The whole hotel smelled like cigarette smoke

We arrived for checkin a few minutes after 4pm. We were told our room was not yet available, and that they didn't have an estimated time of when it would be ready. We explained that we had an event that we needed to attend at 5pm, and that we needed to get ready. The receptionist responded that there was nothing that she could do about it. She didn't express any remorse or apologize for the inconvenience. We found this surprising. We were told we would receive a text when our room was ready. She stated that, once we received a text from the hotel, we needed to get back into the line that we had waited in already to check in the first time. We did not receive a text. At 4:45pm, after standing next to the receptionist desk for thirty minutes, I got back into the line and asked again about a room. We were then told that our room was then ready. We were late for our event.

(We stayed in the East tower.) Everything was pretty good about our stay, except for the outrageous price per night and how uncomfortable the bed was. The bed was super stiff and the pillows were too thick. We either hurt our necks or slept flat on the bed. Also, the valet is far away from the rooms. You have to cross the entire drop-off area to get to it. Definitely not the level of service I would expect at this price point. Not sure if we will be back to stay. However, we definitely enjoyed the casino and bars/restaurants.

Stayed 2 nights and enjoyed it all Immensely! Spent most our time during the day at the pool and it was fantastic. Plenty of wait staff and never had to wait long for a refill. It is clean but it is a casino and smoking is allowed in main casino. They have a smaller area upstairs that is smoke free. Plenty of good places to eat to fit anyone’s tastes. It is on the pricey side but worth it! They really take care of all your needs. Highly recommended this hotel/casino. Not exactly a kids resort but there were families there enjoying themselves.

Clean room. The view was of the building though. The front desk was supposed to contact us when our room was ready but did not. The male bartender at the center bar did not provide good service & looked like he didn't want to be there.

We enjoyed our stay here as we went to a concert right across the street at the fair grounds. Our room was bigger than expected and very nice. Our check in was ove an hour late.

Check in was great, pool service was terrible, the rooms were nice but not nice enough for what I paid. I’m actually disappointed , this was a special getaway, and it was not amazing.. I was expecting live music, dancing, there was none. The coffee pastry shop five stars

Hard Rock Hotel Tampa exceeded my expectations. It’s a perfect destination for a weekend getaway, enjoying a concert, or simply a fun and relaxing stay. I look forward to returning and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Tampa area.

We booked to rooms paid over $1000 for the rooms. They put us in the old side of the hotel. We had no views. The rooms were so bad that the hotel put block screens on all the windows. We were looking at all the hotel fans, ac units & building equipment . We reported our unhappiness to management and they did nothing to help us. We could have stayed at home and have a better view. This was our vacation and we felt like they took advantage of us.

Then I was told 7:00 AM, and later I was informed that I would have to wait until 10:00 AM. The constant changes and lack of clear communication were extremely frustrating. What bothered me the most was the lack of empathy from the front desk staff. I was visibly exhausted after traveling, yet no effort was made to accommodate me or even show understanding of my situation. The staff came across as cold, indifferent, and uninterested in providing good customer service. Because I was so tired and could not continue waiting, I ultimately had to cancel my reservation and find another hotel. This was extremely disappointing, especially after being given several different check-in times throughout the morning. What makes this even more unfortunate is that I genuinely liked the hotel. The property looked beautiful, and I was excited to enjoy everything it had to offer. Unfortunately, because of the situation with my room and the lack of support from the front desk, I never had the opportunity to experience any of the amenities or services. A hotel should not only provide rooms but also make guests feel welcomed and cared for. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I strongly believe the front desk team needs additional training in customer service and guest relations. A little kindness, empathy, and professionalism would have made a significant difference. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works to improve the guest experience, because the hotel itself seems wonderful. I am very disappointed with the service I received. Thought the room was overpriced

Room Check in was not ready until after 4pm with check out at 11am.

For the most part, the front desk staff especially and other staff interacted with were somewhat unfriendly, not well trained, and really didn't care about anyone who may have an issue or complaint. They seemed to be put out, particularly a male weekend night supervisor, who in our mind, was combative and terribly lacked customer service skills. Much of the front desk staff that we encountered came across that way...which is also concerning.

Stood in line for 10 extra minutes when finally able to check in due to taking “X” and other premium members in line who had just arrived. Overall just felt like an inconvenience being on a very inconvenient property to navigate.

