Breakfast was good. Location was close to many restaurants and doctor offices. Room and bathroom looked very clean! Room smelled like dirty socks when you walked in. Might just have been the room because the rest of the hotel smelled clean.

The location was great, near the border and close to where I needed to be. Felt safe enough to walk to near by shopping and food areas. The free breakfast was suprisingly good! We enjoyed a chilaquiles bar, juices, americano coffee and the traditional frut and yogurt options plus pan dulce and bagels. For my personal prefrence the pillows seemed oddly small, about half the size of a regular pillow. But then again I am a pillow person. I'm sure I could've requested a couple more but I was only staying 1 night. I would stay there again and recommend the place if you are planning to be in Zona Rio or near the border crossing.

Everything was good, I will suggested if anybody is staying at the hotel and it is its the birthday of that person a least say happy Birthday will be nice to hear that, Like I say its just suggestion.......I was there Saturday wich was my birthday and the building cross the street say Happy Birthday I don't know was a coincidence but it was nice to see that from the window of my room...

Could hear the noise and conversation all night from the room next door. Also, the bathroom floor was dirty. Shower had gross stains and dirty corners. Counters were cracked in two different places. 401 is not the room to be in if you want sleep. Right next to the stairs.

The property is located in an area out of the busier parts of TJ. Parking does fill up quick and there are a very limited amount of parking spaces underground in the building next door. If you don’t get one of those, you’re stuck out on the street. The rooms are VERY basic but are extremely clean. The staff I encountered at check in were very professional and helpful.

I've been staying here for years it been my go too spot for what seems like forever the Room was clean and staff was great but my room had no hot water when I showered I was running late and didn't bother letting anyone know so I just bit the bullet on a ice shower.

The beds are low quality and very hard. The bedding is cheap and old. The pillows feel like they’re from the dollar store. The showerheads are garbage. undrinkableCoffee is a crime against your guests.
