When we checked in the staff had a very unpleasant attitude. The lid on the toilet was dirty. We had no TV remote in our room. They brought us one that didn’t work and when we called for a second remote, we had to call and ask for it again because they never brought it. Would not be staying here again.

Everything was really good. However two different days on the breakfast there were items that ran out. One day was the sausage and next day eggs. Three of the four days we stayed there were no juice glasses. The cleaning staff was very helpful.

Front desk agent was incredibly rude. Luckily, the supervisor on duty was there. Wanted to charge $10 for parking. No prior notice. Also, booked for two nights. Couldn't make it first night, though already paid. Contacted front desk and explained delay. No issues... Supposedly. When I arrived on second night, they told me the reservation was canceled. Then charged me for full rate for second night, more than what was originally booked. Breakfast was horrible. Powdered eggs, undercooked link sausage, cold potatoes. Coffee had coffee granuals in every cup. Another guest asked for more coffee at 8am and was told by staff that there was no more coffee. Room temperature, though set to 67 never reached anything but 74 degrees. Mold in the shower above the shampoo dispenser. Pleather ottoman was totally peeling and a visual eyesore. Incredibly disappointing property. I'll not be back.

I immediately requested a call from management, but no one ever followed up. I was informed there was no manager available on the weekends, and despite my request, my concerns were never addressed. The lack of response and accountability from management was very disappointing. I expected a safer environment, better enforcement of hotel policies, and improved customer service. I would not recommend staying here based on my experience.

I had a pleasant check-in and check-out. The staff was very friendly. The room was clean. The only issue I had was that the tub was slow to drain, so it filled up while showering.

This is a nice place to stay, but right on the interstate, so there is a great deal of traffic noise.

The hotel is a a very good area, but it very old and outdated, The A/C in my room didn’t work I have to switch room at 1am, also my friend found a big flying cockroach in her room. Breakfast was ok. There was a black lady very rude in front desk. Is not a nice hotel, but the area is very nice. Since I was never there I only slept I wasn’t too stressed out about it. But I don’t think I will stay there again.

My husband and I stayed here for a night. Everything was good and my only complaint was the water pressure for the shower. It took so long to shower due to little water pressure.

Breakfast was delicious, nothing crazy but fulfilling. Eggs, potatoes,sausage, biscuits and gravy, cereal, yogurts, juices, etc. Very comfortable. Ac made a slight noise but once I was asleep I didn't hear it.

Breakfast was OK. It could have been better I didn't like the receptionist attitude when I went to ask for clean towels. The water fountain looked pathetic.

While the missing breakfast item was a concern, the employee's conduct was even more concerning and the manner in which the situation was handled was unacceptable. I believe guests should be able to raise concerns without being subjected to hostile or abusive behavior by hotel employees of the Heritage inn. They did not exhibit warm and friendly service here and lacked communication as well as problem solving skills. Due to the negative impact this experience had on my stay, I will never go back there again! I would reconsider staying here.

The pool would be nice for kids and was half covered and half uncovered. They provided free breakfast. The room was clean enough. The corners of the tiled floors were dirty. The headboards were worn and falling apart. The bathroom door handle was broken. The breakfast was not good nor did they ever vary it. There was hair in the bathroom when I first checked in.

Convenient location, the room was clean. I booked and prepaid for a king suite room, as we needed the extra space to accommodate a person with a leg injury. On the day of check-in, the hotel staff placed us in a regular, small-sized room instead. After speaking with both the hotel staff and the customer support hotline, we were simply told that there were no available rooms in the category that I had booked and prepaid for two months in advance. After spending more than half an hour trying to resolve the issue and obtain the room I had paid for (mind you this was an event night, and we were already late for our planned activities), there was no apology, no proposed resolution, and no meaningful response. All we had was complete disregard from both the hotel staff and support team. I also contacted Booking support through my Genius tier, but they failed to resolve the situation or follow up with any resolution options. I am deeply disappointed with this level of service and would strongly recommend choosing another hotel.

