Good I was charged an extra $50 deposit that was not disclosed when I registered and it has not been returned as promised.

Overall it was a good stay. The hotel itself is a bit dated and is clearly not a Hilton or Marriott, but you sort to know that going into it. Most of the staff never acknowledge you when come and go to the property. A simple good morning, good afternoon, goodnight, or hello would go a long way. I'd stay here again.

I've stayed a few nights at this location because my house was having some work done to it. It's not the most current of hotels as everything looks a bit old. This said, it was a good place to get some rest, outside of one staff member, nobody greets you as you come and go. They are doing some construction, so keep that in mind if you plan on staying there. All in all, it's not bad. Not luxury by any means, but it does the job if you just want a place to get some rest. I know they have a pool, but I didn't utilize it. I'd stay again.

The area was clean in and out of the property. The staff was very friendly and helpful, a/c was at my liking they work perfectly. The breakfast is what you expect, still delicious. Over all a very comfortable stay shout out to the owners and staff, keep up the great work.

Staff is awesome! The beds are so comfortable, everything was clean, breakfast was good and best of all the heater in the bathroom worked, best bath I’ve had in a motel in a very long time! We always stay here when we have to come to MD Anderson! Highly recommend!

Room was very clean and had everything I needed. Amenities in the bathroom were great. My only complaint is the shower which didn't get as hot as I would have liked. I will say the employees working the breakfast were great. Overall a solid 3.5 out of 5 and I would stay here again if I needed to be close to Memorial Herman Hospital.

Breakfast could of been better we went for a soccer tournament with more than 30 people and to get breakfast in the morning was a long wait. Multiple rooms that players and families stayed in found bed bugs. When we took pictures and tried to get staff to check out the situation they really didn't care.

I wish more hotels were like this. The outside appearance of the hotel needs some lights and a little face lift. When we first got to the hotel it made me a little worried. It doesn't look old or dirty but it is dark and plain. Kind of looked like a haunted house with the way the curtains look from the outside. This is why you shouldn't judge a book by its cover because once we entered we got a much better feeling.

The hotel was not as advertised. Much older and less clean than advertised. Booked 2 queen bed room and was given 2 full size beds, not queens. Breakfast didn’t start until 7am. Overall disappointed with the hotel and stay

Right off I45–location The commode was either not clean or badly stained. The soap was in plastic, but it came out wet. We paid extra for this hotel when looking at other rates nearby. It was not worth it.

Honestly not much, very average. I do like how close it is to the freeway and drug stores and gas stations. Nothing in specific, just very basic and not very aesthetically pleasing at all.

Room 408 was clean but shower head was broken and neither housekeeping or other guests reported it to maintenance. Friends staying in 416 said their sink pipe leaks and shower head was not adjustable. It would have been nice if decaf was offered in the complimentary breakfast. Good assortment of breakfast food choices. The price was good so all things considered we got what we paid for.

The man the next morning couldn’t find the paper she had given us, and then proceeded to offer a “discount” that was more than the rate quoted the night before. I said no thanks, we will go somewhere else. He was rude and manipulative. Later when we left, he followed us to the parking lot and lied about the rate, and actually contradicted himself. It was absolutely unacceptable behavior. The room was dirty, outdated and smelled awful. The curtains were torn and stained, and they weren’t the proper length. The heater didn’t work properly so we were miserable the whole night. I will never stay here again.

Spotlessly clean hotel, daily room service and friendly and really helpful staff. It is a working persons hotel so dont expect peace and tranquility outdoors. Beds are super comfy, clean and my 10 day stay was made easy by these folk. Spotlessly clean pool made for a very needed, very relaxing end of day swim and cool down. This is my go to place when in Magnolia/Conroe area. 10 stars

Hotel had a strong, overwhelming smell of mold. My eyes were burning within 30minutes. Otherwise room was clean and sufficient. However, I ended up needing to leave after only a few hours (left in the early morning hours) due to becoming ill from the mold. It is a health hazard.

The pull out coach was lowest quality with a low end worn out matress and stains on couch cushions. We had to go down to the front desk to pick up a sheet, blanket and pillow that were not in the room so it could be utilized. The sheet was a flat sheet and not a fitted sheet. Also had to get towels ourselves from the front desk, 3 adults in the room but only 1 set of towels. No house keeping services were offered. A meal was dropped on floor of elevator and trampled on no one in the hotel cleaned it up until the next day although they were informed of the issue.will not stay again or recommend to others.

For an inexpensive hotel stay, this was a really great place to stay. Very clean, very nice staff, and a good breakfast. I would give it 5 stars, but I could hear the highway noise through the windows and the floors were creaky. Otherwise, I really liked my stay here.

