Reviews
The hotel is praised for its central location and cleanliness, with friendly staff being a common highlight. However, many guests have issues with the small room size, lack of windows, and noise from surrounding bars and clubs.

the only thing I dislike is the odor that came from the Bath room it was clean but I guess the sewer odor were scaping out of the shower and sink, other than that everything was ok the location is great, they just charge too much for what they offer
- 5/5
Everything was close … restaurants, bars , nightclubs
- 5/5
The hotel was great but they said I didn’t have an Expedia reservation so I paid a higher price.
- 4/5
I didn't like all the stairs with all our stuff other than that it was great I would stay again
- 5/5
This is a wonderful place to stay , safe, clean quiet and in the center of downtown Tijuana. And the prices are very agreeable

The room got cold, I turned on the heater, it did not work , They sent someone to check it, he was unable to fix it, He called another person and that person wad unable to fix, therefore they provided a blanket. Due to no heat. In the middle of the night I woke freezing, then got a severe leg cramp, started coughing and caught a cold.
- 5/5
Everything was great except no coffee in the rooms
- 2/5
I asked fo two double beds and I only got one . The room was very small. It was barely big enough to fit a double bed. With no windows . We checked out. He would not refund our money. Went across to Cesar’s where we had tried originally to stay but there was not a vacancy at that time .

I paid for 2 days. After a meeting I would only be staying one day. I mentioned this to the receptionist about 1:30 pm of the first day. When I checked out with the night manager. He asked if I wanted to keep the second day "on the books' I told hin NO. I put in a refund request for the second day with Expedia. Today they mentioned the hotel would not issue a refund. Caveat Emptor. 2. The night manager called a cab. And yes he speaks English and formerly lived in the US. He stated the cab would be ten dollars. I mentioned the price to confirm it with the cab driver. No response. When we get to the border he says the trip is FIFTEEN dollars. I had no change so the driver had ask a nearby vendors for change of a ten.Left a sour taste. Be sure to allow a minimum 2 hours to stand in a long line on the street to re enter via Customs

The room had to windows and was very small. it made it very hard to breath when sleeping. The parking was very sketchy to how it was not located near the hotel.
- 1/5
The sketchy guy at the front desk told me they were out of rooms before offering me one for $95 a night. I booked a room for three nights at about $55 a night. Do not go here. Go to Hotel Ceasars or Hotel Baja.

- 5/5
Best place in Downtown TJ everything within walking distance… Restaurants,Shopping and Night life ……
- 5/5
Well maintained, friendly service , right in middle of main attraction in Revolution st , will be back again!!
- 5/5
Keep coming due to feeling safe. And everything is so close by. By far the best spot in town.
- 4/5
Hotel was pleasant over all, room was very small, I felt claustrophobic!! But over all a good place to stay.
- 4/5
The facility is good but the parking area is not.
- 3/5
It's a nice place but no restaurant bar and the rooms are small
- 5/5
everything was perfect
- 5/5
I liked everything about it except the shower. The pressure was awful. I felt like I was under drips of water
- 1/5
If i have to pay to park my car in the hotel parking lot that is not good at all.and i have to pay 5 dollars extra every day for parking.
- 5/5
great service and clean
- 3/5
Parking is not included with your stay and charged $5 US dollars per day/night. But hotel was clean well kept
- 4/5
Great price and location. Clean basic room.
- 3/5