This hotel was a great choice for the price and located close to a veriety of restaurants and retail shopping.

What could’ve been an enjoyable stay ended up being a bad choice of hotel, due to bad house keeping. We found someone else’s socks under the sheets.

the deluxe suite w king bed room was a lot smaller than the pictures shown so it was difficult to put down all of our luggage and infant crib leaving no room to walk but overall it was a good experience:) the breakfast was good, cribs offered, popcorn, water and coffee available for free, friendly staff and great location !!!

The girl at the front desk was very nice and welcoming. Unfortunately that’s the only positive thing I have to share. The hotel is very dingy and has a musty smell in the room. The ‘guest pantry’ where you can buy snacks and drinks is basically empty. The phone in our room had no cord and was unusable. The shower head was on a bar to move it up and down but kept slipping to the lowest position. The beds were old, headboard leathery fabric was peeling and cracking. I went to get a luggage cart as we were leaving and the only two they had were being used by the cleaning staff to haul trash and buckets around. I would not recommend this location or ever stay here again.

☹️the room condition is old, when open door to the room, a strong smell of chlorine came to face. Shower head is kind of old so water flow is not strong enough. Overall it is an ok stay, the price is lower than other hotels generally for a reason.

Check in was fast, A/C did not work in first room, was moved to another with no hassle...A/C in second room worked but was loud, bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was mediocre at best...no waffles or pancakes, apple juice didn't work till the last day of stay, no milk for 2 days but yet still put out cereal, tried the eggs the first day and they were wet and mushy, only one toaster available for a 7 story hotel that is not acceptable.....for the price it is a decent hotel....

Great older hotel in a wonderful location. Easy access from hwy 45. Close to a ton of shopping and food options. Only complaint my family had was that the breakfast and coffee didn't start until 7 and we had to be out of hotel before then due to sports tournament scheduling. Needs to be coffee brewing way earlier than 7am and would be awesome to have the grab and go options available for those having to leave early but needs something to eat. Also, water pressure during showers was super low which is very disappointing after a long day at the ball fields. Overall super happy with the stay. Will stay again, and would recommend, especially for a good price!

That being said, it is still a great location if attending a concert or needing a room close to the hospital. Additionally, it is reasonably priced and clean. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. We did not have the complimentary breakfast. I would not hesitate to stay here again, but will be mindful of the condition in coming years.

Pool and hot tub looked clean which was awesome. Beds were ok, just shook a lot so you feel every movement of your sleeping partner which was not great. Breakfast was ok but they ran out of coffee pretty early. Someone told the attendant and she just kind of never came back to make more. After 15 minutes of waiting for coffee we left so that was the biggest bummer of our one night stay was no coffee except decaf available. Overall the stay was fine.

The room was spacious and clean. This was the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept on! The breakfast was fresh and yummy.

The property was clean , landscape was nice , Brittany the front desk associate was very helpful. The breakfast and coffee was decent. I was very happy to see the flavored coffee cream. Unfortunately, our room wasn’t ready on time. There was not enough towels for two people to shower. We had to go to the front desk to get the towels. The food could have been better with some fresh options and have more of a variety to choose from.

Nothing fancy, your basic family or business hotel, but everything worked....well the AC unit was a bit noisy, enough so that I turned it off to sleep. But in general is served my purpose, was close to where I was visiting with family.

The staff was super helpful, especially for a late-night check in at the front desk. Breakfast was above average with several protein and carbohydrate options. And the room was very quiet! For my next trip to The Woodlands, I will definitely return to this hotel.

I’ve stayed here many times when attending concerts so I know that the property, breakfast and amenities are great so I want to talk about the staff - one in particular. Sam was on night duty when my inebriated crew came in. He was very accommodating and patient and even called me when 4 credit cards were left in one of our rooms. He went over and beyond with his professionalism and hospitality. He held the cards until I could return (for another concert) later in the week.