I know its a casino but the smoke smell was unbearable on the lower level. You had to go through the casio to get to your rooms so it was completely unavoidable. I have stayed at many hotels in Vegas and the smoke was never this bad. We did find a smoke free area to play games but it was very limited capacity and hard to find a spot to play so we gave up early and hung out in the room. We were there for a graduation so we selected the hotel based of proximity to the ceremony and not the gambling so that wasn't a huge deal anyway but still would have played longer if we could actually breathe. Another note: The parking garage was free to park in but it was disgusting. We found vomit, water bottlels with urine in them and frankly didn't feel upscale

A great resort experience, never thought that we were in Tampa! Thought that we were in the Islands the entire stay!!

Staff was not overly friendly especially in the casino area. Hotel was overall clean.

How clean can a place be that allows smoking? I really thought it would be better separated, it’s not. I couldn’t even get to my room or restaurants without walking through plumes of smoke. Plus…the room I paid for supposedly wasn’t available when I arrived - after the 4pm check in time. Wasn’t given any estimate on how long it would be. So we were given a different room, in the old tower, without a view. We pad for a room in the new tower, pool view, deluxe suite. No apologies, no offer to rectify the situation. Terrible experience and will not be back.

I was given a suite w/balcony etc, gorgeous. Service in all parts of the casino has always been excellent. Highly recommended

I think they mad a bad choice about the pools being sectioned off . The adult pool wasn’t big enough to accommodate all of the guests. That’s the only area needing improvement.

I stayed in the East Tower with a beautiful view overlooking the pool area, and it honestly made the whole experience even better. The room was clean, comfortable, and one of the nicest stays I’ve had in a while. What stood out to me the most though was how well the staff treats their guests. Everywhere I went, the employees were professional, respectful, attentive, and genuinely made you feel valued as a customer. You can tell they truly care about giving people a great experience. A special thank you to Jordan from the pool staff for being so friendly, attentive, and professional. She really went above and beyond and made the pool experience even better with her positive attitude and excellent service. What I really loved was how there’s always something going on — great food, great vibes, the casino, music, and an overall atmosphere that makes you want to stay longer. It’s the perfect mix of luxury, entertainment, and relaxation. Definitely one of my favorite spots in Tampa and I’ll absolutely be coming back.

Was a nice place to stay. Ask if they had any upgrades at check in and they gave me a Gold Suite with a balcony instead of the normal room we had paid for. Never hurts to ask.

The pool side servers Kids.. just felt like for the price when waiting by the pool for room my luggage should have been in room when called and said room was ready. Also my call light was on for service clean towels trash ect.. no one came I had to call front desk for towels and another time track the maid down for towels. I’m just a firm believer you pay for what you get. 600 plus$ a night those are things I would expect.

Smoking is allowed throughout the first floor except the restaurants. You can't check in without dealing with the smoke. I wouldn't stay there again unless they change the Smoking policy

Need bands playing during week . Hard rock should cater to more music . We stay during the week and no music i was looking forward to here some good bands but only played on the weekend in one place

stayed there from Sunday- friday. when I checked in they said you had to request housekeeping, seemed odd, but I requested housekeeping multiple times and they never once cleaned the room

I understand and accept that it’s a smoking environment because it’s a casino that’s expected. However, the strong smell of marijuana throughout the property was overwhelming and honestly unpleasant. It took away from the atmosphere and made parts of the visit uncomfortable. I think there should be better control over that to maintain a more enjoyable environment for guests.

I like that fact that you have smoking rooms, otherwise I wouldn't be there. I have been coming once a moth for sometime and have always received excellent service and clean rooms w/ all the amenities. Of course the casino and food are great.

This was a decent place to stay. Definitely not worth the money. The room was smokey after requesting a smoke free room. I had flowers ordered for my wife's birthday and was supposed to be delivered to the room before we for there, the staff left them downstairs and only delivered them when I called. The florist forgot the balloons, they delivered them and once again the staff left them downstairs until I asked about them the next day. Probably wouldn't start there again. The casino itself was good, especially the some free area of play.

Where do I begin.. we got in late after a long drive, walked into our room and went to open the fridge door and before I could even open the fridge a roach ran out from underneath. That was upon entering the room. The next day we are gone the entire day 7 am-6 pm and come back to the room just to find that housekeeping had not been in there yet. Had the clean room button on even. We called down right away and told them no wonder they have roaches if they don’t even bother coming into the room to empty the garbage (we had ordered food) and they didn’t seem very apologetic, just acted like it was normal. We couldn’t wait to get out of there. The only positive about our stay was that the shower was spacious.

