The room was pretty decent, staff is friendly, close to shopping and food, bed was comfortable, and it was pretty quiet. Occasionally a few people lurking outside that didn’t seem to have rented a room but no issues overall! The room was pretty clean as well, I do think the air conditioners could use a deep cleaning in terms of the coils and drip pan, but satisfied overall!

Would not let me check in 25 minutes early without a 10 fee, I had just finished driving 2.5 hours to get there they had no Bathroom to use The room as for 2 people they only had one chair called front desk they would not provide another chair

Nice room. Bad area with people coming in and out. Police activity every night, bed bug crawling on my back. They let people staying there be as loud as they want. Right next to a commercial property with semi truck and trailers come in and out. Inconvenient location

Location: The area around the hotel is very convenient — food, lodging, and transportation are all easily accessible. I'm quite satisfied with that. The soundproofing is also good; I barely heard any noise from the busy streets. However, the core need when staying at a hotel is to sleep, and the air conditioning issue ruined my sleep. So even though the lively surroundings are important for young people, they can't improve my overall satisfaction. I still felt very tired while driving the next day. Stay Experience: Maybe it's because Arizona is so hot that the blanket in the room was very thin. The air conditioning was strong when I entered the room, but I was too exhausted from traveling and fell right asleep. I ended up waking up several times in the middle of the night feeling cold. Eventually, I got up to adjust the temperature, but it seemed to be preset — I tried several times and couldn't change it, so I had to turn it off. This severely affected my sleep quality, and I'm very unhappy about it.

Majority of my outlets worked, remote for the TV in the other room did not work. I asked for batteries was told they would take care of it. But never brought them to my room. Water would not go over luke warm.

The room seemed clean at first. But upon walking on the floor with my socks on , the floor was dirty and sticky. When I entered my room I noticed a footprint in the bedspread. It appeared like someone had been standing in the bed. Parking was fine .

My shoes were sticking to the floor. I was disappointed with the bed, it was not comfortable. When I went into the room all the lights were on, the A/C unit was set on 61 degrees, the TV was on and the volume was way up. They must use a swiffer or just water to mop the floors. They need to use soap and water. When you hear suction as you cross the floor you need to figure out what is causing it.

We immediately left after seeing bugs. We didn't stay; instead, we found another hotel. Your room had hair stains and small black dried bugs either bed bugs or fleas on the sheets. When we entered and turned on the AC, small bugs or fleas jumped onto my hand, and also near the refrigerator. I feel like this hotel is a zero and probably attracts streetwalkers, not a place I want to be.

Despite limited staffing, the individual got me checked-in and out when that time came in a short period of time. My room was alot bigger than expected and clean. For anyone looking to stay somewhere in the Tempe location for a quick weekend, not looking to break the bank, I'd recommend.

Nothing People live here. Scary gangster type people. We were being watched entering and leaving our room. People working on their cars in the parking lot. People smoking by our door which came into our room because the door had no seal. Doors banging all night. We were unable to sleep. Unable to use the jacuzzi because it was full of kids of those who lived there unsupervised. Toilet was detached from the floor, moved when you sat on it.

I was there for work and the staff was great. My room was very clean and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay and the convenience of the multiple food options close by. Look forward to my next stay.

Room was somewhat clean, I found a nail/screw underneath one of the bed sheets and one on the ceiling unfortunately. So, I am unsure of the thorough cleanliness of the place. Air conditioning was good, fridge and microwave were convenient. They do not have soap for the shower, so you will need to bring your own. I stayed for 2 nights, overall place is affordable for a place to sleep but would not recommend for a longer stay. They take cash and some cards in-person for the room payment (they denied some card transactions so I would ask if they accept your card company if you decide to pay in person). Additionally, there will be a $100 deposit fee regardless if you paid for the room online or in-person. I highly recommend a copy of your reciept for the deposit transaction as some reviews online mentioned not getting the money back.