Coffe drinkers beware! The location is great. It's nestled away from most everything. There is a nice Greek/Med restaurant, Niko Niko's in the parking lot. There is highway noise as it is near freeway and frontage road. I would give it 5 star but 2 things kept it back. The coffee is terrible. And the coffee cups are worse. The cups are "echo friendly" and begin deteriorating as soon as the coffee goes in. So I quickly downed bad hot coffee each morning. I had to get good coffee later. I'll go some where different next time. Coffee is the most important meal of the day and I would rather pay 20 bucks more a night for a good coffee experience.

My son and I stayed in a one bedroom king deluxe suite very spacious. It felt more like an apartment than a hotel. The hotel is very clean. The Jacuzzi and pool were extremely nice. The breakfast was hot and fresh and well stopped. Staff was very friendly, the popcorn that they keep hot and fresh in the Downstairs front desk area is a plus! Delicious! I’ve never stayed in a hotel that offered that so that was definitely nice! My son really enjoyed the hands-free pancake maker. Housekeeping was amazing every day when we returned we had fresh towels. The room was always tidied up. I have zero complaints and in the future I would definitely stay here. My son and I were only gonna be here for one day while waiting for our move-in to our new home. There has been a delay with our move-in process so we have been completely happy to stay here for the extra time needed. Highly recommend this place and in the future we will definitely come here when we are looking or needing somewhere to stay. No complaints at all. This place was excellent.

My son and I stayed in a one bedroom king suite it was very spacious felt more like an apartment than a hotel. Beautiful hotel the breakfast was great very cool hands-free pancake maker and popcorn that is served at the front desk is so delicious. They have salted caramel ranch and garlic Parmesan seasonings to add to it so good and a nice touch that I haven’t seen any other Hotel do. Location is perfect. It’s literally walking distance from the Woodlands mall would definitely stay here again No complaints

Easy access to this property off I-45. Our room had only hot water in the shower. We could not adjust it to add cold water, so it was rather warm but bearable. Also only had 1 set of hand towel and washcloth for 2 of us. But the room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was adequate and offered hot food options. Overall for the price, this worked out well for us.

My son and I stayed in a one bedroom king suite it was beautiful! The view was spectacular from the 6th floor . It really felt more like an apartment than a hotel room. Very spacious,really comfy beds ,the breakfasts was good just wish it was extended a bit longer for those who came down right at 9 and it was already shut down. My son and I got there in plenty of time but many came down a few minutes before 9 and it was already in the process of being taken down. The front desk staff were great! I mentioned to him that I heard the popcorn was really good. He immediately went over there and got the machine going and said it would be ready in about 10 minutes. He even put out seven different flavors to put on your popcorn. It was a really nice touch and I haven’t seen that in any other hotel. The location is fantastic! Literally walking distance from the Woodlands Mall. I only booked it for one night but after we got here and got settled in the room, I went ahead and extended our stay another night. We will be checking out tomorrow and we are extremely happy with everything so far. Will definitely recommend this place to others . No complaints

We had a surgical procedure done at Houston Memoril with was within .5 a mile.

The hotel definitely met all needs I had for a hotel for a conference being hosted by Sam Houston State University at the Woodlands Center. The room was clean, relatively quiet to be so near so many travel areas, and I felt safe. Breakfast was always ready when scheduled and definitely made the rush to conference work easier. Staff was friendly and adapted when my flights were late due to TSA issues, allowing me to check in at 5:30 in the morning after arriving 6 hours later than expected. It was a great stay and made me feel much better after many travel issues. I will most assuredly consider this place for future stays if I am in this area.

The hotel is next to the freeway with excessive traffic noise. In addition, the hospital is across the street and the care flight comes in and out of there multiple times during the day and night. It’s extremely loud.

The hotel is dated, but it has lots of parking, the roims were clean, the beds are comfortable, there's a pool, the rooms have a microwave and a mini refrigerator, and it's quiet. The staff was very responsive to my needs. There was only one working elevator (out of two) to service the 5 story hotel. I didn't like the Breakfast buffet, which was very limited, and there wasn't much seating in the Breakfast area. My stay was for 3 nights, but my key cards were deactivated after the 2nd night. I had to go downstairs to get my cards reactivated. The price was reasonable.

