I get to the hotel like 10pm the girl in front desk very mice but when I get to my room the bathroom was disgusting with a lot mold and the sheet was full with hair I have to change the sheets and clean the room I do like the room but they have a lot of problems with cleaning and maintenance. I never going to stay there.

Right when you walk in the room it smelled like they were trying to cover up cigarette smoke. The pictures are not accurate. The place looked decent from the pictures and was just really old and the whole place smelled

Grateful that I found a hotel at a lower rate on my last minute trip to Tampa but the room was very dirty and had roaches in the bathroom.. The elevator was out of service the whole time too. The hallways were super dark at night like something out of a horror movie. Anyone from the street can just walk in after hours as well. No lock on the front doors or key card access.. Will never stay here again.

There weee termites everywhere and the elevators were not working neither was the power

I had to move to another hotel after two nights. It was disgusting and people would hang in the hallways making noise late at night. I checked out on the third day and was told that I would get a refund for the last night. Never happened. I DO NOT recommend this property.

Friendly person at the counter. Clean facility and a clean room. Cold AC and hot shower. The people in other rooms were a bit loud.

We got the non-smoking room, but you could still smell things in the room. I think it’s more made for local where people can cook and live a long-term. They had style fridge spacious room when we entered the hotel. There was no one at the front desk. There was a sign that somebody will be back, but there was no timing. People were smoking right outside when we check out at 5 am no one was at the front desk ! We went back in room and left key in room !! very close to the airport so it was convenient ! We only stayed for a few hours !

It’s not bad for a lower cost place to stay. Positives: Price & location. Negatives: The lobby was filled with a horrible “air freshener” smell, the window had no curtains to block out the parking lot lights, there was no coffee maker in the room.

Very basic hotel, the room is big but definitely needs a renovation and more cleaning, no shower gel, only hand soap, our WiFi didn’t work and I had to call a customer service, front desk didn’t help me on that. The location is good.

This hotel is absolutely terrible. Staff not present after a certain time. Our room was dirty and had cobwebs all over. No comfort at all and a lot of guests live at this hotel regularly.

Do not stay here if you can help it. The walls are very thin so you hear everything in neighboring rooms. The front desk staff were very helpful and got the room next to me to turn down their loud music. But they continued making noise regardless which I could hear in my room. The towels were also dirty. The bathroom was not as clean as I would have liked either.

It was fine for a low budget stain

The floor was sticky as if it had been cleaned with dirty water and the hotel lobby and hallway smelled like marijuana covered up with cheap cologne. I called the front desk to ask for a set of clean towels and it rang for about 5 minutes and no one ever answered. I went downstairs and there was no one available.

Bed was awful. Contour sheet kept coming off. Air conditioner was loud. No amenities and it cost over $200.

For the amount i paid it was a terrible stay. Sheets were dirty, hair in them and no shampoo or conditioner provided. Just a terrible experience.

We booked the hotel and then due to a flight delay, during all the storms and lack of TSA workers we could not get to the hotel that day. The hotel refused to give us any of our money back, full well knowinb we did not use the room. Seems greedy and rude.

Very noisy…people were loud, we could hear through the walls. Slamming and banging noises from 2am on. The room next to us had the tv blasting from 4:15am until we left at 6:20am. No one at the front desk to call for assistance.

We had the room directly above lobby doors. Room 217. Banging doors all night long. Running and stomping above and in our hallways. No curtains in the room, just blinds and had bright lights entering during the evening. Two small square flat pillows and one thin mattress on a flat spring loaded metal bed frame that had about 18” of clearance under the bed. Reminded me exactly of basic training where there was zero carpet, and similar bedding setup. The hallways smelled like a mixture of marijuana and mildew. The only positive goes to my guy at tye front desk thanked me for my service. I can certainly see why this was the cheapest hotel around. Sorry to be harsh, but I want to be honest.

I am very sorry to have to say this, but to start with, there was no ice in the entire building. There was no electric iron, and there weren’t even any glasses or coffee. We travel to Tampa every month, but we do not plan on returning to this hotel. Thank you.