Room smelled horrible the shower had hair on the wall and floor it was almost like they forgot to clean the room. The bed pillows were little square accent pillows. My husband and I had to leave early in the am and there were homeless people around the property arguing and yelling so we got no sleep before an 6 hour drive. Very disappointed

There was an unpleasant smell in addition to fruit flies in our room. The occupants on either side and above us were very noisy late into the night, the insulation was completely insufficient. And then, after finally getting to sleep, we were awakened at 2:30 am by the people next door returning to their room, talking loudly and their dog barking. Car alarms went off both nights we stayed waking us up again. Never slept well, would not recommend, and definitely would not stay there again. Worth it to pay more and be surrounded by more considerate guests.

This place was terrible. Full stop. Stay here if you want a dirty room, poor service (how is it possible that they couldn’t access extra blankets until housekeeping came in the morning?!) and LOUD as it’s right next to the highway. We walked in, saw the dirty sink and dirty bed (with hairs!) and left. They might get to keep my money but at least I didn’t bring bed bugs home to my family.

Room was very clean, the bathroom was surprisingly fancy! Grounds looked a bit old but everything was in working order. Worst part of our stay was dealing with other rude guests but that's not an issue the hotel is responsible for

Noise levels were also problematic. The walkway leading to the rooms was consistently loud, guests screaming and laughing, the ice machine produced a high‑pitched squealing sound throughout the night. As well as the elevator. While the rooms themselves were acceptable, the security devices on the doors were not. I placed my belt around the door handle and ran it through the inside latch because it didn’t seem to work properly. Many of the repairs appeared to be done with minimal investment and lacked professional quality. Combined with the safety and maintenance issues, the environment became uncomfortable enough that we chose to check out early and relocate to another hotel. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this Motel 6, as it does not provide an acceptable level of value, comfort, or safety.

The room was way smaller than it looked it the photos. The floor was so dirty that we could not walk around with socks on or barefoot without our feet getting dirty. I had to mop immediately , I was so disgusted. The bedding wasn’t clean either. The staff was friendly. My room said it would have an iron and ironing board , it didn’t but the staff provided us with one upon request. They also provided us with towels upon request. They do not change the sheets unless you ask. I booked at this motel because the description said it would have breakfast available but there wasn’t any. The pool area was ok. I would not stay here again.

Toilet was clogged on arrival. Took them too long to come unclog it. TV did not work. Called the front desk and he said he was going to send security because he couldn’t leave the front desk, but no one ever came. A working TV should be the minimum amenity.

Alot if money has been spent t9 give the mitel a new look. However they forgot to change out the mattresses. Beds were very uncomfortable. Could barely walk the next day. And was not told while making the reservation there would be an additional $120 worth of fees and deposits ontop of the resevarion cost. Also no fuides as to what the cannels were on the tv. And ni where in the shower to place the complementary soap while showering.

Overall a clean room. I did find a long hair and small drop of toothpaste in sink. We had ONE bath towel for two people for a two night stay. The room was reserved several days in advance. They should have known. We did get more from the room attendant as she made her rounds. Though she wasn't eager to give them up. The Front Desk clerk was all business and no courtesy at my arrival. Middle aged gentleman. He wasn't friendly or welcoming in the least. I would consider staying here again though. Just those few things need tweaking.

This place was awful. And yes, I brought these problems to the attention of the front desk.. Nothing was done to remedy the situation. FLOORS STAYED FILTHY NO BEDFING CHANGED, NO CLEAN TOWELS UNLESS I ASKED FOR THEM. First day I was just walking around the rooms putting my belongings away, sat for a moment looked at rhe bottom of my white socks THEY WERE BLACK. took my socks off n WALKED AROUND IN MY BARE FEET n my bare feet were black as the ace of spades. . 2nd they had sewer flies all over the place, in kitchen, dining, bedroom n bathroom. I killed about 10 everyday. 3rd, the fitted sheet was apparently not the right size, when sat or laid on the bed, the sheet popped off the edges . 4th, the toilet rocked when u sat down n got up. The seat was loose. 5th I had to tell them I needed clean towels after I was there 3 days n had to re use the same towels for 3 days . My stay was 10 days. 6th, I had to go to the front desk 3 times to get toliet paper. 7th, They never once came to change the bedding, give me fresh towels except I seen cleaning lady n told her I need fresh towels n thats all she replaced, had to do that two more times. The pool was ice cold n not heated. Would never stay at this place again or recommend this nasty place.

