Pague un día Extra en mostrador de la oficina el día que llegue. Al día siguiente de mala gana me sacaron. Después de clarificar todo . Me reembolsaron lo que pagué pero no olvido ese mal momento.

I finally got a room where I could sleep through the night, without hearing all the noise in the yard, from guest coming late and gathering to smoke, talk, laugh without respect to the other guest already sleeping and resting. By the way the room I got this time is in the second floor, not around the yard.

My reservation was for King Size bed but they said it's not available and room is occupied and gave me twin bed. Receptionist Mitchell doesn't know about the Expedia policy. New manager has attitude issue and not compassionate to handle your difficulties and won't allow late check-out.

No respetaron mi reservación y me enviaron a otro hotel de menor calidad. Aunque estaba limpio y el personal fue muy atento y amable, no es grato saber que por gusto de los administradores del hotel lo envíen a uno a otro lado sin pedir mi consentimiento.

TERRIBLE. EL PERSONAL DE RECEPCIÓN Y DE LIMPIEZA ES GROSERO. Es un claro ejemplo de una pésima atención al cliente. Habitaciones sucias, persona de límpieza grosera que no bien su trabajo y si vas a pedir algo a recepción el servicio está PEOR. una chica que solo está sentada sin hacer nada y con mala cara. MALO MUY MALO.

The room was super clean. The door was not all seal and people smoking outside on the patio, all the smoke coming to you room. Plus I get bitten by bugs in the bed. Not sure if it is all rooms or just my bed.

The hotel was a mess no soap nothing! The customer service sucks the front desk was more busy with her phone than to help us! Our TV was not working and they change room at 11 when they could had changed us a long time ago when we checked in. Then in the morning when I checked out I tried to make a proper complain and the front desk lady told me welcome to Mexico I can not complain and my complain is not valid and that this is not United States! Really then why pay for a hotel that won't accomodate you. That hotel was terrible and I wish I can get my money back

We stayed for 10 nights, and the location was awesome, just near the strip. The staff was super friendly from the moment we arrived. The rooms were clean, and I have no complaints. I'll definitely book again in the future!

El primer día morimos de frío porque no nos percatamos que la ventana estaba abierta (estaba cubierta, por lo que no podía verse), pero luego solicitamos una cobija y al segundo día mejoró. Hay mucho ruido por la noche en fin de semana por los antros cercanos, pero entendemos que eso es externo al hotel. Tiene muchos establecimientos cerca (restaurantes, OXXO, farmacia) lo que lo hace una excelente opción; sin duda regresaríamos. :)

En general el hotel está bien mantenido. Sin embargo, no había ni una cobija en la habitación a pesar del frío que hubo esos días en Tijuana. Tampoco había agua para beber en la habitación. Las empleadas de recepción son amables y bien dispuestas a ayudar.
