Place was nice. But the noise was the worst

No AC, they were over charging for slight accommodations.

The staff was helpful and friendly.

TV didn’t work, ac aswell they changed me rooms abit Lore than half way threw the stay, also the toilet didn’t work

Mala experiencia, no hay elevador tienes que cargar tu maleta por las escaleras, nunca hicieron limpieza del cuarto, no te daban papel para el baño,no te dan jabón para las manos, el internet era malísimo,no tenía aire acondicionado, en la parte de atrás hay un taller donde hacen ruido todo el día.

El peor hotel de todos , me cobraron dos veces , con la tarjeta y efectivo, pésimo servicio al cliente , las habitaciones sucias, las sábanas parecían cortinas de ventana , las toallas negras puro mapeador , no cuentan con ac, no tienen elevador y el piso es muy peligroso , resbaladizo, y no cuenta con insolación, reducción de ruido , no dormi en toda la noche y ni hablar del mal olor .

I booked a room with jacuzzi, I didn't get it. Instead they gave me a regular room. After I booked through Expedia, I called the hotel to make sure that my room was booked, they said they received the reservation. When I showed up at the hotel, they said that my room wasn't booked. They offered me a refular room for the same price. I wasn't happy with what they did.

No air-conditioned, very poor wifi

A horrible place is nothing like the pictures posted in the internet the bedroom they gave me was dirty and super bad conditions I had to pay more money so they could give a better room.

The tv didn’t work , the towels were tearing apart because how old they were , and you can’t open the window for fresh air because there is generator outside of the hotel and basically you just inhale the carbon dioxide

one night stay, hotel room served its purpose! Plenty of hot water... room was a little cold at night, thought I would need to ask for a blanket but I was so tired when I got home from being out that I didn't need it. Controls did not work for the TV but didn't bother going down to front desk to switch them. Overall it was a good stay

Loved the atmosphere! Welcomed to the hotel and room was ready. If you get hot easily , you’ll need to ask for a fan but make sure to call and ask because when we went last yr in august, we got two rooms(one for my parents and one for me and my fiancée ) and parents got one and the whole stay I asked everyday throughout our stay and they kept saying yes but I didn’t get the fan during the whole stay. Everything you might need is walking distance( bars,the pulga, restaurants, and oxxo).

They had free water and coffee.

The worst part however on our weekend trip was the rooms are NOT soundproof so you could hear the loud music from all the nightclubs next door at literally all hours of the night up until 6am. As for the staff most were friendly except for night clerk that seemed to have an attitude and was less than welcoming and rude. Spend a bit more and stay at a higher quality hotel. You're body will thank you.

Ok hotel for the money

Its your basic room for a night property that is reasonably priced.. Just a bed and shower if your just looking for a place to stay without all the Amenities . its close to everything like shopping, dining, pharmacies, and casino.

Muy mala recepción, y en la limpieza deberían de darse cuenta las cosas como las dejan ahora tengo que pagar una toalla que me imagino fue de tinte de pelo color azul ahora tengo que pagar por ella, cuando los ineptos no revisaron que así me la habían dado, no vuelvo a regresar muy mal servicio en 2 días que estuvimos no fueron a limpiar el cuarto y vuelvo a repetir ahora resulta que tengo que pagar una toalla que yo no manche, cuidado tal ves así les hagan a otros clientes

The place had no WIFI. No central air. It was freezing and no heating OR blankets. It was NOISY TOO. I REGRET STAYING here

Located in the heart of the action on Av. Revolution. All the entertainment, food, shopping is walkable. Loud at night because all of downtown Tijuana is loud at night. Earplugs did the trick. Staff was friendly albeit with limited English as is the norm there. If you're looking for a clean, basic, budget friendly place to sleep and shower downtown this place ticks all those boxes

The hotel is old and outdated , there is no elevator , there's no exhaust system in the bathroom , there no mirror in the bathroom , there wasn't toilet paper in the bathroom bad TV and remote , super noisy from the street and a club from street no one speak English , to. Towels are super old ,and discus gusting ,... Please do waste your money on this hotel , 00000 rating

It's not upto the normal standard. Window glass broken, even broken piece sitting on the floor. Cigarette burns on blankets. I'll never stay again.

