Room was very clean. only issue was the cloth blind. There were 2 silver clamps were on the cloth blind, we could not open them due to the clamps. Other than that room was clean.

Overall, this is a really nice property! The staff was very friendly, the room was very clean and comfortable! I would stay there again!!

The location is good, it's right by a freeway and by a marketplace. Also liked the tv channels had more of a variety, i.e HBO, AMC, TNT, etc.

From the moment we walked in the staff made us feel like we were the only guests there. They were so wonderful and accommodating. Literally the only reason I did not give this place a five-star is because their pillows were absolutely terrible LOL I know that sounds so petty but it was like sleeping without one would have been better. The room, in the bed, everything else in the place was top-notch. The staff would send us a message every day asking us how things were going and if there was anything they could do to make her stay better. I will definitely stay in this place again - I'll just bring my own pillow next time 😁😁

Easy access, clean room and common areas. Checked out at 3:00 AM to catch a plane so didn’t experience the food but bartenders were friendly and the out door pool was great!

Loved the lobby and the coffee in the morning and the beautiful places for sitting. It was like being in a beautiful café in the mornings in the lobby area. Pool and hot tub were not in operation. Pool was not heated.

The hotel is beautifully maintained. It is in a great location. Fairly affordable. Friendly, professional and helpful staff. The bed was so comfortable and not lumpy like many hotels. The bathroom was superbly clean and well stocked with amenities. I will definitely stay again and recommend.

There’s a fantastic breakfast spot diagonal to the entrance. They make delicious mocha lattes! The pizza joint next door to that has good energy and food as well.

Unfortunately the HVAC system in room 314 sounds like a jet engine every 30 mins when it starts so our sleep was constantly interrupted.

Multiple items that need to be fixed. Beds were not comfortable. Window curtains were held by clamps, thermostat on the wall was holding by the wires (cool/hot air wouldn’t shut off), no ventilation in the bathroom (broken fan), and sliding bathroom door wouldn’t close.

So, we went across the parking lot to Daily Dose and had a great meal with great service. This was a great hotel for the night before our flight. Near the airport without the noise of a hotel right by the airport. We enjoyed the HUGE outdoor pool, friendly staff, and clean room. We were very surprised by the size of the room and closet space! While we were only there for the night we could have stayed much longer comfortably. We loved the coffee bar in the room. The price was a little high for a hotel without breakfast included. We did appreciate the free fruit water and coffee in the lobby though.

Nice hotel. Lots of options for eating and shopping right around. Great location. Spinatos Italian restaurant in the same parking lot was fabulous. However, the beds were rather uncomfortable and the air conditioning was not cooling enough as a wall unit and not centralized.

The room itself was in poor condition: the bracket holding the iron was coming off the wall and could easily cause injury. The wall-mounted AC unit was partially detached and loosened further every time the temperature was adjusted. One family member had to switch rooms because their AC was completely broken. We also found a live bug near the chair in the corner of the room. Late one night, we went to the lobby for assistance, but no staff could be found — no one answered, no signage, no bell. For a Hilton-branded hotel, this property fell far short in safety, cleanliness, and service. No follow-up, no apology, no attempt to make things right. We won’t be returning, and I can’t recommend this location until serious improvements are made.

The room was clean. The gentleman working the front desk during our check out was very friendly and tried to help. Ana. Talk about being unfriendly and not helpful. I have stayed at this specific Hilton several times. Its beautiful and the staff is always nice. Its sad that those things should be overshadowed by how rude Anna was. We came in late and we are standing in front of her at the front desk. Not a "hello", "one moment please" or "I will be right with you". We were just standing there. Ignored. She finally finished what she was doing and starts to help us. I paid for 2 guests with breakfast included. She only gives me 1 breakfast coupon. I already paid for the hotel up front through booking.com and she continues to charge me anyway through Hilton and she just overall has a real bad attitude. Nothing friendly about her. I get up to my room to shower and the shampoo was completely empty. Not one drop. I honestly didn't bother calling the front desk. That's how bad I did not want to deal with her attitude. The gentlemen that was there during check out reflected the great customer service I have come to expect. He couldn't fix anything but he was just being nice to me and my family.

First time at this location and very happy with my visit. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Room comes with a mini fridge and microwave which was helpful for saving on drinks and leftovers. Spacious room with comfortable bed and nice bathroom. The only room available was a first floor which I do not like and handicap accessible so there was no tub, just a walk in shower which I do not like, especially for a long stay as I had. The room was the only negative of my trip and lack of options from the hotel was disappointing.

Very noisy spot next to a gas station that is popular with motorcycle clubs. Entertaining to watch out the window, but hard to sleep through. The front desk attendant gave me the runaround when I asked for feather-free pillows, claiming they had no such thing and had never heard of it. I insisted that Hilton always has a hypoallergenic option. Finally she called a higher up and had no trouble finding them. She also mocked my allergy, asking if I was actually allergic to birds, very sarcastically. Really disrespectful and discourteous.

Need to have soap at sink and just in the shower. It would be nice if the facial tissue in both the bed room and bathroom. I could not figure how to work the thermostat. It kept going back to the same setting. Also would be nice to have pen and pad in room. Really liked microwave and refrigerator.

