    It was fine for overnight stay before a early morning flight. I specifically stayed there for the airport shuttle service however they do not have provide the airport shuttle service before 5am so I had to uber anyway.

    I like that the room was big and the flooring. I did not like that they didn't even offer breakfast. No coffee no tea. They should offer at least the continental breakfast. They do Have a restaurant which you gotta pay. I never stayed in a hotel that don't offer breakfast. There is cheaper hotels that offer breakfast..

    My 2nd stay was not as nice as the first. I have challenges with mobility and asked for a room closer to the front desk. The gentleman at the front desk would not accommodate the request. When I got to the room there was a dirty cleaning rag in the bathroom and one of the white comforters was dirty. The beds rolled when we sat on them. I was disappointed because I spoke highly of this hotel. The overall hotel is nice and I would stay again but this time was a disappointment.

    Rooms were clean. Door was not properly on the hinges so could not latch it and in a lot of cases had to throw my body against the door just to close all the way, AC also didn’t work great. Gym was not very well maintained, restaurant was subpar at best especially for the price of products. Lobby store didn’t have a great selection of items

    Our flight arrived early, so we were allowed to check in a bit early and ordered breakfast, which was super convenient. The staff all around was great. The airport shuttle was also easy to schedule and convenient. I enjoyed hanging out at the pool and appreciated having a balcony. Something I really liked was the icy gold citrus water they had in the lobby for guest. It was a great place for the money. Also very quick to get to Arizona State campus. I would stay here again.

    The resort did not meet the standards I expected from a Wyndham property, and I left feeling highly disappointed and dissatisfied. The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful throughout my stay. There was no complimentary coffee available, and every time I asked for assistance, I was met with attitude or told the staff was too busy, despite the building appearing empty. Overall, the customer service was terrible, and the experience was very disappointing.

    The overall property and size of room was as expected and mostly enjoyed the stay. The room was clean The pool and hot tub were nice. Asked staff at front desk for extra sheet and blanket they never brought it or said we could pick up at front desk. The beds were too soft more like sunk in. The beds were king size but sunk-in the middle of the mattress.

    Additionally, our room was not cleaned at all during our 3-night stay, even though we made sure to leave the “Do Not Disturb” sign off. I was also under the impression there would be an airport shuttle available, but it didn’t start running until 5am—and we needed to leave earlier—so we had to spend extra money on a Lyft. That was a major reason I chose this hotel. To add to the frustration, even basic amenities like coffee were not complimentary. Overall, the experience did not match the expectations set, especially given the cost.

    Room 121, room was clean when we arrived. Although, during some time we had noticed ants in the room. They were all over the counter and on the floor. Called from desk to inform. Call did take awhile to go through, Phone was also not working in the room. Had to utilize cell phone to make the call to front desk.

    I have no real complaints about this property. My bed was comfortable. The room was definitely clean. My balcony was outdated in the seats were dirty so I didn’t sit on them. My balcony door handle from the inside was broken and kept coming off if I tried to go in and out of the balcony door, my door to the entrance of the room was difficult to get into when I put my car to the reader. It was also difficult to close once I got in I closed it one time thinking that it was shut just to find out that it was still open during the middle of the night. The latch doesn’t latch all the way and that is a serious safety Issue. The last thing that I would say is, the bathroom tub was definitely outdated. The pressure of the water could be better, but other than that, my bed was comfortable. The TV worked. The bed was clean. The room itself was clean which I like a lot and it had a lot of space in there.

    Staff extremely rude and unprofessional. I purchased a room for one night and called 5 minutes after purchase to request early check in. I was told no early check in was available. Your staff declined to cancel my reservation and charged me full price for a room I didn’t stay in. The front staff was disgustingly disrespectful. Would not help me. Declined to have someone else assist me. Told me no manager was available. In his words he stated “I do not get paid for this” I disconnected call and I contacted Expedia who stated that my room could be refunded if the hotel staff approved it. He then informed me your hotel staff denied refunding me the amount. I found this to be an extremely unpleasant interaction and it caused me a great amount of distress. I explained to your staff that I was not from Arizona and needed early check in due to not having another hotel to stay in. I explained that i understand the policy does not allow refunds however I had just purchased the room minutes before calling and that I would need the funds to purchase another hotel room. The staff was completely rude, unprofessional and had no empathy. I plan to escalate this issue higher up.

    I booked 2 beds for 2 nights and the downgraded my family and I into a 1 king bed with a twin roll out bed.     I would really like a refund for my stay. I booked this hotel because amenities included shuttle and restaurant. The shuttle was unable to be used because one it was after 9pm and the other we were the only guests who needed it so they couldn’t run it. Nowhere when I initially booked it it states that there were only available to be used within it a certain timeframe or a minimum capacity. The restaurant was not open due to low customers so I had to uber food only to then be told by someone else that it was open. Overall terrible experience. The pool was dirty. And I’m pretty the ac filters need to be changed. I was waking up with dry bloody nose.

