It was close to the main spots in the city. We found later o early during the day people smoking on the hotel. We didn't see them but we knew some people we're doing that due to the odor coming thru the door. Also they were noisy talking or laughing after 9 pm. The Continental breakfast was short in options. We didn't enjoy it we were expecting someone else serving the food for us.

The Staff was wonderful. Check-In and Check Out process came with excellent customer service. My room did not look like any of the pictured ones. It looked rather outdates. The bed itself seemed uneven, it felt as though I would keep rolling to one side while sleeping. Toilet water pressure was weak, would have to flush 3-4 times.

I liked the proximity to Avenida Revolucion without being in the chaos The room didn’t look like it did in the pictures. It looked more like a hospital.

Restroom has tiles, easier to keep it clean. Location. Hot good shower. No mattress protector AT ALL, just sheets, hotel needs mattresses protector or at least a sheet with elastic to keep sheets tucked. Toilet had hard water stain, small parking lot, no door stainless steel sliding door lock on top. No elevators for people with disabilities. There was hair on bed before I laying down. Mattress had stains.

The most valuable aspect of Hotel ? Aqua Rio, is definitely the staff and the associates, always willing to help Respectfully EPB

The room was very filthy, found several hairs on my pillow and bed as soon as i got there. Several moldy spots on the bed as well. Smelled strange and the shower head was full of white mold growing out of it that left the water feeling slimy and unsanitary. Also super cheap towels that wont dry anything. The staff were very nice though. Just seriously lacking in sanitary department.

The water that can out of the sink & toilet was brown and shower only stayed warm for 5 mins then got cold. Breakfast could have a bit more variety. Parking was really tight. It was ok for the price.

This was a really nice hotel in Tijuana. Everybody spoke English the service was excellent the restaurant was decent for Mexico and I would go there again.

The price on line for the room was 68. Dollars. And when i arrived the hotel displays a room fee for 57. Includig tax and all other charges. Sadly i was over charge by hotels.com

The rooms, though a bit worn, are comfortable and clean. The location is very conveniently located near loads of shopping and dining options. The neighborhood may look a bit rough around the edges, but it's filled with kind people, great food, and decent shopping.

The room I received vs what was advertised wasn't quite accurate, but I was only there one night so I wasn't upset in the slightest. It was a clean and comfortable room, the staff was very friendly, and it's super conveniently located. There's dozens of restaurants within a few blocks, a number of banking options, a supermarket just down the road, and a small city park on the same block. I'm staying there again tomorrow and I have no regrets

Very bad customer service , the AC of the room was leaking and water was on the floor and un safe , the window of the room was open permanently due to a broken handle , the lighting was defaulted to a super bright mode ..we addressed all issues to the manager on duty and requested another room but they denied that , we couldn't sleep all night , next morning we asked for refund or credit but they denied that too ... Overl all the worst hotel in Tijuana , no one speaks English here that's why they are taking advantage of customers... This hotel should be closed due to its unlowful violation... DON'T STAY HERE PLEASE!!!

I found this property very clean for the price, however here are a few comments & suggestions. The pillows were too large & uncomfortable after a while. They hurt my neck & kept me awake most of the night. The sink counter is too high & you have to be almost 6 ft to comfortably use the sink. This is because Mexico doesn't follow the same US ADA codes. Also the AC wast rattling too high at the highest setting of the fan. The TV channel changing was also too slow. Overall can't complain much for the price.

Low rate that can rate as a motel ... too much echoing and room size is exaggerated. Noises from rooms on either size can be heard up until 1 am. Price is too high atb109 a night. Nvever come back.. breakfast is terrible.

Just a 3 star hotel that can be 2 1/2 location is not to bad. If you want to save for overnight stay and leave early that’s fine. Breakfast start at 8 am that is a little inconvenience I think, should be at 7. I end going having breakfast somewhere

When I booked this hotel, I ignored the fact that it had no pictures of the “Cosmo” room I chose. Mind you, it was the cheapest room available. It did not have a closet for your clothes and the chair that was in the room was a torn up, chocolate colored, faux leather fabric. In conclusion, I had $9 dollars stolen from me and and my fiancé, whom I was visiting had 15 pesos stolen from him.

The A/C was leaking. All of my stuff got wet. It was loud. There was a stain on my sheet, the TV did not work, etc. I paid for 2 days, and I could not stay only 5 hours. Wasted money!

It was too small , parking was too small too. Didn’t have a mirror to. Get ready

Bad experience with next door neighbors. Loud noises at all times, loud tv non stopping and smoking inside of rooms next to ours. A total nightmare

The unit was infested with roaches. The room smell was unbearable - smelled like Raid or whatever they’d been spraying for bugs. The smell stayed penetrated in our clothes and belongings. The mattresses and sheets were disgusting (found a dead roach on one of the beds between the sheets). I asked for a refund and was denied because I had already been in the unit for about 4 hours - didn’t know there were roaches until then; saw them scatter when we turned the like on to go to the bathroom. Was told they couldn’t do anything about it (as the receptionist tried to spray the room with more bug spray) as they were out of rooms. First and last time staying here. Saw they had good reviews before reserving - not sure how honestly.

Honestly what made it great was the staff I love the ladies working there so nice. Everything around the hotel is local you can walk to club restaurants and pharmacy is next to it. Wow what a great place the breakfast was good for continental breakfast. They can order you taxi there or help you get tickets and what not! Just a great place!

My multiple messages into the hotel went unanswered. I was tricked by their pictures into thinking that I would have a bath tub, but the rooms do not have bath tubs. Pictures are deceiving and meant to trick guests into thinking they're getting more than they are.

I recently stayed here & I appreciated the cleanliness & the ac in the room. I also loved tge Friendly staff everyone was nice. The only thing I didnt like was parking it was too small & made us park in the back. Other than that it was affordable,& free breakfast !!!!

The location was ok. There are some hidden rules that the hotel only tells you after you checkin, about having guests etc. The hallways have a big echo effect. People regularly talk loud and play music in the hallways and it echoes, so not the quietest place. The contental breakfast was good.

The hotel staff is not leanent at all. When my flight was canceled and I could not get to town the day of my hotel arrangement, rather than ensuring that they had a customer for the next night and booking me for the next day, they took my money and told me I had to pay in full to rebook again.

Around area dirty street...

Overall, a decent place for a quick stay like a layover or in between plans. Only issue I had is that the booking was unable to be retrieved by the front desk person. Then there was miscommunication between the front desk person and their boss. I had to go downstairs after settling in to handle the matter. Hotels.com = Expedia on their end and the boss was able to find that my reservation was indeed paid for ahead of my arrival on hotels.com. Somehow the front desk person communicated that the booking was not coming up on the hotels website. The front desk clearly understood hotels.com as we went over it twice (in Spanish). Print your receipt and the statement or the page on your credit card showing the payment if you can.

This place is clean with great staff and service. I always feel safe and welcome. Free breakfast and coffee as well as free water bottles every day. The cleaning staff does a great job.
