I initially booked online through booking.com, but because the receptionist is too impatient and unprofessional, she made me rebook and pay again at the counter saying she couldn't find my booking in the system, something a couple quick refresh of the system could have fixed. I try to cancel my initial bookings so I can get a refund but my money wasn't refunded. Worst experience of my life. The receptionist must definitely be a racist

Between the sanitary issues, the exhaust fumes in the room, and the indifferent attitude from the staff, this was a highly disappointing experience. I expect a much higher standard from the Hilton brand and this hotel and staff are absolutely poor.

A special thank you to the night shift gentleman, who was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and helpful throughout my stay. It made a big difference arriving late and being greeted with such a positive attitude. I would also like to recognize the lady working in the breakfast/buffet area. She was warm, kind, and very customer service oriented—making sure everything was well stocked and that guests felt comfortable and taken care of. It’s clear that this hotel values great service, and the team truly reflects that. I appreciate the effort and care, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

I did not care for this property. The beds were uncomfortable, there was no mention of having to pay for parking, and paying 15 dollars apiece for cereal breakfast was just ridiculous

Getting to the location was a little difficult via my gps but once there the property was nice.

Not exactly a great start. Then I went to bed looking forward to sleeping in only to have the alarm clock wake me up at 5:45am. Then there’s the parking. You have to use a QR code. As soon as I stepped out to get the license plate number so I could validate my car there was already a warning on my car. Then after validation I got a warning the morning I checked out. Seriously, people. When I went to checkout I saw nothing for digital checkout, and there was nobody at the desk. When somebody finally did show up they didn’t even ask how my stay was. Not great, and I won’t be staying here, again

Parking is additional and lot is very small. Hard to find a parking spot and connected hotel was locked due to low staff and not able to walk through the building. Rooms were very clean and staff was friendly and helpful. It was an exercise stat except for the parking difficulties.

I am not a fan of paying extra for parking and will not use hilton in the future. I paid 102.00x 3 a night this was a recommended location others included parking and were cheaper. 35 bucks just to park, just like airlines charging extra for bags.

Property is fairly new, staff is helpful and the layout is really nice. The only couple of issues we had was parking, it was incredibly difficult to find parking and had to walk quite a distance in the rain when checking out. Also the barn door used for a bathroom door didn’t leave much privacy when using the bathroom. Other than that, it was clean, new and location in Tempe fairly close to everything. I would definitely stay there again if in town.

We did not stay at this hotel. They had air conditioning problems and sent us to another hotel. That hotel did not have rooms either so we were sent to the Aloft in Tempe. That hotel was fine and we were accommodated nicely.

Maintenance does a good job. Front desk staff were above average and rather quick with service and check in. No issues on this stay.

We loved our stay here! The room was very clean. The entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The lobby bar was always busy both nights we were there and there is a great sports pub/bar restaurant right next door that has a bunch of TVs to watch games and the food was very yummy! Would definitely stay again!

The staff was so kind; friendly and helpful and made sure we were well taken care of! The fitness center is a plus for our family and they have what you need to get your workout in away from home! This location is close to restaurants and shopping and close to the major highways. Beds are so comfy! There is a fee for breakfast, but we always head to our favorite breakfast spot. Skip the hotel breakfast and head to First Watch! You won't be disappointed! We hadn't been at this location for a while and when we arrived, we immediately noticed the signage for daily parking rates. This was a turnoff because it appears they are moving towards California in that they charge for parking. Each night is $10 and although may be a small charge for some, this isn't the way to win back customers. Looks like we will be checking out other great hotels in Tempe who do not charge for parking.

The location was great. The pool and gym were also very nice. And happy hour was a bonus. The beds were uncomfortable. Paid parking was ridiculous, not like it’s Disneyland. Booking advertised continental breakfast, didn’t get it.

Haha It'd be nice for staff to let us know to turn the refrigerator up as it was turned down and our food went bad. Otherwise, a very good stay. The blackout curtains work, especially on the east side.

Pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and the amenities. It was in a quiet area and very comfortable. Staff didn’t great us as we came and went though and the only reason I felt that was weird is that it felt like anyone could come and go without being noticed as legitimately staying there or not.

Nice neighborhood. Clean building, though they were working on an elevator that was out of commission. Also be aware that they do charge for parking, so be sure to calculate that into your stay. That seems to be a common practice in Phoenix though. We’ve been to Phoenix a bunch here last couple years and it’s becoming more the norm.

This hotel is excellent at a good price. I was able to park (free) conveniently to the entrance and access to my room was easy. They provided me with 2 bottles of water daily and I was very satisfied with the entire stay.

I didn’t like having to pay for parking. I didn’t like that they wouldn’t give me Honors points for my stay since I booked with Expedia, unlike other rewards programs. I didn’t like it that there were bunches of preteen kids taking over the gym, and another day a group of similar age kids overrunning the hot tub with no adult supervision. I didn’t like it that the ambient noise from machinery is so loud it interferes with sleep. I will not return.

This property was nice, clean and in a convenient location. My one issue is the barn door on the bathroom in the room. There was a gap on both sides that you could see through, it didn't have a lock or close properly. If you care about bathroom privacy during your stay, I would look elsewhere. If it's not an issue for you, this is a great place to stay!

Very nice property and rooms, we traveled here for business and didnt like the sliding doors in the bathrooms. Not alot of privacy as the doors have gaps and so that was the only downside

I would have given the stay 5 stars, but we were charged $10 a day to park. I have stayed at these hotels for many years and never once was charged for parking. Parking should have been included.

Terribly worn out bed that was sagging. Right in front of the room's window was a large condenser with a fan that ran all night long intermittently. The floor and walls are so thin that I could hear people walking and presumably children running early in the morning and in late evenings. The price I was chraged was higher than Expedia's estimate.

Typical $100 a night place. Bed was awful. Room decent, clean. Convenient location. Fir one day it’s fine. For two or more days I’d suggest spending $100-150 more for a better hotel.

The hotel was super comfy.. the bed, pillows, and comforter. The room had a mini fridge, coffee maker, and microwave; so very beneficial! Loved the smell of the shampoo and conditioner set, along with the body wash and shampoo. The bathroom wasn’t equipped with hand wash or other necessities. Tv had good channels and overall I recommend!