There was an unexpected property charge once the front desk learned that we would not be gambling since we brought a minor with us- it was a fully paid for room in advance and we felt this was a charge that should have been told to us in advance.

Smoke can be smelled the second you enter, the valet parking process is ridiculous, (pay separately), fire alarm set off at about 1am.

Clean They don’t offer us any free rooms. We are from New Jersey and we always have free rooms. We can get them in Immokalee, but we can’t get them here. Guess we’re not big enough players right now.

This may be the most expensive 24 hours I ever spent. You pay extra for the pool even though you’re staying there you pay resort fee on top of that. There are no late checkouts and they charge you $10 per hour if you don’t get out of your room on time there are no one dollar chips at the casino anymore. Only five dollar chips. The slot machines have also gone up. They may be a penny, but you’ll have to put $.80 in to get one game. It is a complete money crowd, and I was told by one of the employees that they are really hard work for cheap too. I guess the hard rock Seminole wants to go by way of the casinos in Vegas.

The glaring issue with this hotel is the smoking from the casinos and other areas. My clothing smelled of smoke by the end of our evening there.

We brought our own breakfast . We had dinner in the Hard Rock Cafe. It was very good but we were disappointed that the sliders were taken off the menu.The room was clean and comfortable. The shower was great. Your room rates are a bit overpriced. There are not enough non smoking areas with slots. It was so crowded and smoky. There were quite a few children in the casino. How is this even allowed? Would have liked a microwave in the room.

The room was okay for $700+ a night the room was very basic and the L Bar lounge bartenders were very rude and nasty. I didn’t like that. We had dinner at the Rez Grill and that was good. The food at the pool grill sucks not worth the money.

We had to drive all around the property and finally ask security where the best place to park was. The room was new and clean but not the balcony we paid for. The shower DID NOT HAVE HOT WATER! Blowdryer did not work. We asked for a refill of water and coffee for the next day and they never came. The Rock Spa is great but don't waste your money on the hotel.

Bed wasn’t comfortable at all… restaurant staff was okay. Some of the reward counter clerk was helpful but overall floor staff including casino bartender services weren’t that great….not very welcoming vibes. I felt the room cost was WAY overpriced. Most Casinos I go to have much cheaper rates, complimentary coffees and sodas. I had to pay $4.30 for a cup of coffee and $4.30 for a Coke fountain drink. Ridiculous. I probably will not be coming back and will not recommend this place to anyone. Very disappointing

The stay was great for the family reunion but paying 35.00 to valet park the car on a Monday was ridiculous. They charged a 25.00 resort fee. We didn't use any of the amenities in the resort fee.We gambled for hours and no free drinks at the tables or the slots. We will never stay at a Hard Rock again due to the nickel and dime attitude.

Rooms were great. We found staff kinda rude though. Except in the L Bar and our waitress for breakfast at The Riser (I think that was the name). Otherwise, no one goes out of their way to be nice. That’s not why we went there but sometimes that’s nice too. Most staff just seem to hate their life and job.

Incredibly expensive!! The average person (like me) make a stay here a treat. This year me and my son went for Thanksgiving 2025. Parking is plentiful and there is also valet for $35 a day. Checking in was easy and we checked in early at 12! We were on the 9 th floor West tower. A little difficult trying to find the elevator, it’s tucked away in the middle of the casino. Room was standard but immaculate ! Very clean . Thanksgiving Buffet was $80 per person. We opted for the cheapest most convenient option…room service. We watched football in the room. The sportbook here is terrible, worse I’ve ever seen. Nowhere to sit, small TV’s. It was fun being in the middle of the action! Property is nice. Plenty of very expensive food options!

I was there for one night and was shocked to witness 3 separate fights in various areas of the hotel. Tampa residents are an embarrassment and should not be allowed in the casino. I have never witnessed such behavior. The Hard Rock needs to do something to keep this threatening behavior from occurring.

Typical casino hotel combination but was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. My only suggestion would be to hand out a map to people staying at the hotel so they can find their way around easier. Especially if you've never been there before. I know there are a lot of maps and signs showing where things are but it would just be easier to have something in hand to look at. The room was very nice and clean and we enjoyed ourselves immensely

Enjoyed my stay. Nice facility, well organized staff and a good mix of dining options. I was a little disappointed in the slot machine costs, 1cent but that is just the denomination, the cheapest I found was 60 cents. I miss the 25 cent slots.