I would not stay here again. It was very noisy from the highway. They need to adjust the doors so they close quietly because there were doors slamming all night long. The sink didn’t shut off so it dripped. The toilet needed to be reattached to the floor because it rocked back and forth. Just felt for what I payed I expected a little nicer place.

The grounds could use improved lighting for night. Also with the shrubbery around the property may be intended to block views of the surrounding businesses, it is not dense and very easy for people to walk through. Property was clean, but dated areas like the stairs and elevator were worn.

I will most def. stay again. Will be booking again at the end of this month. I was very comfortable in this hotel. It was clean. The room was very clean. Very comfortable bed (even though I usually like to bring my feathery comforter to stay warm.) I wear earplugs to sleep better so I did not hear a thing. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good. McDonald's is a walking distance, a convenient store too. We will be booking here soon- Motocross race coming up. I will let my motocross families know this is a great hotel to stay. I recommend this place. ( and NO bugs, etc! )

Everyone’s room door slams when they enter and leave their room. Which can be startling if you are trying to go to sleep.

The place was nice, we did have a toilet issue in the beginning. It was corrected quickly. Its hard to get here when doing a turn around from the main hwy. otherwise it was a good place.

We found roached dead and crawling in the current room we had and even the new room that they gave to us.

The staff was helpful. This is my 2nd time to stay at this hotel and I like it. I'm a cancer patient n have had to come to Houston often. I've been using Hampton Inn, but the last straw was when they didn't clean the room for 4 day and only then cause I asked! Very tackey, I'm going to use the Best Western from now on. You clean the rooms every day and it is nicer than the Hampton Inn. Case closed!

The front desk people were so accommodating and nice but the overall stay was a waste of money. The TV wasn’t clear and the channels were boring. The AC unit was extremely noisy every time it clicked on it rattled and woke us up every time. The room was of course adjacent to the freeway so it did not help with the ac. The covers were thin and the pillows were flat. Not a good stay for us

The room was very noisy from above. Not only did I hear every footstep, but the walls even shook when the person in the room above me walked around. I had to wear earplugs to sleep. I never received replacement coffee packs even after leaving an old coffee wrapper on the floor. I have stayed in four or five BW in the last month, and this was the only one who would not credit my stay on my BW rewards card because I booked through Expedia.

The property was right off the highway and it was by many places to eat and shop.

Terrible noise level from adjacent highways for rooms in front. Tub faucet gave either too hot or too cold or no water pressure. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Took my teenage kids down for a concert. We checked in earlier that day and left. Got back to the hotel to find there was zero parking around the hotel. The staff advised that I could park at the business behind hotel and walk over. I was not doing that with me and my kids or leaving my car in an unsecured location. They gave me no option and no remedy. I ended up having to make a 3 hour drive home in the middle of the night.

Great breakfast

Strong smell of mold and mildew coming out of air conditioner which was loud and made banging noises morning through night. I tried a few times to talk to front desk. Either no one was there or they seemed to be on phone with manager and would just leave you standing there. It is surrounded by highways and heavy traffic. You cannot walk to restaurants. The breakfasts are horrible. The hotel itself is nice and clean. They need to fix the air conditioners or invest in new ones. The mold is a serious health hazard. Switch the vendors they use for their breakfasts. The food is inedible. Could be nice place. Unfortunately it is in a bad location.

Next to highway. Very noisy duu to traffic

The rooms was not ready when I arrive I had to wait 1:15 The work was very rude. I Book 3 room neither one of them was ready I feel that I needed a free room

It's an OK hotel overall, nothing special. The price was fair for what it offers.

Clean and good place to stay.

Refrigerator did not work! Ceiling sounded like it was going to cave in, with guest walking around. Freeway super noisy. Other than that would probably stay there again. Convenient to where we were visiting.

There was a problem with check-in. The desk agent could not find my reservation (prepaid) and, although she was p[easant, did not take extra steps to solve the problem. The facility itself was in excellent condition.

BREAKFAST WAS FINE , BUT SHOULD HAVE MORE VARIETY IN THE BREAKFAST.

Comfortable bed, clean room, and close to where we needed to be

TV didn’t work.

Stay was great, food was good, staff was helpful and friendly. Very enjoyable.

We stay here at least 3 times a year to see family. The beds are great. The desk staff are always friendly. Rooms could use updating.

It was very cold the evening I checked in, when I got into my room the ac was running on high and the room was colder than outside. I turned on the heat and it didn’t work. I reported the incident to the staff and she told me I could leave and there were no other rooms available
