This hotel is amazing. This is my 2nd time staying here and I can say this hotel did not disappoint. The room is very clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly. Everyone greets with a smile. Lovely place, would stay again.

Location was great. the bed was so comfortable and our room was so clean. The front desk staff was amazing. Breakfast was good and I was so impressed by the coffee.

Breakfast was OK. The scrambled eggs were too moist. The locations was good. Friends told us they liked the place but we were disappointed Breakfast could have been better. There was NO wifi. I would get one dot of coverage but then it would go out. Unusable. My side of the king bed was like I was in a ditch. It was noisy. The only thing I can think of, is we were in the last room on the first floor and it could have been people going in and out of the door. But I can't believe we could hear it all through the night. The hotel was not crowded.

It was good. Very good variety of food & drinks. The food was hot and plentiful. My door key would not stay activated. Someone from the front desk had to re-activate my key several times a day and night. Maintenance finally changed the lock on the door the morning of checkout. Also, the lights above the bed and TV do not have a visible switch to turn them on and off. I had to walk down to the front desk to get the employee on duty at 2:00 a.m. to show me where the switch was. Also, the switch for the small wall lamps beside the bed is located behind the lamp shades. There are NO PHONES in the rooms, so one has to walk to the front desk for service.

I called 3 hours before arrival to point out that we were traveling with kids and needed sheets for sleeper sofa. Said it again at check-in. Was told go to room, if sheets aren’t there we will get them for you. Had to call desk to ask for them. But young lady was pleasant and brought extra towels as well.

While our room was super clean and beds comfy, the cloth shower curtain wrecked of mold. Easy to fix by washing them in vinegar and dried completely. Check was fast and easy, check out… well let’s say if we were there to rob the place … we could have… myself and another guest tried to check out on Sunday AM but no one came to the front desk. We just left. At 10:15 5 employees in uniforms came streaming in. Really. Breakfast eggs were fake and burned. I had a bagel instead. The coffee was good and hot!!

Clean and decent place to stay while traveling through. Our room was available when we got in and check in was easy. The AC had been left off so the room was warm when we arrived. It cooled down fast but the unit was rather noisy. Breakfast had plenty of options and got us going for the day. Would stay here again.

This hotel was in a good location near the highway for my 1 night stay. I was put on the 1st floor which had a pet smell, so I requested a non-pet room and was moved to the 3rd floor which was a lot better. The room was big and bed was comfy.

I loved this hotel. My only comment is if you stay here, make sure you ask for a room that is NOT facing I95. It can be quite noisy at night. Otherwise, I was well pleased. Even the breakfast in the morning had a really nice selection.

This HoldayInnExpress is outstanding. Very close to friends home we visited on our trip. Friendly competent staff, very clean, great variety at free beakfast, easy checkin and checkout during Christmas trip.

Definitely seems like an older hotel transformed into a holiday inn express-combo of new stuff and old. Love the Dove products and the breakfast was delicious and the breakfast area super clean and stocked. The biscuits and cinnamon rolls are to die for!

When I'm traveling and need a place to stay over, this is just the kind of place I'm looking for...no frills, just clean, nice staff and they had a nice selection of breakfast items if you want to take advantage of that.

Booked for five people. Only had three towels and no bedding for the sofa bed. Called front desk and they couldn’t bring them up. Had to go down to get them.
