The internet is weak on 8 floor add more signal boosters. Fixtures and furniture look and feel cheap. Linens feel cheap. Tv too small.

Comfy beds, very friendly and helpful staff, great location. Nice city view. The shower could be improved. The water pressure is a bit low, and the design gets your head wet even if you do not plan on washing your hair.

Management refused to cancel remaining days or partial refunds stated it was up to booking not them or wait a month for email from management. They changed our room after they shut off water at 10 am to repair rooms.

LOCATION, AFFORDABILITY AND SUPER CLEAN.. I REALLY LIKE STAYING AT THIS HOTEL.. ITS A VERY QUIET AND PLEASEANT PLACE.. ITS CLOSE TO DOWNTOW. PUBLIC TRANSORTATION-GREEN VANS COST LESS THAN A $1.00 OR YOU CAN RENT A CAR AND PARK AT HOTEL OR YOU CAN USE UBER FOR LESS THAN ABOUT $5.00 DOLLARS TO A 10 MINUTE DRIVE TO DOWNTOWN. OR YOU CAN WALK TO DOWTOWN 30 MINUTE TO 45 MINUTE WALK.. GREAT LOCATION ACROSS TACOS FRANC! NOTHING TO COMPLAIN.. THE SAD FACE IS MISLEADING.. I WASD 100% SATISFIED.. ITS ONE OF THE BEST HOTELS AND I LOVE THERE BREAKFAST HERE.. ITS A VERY AFFORDABLE BUFFETT.

The location is perfect since everything seems to be walking distance.. If you drive there, the property offers a private parking lot, which is very convenient. Rooms are clean and perfect if you just need a place to sleep, because they are very small.. Bed is confortable but if you’re a stomach sleeper, pillows are a little bit hard so not very comfortable…bring your own.

The location is excellent, Wifi kept disconnecting every few hours, The price keeps rising every time I go there.

It was clean and modern looking with comfy beds. The only healthy option provided for breakfast was their green juice. The breakfast bar was nicely presented but fell short on taste. The best part was surprisingly the perfectly crisp bacon. The egg omelet was greasy and rubbery. The mini donut desserts didn’t seem worth the calorie. The room was small on a busy street which meant if you open your window, the noisy traffic became loud. The smoke detector was installed over the bed with small continuous flashing red light beam indicating it is working. The smoke patio area and the only outside space available was dedicated to the smokers and everyone else had to breath the toxic fume prior to entering the lobby. For the price of $100 USD, I did not find it was a good value other than to be closer to one of the highly rated Taco el Franc.

The room was super tight, the pillows are the worse ever. My neck is still stiff and in pain. The check in staff not friendly at all. There was a sewer leak in the sewer pipes in the basement where my car was parked. I scraped my wheel trying to avoid not going under it, disgusting!!

I literally stay here any given weekend I go to tj, close to everything, rooms so clean, staff so attentive.

Also the room I got was not ready, I got my key when I open the door the room was not clean, I went to the front desk and tell them and the lady help me look like angry, Also this morning when I when out for shopping they don't even say good morning, When I was going to have my breakfast a manager was there in the front desk and right away He say good morning and after that Everybody was at the front desk say good morning to me, I want to remark the person was at the food area she was so nice and sweet, I will continue staying at this hotel I just make this comments because probably is good for the bussines.....Thank you

Lobby is Nice, I did not try the food they offer. Close to everything. Room I got was outdated, Windows are old or don't close properly, I swear I heard every noice from outside, smoke detector went out on the hallway two nights. Beds are comfy, Everything was clean, which is good but wish it was more quiet at night.

Hotel was nice and clean and the housekeeping lady that cleans the 6th floor was always so attentive. She would leave our room nice and neat with clean towels every day. Everything is so close from the hotel border 10 minutes away and different kind of doctor offices.

It’s nice and clean with a very affordable price. The parking is kinda tight, but valet it’s a good option. I stayed in a couple of times already and I never had any issues.

We had to check-in late because the rooms weren't ready by 3pm. In the lobby there we're 4 gentlemen who worked there seemingly cracking jokes at one of the customers' expense assuming they did not understand them. They did this in a manner resembling bullies in gradeschool and it was very unprofessional and not a good look for the hotel. Next time the maids fall behind in their duties they should send these 4 gentlemen to go help them.

The check in process was lengthy. The property asks you to check in before online to speed up in person check in process. In the online check in process I was asked to provide a window of arrival and I selected 12pm-3pm. I arrived a little early and the did not allow me to check in and that I had to wait until 3 pm. I went to the market and run some errands. I returned to the property around 4:30 to check in and I had to wait about half an hour to check in. Upon checking in my mom’s room was ready but my room was not ready as they were still in the process of cleaning it. They asked me to wait or drop off my bags in my mom’s room until my room was ready. Upon going into my mom’s room the wireless keypad wouldn’t work and my mom had to go downstairs for another key. She came back upstairs and tried again but the door wouldn’t open. They had to call maintenance to open the door which he did with a screw driver on the hole in the door that was covered by a sticker. I do not find that very safe as anyone with a screwdriver or something long and pointy can open your room door. He changed the batteries to the keyless door and it still wouldn’t work with a new set of batteries. We had to go back downstairs to get switched rooms. After a long drive and wanting to rest we had to deal with this inconvenience upon settling at the hotel. The positive side was that there was parking for your car and they have an attendant at night watching who goes in and out of the parking garage.

The place is nice but the only thing that needs to improve is how they handle your checkl-in as 2 out of 3 sessions attended had to wait about one hour so I was able to do my check in. There was several people in line

It's a budget Hotel so don't go in with high 5 star hotel expectations. Arrived and no one was outside to provide guidance. Wife got out and went inside to the check in desk, they told her to park and come back to check in. Parking lot is a little small, maneuvering is a little difficult but there seem to be enough parking. Rooms are on the smaller side with a small TV. No refrigirator and only waste basket is inside the bathroom. Had a difficult time with the shower, water was scolding hot and we couldn't get much cold water to keep it warm, still managed to squeeze out a quick shower. Room's AC was working fine. Property is clean and you need to scan your key card in order to access your floor via elevator, which is a nice safety feature. Tacos El Franc right accros the street and an Oxxo right next door. Would stay again.

Room was not ready by check in time. We had to leave and come back later. The bed sheets were stained upon arrival, we had to asked for them to be changed. The sink in the bathroom was leaking. Not a great experience. Parking lot was full and we had to leave the keys with valet. Valet does NOT bring car to you when you need it. You have to go find it.

The personnel was very friendly, but spoke hardly any English. The room key had to keep being reactivated. Room was very clean and comfortable, but there was no free coffee or tea in the room. The breakfast is extremely overpriced for where it is - did not even bother with it.

One of the few things I was not happy was the room dis not have any storage drawers, and most importantly no safe box, this is the first time I had never had a safe box, and not only least the bed is to noise and and to comfort the mattress needs to be replaced.

Cleaning crew get a +10.

No restaurants within walking distance except for taco stands. Would not stsy here again.
