The only problem we had was the beds are super super old and uncomfortable, pillows were uncomfortable. We were unable to get a decent sleep and the walls are super thin. You can hear the people next door.

All was great EXCEPT the breakfast area was a huge mess and out of a lot of hot food, the worker was no where to be found for over 20 min then showed up scrambling to provide food. Either she’s incapable of doing her job or needs help!! For a Saturday morning this shouldn’t happen

When I arrived, we had the friendliest staff allow us to check in early, and everyone at the front desk was so friendly throughout our stay. I rarely feel hotels are clean enough, but the hotel, the room, the bathroom, the breakfast room-all felt fresh and clean! This was the best hotel experience I've had in a long time.

The glass walk-in shower was the best part of our entire stay. The dislike was that the morning breakfast was gone by 8:30, and the staff didn't refill some of the items. There were fewer options to choose from. The waffle maker was broken, and no yogurt. The staff was unfriendly when I checked in, and the staff in the front lobby when I let them know the breakfast was gone by 830 am. She just said Oh yeah.. that was it. .. The cleaning lady was very NICE among the staff that worked there.

The TV picture tube was going so therefore the screen was purple. I had my granddaughter, and we were going to watch a movie on Netflix and eat popcorn, but we weren't able to due to the discolored tv.

I have stayed here before and just like the last time I was here everything is still great. Service was great except for breakfast. My mother and I were running late and by the time we were getting breakfast, a couple of stuff was out. My mom went to tell the lady who was in charge. After she told her, She came out slamming things on the counter.

While I can’t speak to anyone’s intentions, the overall experience with the front-desk team left us feeling judged and uncomfortable. In addition, we were only given one room key at check-in and had to request a second one, which was inconvenient. The food situation could definitely be improved. The options were limited, items weren’t refilled quickly despite the number of guests, and the quality wasn’t great in my opinion. Overall, the hospitality and dining experience fell short, and I hope the hotel takes steps to improve customer service and make all guests feel comfortable.

The staff at Fairfield Marriott in Tempe/Phoenix were exceptional. They were friendly and very helpful, especially when I discovered that I had left my laptop charger in the hotel room. They contacted me very quickly and I was able to get my charger back easily. It was a great experience—I will definitely be staying here again.

There was hair on the bed sheets when we arrived. Only one trash bag (none in bathroom). Free breakfast had several options, but hot food was barely warm, no where to heat it up and everything was loaded with sugar, ie sugar pearl waffles, muffins with sugar. As a diabetic, there were very few options for me outside of cold, watery eggs, cold bacon/sausage, and a banana or apple. Nice place to stay, but need more diverse options for breakfast or at least make sure it's hot.