Clean room. Nice pool and hot tub. They allow early check-ins and late checkouts. There are hot breakfast options everyday. However, they do not change day-to-day. I didn’t like their eggs or apple juice. Other than that it was good!!

Although this is not the newest property in the area, it is well-maintained and the services there are excellent. The hot breakfast is a plus, as well as the quality of housekeeping that occurs daily. It's close to my Woodlands client, reasonable in price, so it becomes my go-to location for Woodlands trips.

Room was organized and ready

We did have popcorn on the living room floor when we checked in. Very obvious. There was not rug to step out on when you got out of the shower, so we had to use a towel. Our room was close to I45 so we heard loud trucks and motorcycles all night long. Breakfast was OK, but it could improve. Room was large and accomodating.

There was a dirty washcloth in the bathroom when I went to shower, but the room was clean and didn't have that cleaner smell many hotels have The biggest disappointment was the free breakfast.. eggs were runny, sausage and biscuits were cold and hard. No waffles or bacon as pictured. They do not provide sugar for your coffee. They had a pancake machine that makes thin rubber pancakes. If you don't mind not eating breakfast the hotel itself and the staff are awesome

From the moment we arrived, the staff set the tone—they were warm, patient, and impressively efficient, even with a literal busload of guests checking in at the same time. The motel is clean and comfortable. Honestly, the biggest advantage is that it is directly across from Memorial Herman Hospital in the Woodlands...just walk across the street. I have stayed 4 nights in the past 8 days, on 4 different floors (not knowing when my husband would get out of the hospital). Rooms are easy to book, and all the rooms I have had so far were great.

Property was very accessible and clean. I wish they would’ve had a better selection of hot drinks for breakfast. All that was offered was coffee. I am a tea drinker. That is a minor issue and one that could be possibly resolved for future guest. They have a hot water dispenser and maybe they could set out tea bags and hot chocolate. The staff members were extremely nice and helpful.

This hotel was good for the price, but I don’t think I’ll stay here again. There were no products (soap, etc) upon check-in and the room smelled old and unclean. The pillows were also flimsy and not comfortable at all. Otherwise everything was OK, but there are definitely better options around the area.

The room was great. The staff, from the GM, Front Desk, and Housekeeping were terrific! They were helpful in every way. And they did everything with a smile. We were there to be with a family member during a medical emergency, so there performance was a huge help to us.

Would book again. Room was over all way too small to be considered a “king suite” in my opinion but nice nonetheless. Easy pre check in, breakfast is only 3 hours so make sure you set your alarm, kinda noisy at night with the freeway being right there (nothing they can do about that).

Honestly we were very disappointed in our stay. We have stayed at this property before when it was owned by Drury Hotels and it was much nicer. Coffee was not available until after 7:00 a.m. in the kitchen area. The in room coffee was inadequate and they only left us one package. Breakfast was tasteless and cold. The eggs tasted like they've been out for a day the sausage was flavorless and the potatoes were Stone cold. I asked for a n extension Cold.

Heritage Inn was a pleasant surprise in the Woodlands, TX. Situated right off I-45, surrounded by shady trees and greenbelt, it is near the shopping mall, fine restaurants and other shopping. Its rooms are comfortable & clean, with the breakfast being a thumb’s up! We will visit again and plan to make HI our place to stay in The Woodlands. Oh, the dealbreaker was the price per stay; EXCELLENT!

The room felt neglected, and the "renaming of the hotel and photos felt misleading." Realized too late this was an old Drury Inn. We are locals, so it was disappointing. We will not be letting family visiting stay here.

From the first interaction with the hotel personnel they treated you respectfully. The rooms were clean and did not smell of mold or smoke.

The room was not spotless but clean. There were some visible hair in the shower and a stain spot near the mini-fridge. The air conditioner in the bedroom was great, but the air conditioner in the living area needed servicing; not cooling properly. The staff were courteous, friendlhy and professional. There was no room service on Christmas day; however, it was not necessary. The breakfast was good and warm. Thanks for a good stay. We'll stay again next time in The Woodlands!