Stayed for two weeks and hotel was great considering the price. I saw some previous reviews about roaches but I did not see a single bug. Fitness center is small but does the job. All machines are working well. Laundry is about $5.50 per wash and dry. You can use quarters but there is also an app for electronic payments. No coffee maker or hair dryer but large refrigerator, microwave, and stove top. Movie theater and a couple restaurants in walking distance. Overall was a comfortable stay and I saved a lot of $$

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was fairly clean. The bathroom was not. Mold growth in the tub around the faucet and spout. And the shower head leaked and was so corroded you couldn’t adjust it. Great area overall. With a multiple restaurants sharing a parking lot. And a movie theater.

2 of the rooms were in good condition, the 3rd had fake eyelashes still glued to the mirror in the bathroom and some sort of white powder on the desk in the room.

I made a reservation the day before and when I arrive. They don’t have any room of availability. I drive two hours and a half to get there. we have to go to Another Place. Very disappointed.

Beware they advertise a full kitchen but there only 2 paper cups in the bathroom and a empty ice tray in the freezer. Nothing else. The only real problem I had was when I went to check out. I will think twice about staying here again. All the low marks I am giving on thevrating is because of that kobby.

Unresponsive staff. After complaining about the stairwell smelling of urine from the visiting pets, nothing was done for several days and then only a sweeping with no mopping was completed. The elevator went out every other day. The backdoor was left open afterhours. The attendant came to service room once during my 3 weeks stay and did not clean the tub. The location is good, the room size was big enough, with a full bathroom, and the air conditioning was good as well, plus the staff were nice. I have arrived from a long drive and got room 207. Once I arranged all my stuff, I saw a Roach. I took a picture of it and went down to the front desk and asked, didn't wanna make a scene because there were other guests, so once my turn came, I just showed her the picture without saying a word, and she immediately said, "You wanna check out?" I said NO, and then she changed my room to 208! Which I don't think there gonna be a difference, I might see the same, so she changed to 329, and when I asked her if I might see one, she said "you shouldn't". I went up, but my 207 room key didn't work, so I went down again to check it, then changed my room, which was fine. The first night, after 1:00 AM, I was going up to my room when I saw a very drunk man walking around with a very loud speaker came with me to the elevator and was walking behind me all the way, which was terrifying. My second night, around 12:00 AM, I was in my room on the bed having a phone call, and my voice was not loud at all, it was very quiet, but suddenly someone from the room behind me, from the bed, kept hitting the wall so hard.

The cleanliness of the hotel was way beyond my expectations. I have stayed in wyndhams they've stayed and Hilton's and I was appalled at some of those rooms for the price and the cleanliness it's a 10 plus in my book It's hard to say I didn't like anything there's a full size refrigerator in the rooms or at least my room and a full size microwave and a stovetop to cook I guess if I would have to say anything I wasn't too happy about it was the bed. I think that most people when they travel the miss their own bedding unless you're at home The only thing was that the toilet was super low . I'm not sure if I asked for a more mobility friendly room this toilets are higher but since I am not handicapped.but past 50 .

There was a slight rotted wood smell behind my bed and the unit didn’t have any dishes or basic kitchen supplies despite being an extended stay hotel. But I made provisions of my own and still had a very good stay. The property is well maintained and secure, and they serviced the room during the stay whenever I asked.

Smoking was not allowed inside the building, but the pot smell was coming in through my door.

I’m not sure if they have certain rooms for certain people but I booked online the first floor is disgusting I never want to stay here again the tub was stopped up and hair everywhere in the bathroom that’s pathetic I was a housekeeper for 15 years they are not cleaning the rooms correctly

Getting into our room was seamless and quick. The room was clean and orderly and all linen clean but there were a couple areas in the bathroom With mold surfacing and unappealing area in sink. Nevertheless, a wonderful experience

Did a quick trip for a concert but bed was too old and beat!!! And we found bugs crawling on us in the bed. Not bad hotel but have to improve on cleaning and replace beds.

It was pretty clean and quiet. I wasn’t aware it was an extended stay so the front desk closes at 11 pm. We didn’t arrive until 12:30 am and had to wait for an on call person to come to check us in. When we got to the room, the tv remote didn’t work so we couldn’t watch tv until the front desk opened. It is right next to a movie theater and sports bar if you want entertainment.

