The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was helpful and kind. The location was right next to the freeway - our window was facing the busy freeway. The toilet had very weak water pressure and didn’t flush the contents down well. The ice machine didn’t work on our floor.

We love this hotel!! We come 3-4 times a year and we always stay here. Yesterday we got here earlier than check in time. The check in staff were very nice and kind. They allowed us to check in early. We know a couple of people for their names. They’re very attentive! Especially the servers. We love the breakfast buffet.

I had been 3 times in that location. Previously I had great experience. Last friday the people in reception make me so angry. I made reservation. I has some issue on the way to Tijuana from Chula vista California. I call around 5pm that I was going late. The lady in reception that took my call said to me that My reservation was cancel. The reason was that my phone was us phone +619 772-0317 she was not able to call !! So she decided to cancel my reservation incredible reply. I was upset complaining and she hang up on me . She destroy me previously staying. The people in reception.

Last minute booking and price was great. The room was very spacious and cozy. The main reason we were there was because of there spa . Vita spa hands down is a 100/10 . Defenetly going back soon.

The check in is at 3pm.we got there at 4. We had to wait for a room to be ready. There were a lot of people waiting for their room. They checked us in the room almost 7pm.

Horrible customer service, we were waiting in line to get our room and the front desk employee instead of calling us forward he went on his phone. I had to go and ask him if he can assist us. No sense of urgency. Will definitely not be coming back here for business or personal.

We decided to stay at this property because of its proximity to the Caliente stadium where we were going to see a concert. It is a very nice property, with great amenities. Our only complaint is that the ice makers were inoperable throughout the facility during our stay. One ice maker is understandable; but all of the ice makers being out of service was disappointing.