    We waited an hour for the shuttle after traveling for several hours. The staff were okay, not super friendly. We checked into our room and went down to the pool. The pool was not clean and it was too hot for the hot tub. I waited 30 minutes to be waited at the Hotel restaurant and then left. When we went back to our room it smelled like sewer. It made me feel so sick. I closed the bathroom door.

    The staff was polite and friendly, pool area was nice. The mattress was beyond horrible. It was the most restless and uncomfortable sleep I can remember, 4 nights in a row. I asked at the desk if something could be done, but they said all the mattresses need to be replaced and they’re “working on it”. She also said switching rooms could just possibly get me a worse mattress. There was mildew in the shower, also the ice machine non-functional on first floor. I asked for a partial refund but was ignored.

    Only I love the food at restaurants Guy at bar he friendly, welcoming. He delightful to have him as server Just check in today Feb 6 2026. I here for a CE classe with good friend. This property is older. The lobby is pretty nice but then walking down the hallway toward the elevator is a little dingy old. With 2 room with only "2 "full bed and couch bed other room. 2 bathroom with balcony. I thought it was 4 beds. I might miss read the description. Nice view of the inner pool. I choice had no breakfast with my stay. The air conditioner is noisy. But the restaurant is fantastic food it Worth every penny. wings, chip and salsa, fish tacos so delicious for hotel.     Nothing. I had a confirmed reservation but when i arrived there were no rooms available . I was stranded there with nowhere to stay. The front desk and the Website said the Breakfast was complimentary. The next morning they directed me to order from the menu and then gave me a bill for over $20. I had only eaten a few bites when i told my server i was going to the restroom. When i returned, the Manager had cleared the table and claimed i had finished my breakfast. He was argumentative and very rude.

    I tried to call from the room phone to the front desk to ask for fresh sheets the next morning then I called from my phone and still no answer. Talked the person cleaning the rooms on our floor asked her to clean the room for me. She said I had to tell them at the front desk, went down to the front desk came back later on that day my room has not been touched at all. But the room was nice. The service was not.

Only after I asked about it did they say "Oh, we are out of beans". This time I had chicken wings that were supposed to come with jicama, celery, and carrot sticks. I only got the carrot sticks (2 of them).

    The shuttle didn’t respond pickup after several calls and even front desk tried calling. The bed was dirty and ac was noisy heat stunk both weee addressed the ac was noisy again after being looked . The refrigerator defrosted and leaked all over the floor and I slipped on the floor. Was very noisy being on lower floor and hot tub didn’t work.

    Most dishonest hotel brand there ever was specifically their hotel in Tempe, Arizona. Prepaid for a two nights stay and my check-in was delayed because of weather. When I got to the hotel to check in for the second night, they told me that they were unable to check me in because I didn’t check in for the first night which is completely irrelevant, considering that I prepaid for two nights. They also refused to refund me the second night as well because I didn’t get there for the first night checkin. Absolute nonsense. They were incredibly rude and Hotels.com did nothing to help except take my money.

    First, the breakfast prices are about the same as buying food at the airport—definitely not what you expect from a hotel that’s supposed to be convenient and traveler-friendly. Speaking of convenience, the Expedia listing is misleading about the airport shuttle. Yes, there is a shuttle, but it only runs from 5:00am to 9:00pm, which is useless for anyone with early morning or late-night flights. To make it worse, the shuttle is only for guests who are actually flying; if you need to get back to the airport to catch an inter-city shuttle, don’t count on it. Inside the room, it didn’t get any better. They provide one water bottle—just one. The shower didn’t even have cold water, which made it impossible to take a comfortable shower. The AC unit wouldn’t turn off unless I literally unplugged it. And yes, there were flying bugs in the room. Coffee in the lobby? Sure, if you want to pay $4 for it. Overall, the experience felt poorly maintained, poorly communicated, and definitely not worth the price. I wouldn’t stay here again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to others looking for a reliable airport hotel.

    The amenities were less than desirable. 3 of the 5 workout machines did not work. The tv in the gym did not work. The umbrellas in the pool are were worn and torn. I requested towels and room service, the bed was not changed and made, they just left some towels… not a complete set, and left some sheets on the dresser instead. The computer in the lobby was old and dated and did not work well, neither did the printer. The hall way was loud throughout each day and night… walls very thin. I expected much better from Wyndham!

    The first issue was that we had chosen this hotel based on their website's description of an airport shuttle available "on demand". While we were checking in, we asked for a 3am trip, but we were told that the trips don't start until 5am. Be aware that "on demand" does not mean "24-hours" here. The next issue was the shower/bathtub. The diverter in the tub spout not move at all, so using the shower wasn't an option. The latch to close the tub drain was stuck in place as well, so we couldn't even fill the tub to take a bath without finding something to plug the drain ourselves. We had arrived late and had to leave early, so we preferred to just go to bed and not bother trying to find another hotel or ask for a different room, but we were disappointed that we had chosen this hotel.