It was loud. People playing music loud in their rooms. Shouting in the hallway. No heater or AC in the room. I wouldn't stay there again.

Btw room is toooo small But the worst part was the ROOM REALLY COLD TO BE HONEST I DO NOT RECOMENDED STAY HERE.....

I got a charge a different price than the one advertised.

It near everything. Could use a heater for the night. Its cold, but they do offer extra blankets if you ask. But you get what you pay for. I always stay there knowing whats up, its a good price. Clean place.

Tucked away in downtown Tijuana on a very busy street teaming with pedestrians, music pouring out of the many nightclubs and bars, craftsmen selling their wares from small storefronts and a seemingly endless variety of wonderful eateries is one of Tijuana's best kept secrets when it comes to affordable lodging. Surrounded by newer, flashy and definitely more expensive options Hotel Revolution could easily be overlooked for it's simple simplicity, which would be a definite shame for any seasoned traveler. Although not perhaps as showy or modern as it's overpriced neighboring hotels, it harkens you back to a quieter, more traditional time in the city's history where emphasis was still placed on great hospitality, simple and careful attention to detail, a respect for privacy and an assurance of a safe, quiet nights rest. Traditional quilted bedspreads and the wonderful strong black coffee that percolates 24-7 in the lobby are only outdone by the room with a sizable jacuzzi in it, a steal at less than 60 USD per night. This is the kind of establishment that upon returning home from one's travels will linger in the back of your memory as a definite reason to return for future visits.

Convenient location close to good dining. What was very frustrating…my room did not have heat. I was not aware of this when making my reservations. Had issues with the tv and internet but did get help from one of the staff to deal with it. Very basic.

Pros: Location Cons: -Music is non stop 24 hours -Other customers loud -Staff walks around with jiggly keys and phone talking loudly -Rooms are dirty -bathroom was not cleaned -Roaches in our room -Beds uncomfortable (need replacement) - Shower temperature hard to regulate (either boiling hot or cold) We were moved for our second night because no refunds. ROOM 301 was much cleaner- no roaches in the bathroom and clean NO A/C or Heater in any room. If your room is hot they’ll give you a fan.

Excellent hotel in the heart of thriving TJ, definitely worth it. Clean, strong wifi and very warm and friendly staff!

It is centrally located

Bed was very uncomfortable and walls were sensitive to outside noise.

Hotel Management was very helpful and went out of the way to set up u tube so on the tv so I watch Western movies in English

My room looked almost nothing like in the picture. One of the walls were patched and the bathroom door seemed broken. The Tv didn’t work and the bed sheets had stains on them. Of course they put all these pretty pictures on their website but once you’re there you see how it really is, and there are no refunds.

Was very hard to find they have no parking available and the rooms are very dirty

It was fine for the price. Would do again, probably better during week than weekend.

Digamos que fue bueno.

The hotel is across the street from a night club which blasts music you can hear in your room until Midnight on weeknights and 4am on weekends. Bring ear plugs. The hotel does not have an elevator so you will need to be physically able to climb and descend stairs.

Loved it ! The chairs in the waiting area were so comfortable. We were so happy there is a ATM in the lobby. However, it wasn’t working the day/night we got there. They ended up fixing it after two days out of our four night stay. We booked two rooms 1for me and my fiancé and the other for my parents. Mine had a fan and my parents didn’t. My parents had a tough time sleeping due to the heat so we put our fan in their room and requested for a fan for our room, which we didn’t receive until the last night of our stay due to me talking to the gentleman on the night shift. He stated to be persistent to the morning lady because guest leave daily and she should have had someone give us the fan. Due to lack of communication someone had gave the fan meant for us to a diff room. Besides the fan situation , it was a great stay. There is no designated parking but we had our car in a 24 hour parking lot behind the oxxo. They only accepted cash/pesos and they took real good care of the cars.
