Home2 breakfast has great healthy choices. The property was clean and inviting. The amenities were available and easy access. The room was pretty clean but needs extra TLC with checking the sink and facets for working conditions. My kitchen sink had a plumbing issue and couldn't be resolved until late the next day. Boss and maintenance should be available and responded to these emergencies 24/7. Parking can be improved with providing more available spots for handicap persons on Home2 side. Overall this is one of my favorite places to stay when visiting AZ. Staffs are friendly but can use some training in English for housekeeping dept.

They charged $10 a day for parking in a wide open parking area. The sofa in the room needed cleaning and the comforter on the main bed was soiled. We didn’t even see a room cleaning person the 3 days we were there. No one ever knocked to ask if we wanted the room cleaned.

It was a great stay overall. I was a bit upset that I had to pay for parking, which I felt was unnecessary considering how much I was already paying for the stay plus the amenities fee. The staff were very kind and helpful and the room was reasonably clean. Overall, I’d stay there again.

We had to ask after being there for 3 full days (going on 4) for housekeeping to come in and change bedding and give more towels. Front desk was very nice along with kitchen staff during the continental breakfast. However, the hot items on the breakfast weren’t good and were barely warm. I didn’t expect much from a continental breakfast but the eggs were very powdery.

Paid parking, not advertised, we didn’t pay anywhere in the city to park except our hotel! Also this hotel is connected to another more modern one. It was clear at check-in we were not a priority the other hotel was. The room was outdated and could have used a refresh top to bottom. Not what we expected when booking.

Location is terrible as constant noise from highway make it very difficult to get to deep sleep. Also there is no need to charge for parking as we are far from campus and parking should be free.

Their air conditioner is right next to one of the beds and thank God I was alone, and I slept in the furthest one from the air conditioner, very loud and cold Other than that, my trip was nice and the day was OK. Not many people there at that time of the year and it seemed like rooms around me were occupied where other rooms were quite empty.

The stay is always great, the staff members are kind, and they changed their breakfast and there are quite a few more items to choose from! The room ready for us; and we always enjoy staying at this property as it is centrally located to shopping, restaurants, etc. We found out on this trip; you now have to pay for parking. We hadn't been to this property for a while, and we immediately noticed the signs as you enter. That's a no go for us because for years we have stayed at this location and its sister property, Hilton Garden, we have never had to pay for parking. Seems they are following California on this one. There are many other properties in Tempe who do not charge, and we will be on the lookout for those.

First thing I noticed when we arrived was the elevator situation. I stood at Home2 for 8 days and there was only 1 working elevator, which was the medical emergency elevator. Another patron who was staying there complained a few times to the Hilton hotel receptionist but no one ever came to service the non working elevator. Secondly, the pool was disgusting. It looked like the water hadn't been cleaned for weeks. The hot tub water was literally yellow, like if someone had an accident and walked away. I was reluctant to let my kids swim in it for fear they would get sick. Thirdly, the dining area was dirty at various times of my stay there. From spilled drinks to spilled waffle batter, the floors were hardly clean. Same goes for the elevator floor. Lastly, I noticed we were all alone on that side of the hotel. No receptionist, no security, no staff other than the cleaning crews were present. I find that a little odd. If any of the patrons needed anything, we would have to walk to the Hilton side of the hotel with our grievances. Not only is that odd but inconvenient in case there is an emergency. That side of the hotel should at the very least have a staff member walking around to make sure all is good and that the patrons aren't needing anything. Would I stay at Home2 again? Probably Would I stay at this location? No.

This is about the only Hilton property in the Phoenix area that doesn't provide free parking. Worse yet, you have to use a QR code at check in to pay some third party company...I ended up standing in the hot sun for 15 minutes to get it to work. The desk clerk couldn't have cared less.... Just kept agreeing that it was a bad set up. I'd never stay here again. So many other choices without the parking hassle.

