Everything worked out well just missing a microwave, refrigerator and coffee machine. must wake up and drink my coffee

I booked 3 nights and the first night was fine then the second day it rained and we didn’t have power to use the TV, hairdryer or even charge our phones and no hot water. What really made me mad was the fact you put trust on the workers there to keep your stuff in your safe but one of the workers went in my room and went in my luggage to take a very expensive Dior elixir cologne that cost $250 dollars! I asked the front desk if anyone had gone inside and the only answer I got was they don’t go in unless told so. My cologne was in the top zipper of my luggage and we were gone all day and came back night before Christmas and it was gone. They had the nerve to go inside my room and go through my things and steal my expensive bottle of Dior cologne. That whole vacation from December 23-26 was awful! And trying to get to know the hotel and experiencing this with the worker is awful! If this is the management reading this please get your workers together and ask who took the Dior elixir cologne from room 23! Absolutely absurd!

The room are clean, the service is nice, but I needed internet. They had it, but it was limited data usage. It hard to do anything on the computer.

Staff was great. Only issue I have is that there was no hot water at Night to take a shower .

This is a perfect discount hotel. Its clean, the bed and air conditioning is fantastic and the staff are so nice and accommodating. I will definitely come back again anytime i come to tijuana. Thank you!!!

Bed was very old/soft. Shower leaked BADLY onto bathroom floor. Only SMALL open closet to store clothes. No dresser or nightstand. Only 3 SMALL shelves

Don’t do it! They will find a way to rob you for deposit at checkout! Also has bed bugs and I took the sheets off and found enough blood stains to conjugate a murder definitely happened here room 30

It was great in a great part of Tijuana with alot of restaurants and stores close my literally Tijuana's casino is like 5min away quiet safe place very helpful stafe was only suppose to stay Sunday thru Thursday and ended up staying 2 days extra will definitely be back soon

Good place to stay for it's relative central location and an affordable price. Unfortunately the staff was very rude at the arrival with a very low quality of costumer service, specifically the manager.

Old, need renew bathroom, bed and furniture, improve on cleanliness and disinfection, enable cafeteria service.

Una mejor actitud del joven en recepción sería mejor. Sus controles de TV genéricos claramente no sirven bien. Me gustó que tuvieran HBO en los canales de cable. Me resultó incómodo que retuvieran mi credencial además de un depósito durante la estancia. El depósito debería ser suficiente, quizá sacar copia de la credencial y ya. El hotel es básico pero no está mal, buena ubicación.

I love this with "antique" hotel. The staff is always amazing. The TV worked when it wanted to. This was super disappointing. The hotel is clean with a reception lobby open 24/7. Location of this hotel is near everything. CECUT, Gallaria a super up near shopping center with a Walmart Super Store, a block from "El pan nuestro" a spanish restaurant within a mall with banks, other eateries, OXOX/7/11, facial clinic, etc. night in the same parking lots a food truck is opened and yummy delights a ice cream, sweets and goodies, on the second level. The black buses run up and down the Blvd right at your door. A few short blocks away is the Grand (2 tower) Hotel with many medical, dentist and other stores and offices inside. Carl's Jr, Smart Find, Natural Health food Store, Homopathy Shop and across from Smart Find Grupo Unidad a church held in a old boxing arena. Fun!

Room was not very clean, mainly the floor. There was a stein on the sheets and sheets looked old and brownish. Towels look old and sort of yellowish. Wifi is ok. The water takes long time sometimes to heat up. The room overall had a particular and weird smell. I know it is a “economic” hotel/choice but they should charge less. Almost 60 dollars in that condition is a bit absurd.

Felt safe inside the property. No issues with the room, it was clean and spacious enough for the four of us.

Golf Hotel needs to be rated with a different set of expectations. Some people will be offended by the vintage condition and poor repair standards. However, considering the excellent location with bare minimum accommodations Hotel Golf best feature is its low cost and easy parking lot. If you must have an on-property restaurant, reliable Wi-Fi and large white towels you should pay 2 or 3 times more and get a more modern well maintained hotel.

NOTHING, my 90 year old father had to be lifted to a 2nd floor room that was dirty, cold, no blankets, bathroom was horrible, I left 1 day early, hotel did nothing to accomodate us. breakfast was non exsistent, we all became ill as a result of this cold, unsanitary room in the morning the managers were smoking on the balcony next to our room their smoke was actually coming into our room through a ill fitted door, the towels were put on the floor in the bathroom. the tub was filthy it was HORRIBLE

At 1:00AM, a next door room guest started to slam the walls, the manager came down, the guest kep on banging the walls, the police came down to take the person away. Terrible experience, cheap place, cheap guests.

