Didn't realize the unit didn't have any windows before booking. It did have a small skylight/roof window, but doesn't compare to being able to see outside. Other than that the stay was perfect. Staff was very helpful and caring.
- 5/5
I had experience at the hotel. The interior is well decorated. Good art pieces.
- 3/5
Shower drainage issues. Little dangerous outside at night. But clean.
- 5/5
Great as always
- 4/5
Great value, close to La Revo
- 5/5
I liked that the property is very close to the main street (Revolucion) where we went to a concert. I liked that the staff were friendly and dilligent. I liked that the place was clean and orderly. I liked that the bed was confortable. The only qualm is the surrounding area. Broken curbs and police presence amidst the bustle. Not really a complaint but a heads up for those who want to stay in this area.

Amazing location and beautiful hotel, a true gem! Def staying the next time I visit
- 1/5
Night staff after direction from management didn’t fix a bathroom issue that made the room unlivable
- 4/5
Very artistic place beautiful taste little bit on the small size but the main problem that I had was that the breakfast was not good but then they said it was a continental breakfast apparently that's what they give you maybe it was a mistake from my side cuz I was hoping for a better breakfast since that was the reason I chose that hotel but other than that if you want to stay it's a beautiful place
- 4/5
Es bueno, comfortable y muy limpio. la ubicacion del hotel es bastante buena, cerca de muchos lugares de interes.

Favorite hotel in TJ
- 5/5
This will be my first pick upon returning. Thank you John and company!
- 4/5
Most rooms do not have a window. A bit compact, but clean and comfortable room and bathroom.
- 4/5
Todo el tiempo que estuve allí había un olor a basura dentro.
- 4/5
Extended wait for hot water (sink and shower).. Otherwise ok
- 3/5
Everything was clean and the staff are very polite. There was no room service during my stay which is very uncommon for a hotel. They said they offer continental breakfast but it was mainly cereal with milk, along with coffee with bread.
- 5/5
Very well-kept nicely decorated hotel. Comfortable rooms. Good location. Great!
- 5/5
The staff was very freindly, allowed me to put a few items in the refrigerator, I beleive Chelsea was her name. Room is basic but still very new and dependable hot water shower.
- 5/5
Checking in was a breeze, receptionist recommend a great restaurant, and room had complementary water.
- 5/5
Excellent hotel in the center of the city! Very safe and quiet.. close to everything like food, entertainment, stores, pharmacies…
- 5/5
It was off the main street easy to find girl at front desk aewsome very helpful room was clean and safe great shower and bed all the tv channels were spanish boooo no english channels loved my stay
- 5/5
Excellent hotel centrally located. Very clean comfortable and safe place to stay in Tijuana.
- 5/5
Staff is friendly and rooms are clean the free breakfast is really only a piece of bread and some milk or juice not a real breakfast
- 4/5
Just the shower was too cold, not really hot water..so was hard for me to take my shower if you don't care about the water temperature than this place is really good but if you care about a nice hot shower...you might want to reconsider. overall it's good. Coffee not very good quality...and breakfast they can do better...some pastries with orange juice, milk and at times apple juice..
- 5/5
It’s half of block away from the main Avenida Revolucion love it
- 5/5
Very clean and decent with this price.
- 5/5
The place is very clean modern, cute and most important affordable. Definitely coming back.
- 5/5
Very nice hotel with very clean rooms. Great customer's service. Very quite too. Definitely will stay again.
- 3/5
Hotel itself is okay but theres a homeless camp directly in front of the main door. No access after hours you have to depend on Hotel staff to answer the door and I noticed they were sleeping in the late hours so coming back late Saturday night was a hassle The breakfast is yesterday's donuts, coffee, milk, and OJ. Which I would not have a problem with if it was listed as a continental breakfast but it wasn't.

I have already filed a complaint with Orbitz to request a full refund of the overcharge by this hotel, and ten times punitive compensation, because the visitor's fee was nowhere disclosed when I booked the stays. Absolutely the WORST hotel! Avoid it at all cost!
- 5/5
Excellent location. Very comfortable beds and overall very clean hotel. Would stay here again!
- 5/5
Great place to stay. I have stayed at least a dozen times. One of few hotels with smart TVs. Great location.
- 4/5
- 5/5
What kind staff, I can’t see enough good things about them! I come to TJ about four times a year and I wanted to try something more quaint this time and I am so glad I did. The staff at the front desk along with the housekeeping were phenomenal! It’s an older remodeled building just one block up from Revolution, it’s convenient and you save money. I got confused on the day I was supposed to check out and the housekeeping staff helped me pack my items when I was in a meeting. When I got to my next hotel everything was there and accounted for when I unpacked. I’m a single female traveling alone and never once did I feel unsafe. Kind regards to staff and management for creating such a hospitable and friendly environment. I will be back.
- 5/5
It was a cute very clean modern style room and inside building. Definitely going to stay there again.
- 5/5
It was resounable price, nice and clean, open window to the street with TV and Aircondition. The manager and all staff were nice and friendly. Access and very close to shopping and restaurant. Complimentary breakfast. 10 minutes away from border.

