    The room was disgusting stinky there’s nothing red plus about it. Overpriced for this room room was dirty. We were short on towels. Bedsheets are dirty hair was clearly that they never washed the bedsheets. I was disgusted. I was just so tired. I didn’t wanna argue with the staff. The staff was great. That’s the only thing that made me give two stars out of five.

    I was really impressed with the value for money and how easy it was to get from the airport! That was the main reason I invited my parents to my graduation. The front door seemed a bit stubborn, and the card scanner wasn’t working right. We had to give it a few tries to get it open each time.

    My room the key wouldn't work I changed it 3 times. My husband had to study for his work. The chair was broke it was an office chair it was stuck all the way down. Therefore the table was high as the chair. I asked for another one, never got it. And at 3am a man was trying to get in my room with a key, the door unlocked but the bar on it. Never go there again.

    The woman at the check in desk was very nice and helpful. The room was decent. All we needed was a place to stay overnight as our flight had been rescheduled. Room had definitely seen better days. Everything was worn down. But it worked for what we needed it to.

    I had a change in plans and tried to cancel my reservation on the day of my stay early in the morning. I was directed to contact the property since my free cancellation period had expired and I was seeking a free cancellation. I spoke with an agent at the property and she told me that she had to speak to the manager and I told her I could hold. She proceeded to tell me she had to call the Manager to get a decision and she would call me back. She said she worked the shift the night before. I ended up waiting 3 hours before I called back and she said the manager said no with no explanation. I wasn't given any options to speak with the manager or anything. The coffee was horrible. If they can't offer a grab and go breakfast at least get the coffee right.

    The room wasn’t very clean. Poorly vacuumed, stains on bedding, and what looked like boogers on the walls. There was even used soap bars and empty amenity bottles in the shower and behind the sink. Staff at the desk were helpful and nice. Was also rushed out of our room right at 11am. You get what you pay for. At least we had good nights sleep for the whole weekend

    We checked in and shortly after checked out of this hotel. The sheets and comforter were not clean and we had to kill a bug crawling on the bed. The staff was not accommodating and we tried to be very discreet about the issues. They refused to refund us and after requesting a refund through Travelocity, the manager still denied it. Please beware because the reviews are very deceiving.

    The only positive was the close proximity to my meetings I did appreciatethat there was no additional charge for on-site parking. This was a very old hotel and it showed. This first indicator that this was going to be bad was the huge footprint on my door. It looked as if some large person had tried to kick the door in. At the front desk, another guest was asking about extra towels... he was told he would have bring down towel before he was given more. Other guests were asking about having their bedding changed. The front desk was adamant about doing that every 3rd day. I sure hope the changed after each guest

    The room was not fully cleaned. The refrigerator had a leftover party ball keg in it and there was a fake eye lash stuck to the wall in the shower that we didn't discover until the morning. The bed was made, but it made us question how clean the sheets were after sleeping in them. We left early, before 8 am and there wasn't anyone at the desk to tell about the room condition. We waited for about 5 minutes and someone told us the front desk person had gone to laundry and would probably be awhile. So we just left our keys on the desk and left.

    Front desk clerks made incoming clients stay in the lobby area until the stroke of 3pm to get their rooms. My room was unfinished, pillows were all over the bed, service was poor, air conditioner made a loud rattling noise, desk person called me by the wrong name, pool was outside and around the corner. While I was in the room, a maid unlocked the door, came in to drop off a blanket that I did not order, but I guess was not done at original cleaning. Someone was "hanging out" at the front desk having a long conversation with 2 desks clerks on all sorts of unassociated topics. This seemed to make the workers lose focus. In addition, coming back late at night from a dodger game with my daughter, my room key did not work and I had to go back down to the front desk to get it fixed. Yes, I did check it before I left for the evening and it worked.

    The hotel is conveniently close to the airport, spacious room a bit outdated but clean, the front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming, we asked for late check out if possible and she said she was able to give us till noon instead of 11, well on our way out we noticed they changed us a fee for the late check out, we feel things like this should be said out front instead of applying an extra charge to the bill without notice. So people we aware this is done at this property without previous notice.

    Hi yes the only thing we had trouble with was that the shower and tub was a bit messy and it appears the tub is clogged we got in pretty late last night so we didn't complain i just wanted to sleep if it's possible to get reimbursed for the trouble i unclogged it myself also just wondering when i get those deposits back

    $163 per night in a room that they don’t even supply a hairdryer. You have to take your towels down and get your own exchanged. There’s no service to rooms at all even when you’re there for multiple days. Wanted $15 extra per day and would have to change rooms to be provided a refrigerator. Killed the cockroach in the bathroom. Shower leaked horribly fan and bathroom was outrageously loud. Would not recommend this property at all overpriced and the amenities were horrible.

    Great customer service. It was my son’s 9th birthday! When the tenant heard she ordered him balloons so that when we came back from our day of adventures, there were balloons for him! The ladies were great we would totally stay there again! My boys all told me they wanted to live there. Lol

    We've stayed here before about a year ago & had no issues but this time there were roaches in the bathroom & the building is in need of upgrades and repair. There was rust on doorframes and the sheetrock was cracked and falling apart around doorframes. It's just grungy now.     The room was dirty. Opened men's cologne box was still on the vanity. The whole room smelled as if the person had just left before we entered. There was nail clippings on the carpet and cheese bits on the floor. We were exhausted and just needed a place to rest for a few hours, otherwise we would have booked elsewhere.

