My husband loved it quiet good location

The rooms were spacious and clean, complimentary breakfast was good and had a good assortment of food, the staff was helpful and pleasant as well!

Location was walking distance multiple restaraunts that i took advantage of.

When I told the front desk, they said a manager would call me and no one did. I would not stay here or recommend anyone else too. How can anyone rent rooms to people with urine and look in the mirror I have no idea. Bonus- there was a kid screaming all night long in the halls and we checked in around 10 pm after driving 16 hours.

Breakfast can be better. The juices tastes water down. Oatmeal was cold. The vending machines are overpriced.

Bed was great, decent breakfast, easy access to the airport and mall.

The doors closed loudly and I’m a light sleeper so if anyone came or went I’d wake up to the sharp sound of the door slamming shut. But otherwise very normal and comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable and soft.

Only complaint is worlds slowest elevators!

Upon check in they told us the pool was out of order, we hiked all day so were looking forward to using it. Then asked about breakfast and the time was too late for us to take advantage, but they had grab and go bags and never offered us the service knowing that we were leaving early. So a big fail on customer service.

I had this reservation for months in advance. I came to relax by the pool in the sun. When i arrived for check in and asked about pool and spa hours they informed me that "the pool is closed for renovations" and did not offer a discount. Hotels.com then relocated me to INFINITY HOTEL and it was a HUGE downgrade from the Holiday Inn...i was shocked! I WAS LEFT ON VACATION IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT AS A SOLO TRAVELER AND NO REFUND FOR MY PREVIOUS ACCOMMODATIONS. I HAD TO FIND ANOTHER HOTWL AT THE LAST MINITE THAT WAS NIT A DUMP!

Overall a decent hotel and is conveniently located to Papago Park and its many activities. The rooms were fine but the hall carpets haven't been cleaned in years and left the bottoms of feet and shoes disgustingly dirty. They also charge you $10 per night for parking which is not listed in the reservation information.

This hotel is extremely clean and well maintained. It was very convenient to restaurants, shopping and the airport. The rooms were very clean and very spacious! I highly recommend the Holiday Inn Express!

There we cockroaches cruising the floor I was on. I saw two girls in the hallway playing with one of them the size of my thumb. The whole hotel was musty. I had a non smoking room but I am guessing I was right above a smoking spot outside because the AC was venting in cigarrete smoke from somewhere.

The air conditioning unit was loud. But, did help mask the road noise. Room was very comfortable, as were the beds. Hotel itself was very quiet.

Barely 2 stars. Room was okay. Pillows were good. All shared areas have not been cared for or respected at all. Very noisy. Sirens and doors all night.

The elevators were definitely in need of immediate repair, one was totally out of service and the second was slow and very loud making for long wait times on floors and definitely a lot of anxiety riding it so we took the stairs a lot.

Room rate was a bit high for what we got, but to get a good room it was competative.

Cleaning staff was banging around starting at 8am. They knocked quick and walked into room at 10am, then did the same at 11am. Also, cleaning crew had rap music blaring from about 9am on. (I had late check out at 12). Rooms are clean and good location.

This property is a six-story hotel that is always busy with youth athletic teams, etc. From the time we arrived on Thursday until the time we checked out on Sunday, only one of their two elevators was functioning. This caused a huge problem anytime we needed to leave or return from our room. Also, there were plumbing problems...toilet backed up...the water pressure and temperature were lacking. When you're charging premiums rates for your rooms, these types of inconveniences are totally unacceptable.

Breakfast was good, typical HIE buffet. Room was spacious, beds were comfy. I would have preferred personal cartons of milk instead of half gallon glass bottles everyone uses.

The staff was super kind and accommodating, one of the best continental breakfasts I’ve had, in room with spacious. I would say my only complaint is loud cars in the middle of the night sometimes.

We rented this hotel because on the website you advertise a heated pool. When we went to the pool about 7:00 pm the pool temperature seemed to be the same as the outside temperature of 65 degrees. Everything else about this location was great, but we will not stay here again because of the false advertising.

One of the elevators wasn’t working our last day. The quality of the hotel was ok. Definitely a value hotel. I did not like the location. Close to interstates but not walkable to anything. Dove shampoo etc was nice.

we checked in and was given an extra fee $10 for parking, which does not make sense , since there is no security in the parking lot, also we had to change rooms because the first room given to us very dirty , the bathroom had pubic hairs in the tub and bathroom floor, the bed also had hairs in the sheets.

I’m sad I didn’t get the name of the woman that checked us in because she was soooo sweet. She got us a bigger room for now charge. The room was spacious and so clean. The pool area was well maintained and had towels available. I was able to get Claritin and Tylenol at the little pantry store. Would stay here again if I’m on that side of town

Room smelled funky. Toilet broke and nearly flooded the room. Asked the front desk to have maintenance fix the toilet, but no one ever showed and the next night the toilet overflowed yet again.