The room I stayed at had a horrible smell coming from the bathroom.
- 5/5
I have stayed here on a several occasions. The location is great but the fact that the employees are super nice and the rooms are always super clean!! Will be staying here again on my next trip. Thank you!
- 5/5
Very clean. I use a my pillow so these were a little hard for me. Minor complaint. Very convenient location across from Cesars restaurante. $51 I paid.
- 5/5
very good I'm staying
- 4/5
It was a pleasant stay. Very clean and plain. Everything appears new. Hotel is located right on the strip so everything is readily available. Coffee house right outside the front door. I would hope in the future that they furnish each room with a table lamp since the overhead fluorescent is to blinding.
- 5/5
Very good check in, property is a bit small but impeccably clean and cared for.
- 5/5
Comfortable
- 5/5
I love this hotel, have stayed many times since I visit Tijuana usually twice a month. This is Nice, clean place, top service, affordable prices, very convenient location. Will definitely stay again next time.
- 5/5
The hotel was easily located. The hotel was very clean thru out. The room was very clean and practically new. The only thing I would add is a nightstand lamp because the overhead florescent light was to much. Nice place to stay for a no frills low cost hotel. Coffee shop is right next store and restaurants very close by.
- 5/5
The hotel was clean. Check in was simple. The hotel is centrally located. The staff was kind and accommodating considering our Spanish is elementary. Parking is around about a half block from the hotel door. Very pleasant experience! Thank you hotel La Quinta.
- 5/5
This is a very quaint hotel. The staff are very nice. Impressed by how clean the hotel was. I will definitely stay again!!!
- 4/5
Stayed for one night, room was small but cozy. The only problem i encountered was they coulsnt find my booking even when i showed my refefence number they still woulsnt release the room, calls were made but i got the room.
- 4/5
Very good location, clean and comfortable hotel.
- 4/5
The hotel was in a great location if you want to stay near the touristy area. Their presentation was great, floors were clean, hand sanitizing bottles in every corner, and the room I had a great view of Avenida Revolucion. The parking was a bit hard to find, perhaps having clearer signage to where it’s located would be helpful. Overall, Hotel Quinta is a great place to stay and my experience was pleasing.
- 5/5
I normally stay at this hotel every time I come to Tj and like it because it’s very clean and the price is reasonable
- 4/5
It’s an alright place to get sleep at night. It’s right in Revolution where all the clubs, bars and convenience stores are at. It’s private.
- 5/5
The hotel was clean everything in the room worked it was a great time here
- 4/5
Overall it's a nice hotel. It's clean, well maintained, has good and friendly staff, and is located in the center of nightlife. The one downside is it is next to a club that blasts music well past midnight (it was still going at 4am). If you are a light sleeper, then this probably isn't for you.
- 2/5
My reservation was for a double bed room but when I arrived they placed me in a single bed room and told me that’s how it is when booking through Expedia. I told them it cost more for the double bed and that I needed 2 beds however they told me they didn’t have any and couldn’t accommodate. They were extremely unhelpful and pretty much blamed Expedia for the confusion. Still charged me the double room rate even though it was a single bed room!!
- 2/5
Hotel is nice and clean only problem is really loud so if you wanna sleep during the night go somewhere else there is a night club right next to it with really loud music until 4am so no way to sleep and after that I have the guy at the front desk watching tv so loud there I can hear all the movie in my room, not recommended if you wanna sleep.
- 5/5
Always spotless and well-maintained with excellent service!
- 4/5
The hotel facilities are above average, but the room I had was too noisy to be able to sleep. I could hear the real loud music from nearby bars.
- 2/5
The location is great but I wouldn’t recommend it. I read the reviews before booking it and I saw lots of people complaining about the noise. I thought the noise would come from all the bars around (i could slightly hear that) but the biggest issue were OTHER guests.
- 1/5
I DIDNT LIKE AT ALL. THEY CANCELED MY ROOM. BECAUSE I GOT THERE AT MIDNIGHT
- 4/5
Excellent location in downtown Tijuana. Price is OK. It's a clean and safe place to sleep, not especially to spend time inside. But when you travel, you go to visit the city, not to stay at a hotel most of the time.
- 5/5
hotel is very clean. Staff is very nice. Parking on site for a 5 dollar fee. Parking security all night. The hotel is right on the street where all the clubs, bars and restaurants are at so you don’t need a taxi. This is my second time staying here.
- 1/5
I made the reservation on line and when I got to the hotel they told me there were no rooms available
- 2/5
- 5/5
The location is great. The staff was helpful. The property is clean and modern
- 2/5
Restroom was extremely small.. toilet space was not able to sit correctly-had to sit sideways as the wall was right in front of toilet and unable to sit
- 4/5
It's a nice clean place, close to all the bar's and reataurants, but noisy. I'll definitely stay again.
- 5/5
Great location close to restaurants, bars, and night clubs. Room was very nice and clean and good value for the price. Note: since this is close to the nightlife, it is not the quietest hotel. I recommend it if you expect to be out for a good portion of the night.
- 3/5
Small room. Price cheaper if booked at hotel.
- 5/5
Clean hotel, close to all the bars and staff is super friendly
- 2/5
This hotel is unfortunately noisy, whether it's the jazz band in the restaurant downstairs or the neighbour who watches soccer games at full volume. The person at the front desk demanded that I return to the room and bring down the remote – which I hadn't used. #lame
- 5/5
Clean hotel and friendly staff. Located in the middle of everything.