The staff were super friendly and professional. The rooms were large and clean. Wonderful restaurants , nearby , close enough to walk to. The freeway was within one mile to travel , north or south on I 10. The only thing I would say that I would change is it would be nice to have some shampoo or cream rinse for the shower, but other than that everything was perfect.

This place is in terrible condition. They made cosmetic updates but it is still a very aged building. The hot tub wasn't hot. I asked for extra towels and two staff told me no, they were to busy and the laundry room was to far away. After dark, the property did not feel safe.

Very convenient and clean and a good value to be right in the middle of all our Phoenix and Spring training activities. Very functional room with good air conditioning and a mini kitchen! Manager the next morning was great☺️ Checking in on the day of our arrival was very stressful. We had called earlier to confirm our reservation and had a confirmation from the property for our stay 3 days before our arrival on 3/12 through the booking.com app. The front desk worker at 4:30 on 3/15 said we had been canceled on January 12th - and no longer had a reservation. We eventually got our room thanks to help and confirmation from Booking. The stay was great and the hotel manager on 3/17 was very kind

The pool and location Our room wasent cleaned well, especially the floors. The internet went out several times during our stay and the only option for tv is internet based, so no TV. Front door was broken at one point and doesn't seem like it closes all the way unless it's dead bolted for room 308.

Check out Dirty sheets, dirty floors, broken elevator, open holes in walls where there had been construction done. TV didn’t work until front desk came up to fix it. No breakfast as was advertised on line when I booked, no amenities in room, had to go to front desk for hair dryer etc. not at all like advertized on line where I booked. Fraudulent in my opinion! I have pictures to document everything I am saying.

I arrived at the property after a long day of travel, and was underwhelmed at what I found. There were two different groups of teenagers in the parking lot loitering - I don’t know what they were doing and maybe it was harmless, but it didn’t feel right. When I got into the lobby, the woman working the front desk looked up my reservation and said it had been canceled two months ago. I told her I hadn’t canceled it, and I had not been told it was canceled. In fact, Expedia emailed me earlier in the day to see how check-in went. The front desk lady told me there was nothing she could do, that the property was full. I spent an hour on the phone with Expedia but they told me they thought the hotel sold my room to a higher paying customer. They set me up at a different hotel but it was well after midnight and they couldn’t get me in anywhere that night, so my new hotel took me in starting the next day. I had to sleep in my rental car in the Studio 6 parking lot. The front desk lady said she’d talk to the manager the next day and that the manager would call me, but of course that did not happen. This was a nightmare, and no concern was shown by this property’s management. Avoid this hotel. It is run-down and the management have shady business practices.

Theres never any like little small shampoos in the shower like most all other motels have. Sometimes t.v. dont work. Ive been moved from 1 room to another a few times. Speaking of showers there is like hardly any water pressure!!! It was pretty bad. It was like that last time i stayed there. Figured you'd have gotten it fixed. It seems like your deliberately keeping it like that. Im not to sure if im goona stay there anymore. Might look for another place.

The hotel is nice. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I spend 2 days here awaiting a flight. The pool and hot tub were descent, lots of restaurants and Costco across the street.

The studio suite was great. It was clean and updated. Great location so many restaurants and stores nearby. The only con was the tv channels were programmed into the bedroom tv so i had to use the fromt tv to figure out what i wanted to watch

We enjoyed the room layout. It was a true suite with a kitchen and dining area separated from the bedrooms with a door. The bathroom was newly remodeled and had a nice roomy shower. The beds were pretty good. Even though our stay was four nights, the maids never came to clean the room, empty the trash, or refresh the towels. On one hand, I was glad not to have cleaner smell again. On the other hand there were only three towels provided for four people, so they could have used some refreshing.