    The king bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean and spacious. There was a long table and chair to work at. I came during a major storm and the room had water coming in near the windows - but not enough to worry about. The restaurant had some strange hours, but there were not a lot of people staying there. I would have liked to be able to open a window for fresh air, but that was not possible. The staff was amazingly friendly, and Tian at the restaurant was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about a wide range of topics. I would definitely stay here again.

    The property was clean and safe. Room was big, clean, comfortable bed and had a mini fridge. This property did have any stores or anything within walking distance and this property charges for breakfast. They do not do room service except every 3 days unless requested more often. Staff wasnt very helpful on places to eat or good places open late that delivered or any suggestions on places to go. Overall my stay was good.

    The Wyndham hotel provided a decent stay that was in line with its price point. While the room was clean and featured a large, comfortable bed, the bathroom's fixtures and appliances were noticeably dated and occasionally unreliable.     It was fine overall and I was put off by the dismissal of my concerns that the door would not lock properly. I was told, "no one's going to come bursting through your door." I wasn't thrilled by that type of response by Mainenance.

    There were roaches in the rooms. We had to move rooms twice. It took looking at 3 rooms before we found one without roaches and with a clean shower. Also they didn't have first aid kit at the hotel.

    I came in for a family reunion and wanted to make sure my mom had a safe place to stay and that there was plenty of parking for my SUV. Everything was as I expected, but I do have some cons. The mini fridge was so small it only takes water bottles and a few small takeout containers. No freezer. There is also 1 micowave, and it is in the giftshop, none in the room. Also, there is no service for 3 days so you have to trade your towels when you see the maid in the hallway. Breakfast is in the restaurant that you have to pay for. I liked the hotel and most of the staff was friendly and they are very close to the freeway, so we got to wherever we needed to go with no issues. Other than the fridge size, microwave and service I would stay there again. Safe and clean.

    Need updating. The air conditioner in room kept turning on and off and was very loud. The patio door was difficult to open and close and the hallway smell like weed. The vending machine on our floor was also not working had to go to a few others floors before finding one that worked.

    they gave me a room w the tv about to fall off the tv mount. i called and asked about getting help or new room since tv was facing downwards and they told me they knew the tv mounts where like this and limited rooms had the tv installed correctly. why would u set someone in a room with tv mount not installed correctly? sounds like trying to get $ from customers if it falls during their stay. took about 40mins to get another room n i had to call and ask for update. i had things planned and couldnt get a nap in while waiting for a new room. no sorry , no snack or anything given for the inconvenience. hotel room updatess where nice tho. but freeway next to hotel is extremely loud during the day. no breakfast included in stay. and my bed in 215 was super creaky whenever i moved. we ended up leaving friday night instead of Saturday afternoon.

    If you want peace and quiet, stay somewhere else. If you love paper thin walls so you can hear everything in the next room, hallway and parking lot, then this is the place for you. The bed was so uncomfortable (super soft but not like pillow top stop, like broken springs so the bed had deep dips) that all 4 of us woke up with sore neck and shoulders. There were smashed cockroaches in the hallways. The toiletries in the shower were empty. The restaurant is extremely overpriced. It seemed like the only saving grace of our stay was going to be the pool but as we headed toward the pool, some guy slapped a “pool is closed for maintenance” sign on the door and when I asked if it would be down all night, he completely ignored me and walked off. So not only did the beds suck, the food sucked, the staff sucked. I’m convinced the good reviews on here are paid reviews because they couldn’t possibly have stayed at the same place as I did.

    The property itself was pretty good. It’s a good location for our needs. The rooms were a little tired. Everything was comfortable and clean not a five star but not a two star it’s fine and we enjoyed our stay. The price was excellent and the staff was wonderful safe area Quiet right off the highway. If we came back to this area and we needed a place, I would stay there again.

    The rooms are ok, however the mattress suck! Super dirty and you can feel it cave in the middle. The pool was super dirty, doesn’t look like the filters are on. Also the bathrooms have no fans. No cameras outside, another guest car got broken in to right out side the side door.

    Staff welcomed me and treated me like a valued customer. Check in and check out were smooth and efficient. Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Support staff were always at work doing housekeeping and making the property look nice. Location is near a major roadway, making travel, dining, and shopping convenient. I plan to be a return guest.

    We stay here once or twice a month due to its convenient location and room pricing. Unfortunately this stay will be our last. Our truck was broken into with the intention of stealing it right next to our room between the hours of 1 and 8 am on 5/10/25 right in the parking lot. There are two cameras right above where we were parked and we were told by the staff that they are not functional. Several of our possessions (out of sight) were stolen. Staff did not care, did not offer any solace or solutions. We no longer feel safe at this property.

    Founded hair all over the bathroom, arguments and shouting matches heard overnight, not sure who’s staying at that hotel, terrible pick on my end to stay there anyways. The night receptionist person (black short hair, tattooed arms, Latina) not engaged at all and on her phone while talking to me. The next morning, Receptionist female (African American wearing a bonnet) with a mean resting face, very annoyed by me checking out and smiling. Almost as if my smile was prohibited from the hotel. Just an awful overall experience. Never going back there.
