.

Helpful front desk staff.

At first I wasn’t happy with my room. It was for a disabled person. My fiancé and i caught a really bad foul smell in the room that couldn’t go away. More like stuffy and sewer mixed together. I spoke to the front desk person (Samantha) about my room and she so kindly found me another one that was so clean and very upgraded. I was so grateful for her to stay and help us out after it seemed like her shift was over. She made our stay perfect.

It was great that the room was large, comfy bed, clean, great shower & all necessities but the eggs & bacon at the breakfast were terrible. Eggs not real & bacon too thin & crispy. Waffle & fruit were good tho.

This area of town is not in the safest, but we felt safe inside the hotel. The pillows were terrible and the mattress was super hard, so its not the best nights sleep. The breakfast was pretty pathetic as well.

Key to room did not work. Walked down hallway, down a flight of stairs told front desk. They said seet belt demagnatized them. Went back. Still did not work. Went to front office again. Got new set finally worked after 2 attempts. Wont stay here again.

Pretty much what you would expect from a hotel in this price but cleaner. Staff were all nice and actually said hello, even the maids in the hall. Breakfast was fairly varied and coffee was good.

Nice clean hotel with easy access to freeway. Little uneasy with sex novelties store next door and number of truckers staying there. Pool and hot tub face parking lot so no privacy .

The elevator was out of service. The property left me feeling unsafe with the homeless people in the area. There were people partying in the parking lot late into the night. Drinking and fighting up against the building. I also found a cockroach in the room

Stayed here during the Fiesta game and it was a great choice! Close to the stadium, clean rooms, and front desk staff was super friendly!

It was great to have two double beds and the pull out couch. We arrived in the middle of the night, but check in was quick and easy. It was loud right outside our room most of the day due to pool resurfacing. But it was a good hotel for what we needed.

My one complaint is that the bed was extremely firm, but other than that nice hotel and I would stay there again if I’m in that area.

The room was fine but I noticed a stain on the sheet and there were some hairs on the soap dispensers but likely because it was on an unconventional place to clean. Bed was a bit firm but otherwise the room was fine. For the price I didnt have have super high expectations and it pretty much met them, the small things just prevented it from being a great stay.

We checked in one day the next went to event when arrived back to hotel key card didn't work,. Had to get it re-keyed, not sure why that happened in the middle of trip. Other than that staff was friendly.

Reservation was for 2 nights. Price was average. Breakfast was a joke. Hair dryer did not work. It did turn on but made loud noises and sparks. I turned it off immediately. Refrigerator was so cold it froze all the food. Air conditioner was stuck on one temperature and was noisy. We had to just turn it off to get some sleep. Toilet did work properly, even after jiggling the handle it continued to run for some time before finally stopping. I saw a hair in the sink. I told the maid service as we left. Reception, and dinning area were at one end and the hotel. Hotel has 2 floors. We were on the 2nd floor. The elevator was at the FAR end on the other side of the hotel. I might expect these problems if the price was cheap but it wasn't. Front desk staff was nice. Has pool and hot tube.

Now for the hotel the staff from check in to housekeeping was very nice and professional. Each staff member greeted me with a smile. Beds are comfy. Amenities were good The breakfast was very good. And a good variety of items. The grounds were very clean and well kept. The only negative I have is there wasn't ice or vending machines on 2nd floor. So after a little adventure I found them on the 1st floor. Maybe advise guests the only ice and vending machines are on 1st floor and where theyre located. Overall yes, i well stay here again when i attend another concert at Talking Stick

It was a perfect hotel in a perfect spot to get to the venue of our concert. They ha shuttle service until 10 so we were able to get a ride there and we were close enough to walk back at 10:30 PM.

Hotel overall had a mildew smell in the halls. Luckily the room didn¿t. Room had several hairs in it still on bedding and in folded clean towels. and in the shower. Breakfast was not much Our remote didn¿t work we called the front desk nobody ever came