There were cigarette butts on the TV and inside the door. There was a toothbrush and wrappers under the bathroom sink. The kid pool is filthy. The adult pool is not heated. No pool towels provided. Nothing but bars of soap in the room. No hair dryer. The bedding is so dry and scratchy- I bought a sheet set to use while there. The rooms are not sound proof at all. Traffic noise was horrendous even with ear plugs. The shower was the best part. Good water pressure and large. The elevator is sketchy af! Burnt out lights, filthy. There’s this clear goo on all the ledges- I think it’s for bugs but it ruined my swim suit and took two showers to get it off my skin. There was a flying grasshopper in my room. I will NOT stay there again.

Was woken up around 3am by some random guy knocking on doors looking for a lighter and 'other' things. Front desk did come address the issue after about 2 hours, then problem continued to persist about 30 minutes after. Does also appear to be a longer term hotel for guests, property is not very clean and front desk did not speak english very well.

Clean, well maintained, reasonably quiet rooms with table/chairs and comfortable bed. Outdoor entrance walkways scruffy (need pressure wash). Helpful front desk staff. Room was very clean and comfortable, however, the parking lot, sidewalks and outside lighting needs much attention. Remember that is what you see first...I was worried the room was going to reflect the outdoors !

The king bed only had three pillows available, and they were extremely thin. When we asked for additional pillows, the staff wasn’t able to provide any. The towels were old, the walls were dirty, and the overall cleanliness of the room was poor. The room also felt very humid, and the air conditioner was loud and unpleasant. Many elements in the room (walls, floors, etc.) looked worn and poorly maintained. What made us the most uncomfortable, however, was the general atmosphere of the property and some of the other guests staying there. At times we felt uneasy and rushed to get back into our room, as we didn’t feel very safe. Overall, this place did not match the expectations created by the photos and we would not recommend it.

This process is convoluted because there is NOW WAY to do this via the hotels.com portal - forcing you to find the phone number to try and get this resolved. To make the process even better, the Hotels.com and Motel 6 system for this branch doesn’t work - it shunts you to another part of motel 6 so there is no way to find the confirmation number for the refund. Needless to say - these two do NOT MIX if you have to change your reservation or duration of stay. The rates are great, the room is decent, but changing this booking is an exercise in bureaucratic finger pointing that is more complicated and futile compared to finding the perverbial needle in a haystack.

Giving other customers a hard time because of room mix ups maintenance isn't doin their job when it comes to fixing things staff don't know how to run the front 2 people were in the front and she wasn't helping the son knowin there's a long line outside the door and he's new still learning and she's just letting the line get backup up both giving customers issues when it come to refunds

The clerk at check in tried to tell me my credit card wasn’t accepted there even though it was issued by a nationwide bank. She pointed to a sign that said they do not accept cards from pay apps like Venmo and I tried to explain to her that my card was not from any of those. Also the gave us a room right near the front of the hotel and by the pool so it was noisy all hours of the evening and morning. Also no shampoo or conditioner was provided (only soap).

They definitely need security out there to clean it up some but all in all the rooms were surprisingly very nice also do not have any issues. I booked a king bed and gor a queen with no attempt to make it right. The a/c leaked and squealed and the filters werent even for the right unit. The weather stripping was falling off all around the door.

--- Our stay had a mix of positive and negative aspects. The motel is pet-friendly, which we appreciated; however, the room assigned to us was located very close to an area where a dog was barking continuously from early morning until around noon. Additionally, the neighboring unit appeared to be a long-term rental, and there was frequent loud phone conversation, which made it difficult to rest. The soundproofing between rooms seems quite limited, so light sleepers may want to take this into consideration. Upon check-in, we noticed that the bed sheets did not appear to have been properly changed, as there were visible stains and hair. Based on our travel experience, the overall cleanliness could be improved. On a positive note, although the front desk experience was somewhat limited, the manager was responsive and helped relocate us to an upstairs room that was noticeably quieter. The bed itself was quite soft, which may or may not suit individual preferences. Overall, there are some conveniences, but improvements in cleanliness and noise control would significantly enhance the guest experience.

