The property is ok nothing fancy. Staff was nice but the cleanliness not so great the hallway carpet was filthy. They had us at the very last room /suite and the people right next to us partied all night!! Music blasting, singing, traffic all night. Music was blasting since we arrived at 8:30pm until we left at 5:30am. I did not complain but I am very sure the staff heard the chais and did not do anything about it!

Huge bed. Quiet room. Restaurant on site. Friendly staff. No smoking. Indoor room with no outdoor facing windows. No elevator.

Everything was good, I did not realize at time of booking that they do not have elevators and all the rooms are upstairs. Staff was great and helped with that, specially because I have mobility issues as I’m handicap but other than that, I recommend it for great service and value.

El hotel es muy cómodo, el staff es amable y lo que nosotros buscábamos era cercanía al aeropuerto, no estábamos a más de 5 minutos. Las habitacion estaba muy cómoda y limpia. Definitivamente lo recomiendo

Staff was very friendly. Really outdated and very depressing, no airport shuttle for pick up only drop off for $250 pesos (uber is $50 pesos) in room phone, lights, tv, clothes hanger are not operable. Breakfast was coffee and two pieces of toast, I was offered fruit but after 30 min it never arrived so I left. Not worth the money!

The walls were super thin. I could not sleep a wink because the connecting room had the bathroom fan on the whole night. You could hear them use the hair dryer as well. Stay clear if you actually want sleep

I did not get to staid there they cancel my reservación becuase they said they did not have enough double rooms and seens the room was not paíd i choose the óptimo to paíd when i get there and they did not honor my reservación that why i whent to holiday inn so un profesional

Don't expect much for the price.. the rooms were okay but the most important thing. It is close to the airport.

I have to appreciate this hotel for always being available and having a safe area. Being so close to the airport, I will definitely be staying there in the future.

Our check in was Wed. We picked this hotel because of the pool. (We are not much of a beach person). We even asked for a room next to the pool, little did we know the pool was going to be close. They never told us anything as we were checking in. If we would have known we would have selected a different hotel.

This property is good for a one or two night stay while you wait for your flight departure. TV channels limited and no HBO. Internet/wi-fi horrible connection (just use your phone data). No airport shuttle. Uber to and from airport

I didn't like that you can hear everything from the inside and outside of the room.

Checked in and had to return because room wasn’t ready it needed to be cleaned. Very loud because of next room down people arguing the whole night. I can hear people talking as if I where in the room with them, but I was just passing through. Very inconvenient when you have luggage because there’s only stairs no elevator to the next floor. Had a great work out carrying all my luggage up a flight of stairs. Bed was not comfortable, but staff was very nice and helpful.

It was a short stay, but the room was clean and the service was attentive bringing us water bottles. Quiet and peaceful. Close to the airport.

I was able to book this place for an uncle. I wanted to make sure that my uncle had a good stay with out worrying about paying anything. I was able to pay upfront for him and even add a night to his stay without problems. The hotel was nice and clean. My uncle told me that he had a great experience. Staff was nice and respectful, area was calm and near the airport. He also enjoyed the breakfast.

Clean and friendly staff

The apartment was clean and spacious. Eduardo, our host was very attentive. The location was perfect for us. About a 15 minute walk to the beach. We had a very pleasant stay and I would stay here again anytime.

Affordable prices

This place is a dump. When we arrived, the staff was rude and unfriendly. As we inspected our room, my wife noticed they had not changed the bedding on the beds as the pillow cases had lipstick and hair on them. When we told the front desk, they sent a security guard to change the sheets. They advertised breakfast included, but that consisted of Nescafé coffee, two pieces of toast, and some fruit. Overall, it’s not a pleasant place to stay, even though it’s close to Tijuana airport.

The property was clean and simple; not fancy but conveniently located a d the staff was efficie t and helpful!

We stayed here because we needed to catch a flight and just needed a place to rest for a bit. So even though we were only here for a few hours it was still perfect. Everything worked in the room, water pressure was great in the shower, very spacious and comfy bed. And best part, less than 5 mins from airport. Would definitely stay again if ever needed.

Staff is friendly. Light breakfast is included. It's right under the flight path of the Airport and the soundproofing could get an upgrade so as to not hear the planes. Excellent value!