You dont check in to the hotel you have to go next door to other Hilton to check in. The pool was chained and had to walk through other hotel to get in and out. Room was only cleaned 1 time in 5 days and the floors were never vacuumed before or during our stay. We had sunflower seed shells on the floor and the hallway floors had food and other things on them from the momwnt we got there till the time we left. Bed had stains on comforter and went to plug in items next to bedside table and went to slide table over and the top came off. Breakfast was decent but the main proteins were kept in a small case that you could barely get in to and then would have long wait if busy because it was one at a time. If they would separate it out more would be better and easier to get to. Water in lobby was not refilled during the day after the first day we were there. Staff that checked us in acted annoyed and irritated that they had to help us upon arrival since we were at "the other hotel". Very disappointed in the hotel cleanliness and lack or care for our stay in this hotel.

Issue fixed yet towels used to prevent further flooding were not removed as asked to staff bathroom sink faucet loose , toilet seat loose . After a discussion with the manager, we were told they had overbooked and our room was one given away. The manager compensated us with a handicapped room in their partner Garden Inn along with complimentary breakfast each morning. Our room at the Garden Inn was wonderful! It was very clean, very roomy and very comfortable. I think we got a better room than what I booked! When I needed an extra blanket and coffee pods, they were very prompted getting it to us. The front desk people were friendly every time we went down in their area. Overall, it was a great experience! We would stay at the Hilton Garden Inn again.

I was very satisfied with this stay. Breakfast was good each day, friendly staff. In the 4 days I never did see housekeeping come to my room. I couple minor annoyances - only had decaf coffee in my room. The shampoo bottle did not open at all and was unusable, surely housekeeping personnel knew this. Otherwise no major complaints.

This hotel was attached to a Garden Inn and you had to walk all the way to the Garden Inn side if you wanted the front desk which is an inconvenience. If you entered the Homes2 Suites side you had to scan your card everytime. The smoking area was tiny and you only had a bench for 2 people. The exterior and elevator always smelled like Marijuana and was discussing. We always had to find house keeping if we needed kleenex, or toilet paper. Also we didnt find out until we checked in the pool wasnt heated. That was the main reason we picked this hotel was because of the size of the pool but no where does it say in the description of the hotel if the pool is heated or not. We have always loved staying at the Homes2 Suites hotel.

Great price. Housekeeping was poor. We stayed for 11 nights and never actually had all required items in the room at any time. Room was only cleaned a few times and we frequently had to ask for toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, soap etc. Sometimes it would show up and sometimes not. The first dew days we approached the front desk several times who did what they could. Howeve we realised that the hotel was clearly working down to a price (which was great) and not up to the standard the brand name would suggest.

Handicap parking was roped off for reservations and we couldn’t park near the front entrance. There was confusion about the free breakfast versus the $15 option. I had to look up my reservation to prove we had the free option and show it to the waitress before she told me where the free breakfast was. She didn’t charge us but would have if I had not shown the reservation to her.

It was decent for the price. Quiet. Pool smelt funky, and when we checked in we asked for late check out which we got until 12 noon. For some reason the gentleman did not put that in the system. Around 820 house keeping was trying to open my door as i had the Do not disturb sign on the door. My son and i were getting breakfast for my wife and daughter down stairs and when got back to our room housekeeping was knocking and trying to get in my room. Around 1130 we get a call from the front desk asking of i was ok and if i needed more time because check out is at 11. I informed her that we had already asked for late check out at 12 noon. Other than that, the stay was alright.

The room was amazingly spacious, making it easy to use the wheelchair and not run into anything. The roll in shower was exactly what we were hoping for, only thing I would have liked to be different, was the location of the shampoo/body wash, which was behind the shower chair. The door to enter the room, was heavy too, which made it hard for mom to open door and get chair in alone.

It was nice but definitely different. You had to check in on the other side which I guess is a “real” Hilton and not the knock off we got. I mean ours was a “Hilton” but a cheaper one and it felt like we were doing everything by ourselves, like if we were at home but paying to stay there. If you like that kind of place this is for you but it is not for me. When I go to a hotel, I expect certain things and for me to be able to get a hold of or see people and not feel as if we were not at a hotel.