Only fault is the area it’s located at didn’t seem very walkable. The pool closes at a point and then the only outside access you have is the front door and there is nothing to do outdoors there. However staff was fantastic, room service was delicious, and we enjoyed our stay

Our room was on the 12th floor and very quiet. Clean and spacious and the shower pressure was incredible. We really enjoyed our stay.

This is supposed to be one of the best hotels in Tampa. It is if you want to gamble and smoke. Finding a valet attendant to help was an adventure and once he arrived, he seemed imposed upon when asked for extra help with luggage. Check in was a cacophony of loud noise, acrid smoke and lack of help. Had to talk to manager to get bellman’s help. Once you leave the gambling pit, the rest of the hotel is peaceful and clean. The rooms are comfortable but smallish and not as plush as you would expected for their price. The pool is great but with lack of attendants. In short this is a smelly , noisy casino with a mediocre hotel attached.

I enjoyed staying here. Having plenty of dining options so we didn’t have to leave was nice. The only thing I did not like was having to be in the smoking area to check into to the hotel, to get to my room, to get to the restaurants, the list goes on. All my clothes stink. Besides that the stay was enjoyable. Also need more space in the parking lot, my truck would not fit in the parking garage so we had to valet it which wasn’t cheap.

My primary issue with the hotel is that it has not yet refunded my duplicate booking I made when I reserved the room. I made the first reservation on the wrong credit card and therefore cancelled it immediately and then made the reservation again on the correct credit card. The hotel has not refunded the first charge even though we had one room for one night. Hard Rock kept both charges so far costing me and my wife a total of almost 700.00 for one night !!! Unbelievable??

I love this place! And if you get more great Rock N Roll like the Joe Perry Project, back I shall come! Everything was wonderful, pricey including drinks, but it is quality and that just costs more!

When we did get someone’s attention she said someone else would come and no one ever did. “Upgrade” balcony looked over top floor of the garage. It’s a casino! So if you want to gamble - it’s 24 hours. We stayed in the East Tower. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. Plenty of restaurants and stores. The pool was relaxing.

The only negative comment I have was the kitchen was off at the restaurant . We went to the Bistro just casual, ordered a salad. It took over 45 minutes to get our food

I requested a room with a pool view. I was very disappointed with the view. Picture posted below. Everything else at the hotel was excellent. We hung out at the pool bar, gambled Food was excellent.

The property is nice. The front desk gentleman was cold in demeanor. I booked a view of the pool and was told when I checked in that it would cost me an additional fifty per a night which should have been included in my booking.

Had a terrible stay. Was set to enjoy a day at the pool when Anthony the pool manager decided to accuse my son of consuming alcohol while under age. Assured us it was all on camera and not tolerated.Come to find out because the bar staff served him a straight coke in the wrong glass that he was identified as breaking the law. After the situation was identified Anthony decided he was still right with his accusations. So beware Anthony the bar manager likes to try to show his authority towards guests regardless if he is even close to knowing what he’s talking about. It’s really a shame the hotel even employs someone like Anthony as he is totally incompetent to perform his job. For the standards of Hard Rock it’s amazing he’s employed there but I guess maybe there was a law they needed to hire at least one incompetent useless employee. Anthony checked those boxes.

Front staff was not pleasant. Have never been to this property and when asked how to get to our room, the receptionist said “it’s behind you.” Mind you this is a very large casino with multiple towers. It took over a half hour of walking around with my luggage to figure out how to get to our tower. I worked in a hotel for many years and would never treat a guest like this. Also the rooms are very noisy. Could hear entire conversations of other guests. The casino is fun, loved the robes, the amenities are nice but I would never stay here again.

Finding the check in was probably the only slight negative about this resort. It is huge and caters for the huge number of people that visit it extremely well. Everywhere is hustling and busy all the time, but you can always get a drink/food/sunbed easily. Staff were great too.

Plenty of dining options to choose from, whether you’re in the mood for casual bites or something a little more refined. The casino was grand but it’s worth noting that smoking is allowed. If that’s not your thing, they do have a non-smoking casino section as well. It’s smaller, but still has a decent selection of tables and slots. Overall, I was really impressed with the Hard Rock Tampa. I’ll definitely be back!