The room was great, clean and supplied the basic needs like towels. I was disappointed with the elevator not working upon arrival and I was placed on the third floor. The pool had locks on all the gates, then the locks miraculously disappeared after I made a complaint. No hair dryers not even with an ID. It appeared every time I went to the front counter, another customer was complaining. The manager is a bully, how he got this job? He’s not about customer service at all. However the Indian couple are lovely and very helpful, along with the non speaking gentleman that fixed my TV twice because it wouldn’t connect. I gave up on the TV on my third time. Great location to restaurants. However lots of indifferent or lost denizens walking the premises, which is unnerving. It’s not worth the money.

There was no iron in the room, and although I was told to request one in the morning, I never received it. Each time I left the property and returned, my key card had to be reactivated, which became inconvenient. Additionally, the WiFi did not work for several days, and the television stopped working during my stay and was never repaired. I will say that the housekeeping staff was very pleasant and helpful. They were kind and appeared to do their best to assist despite the issues.

Lack support and room was dirty

Staff is very nice. Cable had been ripped from the back of the TV and therefore the TV didn’t work. Informed the front desk & was told nothing could be done. Also room smelled strongly of something foul. With propping the door open & using an oil diffuser, was able to make it tolerable.

Completely updated, new, clean feel. Very tidy. I was delayed getting in but they accommodated me. Remember this is a motel, not hotel. Understand this is very basic. There is a fridge, microwave and bar of soap, but no hair dryer, no shampoo or conditioner. As long as you understand that, you can enjoy a nice clean, pleasant, comfortable room. Oh, there was no place to set anything in shower, just walls, so that is awkward. They should probably install a place to set soap.

As a solo traveler, I often choose Motel 6 for their affordability. This Tempe location was particularly good value, with a great location, new renovations, swimming pool and quiet room.

Unfortunately our room smelled like an ashtray. We were offered another room, on the third floor, which we turned down as I didn’t want to haul all my gear up three flights. We made due with an air freshener. It was good value for the cost. There are restaurants within walking distance along with a very large Goodwill. The only thing I would say is to please, for the love of Jove, please hang a piece of artwork, photo whatever on the wall. Seriously, with everything painted grey, it looks like a cell.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Motel 6. The front desk staff was extremely rude and very difficult to understand, which made communication frustrating. To make matters worse, one of the bathroom towels in my room was stained with blood. When I called the front desk to report it, the staff member could not understand what I was saying and offered no help or solution. This was unacceptable and made my stay very uncomfortable.

Sink did not drain at all. Hotel worker barged into the room without knocking at 10 AM, by mistake.

The rooms are basic, but fine. They didn’t have an iron or ironing board available though so we had to go elsewhere. But you know what was so impressive? They refunded us without hesitation and with sincere apologies. I was so impressed. What a wonderful establishment, that gives their staff authority to take care of you like that. They really should get some more ironing boards and irons is all. I’d stay here in the future if I wanted a no frills room with great customer service.

The blanket on the bed was dirty, although they do put it between 2 sheets but it still grossed me out. No coffee machine in the room, but a huge refrigerator. And the bed curved up at our feet which I guess would be good if your old and need your feet raised at night but us, not so much. Lumpy pillows and there were only 3 small ones. One step up from camping I guess.

Great value, but it varies by room. Last visit I was extremely pleased with everything except one complaint— although the floor appears clean, it is unpleasantly sticky and will instantly blacken your socks. This visit, different room but the floor was the same. Additionally, a few more minor defects diminished the condition, and the pillows were unsatisfactory, but still a good offering for the price.

Modern, excellent state of repair, nice linens, in short, everything was great, especially for the price— the value was incredible. The only thing less than perfect was the floor, which did not appear obviously filthy, yet my socks were quickly blackened once I took my shoes off and a little bit sticky, too. But will I choose this Motel 6 again? It’s hard to do better unless price is just no object. For those, you can do marginally better by paying many times the price.

I was forced to check out in the middle of the night despite having to work in 3 hours and no place to go. The individuals outside my door smoking drugs I could smell thru the door and was making me ill. I asked them to mao e and they told me to go back inside or they would hurt me. My shoes in the back of truck were stolen when I was trying to tell the clerk what was going on he just on really and that was it. So yes I left after being there less than 4 hours and had to go to the urgent care because I felt awful.