This is my "go-to" location when I'm in The Woodlands. The ease of accessibility, closeness to The Woodlands Mall, and access to other dining and shopping all make it a convenient and cost-effective option. The rooms are good-sized, the fitness center is clean (and seldom-used) and there is a pool and hot tub downstairs. There are lots of options, which ai also like.

Good experience overall, but didn't really like the bed's head board,the finish on them is literally falling off and can get in your hair and your bed sheets. I would suggest a refinish or replacement. Otherwise, it was good.

We came to the inn tired and in need of hot tea. The manager heard us asking for a nearby cafe that served it and he came out of his office to show us where we could get some at the inn. The inn was clean, the bed was comfy, the breakfast was good with both hot and cold options, we were .5 miles from the mall, and the staff treated us like friends. The only negative was our room had not been cleaned. When we told the front desk, we were quickly assigned another cleaned room, with apologies and the probability was the new computer system was a big factor in the error.

Beware... I had 2 nights booked, had a death in the family the first night, tried to check out early to travel home, and they wouldn't credit me the second night, that I hadn't even stayed. I was told the manager would not be in until 10am, and when I called back to talk to manager, the girl that answered the phone was very rude, and wouldn't even attempt to get the manager. I also had an expedia rep call the hotel, and get nowhwere with them. I would not recommend this hotel.

We stay here frequently for medical reasons. It’s our go to hotel. The people are awesome, especially Claudia who does the breakfast. She’s such a hard worker and always has a smile regardless of the volume of people. Housekeeping does an excellent job too. Easy parking and close to stores, mall and restaurants.

Everything about this hotel was very out of date and it did not seem clean at all. There were clumps of hair on the shower wall, dirt and other things all over the floor, fingerprints all over the mirrors that were never wiped off, the bathroom toilet had not been thoroughly cleaned, and the curtains didn't even close enough to give privacy or cancel out the light that was right outside the window. Overall I would call this hotel in the room "dingy". It is in a relatively quiet area, but I still would not choose to stay here again. The staff was friendly though.

Quick check-in and -out. Room was fairly standard, but clean and with decent amenities (microwave, fridge). Some noise from the freeway, which might be worse near the front of the building, and a few service hiccups (closest elevator out of service, key card stopped working, TV left on by housekeeping), but a decent stay for the price.

Review all the negative reviews first. These are probably factual! The actual photos of the rooms are AI generated on the website and they’re very quick to blame 3rd parties for this! Staff attitude was disgraceful the rooms were filthy I mean 1950s decor and stained floors! The smell of damp is terrible! oh and make sure you bring protection against bug bites! If you’re using a 3rd party app to book this place DON’T do it. The pool has Air conditioning mouldy water dripping in it! Look closely at their own photo of the pool. It was soo shocking didn’t even have breakfast got out of there ASAP! Expedia refunded me too.

Showers were not very warm.

Checked in, was given a room. Got to the room, cleaning rags and supplies still in the room trash hadn’t been emptied, beds had been made but the linens were dirty and looked to have some kind of food crumbs and hair on them. Front desk gave us a different room, that room hadn’t been cleaned yet. Had traveled with kids and had come early to do things before a concert we had that evening and spent almost an hour trying to check in to a clean room. We left and stayed else where.

When I checked in they couldn't find my reservation I showed them my email from the hotel from that morning with all the information and itinerary number. He stepped away for several minutes came back and seemed irritated and was unprofessional he put my room key onto the counter. He gave me no information how to get to my room, wifi info, continental breakfast info. That I noticed all.the other guests were getting. I went to my room feeling very unsettling.

Nice front desk staff and liked free breakfasts but the property and rooms felt dated. Black leather headboard in my room was cracking and little black pieces were all over the bed when i arrived, greeting card in the room had someone else’s name on it, there were 2 hairs in the tub that weren’t mine. Was just okay for one night but ended up moving somewhere else for my second night.