- 5/5
Nice and simple hotel. It was clean and comfortable. I will stay there again.
- 5/5
This boutique hotel is safe and clean.
- 1/5
When I first got into the hotel, I got a particular feeling this is not a family friendly place, and people just come here to spend a night with each other, if you know what I mean. When I got to my room I could hear inappropriate noises from other rooms, and also found both hairs and pubic hairs on my bed and sheets and pillow. I had to leave after an hour because it was so uncomfortable and in a bad area of town, it felt unsafe.
- 4/5
No parking space
- 5/5
This hotel is very clean and cozy, we were treated very well. Staff was very nice and friendly. The surrounding area is not very clean but the hotel is perfect.
- 5/5
Front desk was amazing
- 2/5
Great staff and clean, bad room security, cheap door like a cheap bedroom door and lock in a track home. Terrible water pressure. I couldn’t even get a hot shower with adequate pressure or a cold shower with adequate pressure for that matter. Harsh lighting in the room with no dimmers. Bad insulation with a lot of noise from clubs nearby. No peephole in cheap room door. Inadequate lock on door. Very cheap bed. Great staff, but too bad it’s a substandard hotel. I will not return. Side-street offer off of Revolucion with ghetto type surroundings, graffiti and razor wire.
- 5/5
Beautiful small hotel near the main strip close to all eating and shopping.
- 4/5
This is a very quaint property, manager is very friendly and bi lingual which save my ass. Water pressure in the shower is pathetic but the place is very nice. I would stay here again IF they had a safe in the room.
- 5/5
I have stayed here at least a dozen times. It is a small hotel with easy access to the main strip. Nice room complete with smart TV.
- 3/5
It is a nice place to stay, bed was comfortable, hot water need to be fixed but it is a nice place to stay
- 4/5
It's a good place around the corner from the strip. The one complaint is that they have no complementary parking. You have to pay an additional cost for parking.
- 3/5
The rooms were small but clean and the staff was helpful. Downside was the area and the noise. Don't book a room there on a Thursday night if u want to sleep. I had to get up at 4 am to catch a flight and the bar down the street has there music blasting so loud that I ended up getting NO sleep at all. The area is not that safe either. Dirty and homeless people sleeping outside of the hotel on the benches. It's too bad this hotel is in such a crap area because the hotel is nice
- 3/5
The only really bad but really important was the fact that they have No blackest for you to cover yourself. The sleep was extremely uncomfortable, they only give you 3 pillows for 2 ppl (the most uncomfortable pillows to sleep with) and somehow we’re supposed to share one pillow. My husband woke up with a 40 one egg paying the last at him like three days. I don’t understand why Hotel would not have blankets if the purpose of staying there is to sleep.
- 5/5
Good hotel to stay clean
- 5/5
Everything was good. The bed was comfortable. The water in the shower was hot.
- 4/5
Nice for a 3 star hotel. Clean and good location in the centro. We stayed on a weekend and like all hotels in the centro music from the bars will play at night into the early morning hours. Safes should be included in the rooms and the price was a little high for what is provided.
- 5/5
Clean, quiet , and friendly staff
- 2/5
I wasn’t told when booking that I’d need to leave a 500 peso deposit. Further, the place doesn’t take debit or credit cards.
- 5/5
Free wifi Netflix, very clean place even with a blacklight
- 5/5
Really great staff excellent room tranquil in walking distance of everything
- 4/5
The bed was comfortable, though the room was very basic for the price and noise traveled.
- 5/5
Great property awesome service prices are unmatchable
- 5/5
Loved this hotel! Cute little corner hotel that is new, clean, and comfortable. Very accessible to downtown TJ. The have 24/7 front desk/security. The Smart TV worked great and I was able to watch all my apps and music. Wi-Fi was plenty strong enough. Will definitely return on my next trip.

