Friendly staff, check-in was very easy since I booked with Expedia. No problems with my reservation, and the rooms were great. We also had breakfast there; the food was amazing.

The room was so clean and smelled fresh . Also the breakfast buffet is the best. Clean and comfy sofas in the lobby . Your staff spoke great Spanish and English !!! He was very attentive and polite. I forgot his name. But he was awesome as well as the chef on the kitchen making omelletes and serving pozole !!!

A Westin is being built right next door and their heavy machinery use seems to peak between 9pm and 3am. It makes it difficult to sleep but there's nothing the Hyatt can do about it.

The standout was definitely the breakfast. It was buffet-style, but with a full spread of Mexican options—pozole, chilaquiles, eggs, beans, plantains, potatoes—along with cereals, toast, a waffle station, pastries, a small salad bar, and fresh juices including orange juice. Everything was surprisingly good. The only improvement I’d suggest is replacing the room carpet with hard flooring. Other than that, it was a great experience overall, and I’d certainly stay here again.

We enjoyed a great stay with our family. 2 Queen w/sofa was clean and spacious. Complimentary parking and breakfast is a huge plus! The breakfast was yummy with good variety, even my picky kids enjoyed. Good location across from Paseo Chapultepec. Felt safe during our stay. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

y los baños no funcionaban especificamente las regaderas. Me dieron un late check out esto fue amable de su parte. Pero esto no compensa las condiciones en las que tienen en el hotel por falta de limpieza y mantenimiento. Tiene una mala administracion.

This was a 2 night stay for my wife and I. This was our first time staying at Hyatt Place. The hotel is immaculate. So clean and comfortable. The rooms are very nice, spacious with sofa, coffee maker and refrigerator. The only problem was they were having elevator issues. We were on the top 7th floor and it was necessary one time to walk all the way up to our floor in the stairwell. That is hard for us as we are seniors. The free breakfast is great. One particular receptionist was particularly helpful after we checked in to help me with logging on to the WiFi. There were some WiFi issues and she was very patient and helpful to help get on WiFi as my job depends on it. I cannot remember her name. Great hotel and we will stay there again.

Location is great, room is very clean and equipped for handicapped access to the room including restroom, and handicapped bed. Super friendly and nice staff wonderful customer service. The food and drinks were also amazing. We will be back again soon in July.

The driveway to enter the parking was a little difficult. The staff at the bar was less than welcome while other customers were catered to. Very clean hotel. Comfortable rooms but was not aware of the huge construction across the street. So much noise. So much that they have ear plugs available in the bathroom. Just not a restful night. Had I known would of booked elsewhere.

The staff was very friendly and the free buffet and the comfortable beds and great channel selection to watch tv. The restrooms need to be updated no fans for circulation, the water pressure in the shower is not good and the showers are very outdated and I could hear the plumbing for the other rooms. As well the buffet needs a better selection of meat proteins and way better coffee as well.

I had a great expierence for the service, amazing restaurant and its abgreat location to find anything you might need.

The people working there are frendly and helpful, the chef was very frendly and his food was good and tasteful the breakfast buffet goes beyond the usual menu they have Mexican dishes and were delicious the manager was very kind and helpful with my problems with the booking and help me to get some points because I was sad to lost all of them the hotel was clean the bathrooms need more attention to the clean Aside from that was a good stay i was there for 15 days or so and was a good stay

Great location! Lots of restaurants across the street, there’s bars & clubs across the street as well, a little noisy at night due to the club being right across you can hear the loud music til about 4am, might not be a good option if you’re a light sleeper.

Can’t go wrong with American chain hotels. The breakfast is really good. It was a good stay.

Well at first it was fine we went out for dinner came back i own a taxi business in Mexico so i was driving one of my taxis when we checked in the lady at the desk she said it was fine parking the taxi in the parking but on the way back security told us that we were not allowed to park because it was a taxi he was really rude and acted violently saying that i been here 4 years i know what im saying so park outside on the street we told him that they told us that we can park but he was so negative even saying if you like it you can leave i went inside to speak with someone else and she was very rude too saying i don’t know who told you that but will check she came back with an attitude saying ok you can park is there anything else with a rude face rolling her eyes back even saying how many people are with you because we don’t accept any guess I Been staying at this hotel so many times i was really disappointed this time how they treated me i been coming in with my taxi every time i stayed there but i guess not no more and to my surprise we were 4 people staying there and they only gave us 2 small waters and that if we wanted more we had to pay for it so we did really a pretty bad experience i had no choice but to stay there since i couldn’t find any other hotel

Very nice place to stay overnight for the three of us. We got in late and there were snacks still available to eat. We had a connecting flight later in the day so they stored our luggage while we explored the local mall. The breakfast was abundant and delicious. Nothing
