Breakfast operations at the Italian restaurant are not up to standard. Even a simple order like water can take up to 15 minutes to be served, despite the lack of a busy crowd. The front desk staff, both during the day and at night, do not provide the level of assistance expected. It appears that they lack the passion required for their roles.

The hotel was amazing. The elevator hallway feels like a museum, room was very clean and luxury. The blackout curtains work very well, we even slept in past checkout and the staff was very understanding and polite.

We had a wonderful stay! Super clean! Bed is super comfortable! The hotel Smelled so good! Absolutely no problems with the parking garage. I would highly recommend this location.

The rooms were very clean. The concierge staff was very accommodating especially Angie Koskowvich. We did not use the pool however it did look beautiful. Breakfast was expensive with a non-traditional menu. I would not recommend the breakfast.

I am a single business traveler. I arrived and noticed the 12th floor window was broken. I rushed to my meeting - arrived back late at night - slept - left. The next day after check out they charged me 800.oo for a broken window. When I called to dispute it they said that I should have told them about it when i checked in because otherwise they assume I broke it. Not sure how a single female biz traveler breaks a 12th story window. They were also very rude. Stay anywhere but here in the Woodlands. Just a shabby property. Terrible experience.

We always love staying at The Westin At The Woodlands! We were in town for the Dave Matthew’s Band concert and it was so nice to walk along the water to and from the venue. We had a double queen room on the 7th floor and we never heard any other people while inside our room. One thing I would like to see improved however is the water pressure..

The rooms where clean and the staff was excellent to work with. I would recommend this hotel if you're staying in the Woodlands.

The location for Ironman Texas. The room size and the shower. The quality of the bed. The food and service at breakfast and at dinner on one evening. The pool and deck on the second floor. The cold water dispenser on the lowest floor. There was a gross miscommunication between the reception staff and the restaurant staff which resulted in us receiving extremely poor service. Then, when we checked out we were told our bike box could not be stored. Not only is this different to any other hotel we have stayed in it, we were effectively lied to as the hotel was already storing someone else’s bike box.

The hotel overall is pretty nice, but the lighting in the room is quite dim (my wife hated the bathroom, said makeup was difficult to do because of the poor lighting). The walls between rooms are a little thin so you can easily hear activity in the adjoining rooms. Mostly the night club right across the street blasting music until 2 AM made it so that it was not a relaxing night at all.

Fixing it takes 10 minutes. Also I noticed the wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling at the corners above the door.

Everything about our stay was AMAZING.

The lobby is perhaps the best part. In my room, the sink was a bit dirty and there were fingerprints on everything metallic and shiny. The shower and toilet were very clean. The carpet was very worn and should have been replaced years ago. The duvet covers were super heavy. I have no idea how anyone could sleep under that. The sheets. Oh dear. Every sheet and pillowcase had worn out holes in them and some looked like a motorcycle ran them over (they must have been cooked to death in the dryer). The sheets were also very short. They barely covered the blanket but they were super white. The blanket was weird. Sort of 1970’s, made of synthetic/polyester. Because of this, if you accidentally pulled the blanket out from the platform, it would slide down off the bed. So, you have to keep the outer edges tucked in and squeeze yourself under when you go to bed otherwise you end up freezing due to the blanket falling off. That was really frustrating. The towels… if you need a workout and a deep exfoliation, you’re in luck. The towels were so incredibly heavy, made of a sandpaper-textured terry cloth. Not. Soft. At all. I have to say the air conditioner was amazing. It was so quiet. Any noise is a problem for me, and I had no issues with the a/c. That was its saving grace. The staff were really helpful and nice. No complaints at all there. For a “luxury” hotel, I expected much more.

Disappointing stay. Room was ok and typical Westin but bars next door were loud until 2am. Garbage in hallways and pool area was never cleaned up. Surprise destination fee of $25 plus tax… asked for a late check out (Marriott silver status) and the hotel wanted $65. Guess loyalty programs mean nothing. Will not stay again.

The room was Modern and Clean. The hotel is touching the waterway witch restaurants and bars in very close walking distance. The parking is in another building and the walk through the rain isn't pleasant.

The location was excellent. The staff was very caring and supportive of handicap and handy capable people. The staff made you feel like you were home. Was supposed to get breakfast, and the breakfast was not given and the one they offered wasn’t worthy

We were delayed over an hour and a half getting into our room. This was very frustrating and inconvenient. We were late arriving for dinner with friends. Additionally, the pillows were uncomfortable, and the toilet paper was similar to tissue paper, feeling rough.

