This hotel is good and clean very quiet .Staff will provide toilet paper ,clean towels ,trash bags and cleaning if you want them to enter room.Has a restaurant first floor food is good .You need to leave a deposit of $200 mexican pesos thats about $10 when you arrive they will give to you when you check out the hotel the last day .The rooms are inside the building this hotel is safe recommend to stay here and prices are reasonable for stay at hotel and food at restaurant.

Clean, contemporary, and nice views from the top floor. Quiet during sleeping hours. Precessional and attentive staff. My stay was short and sweet!

The rooms are super clean, but the noise it rather loud from the hallways. Check-in was great but do know the SECURITY DEPOSIT is CASH ONLY! If you don’t have cash, go to an atm. For an overnight stay, this place was okay.

I didn't like that there was no ice machine in the facility. Also, no microwave or small fridge inside the room. AC was not cool enough.

Nice place for the price but the parking is very limited if you get there late you have to leave your car's keys at the counter so they can move it around when other cars need to leave, Also they start cleaning rooms at 9 am with very loud music if you want to stay at a place with no noise this is not your place. other than that very good.

Nice hotel . Staff were okay but not the friendliest . I requested extra pillows since my mom needs a couple to sleep . she experiences neck trauma as well as left arm . I called the reception and they told me “your room is basic so I can’t give you more than one” that was weird and random . I did pay a deposit so if i were to take any you can charge it . It was nice other than that but don’t think i would stay here again .

Made my reservation through Expedia, and the young lady at the counter charged us $100 US Dollars to stay the night. It was the middle of the night, in a foreign country, didn’t speak the language, running on 27 hours of no sleep. We would have paid ANYTHING just to sleep - and she knew it. Expedia will not refund stating the hotel is claiming we never requested or used our reservation. Thieves.

Hotel was clean, enough self parking... The only inconvenience was the flooring in the bathroom, was title. With any but of water, it's very dangers for elderly people.

There is a $20 cash deposit or 300 pesos no matter what, but returned when you bring back remotes for AC and TV.

El check in fue muy tardado. Había una pareja pidiendo facturas separadas y eso ocupó a la recepcionista. Había otra persona en la recepción pero no se ofreció a ayudarme con el check in. Tuve que esperar casi 10 minutos. No tienen botes de basura en la recepción

CASH DEPOSIT REQUIRED! ($20). I booked and paid in advance with my card, but they still ask for a refundable cash deposit because they give you the key card, and 2 remotes (tv/ac). Aside from that, the stay exceeded my expectations. Very quiet, even if the rooms aren't fully sound-proof. Very modern styled room. Seemed more luxurious than the more expensive basic hotels. Felt like an apartment complex. 3 minute walk to grocery store (Soriana) and also a taco stand that takes pesos or dollars. Quiet neighborhood with Uber Eats options. Almost an hour away from Rosarito Beach though, so very inland. Clean hotel and sharp. Hidden gem indeed. Will be returning, thank you!

What I loved about this property is that it was extremely clean, and close to everything. Being from the states it can be hard to navigate around different countries. But everything I need and wanted was in walking distance.

Staff was very friendly

This is a little gem nestled in a quiet neighborhood. Two doors down there is a small brewery where coffee, lattes and soft drinks are served as well. Their fries and burgers are very, very good actually for such a small place. The waiters and waitresses are very young, not particularly engageable but polite enough. They look like they are there to do a job and that's it. Irt's convenient because you can drink all you want and walk to your room. Down the street approaching Caliente Blvd. there is a Soriana and a bakery next to it. Across the street there are a shoe repair place, a corner garments alterations booth and a Raspados (shaved ice) stand which is excellent. If you're into tacos, there is a stand across the way from the alterations place. Ask for a room closest to the front of the prop. The ones in the rear are closer to a neighbor that has a dog which will start barking at a.m. :-) I've stayed at this place dozens of times over the last 6 or 7 years, it never disappoints.