The room was acceptable as far as cleanliness. The corridors, elevator and walkways were filthy amd littered with trash and questionable liquids. Seriously past due for pressure washing. The questionable people hanging out in and aroud parking lot made for feeling unsafe. Would not recommend this hotel.

First the staf wasntthe most friendly during check in or check out. No information for the hotel during check in. The room wasnt the cleanest. If you want a hot shower this isnt the place, they have the hot water restricted so you can only turn it so far. Your shower will be warm but not even a tiny bit hot. Watch your step as there is dog poop and trash everywhere on the property. Keep your eyes open and aware of your surrounding as there are lots of drug addicts living and hanging out here. Needless to say, i wont stay here again or recommend it to anyone else.

Heavily scented cleanser used in the room. With everyone's sensitivities today why are they using scented products at all. Even though the room was a kitchenette suite there was no utensils, dishes, or cooking pots and pans. Bathroom sink didn't drain well. Could not get the shower water hot enough. There is a fan through the wall that does not have an alarm off switch so I had to listen to that all night. Coffee in the lobby was so bad I had to drive elsewhere to get decent coffee. Heavily scented cleanser used in the room. With everyone's sensitivities today why are they using scented products at all. Even though the room was a kitchenette suite there was no utensils, dishes, or cooking pots and pans. Bathroom sink didn't drain well. Could not get the shower water hot enough. There is a fan through the wall that does not have an alarm off switch so I had to listen to that all night. Coffee in the lobby was so bad I had to drive elsewhere to get decent coffee. Great price for the stay

This Motel 6 was one of the better ones that I have stayed in. Front desk reception was friendly and welcoming. The room was pretty clean and bed was comfortable. Looks like the room was remodeled recently. Would stay here again in the future.

The rooms were advertised as recently remodeled but smelled of smoke and/or cleaning chemicals that attempted to cover up the smell of smoke. Basically these rooms "remodeled" rooms were old rooms with a new coat of paint and new vinyl flooring. Unfortunately the clientele of these rooms don't respect the non-smoking policies, leaving gullible next guests such as myself disappointed. Though the management was kind enough to let me try other rooms, it became very apparent that majority of the rooms had the same issues. In addition, the exterior of the place was very dirty and less than desirable. I should have know better that the price was too good to be true. The value was just not there.

Parking did not feel safe and as we approached the stairs, there were 3 different people standing on and around the stairs smoking pot. Our room was right next to the stairs so all night long all I smelled was pot. 4 in the morning people are yelling outside the room. Do not get a room by the stairs!!

Staff was great, and rooms are clean. But the motel itself is rundown, the parking lot is dirty, and there is a lot of noise from the road and from the neighbors.

New appliances in the kitchenette and new bathroom. TVs in both rooms, but the thing that was weird, there was no sofa in the living room / kitchen to sit and watch tv. Only a kitchen table and chairs. Room was was clean, but the outside walkways had trash and cigarette buts on the ground. It was a ok stay for a night, which is what I needed before a flight the next day b

A/C worked great

Kitchen table for two was wobbly, and we did not have a trash can to put dirty paper towels in. Ice machine broken all three days and I had to personally walk to the office three times to get the items I needed like towel replacement and toilet paper. I can honestly say I would never recommend this place or will ever stay there again. I know you get what you pay for but in this case not even that.

Room was very plain and sterile. It had a kitchenette but no untensils of any kind. It did have some paper cups. The kitched drain was backed up and the TV didn’t work. Both were reported first day, no follow-up. Sidewalks were filthy. Feet were black on the bottoms after walking outside. They were really disgusting.

The air conditioner seemed okay. The first room we were given smelled a lot like cigarettes. We were given a second room that had bugs. Underwear and clothing thrown in the hallways. The cleaning staff walked around it. Parking was easy to find and staff overall were friendly and supportive in cancelling my reservation.

It was good, decently clean. Needed more pillows and honestly it stanked like cigarettes and the ac was loud. But everything else was acceptable

I knew the area well as a former Tempe resident and it was right by where I needed to be the next morning. My only issue was not so much with the motel but with some other residents -- a loud dog barking in the corridor around 4 a.m. and a loud conversation about an hour later. Otherwise, it was fine.