One area for improvement would be updating the technology. There are only USB charging ports, and I have a USB-C port. I have an adapter, but I forgot to bring it with me. Overall, I had a wonderful time at this hotel and would definitely stay again. I highly recommend it!

We were very pleasantly surprised about the location of this hotel, the conduit and cleanliness. The staff were very good. The Front Office director of the hotel, Mr. Ghadiri was very hospitable and in a very timely manner addressed our reservation issue as well as our parking issue. We will definitely go back to this hotel.

Pool is nice. Bed size, supposedly King bed, was not king bed. And when we asked the staff, he smuggishly implied that we dont know the size of a king bed. Honey, we know king bed and cali king bed, we measure the bed width and it is less than 70 inches. My BF is 6 feet 1 and i notice his legs are just barely fit, so the length isnot even 80 inches as king bed should be.

I booked king size bed, but it looks like a queen bed, when we asked the staffs, they responded it very rude, we know how big are king size or queen size beds are. But maybe special “westin king size beds” are different. Elevators are super dirty and stink. Most importantly its over priced!!

The Westin at the Woodlands was a romantic and relaxing experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The service was wonderful. We enjoyed the free trolley rides that allowed you to enjoy all the shops, events, and restaurants that were throughout the area. The hotel’s restaurant, food, and staff were very appealing. We enjoyed our stay as we celebrated our anniversary. Thanks to all the staff!

Dulce, front desk staff at this location was especially accommodating. She gave us a free upgrade to a room with a view then her manager followed up to be sure we had late check out. We felt like they were treating us with such care. It was a truly wonderful stay. All of the staff went above and beyond at this location. We will be back.

Parking is a complete rip off, Breakfast isn't included...Not happy with it!

So we took the room… and wow, was it noisy. There was pounding, furniture shaking music from the clubs next door until 2am. We were given ear plugs, but the music was easily heard through them. In addition, we had to hunt down someone to clean our room, even though we left our clean request light on for hours. I would not stay here again, at least not over a weekend in the summer. The view for sunset was nice from the balcony, but the noise and poor service unfortunately overshadowed any room highlight.

Beautiful hotel! It felt so safe and clean. Our girls loved the pool! It was awesome. We ordered to go from the Italian restaurant downstairs and sat by the fire next to the pool, ate our food drank a good glass of wine. Our room was a corner queen with many windows. We got to see the colorful fountains lit up at night. Great experience. Don’t forget to try the Mexican restaurant next door :)

Overall not worth more than 2 stars. In fact not sure even why this hotel costs this much. I paid extra for a corner room that I did not get. Upon check in the receptionist was EXTREMELY rude. Not a single smile from him. Not even a welcome or hello. We were up in the 8th floor and the music and noise was so loud. Not a good hotel for family or for children. My room was so dusty. There were hairs in my bedding. We are bonvoy members and we didn’t even get a complimentary water. Very disappointed. Will not stay there again

We did enjoy our stay, however there are a couple of bars that stay open late and you can hear the music while trying to sleep. Just keep that in mind but other than that it was great.

Escalators did not work during our stay. Check out process involved dropping room keys in basket on our way out the door, however, you must have your key to exit the parking garage. Garage is not attached to the hotel. It was raining. I called the front desk from the parking garage and had to walk back to the hotel, in the rain, and get a new key to exit the garage… Unfortunate experience.

We have stayed at The Westin Hotel on several occasions this year. Each time we had a very positive experience and discover something new in the area. They have many excellent dining and shopping options located near the Hotel and several within walking distance. We will be staying again in the near future.

The staff are very helpful and always exceed my expectations. The food is spectacular at Sorriso.

My husband and I have been going to the hotel since 2018 for a convenient staycation! The hotel always clean and the staff is very friendly. We will continue selecting this hotel when we have date weekends.

Great place to stay if you are wanting to shop and have night life options.

Nice area to go on walks, pet friendly and nice restaurants within walking distance. It can be noisy in the evenings as there is a bar / nightclub adjoining the hotel. They have earplugs in the room if that’s any indication…but the noise didn’t bother me. Great hotel and location, my preferred hotel in the Woodlands