Overall, this day was OK! The hotel is newer, so the building and the inside is still in really good condition, however the beds are not the best! Also, the rooms are rather small. I seen a roach or two in my room, so I’m not sure about the overall cleanliness! The staff were very friendly, nice, and accommodating, but they don’t offer any amenities like lotion! Outside, there are always people hanging out smoking weed and playing music, which I thought was kind of offputting! I was there for a family emergencies, so the room itself served his purpose, considering it was a spare of the moment stay and for the price!

This was an absolute terrible stay I had a room that was roach infested I should sue this place there were live roaches crawling around in the bath tub dead roaches on the counter roaches running out of the AC unit it was horrific

I arrived late for check-in hotel doors were locked. Counter inaccessible. Called the number posted several times before anyone picked up. when they did, they told me someone should be there shortly. No one called back for 30 or more minutes, then I peeked through the door only to realize someone had now come to the counter. no coffee a the hotel, no iron and ironing board in the room. my experience here wasn't great.

Absolutely disgusting…. Left after only few short minutes of being there. Pubic hair was all over the sink in the sink the shower looked like it had never been cleaned ever. Long hair and pubic hair everywhere. The nastiest hotel I’ve ever been in before.

This turned out to be more of a short-term, displaced facility. No amenities, no coffee, no cups of any kind, no hand towels, no breakfast, no ironing, no hair dryer, no housekeeping, etc. People loitering and smoking by doors and in parking lot. Building only a year old but plumbing already corroded effecting shower. Very disappointed in our stay. Would have changed locations if we had not already paid

The sheets, the towels and the floor was pretty dirty, There was a very strong smell of marijuana and cigarettes in our room, the TV wasn't working and when we called reception they said they couldn't do anything, that we had to wait until the next morning. Thank God it was only for one night, but it was terrible!

The room was very spacious, excellent price for what you get. I did notice that the linen didn’t seem like it was washed due to hair being left behind. Other than that no complaints, will definitely stay again.

Questionable people coming and going from property, dirty walls looked as if someone had gotten sick and it was left on walls...yuck. not much security wouldn't stay again

Definitely did not read the fine print! As I was told a couple times, “this is not a normal hotel” all this room comes with is toilet paper, two towels, and two of the world‘s smallest hotel pillows. no coffee maker, no hairdryer… And asking for an extra towels it was a “ courtesy” to give us 1. Apparently this is the kind of place people stay for extended amounts of time and they bring everything they need. Not a place for a one nighter! Got in way later than planned. And it was “closed “had to call someone that took 25 minutes to get there to check in. Although the room has a full fridge sink, stove, (no coffee maker, even if you brought coffee) The rest is kind of a bare-bones not cozy at all feeling.

Our experience here at Wood Springs was excellent. The manager at the front desk his name is Gary. He was very very nice to us. He welcomed us in and just helped us out so much, and we truly appreciated it and there was also another young lady at the front desk who helped me out as well and we really appreciate her as well. Everyone was so helpful and that made us feel soooo very welcomed. Their actions showed us That they love to help others and it was just an amazing experience to check in to a hotel and be greeted as if they’ve known us all their lives. God bless each and everyone of them. We will stay at Woodsprings near airport whenever we are in Tampa

They have a mini stove top with fridge like a mini kitchen. Pet friendly Seems pretty clean There were few people in the hotel that were very loud, about every here and there you’d wake up bc of people shouting it could be because of the area.

This was a very dirty , loud and poor hotel. Bed was on old frame and shook. Uncomfortable mattress and Lou’s noise and smoke all over as the unsavory crowd could care less. Very shady people coming and going all hours of night. Thin walls. Staff was ok but let smokers roam.

Nice hotel for price

The staff were super friendly, the rooms were clean, and the hotel itself was very nice. I didn’t like on multiple occasions people smoking right outside the doors, directly next to the No Smoking sign, in direct view of some of the staff.