Property had a bunch of homeless people around it was unsafe and not at all what the photos showed. There were a bunch of drug addicts around the property and it felt we were going to be robbed on the way to our room

Everything worked as expected

Checked in and noticed cigarette butts all over, down the stairs, on the sidewalk, there was no shower head in the shower. Requested it to be fixed on Saturday morning and had to request a second time at 9pm. Finally, the maintenance guy came and replaced it. I will not stay here again.

Air conditioning rattled and made a ton of noise. Felt very unsafe with the people outside hanging around doing drugs. Found a rusty razor blade in our room. Had to change rooms because the first one smelled like marijauna. Stayed 3 nights and couldn’t get extra towels and only gave us 4 tiny pillows for 2 beds. Refrigerator wasn’t plugged in. Smoke detector was covered with a plastic bag. Kitchen sink leaked onto the floor. Bathroom door was broke. Ice machine didn’t work.

The room was not very clean. Floor was very dirty, I didn't want to step on it without shoes on. Room smelled like cat pee. I mentioned it to the front desk person and they ignored me. I wiped off a spot on the floor with a wet paper towel to show them how dirty it was and they ignored me. They had a customer service representative call me and they hung up on me as I was explaining dirty items to them. Unknown substance on shelves in bathroom. Didn't use the shower. Had a nice kitchen area and rooms were big.

Arrived at 3am from out of state and check in was super smooth and easy. The room was beyond my expectations for a motel 6 - super clean and tidy. And spacious! AC worked well. We got a corner room luckily and didn’t deal with any noise at all. The price was great for a quick 2 night stay. Cheers from California!

The bathroom? We loved the nice updated mirror, but the shower, though clean and functional lacks any place to put your soap or shampoo…so we have to place it on the floor. You be the judge of that. Now we gotta talk about the pool. Pictures make it look really nice but once there, it’s really uninviting. The smaller one has not been cleaned in a while (there’s literally soil, lots of it, at the bottom), the big one seems ok but when I tried the hot tub, I could feel the grit at the tub floor, meaning they haven’t cleaned it in a while. That was enough to make me get out of there. They say you get what you paid for. And we survived because all we needed was a place to rest our heads for a couple of nights. And this place was cheap. But c’mon, we’re not looking for luxury. We’re just looking for clean and functional.

Older place. I give it all a B. I stay at about 10-12 nice hotels per year for work. This was a pass through. Studio 6 is a Motel 6, so…. Some stray hairs on the floor and in shower. Bed was o k. TV had lots of channels they couldn’t get reception for.

Ice maker was out of service and only 1 available for the entire property. The creamer needed to be replaced. Enjoyed the rooms with the upgrades, close to dining and stores.

Room wasn't the cleanest, smelled like cleaning product , a lot of random machine noises constantly around my room probably because I was near pool , laundry , other busy areas. Area wasnt bad, decent food options walking distance. Not bad for the price , worked out as a place to stay. Didnt complain or anything while there just considered I got what I payed for.

I didn’t like that I asked for an hour extra to stay, they just gave half hour. Typically I would have been allowed to do that. I was working and because of different time zones I had lost an hour. Too bad.

Plenty of parking. Quick check in and out. Appreciate the studio space with kitchenette and large fridge—though we didn’t utilize much. No shampoo but there is a Walmart and Costco nearby. Many food options close by too. Love that it’s dog friendly because we’re pet people (not pets on this trip though). Everyone seem to behave, heard a small dog go off a few times but not constant. I don’t know the area but it felt safe ish. You’re not in a luxury hotel so for the price, it worked for us.

Very nice hotel clean, conveniently located a lot of dining options. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable, and the staff was very professional and attentive. I left my iPad in the room upon checkout, and when I called back, I kept being told that the iPad was not left on the bed. This was the biggest downfall of the trip, dishonest housekeeping staff is never a good thing.

They hotel staff were amazing… The bed was comfortable and the unit was clean. The pool and jacuzzi were clean also. I left my iPad in the room and when I called back, housekeeping, says that they did not find my iPad, but the iPad was indeed left on the bed. And that’s very unfortunate.