If want to gamble on slots and be in a smoke filled floor, then this is for you. Even in the no smoking area it smelled like smoke. As an example there is no separation between the lobby and the casino floor. Everything is greared towards driving the casino. Bars, music, food is all within the casino space. If you like this setting then Hard Rock Tampa is for you. Food was good, prices are normal $$ to $$$. There are some very expensive restaurants with higher end food and service.

I will say, the room doors are not properly sealed at the bottom so you can hear every step or noise a person in hallway makes. Loved the bathroom (east 7th floor) but shower didn’t look the cleanest. Food is average. Rez was good for the price (we had the soups and snapper/chicken & waffles). Sugar Factory has the best veggie burgers ever but plan to spend $100+ for 2 people. Hard Rock Cafe is okay, nothing crazy nothing exciting to eat, basic not worth the price. Pool closed before 8pm, so couldn’t even plan a pool night (sunset) view. Not overly crowded for a concert night.

We selected a non-smoking room but when we walked in, it smelled like an ashtray. I’m not talking a slight smell of smoke. No, it smelled like someone had been chain-smoking in that room every day for years. We asked the front desk to change our room and they said that they were sold out. They offered to spray the room with a “deodorant” but it just smelled like smoke and deodorant. So, over $600 to sleep in an ashtray.

The hard rock is always a nice place to stay. I stay in a “silver suite” which is basically a junior suite and one tier under the gold. The room was clean however the bathroom door under the sink fell off so I had to sit it to the side. Also water pooled up in the shower quite a bit which really didn’t make me that happy. I did really like the two person jucuzzi in the room and it was clean other wise. The bidet with the remote control and heated seat was a game changer. The only real downside to this place is where are the hot tubs outside??? Did I miss something because I didn’t see them. For the people who spend a fortune renting those cabanas I feel bad they don’t have access to a hot tub. The two pools they did have were pretty basic to say the least. Staff is always friendly and one thing I really love about staying here is the security. Not allowing anyone to the elevators without a card is absolutely soothing to know we are safe. There was this one time my wife ended up upstairs without a card brought…. I was in room 1129…. Not sure who let her up because she even told me the security wouldn’t take her license, she needed the card… things that make you say hmmmmm. I wish someone could roll that footage back and spare me some wasted years of need be. Other than that the looking water and the random door falling off under the sink was the only gripe I had. Spending that much money I would expect everything to be tip top perfect. Maybe is someone could reach out to me ;)

This was my first time staying at a hard rock hotel. If you’ve never been, put it on your list. We only stayed for the night but it was incredible! The entire facility is clean and comfortable. Our room was absolutely gorgeous! We will be back.

We felt the coasts on all aspects were way too high compared to others casino hotels we have visited. Esplcially the restaurant offerings. We dined in the A#1 restaurant and was as it astonished at the prices….the vegetables were even over priced. The staff was super duper. We won’t be returning.

This was a bucket list place to stay. Let me say we were terribly disappointed. We visit several casinos and always had great service and perks. At Hard Rock you have to chase down a seever for a drink or leave your machine and go to the bar. Alcoholic drinks are not free like other casinos and they are extremely pricey. The one good thing was there were janitors everywhere cleaning up after people, there were 10 janitors to 1 server..So all that sucked. So to our room...all knows its not cheap to stay at Hatd Rock hotels but saying that we were very disappointed in the room size especially for wheelchair accessibility. On our first morning our bldg lost power at 644 am..i was just making coffee lol. The phones, water, and power were out for 3 hours. I called front desk from my phone to have room service bring a carafe of coffee and they bring 2 bottles of water, 2 coffee pods. And 2 cups...i asked the attendant what was i going to do with this with no power. She shoves it in my face and said this is what u asked for, no it wasnt lol. So we get up use the bottle water to wash our face and hands and go to Breakfast at sun rise. Now that was amazing!! Huge portions. Enough to share with the whole table. And everything tasted great. So after breakfast i head over to customer service about the power. They compt us $28 ×2 for the inconvenience. Not acceptable. Needless to say We will not be going back. Rude servers and room attendant, better perks/offers, value, rates

Met up with some friends from out of town and we chose to stay at this hotel. It was fun and exciting to be in the hotel/ casino. It was convenient for everything that we were there in Tampa to do. I live in Naples and my friends live in Cincinnati, Ohio so it was really a great experience for us all

My wife and I loved staying here. It was pricy but is worth it for the right occasion. We loved the food, our waiter also at Cispresso was possibly the best waiter my wife and I have ever had. He was that good! The only complaint I have is that the minimum on bubble craps was $10. I'm used to $3 in Vegas. All in all my wife had a wonderful birthday weekend and we would definitely stay here again. The bed was soooooooo comfortable!