Rooms could be cleaner

Tub backed up due to hair that had obviously been in the drain a VERY long time( wasn't mine & had a growth of jelly like slime on it) so gross. The shower handle/ rail was pink with mildew. Had not been cleaned properly in a very long time to screw such growth

The room smell like mold and the AC was very loud

Room had a foul smell. The room had roaches throughout the floor. Would not recommend this hotel at all.

The hotel was clean and very spacious.

This is an extended stay hotel, not a tipical hotel so you don’t get housekeeping service. You would need to take your used towels and sheets for exchange. My stay was pleasant exceptionally customer service at the front desk.

Was only there to sleep and shower it served its purpose

That's not a hotel, it's a residential community, with people living there as if it were an apartment complex. It's extremely noisy (doors slamming, music, TV, people running) until 4 a.m., when I was finally able to fall asleep. The room smells like cigarette smoke, and the corridors and elevators smell strongly of weed. I do not recommend it, especially if you're traveling with your family.

Poor cleanliness

cleanliness and service were good, but the pillowscin the room were tiny, lumpy, and terrible. for a room in the sunshine state a window without a darkening shade seems a big miss.

I would stay here again. Just wish the room had a iron and iron board. Also the bed needs to have more than two pillows.

If you have the opportunity, pick something else. The elevators smelled like marijuana, the staff was rude beside one woman, and my room was so dirty. I took my shoes off and briefly walked across a small area and the bottoms of my socks were BLACK. My socks were white and I just bought them a week prior. The sink was decently clean, but the shower head and faucet had limescale and calcium buildup. I had to go to the Target 3 minutes away to buy cleaning supplies. Also, I had to unplug my A/C unit because a weird smell was coming from it when it was working. I tried to crack the window, but it wouldn’t open more than 2”.

Clean and comfortable

It’s good for an overnight stay . Close to airport & about 10 mins from a small beach area . It’s an extended stay so no breakfast or pool area . The restaurant right across from it was great !!

I needed to speak to someone early in the morning, only to find there is no one at the front desk at night- no one told m e this when I checked in, what if there was an emergency at the hotel who were we to contact? Overall a extremely basic room and no service - not even coffee in the lobby...

The 159 I paid for the night is 3 times more this hotel deserves. Unfriendly staff, wake up to crawling creatures in the room, you can hear all the noise in the hallways and the next rooms, rusty shower head; the list goes on.

Excelente

There was nothing that I liked about this hotel. No staff upon our arrival at 11:50 pm. Reception closed, and guests waiting (including me), we had to call 1800 to have someone come to the hotel and check us in. Someone who was not on site. It took about 1 hour for someone to show up. The 1st room smelled like smoke, we didn't spend 1 minute in the room, returned to the reception, and the reception was closed again with a shutter and the receptionist was about to leave. Again, horrible experience, no staff, and unsafe in the event of an event at the property.

New and Neat.

The purpose for this stay was a stop on our family getaway. We booked this particular location for the kitchen. I emailed the property in advance to find out if they have a toaster in the room, and I never heard back. Once we checked in, the immediate reek of marijuana was intense. We walked into our room to find there are not pots or pans provided. I called the front desk and was told they stopped providing those about a year ago, due to people stealing them. When we finally decided to go to bed, I pulled the cover off my bed to find thick black hairs threaded in the sheets! I pulled my kid's cover off and found actual diet on their bed. By the time we made it downstairs to checkout of this filth, the front desk was closed. The lights were off and 2 sketchy individuals were asleep on the couch right int he lobby. That scared me enough to run back upstairs, lock the door and just had our kids sleep on top of their own clothes. The blinds in the room were torn and broken, letting continuous light into the room. The people next door would not stop fighting and throwing things until we'll past 4am. We did not sleep, rest, or have any sort of peace during this awful night. Never again!

Arrived to the hotel at 11:30 PM, the desk in the lobby was closed and we had to wait for 20 minutes for someone to come and check us in, the hotel’s hallway smelled like mold and sweat, the blinds in the room’s window are too small so it’s had to sleep with so much light and also noises from other guests upstairs. They don’t provide coffee maker machines or coffee supplies, they would charge for it, that’s is the simply the worst part, we are never coming back to this place.