The hotel is very nice, its clean and updated. The employees at the front desk were all very nice and accommodating. The only issue we had is that on our last day we had planned to sleep in since we had a long road trip ahead of us and wanted to be well rested. However we were abruptly woken up by the cleaning lady. Her knocking was loud and insistent. We didn’t understand why she was there since check out was at 11 am and it was 8am. Another thing is our room was right next to the other exterior door. Its a very heavy metal door and we were awaken every day we were there at around 5:30 am. We were not sure if it was the employees coming in or guests leaving but every time someone entered or left, the door would slam close very loudly. Needless to say we did not get the restful weekend we were hoping.

It was the perfect location for a mini getaway close to the shopping center but far enough away that you didn't hear any noise. The room was beautiful and suited what we needed for a nice night out away from the kids.

Stayed here for the Mesa Marathon. Otherwise it’s a completely overpriced worthless hotel. There is nothing remarkable. Nothing exciting. Nothing intriguing and absolutely no reason to stay at this hotel unless you need direct access to the immediate area. Otherwise it’s about as ubiquitous, aspiringly bougie and dry and establishment as you will ever find in the unholy wasteland that is Phoenix.

Water running late at night….couldn’t sleep. Also, My room was right near the elevators and the lobby. At 5:15 am, a hotel worker started talking very loudly in the lobby and woke me up. The loud talking went on for approx 10-12 mins. At that point, I just got up (2 hours before I wanted to) and just checked out at 6:00 am. Front desk didn’t even acknowledge me as I was leaving. Unfortunate as I have stayed here many times and have never had an issue.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would stay here again. It’s in a great location - near many restaurants and stores, and walkable (~20 min) to Sloan Park for Cubs spring training games. The bathroom was bright, the provided toiletries were nice, and the room was spacious with a mini fridge, microwave, and in-room coffee. The bed was a little too firm for my preference. We brought our small dog and stayed in what I assume is one of their pet-friendly rooms. I liked the location of the room (first floor, near an exterior door) for the convenience of taking her outside, but the room smelled a little bit like the pets that must have stayed previously, which wasn’t great.

I was given a room on the 1st floor and it was not quiet at night due to music playing, bar and restaurant on that floor as well as proximity to the elevator. Staff was ok but not especially accommodating or nice. The area doesn't have much, you have to walk a mile to get to nice park, there is an Italian restaurant right by hotel.

The Bed was horrible! NOT HILTON QUALITY!! My partner is a paraplegic and kept rolling to the middle of the king size bed!! All night I was struggling trying to pull him back up to the edge( 198 lbs of dead weight for an eighty year old woman to handle!) If anything the bed in a special “handicap accessible “ room should be extra firm. Normally, I need to use a Hoyer Lift to move my partner. Unfortunately that equipment can’t be strapped to the top of a vehicle! If Hilton really wants to standout as the number one provider of quality care for their wheelchair handicapped clients, you would provide Hoyer Lifts. This investment will pay off 100 percent. There will be NO OTHER resort considered with this population. I have stayed at Hilton Resorts all over the US including Hawaii, during my 33 year AT& T career. I was shocked & terribly disappointed. The room otherwise was exceptionally suited to our needs.

Beautiful property and room, bed was very comfortable and breakfast was amazing.

Great location. Close to fabulous mall and river walk. Unfortunately I cannot recommend the food. Horrible. Especially breakfast. Dried up, old eggs. Otherwise a decent garden inn product. I’ll be back because of the location.

Property is great and very nice and comfy!!

Downside- person at front desk was on phone, didn’t acknowledge us in any way. We stood there for 7 or 8 mins waiting to check in.

The rooms were great, and the customer service was outstanding above and beyond. Only issues were a few things with the USB charging ports not working, and the shower door was not level so doors continue to slide open during showering, but other than that everything was excellent.

The breakfast is good but isn’t free, MAKE SURE they give you your breakfast coupons if you pay for it with your room. They didn’t give us ours. The room was updated but there was mold in the shower. Every doors in the bathroom are on rollers and either weren’t installed level or the whole building isn’t level because they don’t stay shut or open. The location was convenient, but for the price of a room, I expected a lot better.

In the case of my no-check-in, no one gave me any notice, so I didn't check-in to the hotel, but paid the fee.

Staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and nicely decorated!

The main reason we stayed here was to visit our ASU Sun Devil. It's very close to the Sun Devil Stadium which was very convenient for our visit.

Room was dirty - floors in particular. A brief walk to the shower and I tracked dirt into the shower, which also could have been cleaner. Looked like someone splashed a coke on the glass inset in bathroom door. Housekeeping needs some help/directions. Room 407 on 9-9-22.

4th at the property this year - our home every time we visit Phoenix! Close to everything, nice area, adjacent to Tempe Marketplace so food and fun close at hand. We will be back.

I love staying at this hotel

Had some minor issues with the bathroom, the tub drained rather slow, the barn door may be better placed over closet area then bathroom. There’s no privacy lock.

I was in town for work. Restaurants close and close to my AZ office.