The room was full of dust, the floor was so dusty that it seemed like it hadn't been cleaned for days, it had a musty smell, it was a horrible desk, it really wasn't comfortable at all, the wifi never came in and the TV was older. and the water is gone

The location is great, about a block from Estadio Caliente, racetrack, and casino. Other than that, the Queen sized bed was smaller than a double bed, the floor was filthy, and the towels were old, torn, and stained. Spend a few bucks on some new ones! And add more than 10 channels to the cable.

Good place to stay. Quiet and comfortable. TV was stuck on one channel. Staff was very courteous. Room was clean.

Do Not expect a Full functional Room with All the Amenities You are accustomed to. 1st Look at the price you are paying & Don't complain if You see something you don't like. It's clean! Good location! Friendly Staff! You get! What You pay for! Be Sensible to Non Working Things in the rooms. The staff tries to always please you or correct any Situation. I'm used to it! I like it!

Pleasant stay. Front counter staff was excellent. Room was the regular four walls plus bathroom, yet comfortable. Internet was great. I would stay here again.

The hotel did provide an excellent stay at a very reasonable price. The check-in process was very easy and the staff was very friendly. The room was clean and they did offer daily housekeeping. The checkout process was also very easy.

What I liked about golf hotel was the price, as well as a very nice setting, beings that it was walking distance to the Wal-Mart plaza as well as the local grocery store!! The bed was very comfortable, and so was one of the pillows the other one was a bit lumpy, but believe me everything was nice and clean.. all I'm saying is for the price you pay you get grade A service.. but if you're looking for a high-end motel where you have thick plush towels and everything is elegant then this probably is not the place for you... It's 4 those "commonfolk" 😁😁who are grateful for an affordable place to stay and a safe cozy place to sleep!!!

I didn’t like that my door didn’t close all the way, it didn’t lock. The walls were so thin I could hear all the downtown noises. The ceiling was falling apart and the place was dirty and unsanitary. The comforter was stained as well as the towels. The room had no heater and it was super cold for it being March. The room was tiny and the WiFi was very poor signal that I couldn’t get on it.

Many visitors have noted the lack of hot water in the am which is the time of day you need it. Simply buy a sun shower if you want hot water. In January it was cold without heaters; bring your own portable one, you'll need it. They charge only $12 a night so bring your own gear. It's basically like camping with 4 walls; arrive with the appropriate gear needed. Very clean rooms, personnel very willing to help you. it is now my familia mexicana.

Noisy due to traffic. In warmer weather ok, good for a couple of nights. Good location, but for the noise. Hotel in disrepair, towels anywhere else would be rags. Odd, decent quality toilet paper lol.

First of all there was no hot water running for 2 days.. Shower door was broken.. Closet was durty broken with no closet door.. Towels had stains on them..i will not return or recommend this place to anyone myself..

I always stay here but you really need to toss the sheets and covers. They have seen their best days. The cafe staff and Federico are great assets. The receptionists great. The room had long black hairs in the room and in the bathroom. Clean better and fix the lamp in room 17. It is hanging with tape.

Staff is great and food in the small cafe. My room was supposed to be a suite. It was freshly painted and a new cover/bed spread but number 21 is NOT a suite. The tv which didn’t work is TOO far up on the wall. The a/c unit actually had a hole in the wall that opened directly onto the street from which cold air and street/traffic noise came in. There is no phone in the room and despite the rain the hotel had NO water for a night and day.

the hotel looks old the bedsheets look worn and dirt, horrible very hard mattresses, hairs on the floor, the day after cleaning left the same sheets and towels, just the customer service are nice, I do not recommend unpleasant place

Check in clerk was rude, room was small, dirty and falling apart. A/C didn’t work and neither did the TV. Bedspread looked as if it has never ever been washed and the walls! Filthy!! Drug deals going on right outside my dirty window and hoodlums begin to gather as it got darker. It was $22 a night and it would be a case of you get what you pay for but there are other motels in Tijuana that price but much cleaner and safer. Complained to rude clerk and she calmly stated if we wanted a clean room we could pay extra. Left that place and found another. It wasn’t close to where we needed to be. But it was way better than where we were.

No AC, stains and cigarrete burns on bed spread, bedsheet old and transparent, fayed towels, Mold smell, old tv signal went in and out, not easy to find due to degraded signs, electrical socket not seated or secured properly. forced myself to spend one of the two nights we booked. This Motel is not even worth the cheap price we paid. Do yourself a favor pay an extra 20 bucks a night for something way better than this.

Location great staff great. Nice that you are getting newer beds. Older ones are hard to rest on. Doors need locks. Room paint. The night shift girls need to not rent to boyfriends they then sleep with. Boyfriends need not to hang around the office they prevent the girls from doing their job.

I come to tijuana to visit my friends there and take care of some business in san Diego.

not even a cap or glass available...staff is great but property is old and it looks no future plans for remodeling, how ever for the price is is great