The staff were excellent, helpful and patient. The stay was a basic room, although I had booked a "suite". Sheets were stained, the blankets need to be thicker, but the hotel itself was clean. Very walkable area

I like the rooms, they were clean. The beds were pretty hard though but for 1 night it was fine.

The only problem was that they don't have many rooms with windows to the outside. Most of the rooms have a windows that only opens to inside of the hotel, which is the hallway. I had to pay extra to get a room with window to the ouside view.

Hotel cancelled my 3 room reservations due to me checking in after 7pm. I called to request late check in. I was advised hotel policy is to check in by 7pm. Hotel does not honor Expedia reservation.

It was an okay hotel you get what you pay for. The man in the lobby Carlos was amazing and went above and beyond. Check in was easy although there was a lingering smell of drain in the hotel and the walls are very paper thin. I would possibly reconsider staying here again although I would ask for them to actually clean the sheets

The staff are nice y respectfully but room smells like dirty pipes, when we got ready to go sleep around 10:30 pm, I saw something moving in my husband bed and I wake him up I said is a roach moving, I run to restroom and got a pease of paper and it was a bed bug full of blood my husband went to talk to the night attendant lady's and ask is they can moved us to another room and they did it was cleaner than the other, only the blanket in one of bed was dirty, they move us from room 223 to 205. I guest this is the last time staying here, is sad because it use to be a nice and clean hotel.

It was a very convenient location for my needs and the best value in the area.

I’ve had stay at this place several times and the experience has been average leaning towards bad. Dirty sheets, leaking sink. They switched me to a new room, A/C in the second room didn’t work so I was moved again to a third room. I spent over an hour in the process of finally settling down. Kids running around the hallway area and noisy when trying to take a nap during the day. Parking was terrible since they don’t have enough space for all guest, blocking me 2 times and me blocking others( asked to do so by staff) and having to hand my keys to front desk so they can move it when needed. Staff was good this time but as a business I was disappointed. It may be my last time staying at this place unfortunately.

First day people talking in the hallway, kids running and screaming. Couldn’t have a quiet evening had to call the front office to let them know what was going on. Door to room has to be slammed shut when leaving, it will not self latch. Shower spills outside of shower leaving floor with a puddle of water.

This place never disappoints. It is a hidden gem with nice places to go nearby makes it an even better experience every time!!! Is a little noisy but other than that you're far away from all of the boulevard noise.

I have stayed in this prop. before. This is our first time post-pandemic. Check in was easy and seamless as always. The receptionist on Fri. evening was polite enough but not friendly at all. Sat. evening we found out there is a small brewery 2 doors down complete with a food trailer, tables, chairs and even parking. A plus to this property. We enjoyed it very much. Ask to never get room in rear, neighbor has 3 dogs who will wake you up at 7 a.m., every damn morning. The pillows will need to be replaced, they're as flat as tortillas. We requested two more which took 24 hours to arrive. I want to believe they were ordered made as soon as requested. The raspados (shaved ice) Soriana and Calimax markets always serve the purpose. Los Panchos restaurant, about 8 mins. from the hotel serves a pretty decent breakfast for the buck. Parking in rear comes with an attendant. Traffic has gotten markedly worse. Cops are pulling people over by the hands full these days. Watch out. Otherwise, a pretty successful trip.

The room was fine, but sheets were stain, and Staff not very friendly.

The key card did not work when I attempted to access the room. The hand towel was dingy and musty smelling. Upon leaving I forgot to return the remote to receive my $20.00 dollar deposit that is required and when retuning to the room to retrieve the remote, the keycard still had not been activated; Clerical staff did not apologize nor did they offer to retrieve the remote as it was their fault for not activating the keycard and having to return to the room to retrieve the remote a 2nd time.

Staff members are very un respectful and people from reception very rude, with a unprofessional attitude and bad service

Cooks, housekeeping and every other employee was very nice and kind.

No water cups no coffee to noise in hallways

Hotel dos not offer extra pillows or blankets. Blankets had stains and dirty. Small trash cans in the room and limited supplies ( shampoo, conditioner, towels).

I have stayed here before with no problem, the place is quiet and very near to a main street.