We stayed here after flying into Phoenix before making our trip to the Grand Canyon. The check in process was quick and easy and our room was clean and quiet. We both thought that the bed was comfortable for a hotel bed and appreciated being able to control the A/C unit in the room.

The front desk agent was accommodating and courteous, and stayed beyond her shift to assist us. The room was quiet and clean with ample space for the two of us.

It was a very nice quiet Hotel my room was clean the people at the front desk was nice the pool area and jacuzzi and exercise room was nice it's a very convenient place to be with school and shopping the only thing is I still haven't got my security deposit back yet but I guess you still have time

Additionally, after returning home, I noticed I had been charged a $100 deposit twice. When I called to inquire, I was told that both charges would fall off my credit card within seven days. I hope this is the case, but given the previous experience, I felt it necessary to document everything.

First the hotel is outdated . Elevators didn’t work . I was assigned to room on first floor . When we got to room and pulled the bed covers there was old dry blood on the sheet. I went to the front desk and we were relocated to the second floor , we had luggage and no elevators . When I went to take a shower there were hairs in the tub. I expressed my dissatisfaction to the front desk attendant and she said she would notify her manager and she would probably contact me and issue a refund . I’m still waiting for the phone call and refund . Last time I will stay at a Holiday Inn.

*THE MALL IS NEXT TO THIS HOTEL! THERES FAST FOOD OPTIONS TOO. ENJOYED THE HOT TUB. THE ROOMS ARE SO COEAN and FRESH SMELLING. FIRST TIME I DIDN'T FETL THE NERF TO SANITIZE THE ENTIRE ROOM!

ALWAYS check the sheets!! Mine were visably soiled!! Front desk person told me that I would need to come get clean ones and change them myself, so I did! There was 2 coffee pods for 3 people. We were told for 3 days that housekeeping would bring more but never got them! We were told the same regarding toilet tissue and finally had to go get it ourselves! Housekeeping had been in while we were gone and emptied trash but apparently toilet paper and coffee wasn't a necessity 😡 Lobby coffee pots were both taken up due to heating issues! Both elevators broke at same time, which I know wasn't employees fault, but my friend was 6 weeks post heart surgery, still short of breath and had to walk up 3 flights of stairs! Almost didn't make it! We weren't even offered help or a first floor room! Manager never showed his/her face!! Very poor management!!

The hotel was so clean. The room was really spacious and clean as well. Breakfast included is always a plus. The area is next to a mall and a lot of food options nearby. Would definitely recommend and I would definitely stay there on my next trip to Phoenix.

The bed was like going to fall apart. The people in next room were load singing at 2am. The walls are not sound proof. In the morning during breakfast a homeless man walks in helps himself to breakfast and goes out. Staff just watched him. Other then that it was ok

I would like to say, that the day shift staff was exceptional. I wish I had gotten names of the three younger associates that helped me the entire weekend, but they went above and beyond every single time for me, a happy pleasant attitude. The hotel was clean, the hotel was well kept. Overall it was an incredible experience, and I will definitely be looking this location, and hotel, for future trips.

The receptionist tried to find a room for me which I requested . I appreciate her for doing that! The room was a really nice , clean and cozy. We enjoyed staying in the room. The only problem was the bathroom , low shower pressure… They have a variety of breakfast.

We liked the location of this property. Convenient to shopping and a good selection of dining options within walking distance. EZ on-off I-10, but quiet and without constant interstate noise.

The property was good but the elevators were very slow. One of the two were out during my stay.

Consistent Holiday Inn Express. Super comfortable beds and pillows, friendly staff and overall felt clean. The breakfast was a madhouse and pretty bad. With my dairy allergy there wasn't much for me to eat. Unfortunately the eggs had cheese all over them. It's mostly carbs so don't count on a good breakfast but you can count on a comfortable bed.

Everyday after housekeeping came around they kicked us out of room. When I had reservations from Friday till Tues. We were their for volleyball tournament. One of the days we dint get back to motel till after 8 an had to get mad to get my room back cause they were full an to cancell my reservation. It came down to I already prepaid so I got my room back. We really dint need that stress being so far from home

Nice hotel and great area

I enjoyed my stay, however, when I wanted to extend it by one day I was being aske to pay almost 3 times the amount I paid per night for the 4 night reservation I made...so, I had to check out and stay at another hotel. The bathtub had rust and looked like it needs to be reglazed. Definitely not worth $220 for one night.

The gentleman that checked us in went out of his way to find a restaurant for us that was open on Christmas Day.

The room was nice and clean, the staff did a very good job! The coffee was good and happy they included breakfast.

The property asks for a $100 deposit for incidentals which is common practice. When we checked out the following morning I was told that the deposit would be released within 48 hours. It is now 11 business days and the property has not released the funds and I still have and active case with the IGH resorts to have the funds released. This property does not support business practices nor do they work in good faith. DO NOT STAY HERE.