Even the staff agreed that process for pin is very broken and defeats purpose of online application and machine making a card then waiting for pin that could be texted emailed or given online. CEO please tell managers to act on good suggestions from the employees and customers.

The stay was good. The day of check-in they did try to tell me my room that I booked wasn't available and tried giving me two queens. But we stood our ground and they gave us a king like we booked. Other than that the stay was amazing!

As for casinos well above average highly recommended

This was one of the worst experiences at a hotel I’ve encountered. I spent over $22k on five rooms and when we get there they were cancelled. Had to spend over 3 hours trying to find new rooms and had to wait for them to be ready. Housekeeping is a joke, you call them to clean, they don’t show up, and there is a call request at your door, which they don’t pay attention to. The casino area is full of underaged kids and so much smoke, with no ventilation. Do not waste your money here!!!

One of the nicest hotels and rooms I've ever had. I liked that they were able to help us get an early check in because our flight got there too soon.

If You have kids this hotel is not kid friendly at all. Cigarettes and cigars all over the lobby floor it was gross wasn’t cleaned at all and I also booked a room on Expedia and it wasn’t the room I received I complained and they said there’s nothing they can do about it. The pictures on Expedia the rooms do not come with the balcony. It’s a view of a parking lot garage do not go by Expedia’s pictures, false information and advertising.

Our room was clean and had many new amenities.

Room was very nice & clean, felt safe, Staff was great, check in process was easy and the staff took time to get to know us. We had a very nice room upgrade. Room service breakfast was delicious. Food options onsite were great. Fun atmosphere, staff was always helpful. Concert venue was awesome. We really enjoyed our visit.

Came down for a couple days to check out the casino. Really nice rooms, restaurants and pool area. Only bad thing is drinks cost while gambling 😔

the cleanness of property was excellent

Our stay at the Seminole Hard Rock lived up to our expectations. Our room was fantastic!We also attended the Aaron Lewis concert at their event venue….fantastic venue to see a show!

The aesthetics of the hotel were great. Lots of dining options and the pool was nice to relax in. I had requested a room with a pool review and had more of a rooftop on the end view and non-existent balcony, so disappointed that I had paid extra for that. Overall we had a good time.

Beautiful and spacious hotel room and bath. Well appointed and with 100% COTTON bedding--a very big plus for someone who is allergic to synthetic fabrics as I am. Loved the Lavazza dark roast K cups--even in decaf. Pretty pricey but worth it for a special occasion.

Very Smokey. You can’t get to your room without sucking in all the smoke. It even creeped into the Hard Rock Cafe. It’s too bad that it’s that Smokey throughout as it makes it hard to enjoy

The room was dirty and the entire bed was covered in hair. On top and under rhe covers. Bathroom & shower area covered in hair and food under rhe sink. This is why i cut my stay short. Peoplw somking in the rooms. My asthma kept flaring up due to the smoking in the non smoking rooms. I want to finish my bday trip, but i need a few free days due to me having to check ot out real early. I had the room for Jan. 2-6, 2025 but check out on Jan. 4th. Yes, I was so pissed off due to this.

Had a wonderful stay

Customer service is not what it used to be. Ryze, only breakfast restaurant, is terrible. Property is beautiful. Gorgeous rooms. Front desk staff is not friendly or welcoming

Our room was great but even on the 15th floor the road noise was horrible.

Great overall hotel. Beautiful rooms, fantastic restaurants and a huge gaming area. Even though they have no smoking sections the main casino area is VERY smoky.

Great place!

This property is first and foremost a casino. It is very noisy and the smoke is almost unbearable. The wait time at the Hard Rock Cafe was a little long, but the food was great and our waiter was fantastic. Our room was nice and clean.

You must provide a limited smoking area this facility is a 100 on the scale but you can’t escape the cigarette smoke it’s terrible probably the nicest and clean room I’ve ever stayed in but the air quality is terrible

Room was dirty. Shower was dirty. Also telephone and TV did not work and had to have staff come to repair. Way way too much money for those conditions

Amazing under the circumstances of loosing all of our property, cars and home in Hurricane Helene. Staff was amazing!!