The Nook is a good place to spend a night or two in Tijuana not even a block from Avenida Revolución, the old school center of the city's bar scene. Cesar's restaurant (of ceasar salad fame) is a short walk, as are dozens of other restaurants and bars. The rooms are clean and quiet, doing a good job of keeping out the high level of ambient nighttime noise emanating from Avenida Revolución bars. The room was clean, if a bit sterile, and the staff were friendly. The interior of the hotel features a pleasant, retro theme. This is not a destination or resort, but it serves well the purpose of a clean, quiet place to sleep amid the bustle of downtown Tijuana.
- 5/5
Was Nice clean people very friendly but no parking or ice machine
- 5/5
Well over all it is a good place to stay if you want to explore the city. Check in and out was easy . The people at front desk are very nice and polite Mr Gebriel and the two ladies at front desk professionals and nice . Few things they need to add to the room Safe in the room and Blanket in the room will make it more comfortable. The heater works fine but I think they should have blankets. But overall good place if I go back to TJ I may stay there.
- 5/5
Great place
- 5/5
Clean rooms. Friendly bilingual front desk. Great accessibility to restaurants, shopping and taverns.
- 5/5
The hotel is very centrally located and a good option for the price. It's small, clean with simple amenities and comfy bed, albeit, a bit noisy from the bars just down the street. Nothing horrible if you turn on the tv or use ear plugs. TV didn't have any LIVE Antenna channels, but was connected to Netflix and a few other streaming options. Would definitely stay here again. Good for solo travel, couples, and business. Lots of bars, restaurants, and cafe options a block away. No onsite parking provided, but a safe and inexpensive parking lot is available a few businesses away on the same street.
- 5/5
Great hotel in an east location. Has smart TVs in all rooms for access to Netflix, etc which is nice.
- 3/5
The hotel is clean with ac. The down side is that it has no parking lot and it’s located next to the 6st night clubs where the music is just to loud til like 3 am.
- 5/5
Super clean hotel loved it stayed 2 night with my baby that’s 4 months old
- 3/5
You have to park on the street or you have to pay for parking. Too close to bars and clubs it’s too noisy at night.
- 5/5
Again, the staff is WONDERFUL. I have booked this place 4 times.
- 5/5
Its a nice boutique hotel near all the action on Ave. Revolucion. I don't think all the rooms are quiet, but mine was. It was clean and modern and comfortable. The area is kind of commercial and busy, but if you're going out at night near some of the most famous bars and nightlife you'll be right here, it was great for a couple nights.
- 5/5
This is my favorite place to stay in all of Tijuana
- 5/5
A couple of days of comfort, very restful
- 5/5
Nice, quaint hotel. Good value for your money.
- 3/5
It was walking distance to my dentist.
- 5/5
Thank you Thilo
- 5/5
I do very much love the 2 ladies who clean the rooms. Sweet and lovable they are.
- 5/5
Very helpful staff and best location!! Thank you Thilo
- 4/5
The hotel feels relatively recently remodelled and is located a few min walk way from some of most central restaurants and bars in Tijuana. The room is rather minimalist, but has all the essential amenities, as well as features a fast (~90mbit up/down) WiFi. If you're in for a city trip and need a place to sleep, highly recommend!
- 3/5
Good luck Thilo
- 5/5
Small 17 rooms
- 1/5
Mala área not good area
- 4/5
The hotel is a few blocks away from Avenida Revolución. It’s about a 10 min walk to Zona Centro (downtown area) and Zona Rio (downtown business district). It's about a 20 min walk to the Playas. Like most hotels in the area, it is not handicapped accessible, so if you have trouble getting up 1 flight of stairs, you will have to stay elsewhere. The staff is friendly, and the place is clean. There were a few gaps in the laminate wood floor in the bedroom, however, the furniture was in good condition, and the bathroom was clean and modern. The bed was large and comfortable. Overall, it’s good value for the money.
- 5/5
The property was great super clean fast internet, my wife had to work remotely and she felt great the staff its amazing, I love this place I'm certainly coming back
- 5/5
Nice place…no staff after 7pm…only security guard…so no questions will be answered after 7pm
- 5/5
The front desk staff was incredible and the facility was unbelievably clean great location
- 4/5
I didn't like the fact I couldn't get hot water for shower
- 3/5
The hotel was very noisy. I stayed in a room with my cousin. Double beds were not an option, so I requested a second blanket and was told they couldn’t give us one. Never in any stay at a hotel have I been denied an extra pillow or blanket. I found this to be strange.

Comfortable and convenient little hotel
- 5/5
Great place, great location.
- 5/5
Loud like everywhere in mexico
- 5/5
It was amazing. Very nice people at the front desk, the place is very secured, I definitely recommend this place
- 2/5
Centrally located in downtown Tijuana so it is loud, but that is to be expected. The room is very simple, small and not made for comfort. In addition, the air conditioning was not working, which made being in the room at any time incredibly uncomfortable.
- 1/5
I like the decor, the location was convenient however, we couldn't close the windows cause the room would get too hot and it was way tooooo loud, couldnot sleep at all. AC was broken and not working. No hot water. We ended up leaving early so we csn just go home and get a hot shower and sleep.
- 5/5
The Hotel is amazingly cute. Every corner is insta worthy and has so much color! The location is perfect and walking distance to many restaurants.