    The first room we had was not very clean. It had the most dirtiest walls I have ever seen in a room. Big yellow stains all over, food and boogers smeared on them. Luckily the tv was broken and they moved us to another room. The room they moved us too was much better. Staff was good. The area around the hotel was good and I never felt unsafe. Parking lot was good and I saw a security guy when I checked out early in the morning.

    Old outdated room, broken items and horrible looking stuff everywhere (hire a better maintenance crew), parking lot and lobby full of random guests (?) that looks like they might be living in the hotel, cats everywhere, the front desk attendant had her food laying on the counter, tv was ridiculously small (you can get a brand new 55” tv for $200 these days), and you can just tell the owners out zero effort into making this place nice. I work as a head of maintenance and front desk manager at a resort, the not caring shows.

    I really like the outside pool at this Red Roof Inn plus. It is very clean and the water temperature was perfect. The tub drained very slow in Room 127. They do not charge for the first pet which is nice. The AC was rather noisy in the room. I like that it has 2 nightstands, plus a desk and nice desk chair. This is our go-to place in Tempe.

    I really love this hotel. The rooms are big, the beds are very comfortable and they have large desks in them. There is a lot of space and they are always very clean. The staff are always very nice and professional. They have these beautiful cats on the property that hang out in the lobby and out front of the hotel. If you are looking for a simple, decent sized, clean hotel with excellent customer service, I highly recommend it.

    Cheap hotel and you get what you pay for. Was solo so didn't think I would mind and I was incorrect. No room service at all as they clean only after you check out. Hand to take out my own trash on 3rd day. No tissues and had to ask the front desk who handed me a small package of them. The room, elevator, lobby, etc is real dingy. The bed was old and your body sunk into where hundred have slept before and I only weigh 172.

    Outside looks nice, inside not so much. The room was small and outdated. Shower was terrible, no fridge, no blow dryer. Walls are paper thin and we could hear everyone around us. Would not stay here again.

    The day after we checked in we had to change rooms do to the shower head being filthy. They were kind enough to put us in her room that would better accommodate my mother's needs. After walking into the new room I could smell urine. Human urine in between the two beds. After having to sleep in that room overnight hotel staff asked us to move all of our stuff out so they can steam clean the the carpet between the beds. After doing so they moved us back into the room and carpet still smell like urine. When I went up to the front desk to say something about it again, the lady at the desk handed me pet spray for urine to spray on the carpet myself. After saying something about it a third time they offer to downgrade us into a room with one bed. My mother and I slept in a room that smelled like urine for 6 days and they would not do anything to accommodate us. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

    The room had an smelly order I only received 1 small bar of soap for a family of 3 and I sample of shampoo and with no conditioner. I can hear the room forward and aft of my room playing, talking and I can also hear their TV on.

    However, Erica who works the front desk in the evenings is super cheerful and very helpful. My room AC was out. I called down and she was up to check in less than 10 minutes, very happy to help, already with another room prepared for me. I was changed to a new room with A/c less than 15 minutes after my call. She did ask that with a smile

    My entire job box that was locked in the back of my truck bed was stolen. No cameras on property to show it. Homeless people sleeping in their cars in the parking lot that staff are aware of. RV homes in the parking lot of people staying there that staff are aware of. Stay away.

    The time I walked into the hotel. It smelt of dogs. Shower curtain was not covering up to the wall, so water was going down the wall and getting on the floor also. The walls were not repaired, you could see the wall starting to crumble. Just left a towel on floor to absorb the water. Kept hearing a bang either from the cooler or the fridge.

    The only positive is the staff. The property is run down and outdated. I had to have the key cards reset multiple times. Don’t keep the card near ANYTHING. Car keys, phones, bank cards all demagnetize them. The shower had no pressure and tons of leaks. The worst of it was the roaches!!

    They advertise free breakfast but never once did I see it and when I asked I was told there was no breakfast. We were told by the clerk they stopped doing that a long time ago. We asked for clean towels and they denied it. No laundry facilities and the manager charged me more just to have a small refrigerator in our room. I would never stay here again and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

    The hotel tried to charge me for just about everything. They would not change out our linens, towels, and empty the trash every other day. We never got to revisit that type of customer service. Pool was heated and that was wonderful but the sketchy people that work there and are super sketchy. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. We had to pay for a better room than what was offered online. The clerk that checked us in upsold us on a supposedly better room and charged us $15 more a night just to have a small fridge. Would never recommend staying there.

    So far everything has been great. All the ladies in he frint are welcoming and polite; Sara, Marie, Erika, Shay & Connie are always so helpful. Room serviced as promised and the best part is they allow pets, first one free! Its so hard to find a hotel without outrages fees. We extended it anohter week in the premium suite.

    Room was good. Front desk informed me two days a week cleaning offered. I stayed for total of 5 days and they didn't clean my room even tho I even stopped by at the front desk to make sure that my room get clean when I get back from being out. I got back to the hotel and room and towels are still not replaced and clean.
